Description

Aerosol-generating article
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of cigarette production, in particular to an aerosol generating product.
Background
Heated cigarettes are a new type of tobacco product that uses a means of heating without burning to produce an inhalable aerosol containing nicotine. The main stream products of the heating cigarettes in the current market are matched with electric heating devices. The heating mode and the highest heating temperature are different according to the diameter of the cigarette. For heated cigarettes with the diameter of less than 7mm, a peripheral heating mode is generally adopted, and the highest heating temperature is generally lower than 300 ℃; for heated cigarettes with a diameter of more than 7mm, a central heating mode is generally adopted, and the highest heating temperature is generally higher than 300 ℃.
The tobacco containing the aerosol in the heated cigarette produces a superheated aerosol material after heating, and the superheated aerosol material cools as it flows or mixes with air, wherein the compounds condense to form an inhalable aerosol. The temperature of the aerosol is critical to the pumping experience. Excessive temperature can cause burning of the mouth of a consumer, and the outer wall of the cigarette burns lips; if the temperature is too low, the active substances in the aerosol are deposited by condensation too early, reducing the quality of the suction.
Currently, the heating cigarettes are cooled mainly by cooling materials (such as polylactic acid (PLA) and phase-change polymers) or in the form of perforation and ventilation. The perforated ventilation mode is mature in application in the traditional cigarettes, but the ventilation mode of the heated cigarettes is required to be redesigned for the heated cigarettes with lengths and structures different from those of the traditional cigarettes.

As shown in the figure, the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application is as follows:
an aerosol-generating article comprising a smoke generating segment 1, a spoiler segment 2 and a mouth piece 3 connected in sequence,
a cavity 21 which is penetrated along the axial direction is arranged in the spoiler 2;
the mouth piece 3 is provided with at least one ventilation hole 4, which ventilation hole 4 is used for introducing outside air into the mouth piece 3.
The application provides an aerosol-generating product, which comprises a smoke generating section 1, a turbulent flow section 2 and a cigarette holder section 3 which are sequentially connected, wherein a cavity 21 which is communicated along the axial direction is arranged in the turbulent flow section 2; the mouth segment 3 is provided with at least one ventilation hole 4, the ventilation hole 4 being used for introducing outside air into the mouth segment 3. In the aerosol-generating product provided by the application, aerosol generated after the smoke generating section 1 is heated firstly enters a cavity 21 which is penetrated in the turbulent flow section 2 along the axial direction, is disturbed in the cavity 21, and then enters the cigarette holder section 3; because the cigarette holder section 3 is provided with at least one ventilation hole 4, external air can enter the cigarette holder section 3 to be mixed with aerosol, and the effects of turbulence, cooling and the like are achieved, so that the temperature of the aerosol flowing out of the cigarette holder section 3 meets the requirements of consumers.
According to the aerosol generating product provided by the application, through the combination of the cavity 21 arranged in the turbulent flow section 2 and the ventilation hole 4, a combined ventilation structure is formed in the airflow passage, so that the transmission of effective substances of the aerosol and the cooling are taken into consideration, the problem of insufficient cooling effect or excessive condensation of the aerosol is avoided, and bad consumption experiences such as local overheating of a cigarette and condensation and the like are prevented.
In the application, the hollow cavity 21 penetrating along the axial direction is arranged in the spoiler 2, namely the hollow cavity 21 penetrates through the spoiler 2 along the axial direction, but the central line of the hollow cavity 21 and the central line of the spoiler 21 can be coincident or not.
Preferably, the cavity 21 has a constant cross-sectional size and shape, or a variable cross-sectional size and/or shape, perpendicular to the axial direction.
The cross-sectional size and shape of the cavity 21 perpendicular to the axial direction may be constant or may be varied. The flue gas flows in the cavity 21 along the axial direction of the spoiler, so that the change of the shape or the area of the cross section of the cavity 21 perpendicular to the axial direction can influence the flow of aerosol, compress, expand, change and the like the flowing space of the aerosol, and realize the aggregation and spoiler of heated aerosol, primary nucleation, cooling and atomization.
Preferably, the scheme of changing the size and/or shape of the cross section can further strengthen the turbulence effect and strengthen the turbulent heat transfer.
When the scheme of changing the size and/or shape of the cross section is adopted, the size of the cross section can be changed, or the shape of the cross section can be changed and the size (area) can be constant; or the size and shape of the cross section can be changed simultaneously. The change in shape may be any change from a circular shape to an elliptical shape or a square shape.
The cross-section may be circular, square or any shape. When the cavity 21 with a constant cross-section size and shape is used, it may be circular, and the spoiler 2 has an O-shaped hollow structure.
Preferably, the wall thickness of the spoiler 2 is 1 mm-2 mm.
Preferably, the wall thickness of the spoiler 2 is more than or equal to 1mm, namely the distance between the inner wall forming the cavity 21 and the outer wall of the spoiler 2 is more than or equal to 1mm. Since the downstream of the spoiler section 2 is connected the mouth piece section 3 or further may be the delivery section 7, since the wall thickness of the spoiler section is 1 mm-2 mm, and the ventilation area of the mouth piece section 3 or the delivery section 7 is the entire cross-sectional area within the tipping paper or the forming paper, in the case of uniform outer diameter of the entire aerosol product, the ventilation area of the spoiler section 2 is smaller than that of the mouth piece section 3 or the delivery section 7, and the space in which the aerosol flows when entering the next section from the spoiler section 2 is further changed, thereby further turbulence the smoke.
The wall thickness of the turbulence section 2 is 1 mm-2 mm, preferably 1.5 mm-2 mm, and the wall with a certain thickness can also play a role in preventing the tobacco shred from moving, thereby playing a role in preventing the tobacco shred displacement in the smoke section 1 from blocking the airflow passage of the cigarette when the contact type center is heated or the tobacco structure is completely and unordered.
The aerosol-generating article provided by the present application is not particularly limited to the heating means and heating smoking set used, and may be heated by peripheral, central or non-contact heating means.
Preferably, the mouth segment 3 comprises a mouth tow 31, and tipping paper 6 wrapped around the periphery of the mouth tow 31;
the vent holes 4 extend through the tipping paper 6.
Preferably, a forming paper 5 is also arranged between the cigarette holder tow 31 and the tipping paper 6, and the ventilation degree of the forming paper 5 is more than 6000CU.
Preferably, the mouth segment 3 includes a mouth tow 31, tipping paper 6 wrapped around the periphery of the mouth tow 31, and the ventilation holes 4 extend through the tipping paper 6. The outside air can pass through the tipping paper 6 through the vent hole 4, so that the cooling effect of the outside air on the smoke can be fully exerted, the temperature of the main stream aerosol is reduced, the suction quality is kept, the temperature of the outer wall of the cigarette can be reduced, the temperature of the mouth of the cigarette holder is reduced, and the local overheating is prevented; at the same time, the strength of the tipping paper 6 ensures the strength of the cigarettes.
Preferably, a forming paper 5 is also arranged between the cigarette holder tow 31 and the tipping paper 6, and the ventilation degree of the forming paper 5 is more than 6000CU.
The individual segments of the cigarette are typically spliced after pre-production. In order to facilitate the production and manufacturing process, the basic raw rods with different structures are wrapped by the forming paper 5 and then cut, and then the raw rod units with different structures are wrapped by the tipping paper 6 to form cigarettes; the inner core of each segment can also be directly wrapped with tipping paper 6. Therefore, it is preferable that a molding paper 5 is further provided between the mouthpiece tow 31 and the tipping paper 6, and the ventilation degree of the molding paper 5 is more than 6000CU. The forming paper 5 having high air permeability does not cause obstruction to the flow of air.
The tipping paper 6 is preferably pre-perforated for use, avoiding the use of on-line laser drilling or the like, to avoid high temperature distortion of the internal mouthpiece tow 31. The application adopts the mature traditional tipping paper punching technology, is beneficial to reducing the cost, reducing the quality fluctuation caused by on-line processing and improving the production efficiency.
Preferably, the mouthpiece tow 31 is a low density tow. Preferably, the total denier is 3.2-3.6 ten thousand d and Shan Dan is 7.3-22.
In the cigarette production process, the tipping paper 6 is used for wrapping different sections into an integral cigarette, the tipping paper 6 is wrapped and then needs to be fixed by adhesive, and the gluing area is generally formed by smearing the gluing after the tipping paper is contacted with a rubber roller. The non-glued area of the tipping paper 6 is a glue-free area, and the ventilation holes 4 are preferably arranged in the glue-free area of the tipping paper 6 in order to avoid gluing the tipping paper and the forming paper and to prevent ventilation. In addition, by controlling the size of the vent holes 4, the vent holes 4 may also be provided in the glue-applying area of the tipping paper 6.
Preferably, when the length of the cigarette holder section 3 is more than or equal to 7mm, the distance between the ventilation hole 4 and the buccal end surface of the cigarette holder section 3 is more than or equal to 6mm;
when the length of the cigarette holder section 3 is less than 7mm, the ventilation hole 4 is arranged at the joint of the cigarette holder section 3 and the spoiler section 2.
The distance between the ventilation hole 4 and the buccal end surface of the mouthpiece section 3 is defined according to the difference of the length of the mouthpiece section 3. When the length of the cigarette holder section 3 is more than or equal to 7mm, the distance between the ventilation hole 4 and the buccal end surface of the cigarette holder section 3 is more than or equal to 6mm, so that the ventilation hole 4 is prevented from being shielded when a user takes the cigarette holder. When the length of the cigarette holder section 3 is less than 7mm, the ventilation hole 4 is arranged at the joint of the cigarette holder section 3 and the spoiler section 2, and the furthest distance between the ventilation hole 4 arranged on the cigarette holder section 3 and the oral cavity of a user is provided; the conventional arrangement of the length of the mouthpiece section 3 in combination with the tobacco field can also meet the need of not shielding the ventilation holes 4; or the ventilation holes 4 are matched with the spoiler 2 and/or the transmission section 7, so that when the ventilation holes 4 of the cigarette holder section 3 are shielded, the ventilation holes in other areas can be used for introducing air.
The applicant has carried out experiments in which the solution provided by the present application, with respect to a control product which is not perforated at all, only the mouth-piece segment 3 is perforated (hole area 0.03mm 2 ) The temperature of the flue gas can be reduced by 1.5 ℃, and only the spoiler 2 is perforated (the hole area is 0.03 cm) 2 ) The flue gas temperature can be reduced by 3.8 ℃. The temperature was reduced by 4.5 ℃ when both the mouth piece segment 3 and the spoiler segment 2 were perforated.
The buccal end surface refers to the end surface of the mouth end segment 3 that extends into the mouth of the user (i.e., the end surface that is distal from the end of the smoke generating segment 1).
Preferably, the mouth segment 3 is provided with a plurality of ventilation holes 4, the plurality of ventilation holes 4 being circumferentially arranged in a circle around the mouth segment 3.
