Specifically, in fig. 4, the projection of the top contour of the obliquely extending structure 50 on the transverse plane P is a circular arc line L1, and an extension line L2 (shown by a broken line in an enlarged view in fig. 4) of the circular arc line L1 extends from below the cutting edge 21 adjacent to the obliquely extending structure 50, and the cutting edge 21 adjacent to the obliquely extending structure 50 is perpendicular to the transverse plane P, so that the elastic skin 300 gradually spreading rearward and downward on the obliquely extending structure 50 in the front-to-rear direction of the head frame 10 is prevented from protruding downward with respect to the cutting edge 21 before reaching the cutting edge 21 of the blade 20 adjacent to the obliquely extending structure 20. More specifically, in fig. 4, the front end and/or the rear end of the inclined extension structure 50 are each provided with a chamfer 55 to ensure smooth contact between the inclined extension structure 50 and the elastic skin 300 by means of the chamfer 55, and of course, the chamfer 55 may be omitted according to actual needs, and is not limited to the one shown in fig. 4.
As shown in fig. 4, the inclined extension structure 50 is extended rearward to a position flush with the wall surface 13 of the front side 12 of the head frame 10 for enclosing the accommodating space 11, as shown in the enlarged view of fig. 4, so as to facilitate the mold molding of the head frame 10 under the condition that the inclined extension structure 50 is ensured to be gradually extended rearward and downward against the elastic skin 300; of course, according to practical needs, the inclined extension structure 50 can also be extended backwards to the position of the front side 12 of the convex cutter head frame 10 for enclosing the wall surface 13 of the accommodating space 11; alternatively, the inclined extension structure 50 is extended backward to a position spaced apart from the wall surface 13 of the front side 12 of the head frame 10 for enclosing the accommodating space 11 by a predetermined gap, so that it is not limited to the one shown in fig. 4.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the inclined extending structure 50 is provided with a plurality of guide channels 53 which are arranged at intervals along the left-right direction of the cutter head frame 10, the guide channels 53 extend along the front-rear direction of the cutter head frame 10, the guide channels 53 penetrate through the upper part, the front part and the rear part of the inclined extending structure 50, the inclined extending structure 50 is separated by the guide channels 53 into a corresponding number of strip-shaped comb teeth 54, and the design ensures that the elastic skin 300 is gradually stretched along the inclined extending structure 50 and simultaneously, the hairs 230 on the elastic skin 300 are convenient to pass through the inclined extending structure 50 along the guide channels 53, so that the root parts of the hairs 230 are convenient to erect relative to the elastic skin 300, and the cutting edges 21 of the blades 20 adjacent to the inclined extending structure 50 are more convenient to cut the hairs 230. Specifically, in fig. 2 and 3, all the guide channels 53 are arranged at equal intervals to more effectively comb and guide the hairs 230 of the elastic skin 300, and in fig. 4, the bar-shaped comb teeth 54 and the guide channels 53 are curved and extended, and the arc centers of the bar-shaped comb teeth 54 and the guide channels 53 coincide, so that the bar-shaped comb teeth 54 and the guide channels 53 are manufactured. It should be noted that, since the front end and/or the rear end of the inclined extension structure 50 are provided with the chamfer 55 respectively, when the inclined extension structure 50 is divided into the corresponding number of the strip-shaped comb teeth 54 by the plurality of guide channels 53, the front end and/or the rear end of the strip-shaped comb teeth 54 are provided with the chamfer 55 correspondingly; in addition, when the guide channels 53 are not required to be formed on the inclined extending structure 50, the inclined extending structure 50 is not separated by a corresponding number of the strip-shaped comb teeth 54 correspondingly.
Compared with the prior art, since the front side 12 of the tool bit frame 10 is provided with the inclined extending structure 50 which extends downwards in an inclined manner towards the direction approaching the cutting edge 21 of the blade 20, the inclined extending structure 50 is positioned between the left fixing piece 30 and the right fixing piece 40 along the left-right direction of the tool bit frame 10, and the highest point 51 of the inclined extending structure 50 is higher than the cutting edge 21 of the blade 20 adjacent to the inclined extending structure 50; so that the elastic skin 300 is gradually stretched backward and downward along the inclined extending structure 50 at a position between the highest point 51 of the inclined extending structure 50 and the cutting edge 21 of the blade 20 during shaving, that is, by providing a gradually backward and downward stretching space for the elastic skin 300 at a position between the inclined extending structure 50 and the cutting edge 21 of the blade 20 by virtue of the front height and rear height of the inclined extending structure 50, and guiding the gradually backward and downward stretching elastic skin 300 along the inclined extending structure 50 toward the cutting edge 21 of the blade 20, as shown in fig. 5, so that the cutting edge 21 smoothly cuts the hairs 230 on the elastic skin 300, and irritation and even scratch to the elastic skin 300 are reduced, thereby ensuring shaving comfort.
It should be noted that, in the drawing, the direction indicated by the arrow a is the left-to-right direction of the tool bit frame 10, the direction indicated by the arrow B is the front-to-back direction of the tool bit frame 10, and the direction indicated by the arrow C is the top-to-bottom direction of the tool bit frame 10; in addition, although the left fixing member 30 and the right fixing member 40 shown in fig. 2 and 3 are two separate sheet-shaped members, it is needless to say that the left fixing member 30 and the right fixing member 40 may be integrally connected to each other according to actual needs, and thus the present application is not limited to the embodiment shown in fig. 2 and 3.
The foregoing disclosure is merely illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present application and is not intended to limit the scope of the claims herein, as equivalent variations on the claims herein will fall within the scope of the application.
