Working principle: the cable is wound on the winding drum, one end of the cable passes through the supporting plate 28 and the through holes on the connecting drum 27 and is fixed by the fixing block 43 in the connecting drum 27, and the supporting plate 28 supports the cable; when the mooring rope is required to be disassembled, the telescopic rod of the fixed electric cylinder 33 is disengaged from the positioning hole on the fluted disc 41, then the driving motor 31 works, the rotating shaft 30 rotates under the transmission of the gear, the supporting plate 28 slides under the elastic force of the supporting spring 29, the supporting diameter is reduced, the fixed extrusion wheel 42 moves along with the rotating shaft 30, and the fixed block 43 releases the fixation of one end of the mooring rope; simultaneously, the extrusion disk 38 and the extrusion wheel 39 move along with the rotating shaft 30, and the extrusion wheel 39 extrudes and pushes the extrusion arc plate 3401, so that the buckling sliding rod 34 moves and reduces the buckling diameter, namely the buckling seat 36 and the buckling hole 302 are released from buckling; so that the fastening hole 302 can be detached from one end of the connecting cylinder 27; due to the reduced support diameter, the cable is in a relaxed configuration on the support plate 28, facilitating removal of the entire body from the support plate 28, and improving removal rate.
When a cable is used, the motor II 12 works, the screw rod II 15 rotates to enable the vertical sliding seat 13 to slide, the derusting ring I19 and the derusting ring II 24 are spliced, the oil coating ring I20 and the oil coating ring II 25 are spliced, the cable passes through the limiting ring 18 and is positioned between the limiting wheels 17, and simultaneously passes through the derusting ring I19 and the derusting wheel 21 on the derusting ring II 24 and between the oil coating wheels 22 on the oil coating ring I20 and the oil coating ring II 25; when the cable is wound, the first motor 10 works, the first screw rod 11 rotates, so that the transverse sliding seat 16 slides, namely, when the cable is wound, the transverse position of the cable is continuously changed, and the cable is orderly wound on the winding drum; when maintenance is needed, the rust removing liquid and the oil are respectively pumped to the first rust removing ring 19 and the first oil coating ring 20 through two pumping parts, when the first rust removing ring 19 and the second rust removing ring 24 are spliced, and when the first oil coating ring 20 and the second oil coating ring 25 are spliced, the first interface 23 and the second interface 26 are matched, so that the first rust removing ring 19 and the second rust removing ring 24 are communicated; the first oil coating ring 20 is communicated with the second oil coating ring 25, and the rust removing liquid flows out through a discharging hole on the rust removing wheel 21 and is released on a cable so as to achieve the aim of rust removing; the oil flows out through the discharge hole on the oil coating wheel 22 and is released on the mooring rope, so as to achieve the purpose of lubrication and protection; the excessive rust removing liquid and oil drop into the rust removing chamber and the oil coating chamber to achieve the recycling purpose.

Claims (8)

1. A mooring rope winding device for a ship comprises a first base (1), wherein a winding drum is rotatably arranged on the first base (1); the method is characterized in that: the winding cylinder comprises an end plate (3), a connecting cylinder (27) is fixedly connected to the end plate (3), a supporting plate (28) is slidably arranged on the circumference of the connecting cylinder (27), holes are formed in the supporting plate (28) and the connecting cylinder (27), a rotating shaft (30) is rotatably arranged in the connecting cylinder (27), an extruding plate (40) is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft (30), and the supporting plate (28) is pushed to slide through the extruding plate (40); a fixing piece is arranged on the inner side of the connecting cylinder (27) and used for fixing one end of the cable, and the fixing piece comprises a fixing block (43); a fixed extrusion wheel (42) is arranged on the rotating shaft (30), and the fixed block (43) is pushed to slide by the fixed extrusion wheel (42); one end of the connecting cylinder (27) is provided with a buckling piece, the buckling plate (301) is provided with a buckling hole (302), and the buckling piece is buckled with the buckling hole (302) to fix the buckling plate (301) on the connecting cylinder (27); one end of the rotating shaft (30) is connected with an extrusion disc (38), an extrusion wheel (39) is arranged on the extrusion disc (38), and the buckling piece is pushed by the extrusion wheel (39); a second base (4) is arranged in the winding direction of the mooring rope, a receiving chamber (5) is arranged on the second base (4), the receiving chamber (5) is divided into a rust removing chamber and a coating chamber through a partition plate (6), pumping parts are respectively arranged on two sides of the second base (4), and rust removing liquid and oil are transported; a transverse sliding seat (16) is slidably arranged on the second base (4), a vertical sliding seat (13) is slidably arranged on the transverse sliding seat (16), a limiting ring (18) is arranged on the transverse sliding seat (16), and balls are arranged on the inner side of the limiting ring (18); limiting wheels (17) are arranged on the vertical sliding seat (13) and the transverse sliding seat (16); the horizontal sliding seat (16) is provided with a first rust removing ring (19) and a first oiling ring (20), the vertical sliding seat (13) is provided with a second rust removing ring (24) and a second oiling ring (25), the first rust removing ring (19), the first oiling ring (20), the second rust removing ring (24) and the second oiling ring (25) are hollow structures, and the first rust removing ring (19) and the second rust removing ring (24) are respectively provided with a first rust removing wheel (21) and are communicated with the first rust removing wheel (21); the first oiling ring (20) and the second oiling ring (25) are respectively provided with an oiling wheel (22) and are communicated with the oiling wheels (22).
