Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of household cleaning equipment, in particular to a cleaning assembly with a large and small roller structure and cleaning equipment using the same.
Background
With the continual change in the consumer market, the cleaning appliance industry is continually developing new applications to meet the needs of different scenarios, including scrubber-type cleaning appliance products.
The existing floor washing machine and common cleaning equipment are all related to the problem of cleaning blind areas as long as the cleaning equipment is rolling brush type cleaning equipment.
Conventional cleaning devices typically make the roller brush larger in order to ensure that the roller brush is in better contact with the floor. However, this causes a problem that when the corner is cleaned, the roller brush forms a triangle with the floor and the wall surface because the diameter of the roller brush is large, the bottom side of the triangle (the length of the bottom side is equal to the radius of the roller brush) is a cleaning blind area, and the roller brush cannot be cleaned, so that a dead angle exists.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides:
a cleaning assembly of a size roll configuration, comprising: the cleaning part is of an annular structure, the cleaning part is sleeved on the first roller body and the second roller body, the first roller body and the second roller body are both positioned in the annular structure of the cleaning part, the outer surface of the annular structure of the cleaning part is a cleaning working surface, and a mutual transmission structure is formed among the first roller body, the second roller body and the cleaning part;
the diameter of the first roller body is smaller than that of the second roller body, the first roller body is located at the front end, and the second roller body is located at the rear of the first roller body.
A cleaning apparatus is also provided that includes a body and a cleaning assembly of the size roll configuration described above.
The invention has the beneficial effect that the large and small rollers are arranged. The diameter of the first roller body is smaller than that of the second roller body, the first roller body is positioned at the front end, and the second roller body is positioned at the rear of the first roller body. Thus, the smaller the diameter of the first roller body, the smaller the corresponding cleaning dead zone. Meanwhile, because the first roller body has smaller diameter and is positioned at the front end, the whole machine body is provided with a small tip protruding forwards, and the front protruding first roller body can extend into a plurality of areas with smaller height to perform cleaning work, such as bed bottoms, cabinet feet and the like.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to fig. 1-10.
A cleaning assembly of a size roll configuration, comprising: the cleaning part is in an annular structure, the cleaning part is sleeved on the first roller body and the second roller body, the first roller body and the second roller body are both positioned in the annular structure of the cleaning part, the outer surface of the annular structure of the cleaning part is a cleaning working surface, and a mutual transmission structure is formed among the first roller body, the second roller body and the cleaning part;
the diameter of the first roller body is smaller than that of the second roller body, the first roller body is positioned at the front end, and the second roller body is positioned at the rear of the first roller body.
A cleaning apparatus is also provided that includes a body and a cleaning assembly of the size roll configuration described above. The cleaning device can be a traditional dry dust collector or a newer wet floor washing machine, and the technical scheme of the patent can be adopted as long as the cleaning device has a cleaning blind area.
In the following, the floor cleaning machine product is taken as an example for explanation, but the floor cleaning machine product is not limited to be protected by the patent.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 8, a crawler-type floor washing machine of a double-roller structure comprises:
a handle 1;
the liquid storage bin 2 is used for storing cleaning liquid, and the cleaning liquid can be common clean water, water added with cleaning agent or cleaning liquid of a finished product which is directly prepared;
the cleaning device comprises a machine body 3, wherein a cleaning assembly 4 and a liquid spraying part 5 are arranged in the machine body 3, the cleaning assembly 4 comprises a first roller body 6, a second roller body 7 and a cleaning part 8, the cleaning part 8 is of an annular structure, the cleaning part 8 is sleeved on the first roller body 6 and the second roller body 7, the first roller body 6 and the second roller body 7 are both positioned in the annular structure of the cleaning part 8, the outer surface of the annular structure of the cleaning part 8 is a cleaning working surface, and a mutual transmission structure is formed among the first roller body 6, the second roller body 7 and the cleaning part 8; the liquid spraying part 5 can spray the cleaning liquid to the cleaning part 8 or the cleaning object; and
The liquid flow channel is connected between the liquid storage bin 2 and the liquid spraying part 5.
The sewage treatment device also comprises a suction channel 9 and a sewage bin 10, negative pressure can be formed in the suction channel 9 by using the exhaust fan, and then water after being cleaned enters the sewage bin 10 through the suction channel 9, so that sewage recovery is realized, water cannot be remained on an object to be cleaned, and the cleaning effect is ensured.
The invention has the beneficial effects that the two roller bodies and the cleaning part 8 with the annular structure sleeved on the two roller bodies are arranged, and the first roller body 6, the second roller body 7 and the cleaning part 8 form a mutual transmission structure, so that the first roller body 6, the second roller body 7 and the cleaning part 8 are all in a rotating state in the working state, and the cleaning part 8 in a surface area between the first roller body 6 and the second roller body 7 can be contacted with an object to be cleaned in the rotating process. Therefore, the traditional line contact of a single rolling brush is innovated to be the surface contact of the invention, and the cleaning efficiency is greatly improved.
Meanwhile, the traditional rolling brush is manufactured by planting fluff on a cylindrical roller, or the fluff is directly transferred to the rolling brush by means of strong adhesion. The way can ensure that the fluff and the rolling brush are completely integrated, and ensure the cleaning effect, and the traditional rolling brush does not have any proposal of sleeving a rolling brush sleeve with fluff, because the traditional rolling brush and the rolling brush can slide mutually, thereby influencing the cleaning effect. The integral rolling brush ensures the cleaning effect, but the fluff is easy to abrade. When the traditional rolling brush is worn, the whole rolling brush can be replaced, the replacement cost is very high, and the resource saving is not facilitated. However, in the double-roller structure, the cleaning part 8 is sleeved on the first roller body 6 and the second roller body 7, so that a detachable structure is formed, and when the cleaning part 8 is damaged to cause poor cleaning effect, the cleaning part 8 with the annular structure can be independently replaced, so that the cleaning part 8 with the annular structure is used as a consumable, the viscosity between a manufacturer and a user is maintained, and the repurchase rate of the cleaning part 8 with the annular structure purchased by the user is enhanced. Meanwhile, cleaning parts 8 of different types can be arranged to enable users to make selective purchase. The cleaning parts 8 with different types can be provided with different thicknesses of fluff, for example, the cleaning parts 8 with fine fluff can be provided, and the cleaning parts 8 with coarse fluff can also be provided, so that when a user mainly cleans a relatively coarse floor (such as cement floor), the cleaning parts 8 with coarse fluff can be selected as much as possible, and the cleaning parts 8 have longer service life. When the user mainly cleans a relatively flat floor (e.g. a wooden floor), the cleaning portion 8 with fine naps can be selected as much as possible.
The cleaning part 8 in the present invention may be a cloth having a pile on one surface, and the surface having the pile may be a cleaning surface. The two ends of the cloth are sewed to form a ring, or the two ends are connected by hooks. As shown in fig. 9, the two ends of the cloth may be connected by a zipper, and the zipper may be in the form of an inner pull, that is, the slider 12 is located inside the ring structure, so as to ensure that the outer surface of the entire ring structure is flat, thereby protecting the cleaning effect. When the inner zipper head 12 in the annular structure is in a working state, the inner zipper head can collide with two roller bodies to influence rotation and possibly generate abnormal sound, and the inner zipper head 12 can creatively form a groove 11 on the first roller body 6 and the second roller body 7, and the inner zipper head 12 is continuously wound on a loop in the whole rotation process of the cleaning part 8, so that the groove 11 is just required to be ensured to be just on the loop, which is equivalent to that the zipper head 12 is just trapped in the groove 11 when moving to the positions of the first roller body 6 and the second roller body 7, and the mutual collision with the roller bodies is prevented, thereby ensuring the rotation smoothness of the cleaning part 8 and ensuring good cleaning effect.
Meanwhile, the cleaning part 8 of the invention can also be an annular belt, the annular belt can be directly formed by integral injection molding or can be connected with two ends in a hot-melt joint mode, and fluff is planted or glued on the outer surface of the annular belt to form a cleaning working surface. The inner surface of the endless belt is planar or toothed. If the inner surface of the endless belt is toothed, the corresponding first and second roller bodies also need to be toothed, so that a good transmission is ensured.
The first roller body 6, the second roller body 7 and the cleaning part 8 form a power source of a mutual transmission structure, and the first roller body 6 can be a driving roller; or the second roller body 7 is a driving roller; or as shown in fig. 7, a separate power roller 13 is attached to the cleaning part 8. That is, for example, a motor may be directly or indirectly connected to the first roller 6, and then the three are simultaneously rotated by the transmission among the first roller 6, the second roller 7 and the cleaning part 8, so that the cleaning part 8 of one surface area between the first roller 6 and the second roller 7 can be contacted with the object to be cleaned and move, thereby realizing the cleaning effect. Of course, the second roller 7 can also be driven by a motor. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 7, a single power roller 13 may be driven by a motor, and the cleaning portion 8 may be driven to rotate by the power roller 13.
The mutual transmission among the first roller body 6, the second roller body 7 and the cleaning part 8 is realized mainly by friction force. In order to better prevent slipping between the cleaning portion 8 and the first roller body 6 or the second roller body 7, as shown in fig. 3, anti-slip patterns 14 may be provided on the surface of the first roller body 6 and/or the second roller body 7, the anti-slip patterns 14 on the first roller body 6 and/or the second roller body 7 may be plain or twill or cross-grain, or anti-slip patterns 14 may be provided on the inner surface of the cleaning portion 8, and the anti-slip patterns 14 on the cleaning portion 8 may be plain or twill or cross-grain.
The first roller body 6 and/or the second roller body 7 can be selectively provided with anti-skid patterns 14 parallel to the length direction of the first roller body 6 and/or the second roller body 7, so that friction force between the cleaning part 8 and the first roller body 6 and the second roller body 7 is increased, and good transmission effect is ensured.
However, the cleaning portion 8 is easily laterally offset during the adjustment and rotation process, so the present invention creatively provides diagonal anti-skid patterns 14. The diagonal lines can be arranged as eight-character lines as far as possible, namely, the anti-skid lines 14 on the first roller body 6 and the second roller body 7 are divided into left and right parts, and the left and right parts are symmetrically arranged to form an eight-character shape, so that if the cleaning part 8 is made of cloth, the eight-character diagonal lines can continuously flatten the cleaning part 8 in the rotating process, thereby preventing the cleaning part 8 from deflecting to one side and preventing the cleaning part 8 from wrinkling.
If the intersecting lines are provided, the problem of slipping or shifting of the cleaning portion 8 to one side can be prevented more effectively.
Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, in order to solve the problem of the offset of the cleaning part 8, limiting steps 15 may be further arranged at two ends of the first roller body 6 and the second roller body 7, and a shallower groove body is just formed between the limiting steps 15 and the surface of the first roller body 6 or the surface of the second roller body 7, so that the cleaning part 8 can be just embedded in the groove body, and the cleaning part 8 can be prevented from being offset in the rotating process.
In the same manner, the cleaning portion 8 may have anti-skid patterns 14 on its inner surface, and the anti-skid patterns 14 on the cleaning portion 8 may be plain, diagonal, or cross-grain. To solve the problems of slipping and wrinkling.
As shown in fig. 6, in order to ensure that the contact between the roller brush and the ground is better and bigger, the conventional floor washing machine generally makes the roller brush bigger. However, this causes a problem that when the corner is cleaned, the roller brush forms a triangle with the floor and the wall surface because the diameter of the roller brush is large, the bottom side of the triangle (the length of the bottom side corresponds to the radius of the roller brush) is a cleaning blind area 16, and the roller brush cannot be cleaned, so that dead angles are left. The larger the diameter of the roll brush, the larger the cleaning dead zone 16.
As shown in fig. 5, the diameter of the first roller body 6 is creatively set smaller than that of the second roller body 7, the first roller body 6 is positioned at the front end of the machine body 3, and the second roller body 7 is positioned behind the first roller body 6. While ensuring that the lowest point of the first roller body 6 is on the same horizontal plane as the lowest point of the second roller body 7. I.e. to ensure that the cleaning portion 8 of one of the surface areas between the first roller body 6 and the second roller body 7 is still in effective contact with the object to be cleaned during rotation. The smaller the diameter of the first roller body 6 is, the better the diameter of the first roller body 6 is, and the smaller the corresponding cleaning dead zone 16 is. Meanwhile, because the first roller body 6 has smaller diameter and is positioned at the front end, the whole machine body is provided with a small tip protruding forwards, and the front protruding first roller body 6 can extend into a plurality of areas with smaller height to perform cleaning work, such as bed bottoms, cabinet feet and the like.
In the invention, the mutual transmission among the first roller body 6, the second roller body 7 and the cleaning part 8 is realized by virtue of friction force, the cleaning part 8 with an annular structure can be provided as a belt with teeth, namely, the inner surface of the cleaning part 8 is provided with teeth, and the corresponding first roller body 6 and the second roller body 7 are also provided with teeth. Through the tooth cooperation among the three, the transmission between the corresponding can be realized. The toothed belt is more stable in transmission.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the machine body 3 may be provided with a side drawing cover plate 17, one ends of the first roller body 6 and the second roller body 7 are respectively arranged on the side drawing cover plate 17, the other ends of the first roller body 6 and the second roller body 7 are detachably connected with the machine body 3, and the cleaning part 8 with an annular structure can be installed or removed from the other ends of the first roller body 6 and the second roller body 7. This allows the cleaning section 8 to be removed or replaced.
But in practical use there is also a problem of how to easily mount and dismount the ring-like structure of the cleaning portion 8. Because the cleaning portion 8 works effectively, it is necessary to keep the cleaning portion 8 in a relatively tight state with respect to the first roller body 6 and the second roller body 7, so that a large friction force is applied to prevent slipping. I.e. a relatively large distance between the first roller body 6 and the second roller body 7 is required. But if the distance between the two is too large, the mounting and dismounting of the cleaning portion 8 becomes very inconvenient.
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a solution:
the cleaning portion 8 may be provided with a certain elasticity, for example, a cloth with a certain elasticity is selected, so that the cleaning portion can be quickly assembled and disassembled, and a large friction force can be maintained between the cleaning portion and the cloth.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 10, at least one of the first roller body 6 and the second roller body 7 is movably connected with the side drawing cover plate 17, and the distance between the first roller body 6 and the second roller body 7 can be adjusted for mounting and dismounting the cleaning part 8 with the annular structure. As shown in fig. 4 and 8, the body 3 is provided with a first connecting seat 18 and a second connecting seat 19 at positions opposite to the other ends of the first roller body 6 and the second roller body 7. The first roller body 6 is connected with a first connecting seat 18, and a guiding slope 20 is arranged at the connecting position. The second roller body 7 is connected with a second connecting seat 19, and a guiding slope 20 is also arranged at the connecting position.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the movable connection between the first roller body 6 and the side drawing cover plate 17 is taken as an example, and the fixed connection between the second roller body 7 and the side drawing cover plate 17 is taken as an example, when the cleaning portion 8 needs to be installed, the first roller body 6 can be moved slightly close to the second roller body 7, so that the opening formed between the first roller body 6 and the second roller body 7 is reduced, and the cleaning portion 8 with an annular structure can be conveniently installed or removed.
In fact, relatively speaking, one of the first roller body 6 and the second roller body 7 is fixedly connected to the side drawing cover plate 17 as much as possible, and the second roller body 7 is preferably fixedly connected, so that a relatively stable structure can be formed between the side drawing cover plate 17 and the first roller body 6, and a user can conveniently take and hold the roller. At the same time, the second connecting seat 19 can be longer in the horizontal direction and closer to the side of the drawing cover plate 17, and the first connecting seat 18 can be shorter than the second connecting seat 19. Therefore, when the stable structure is integrally installed, the length difference between the first connecting seat 18 and the second connecting seat 19 can be utilized to lead the second roller body 7 and the second connecting seat 19 to be aligned and connected in advance, and then the relative stable structure formed between the side drawing cover plate 17 and the first roller body 6 is utilized to slightly pull the first roller body 6 and the second roller body 7 to restore a parallel state, so that the second roller body 7 can reach a position which is aligned with the second connecting seat 19 relatively, and the side drawing cover plate 17, the first roller body 6 and the second roller body 7 are integrally pushed in the directions of the two connecting seats, thereby realizing that the cleaning assembly 4 is installed on the machine body 3.
If the first roller body 6 and the second roller body 7 are both movably connected, a slight sloshing feeling is provided.
The guiding slope 20 at the joint of the two roller bodies and the two connecting seats can be a little Xu Daojiao, or the two connecting seats are both arranged into a conical structure or a frustum structure, as long as the position where the two roller bodies are connected with the two connecting seats is provided with a small slope, so that the guiding slope 20 is formed, and the positioning connection of the roller bodies and the connecting seats is facilitated.
Meanwhile, since the final installation is to maintain the first roller 6 and the second roller 7 in a parallel state. However, in the initial situation, the first roller 6 and the second roller 7 are not normally in a standard parallel state, and the guiding slope 20 can ensure that the two rollers in the non-parallel state are spread to be in the standard parallel state, and finally the cleaning assembly 4 is installed in place.
Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a tensioning wheel 21 is further provided on the machine body 3, and the tensioning wheel 21 is attached to the cleaning portion 8 having an annular structure. The cover 22 is generally disposed at the upper front of the machine body 3, a containing groove 23 may be formed on the inner wall of the cover 22, a spring 24 is disposed on the containing groove 23, the tensioning wheel 21 is disposed on the spring 24, and the tensioning force of the tensioning wheel 21 is realized by the elasticity of the spring 24.
What has been disclosed above is but a few embodiments of the present invention. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention.
