Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the application.
Specific implementations of the application are described in detail below in connection with specific embodiments.
The intelligent calling method and the gateway provided by the application solve the technical problems in the background technology.
As shown in fig. 1, a main flow chart of an intelligent calling method according to an embodiment of the present application is provided, where the intelligent calling method includes:
step S10: acquiring first call information input by an operator;
the main body of the call information is call content, and the main body of the call information generally also comprises a call identifier which can be used as a source for verifying the rationality of the call information, and for a fixed-point call or a call mode carrying a call input end, the main body generally needs to meet the principle special for a special person so as to prevent the call from being abused and further lose the response trust degree of the call; that is, in order to realize the response of the first call information under the condition of non-primary users, other modes are needed;
step S11: judging whether the first call information accords with a first call mode or not, wherein the first call mode is set by a main user;
judging whether the first call information accords with a first call mode set by the main user, wherein the first call mode comprises historical call information familiar with the main user or other modes set by the main user (such as an authorized identifier), so as to indicate that an operator is reasonable to call by means of the call condition of the main user or is allowed to call by means of the first call mode; of course, it is also possible for the operator to be the primary user himself;
step S12: if the first calling information is judged to accord with the first calling mode, calling is carried out according to the first calling mode;
when the above conditions are met, a call can be made by means of a first call mode;
step S13: if the first call information is judged to be not in accordance with the first call mode, identifying a call event corresponding to the first call information;
when the first call information does not accord with the first call mode, directly identifying the corresponding call event, namely judging whether the first call information call event accords with the scene event; this step involves the content of the first call information and the identification of the operator;
step S14: judging whether the call event accords with a scene event between a set user and a first user in a preposed time period, wherein the preposed time period is a time period which is from the moment of receiving first call information to the front and accords with a preset duration, the scene event comprises at least one of an interaction event, a co-located event and a reservation event, the set user comprises a main user, and the first user comprises an operator;
since the current first call information corresponds to events in the past period and is also closely related to the scene event, in the case that the operator is not likely to be the main user, identifying whether the call event accords with the scene event, that is, judging whether the operator is associated with or corresponds to the set user and the first user in the scene event, and whether the call event is associated with or corresponds to the scene event;
when the above conditions are met, indicating that the first call information presented by the operator is relevant to the primary user, such calls being allowed, the call can be made based on the second call mode even if the historical call information of the primary user or other modes set by the primary user are not familiar; in the case of the scene event, the interaction event is a behavior of setting that interaction based on a network exists between the user and the first user; the co-location event is to set the related activity between the user and the first user in the co-location area; one of the user and the first user is set as an active reservation party in the reservation event, and the other party is a participant of reservation activity; the above scenario event meets the operator's need to make a call based on the second call mode.
Step S15: and if the calling event accords with the scene event, calling according to a second calling mode corresponding to the scene event. The second call style is different from the first call style.
By implementing the steps, the operator can at least realize the call under the non-primary user environment in one call mode only by inputting the first call information once, and the conditions such as extra login (mainly the login of the primary user) are not needed, so that the call requirements such as the call under the emergency condition or the quick call can be met, the risk of delay of the call opportunity can be reduced, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Preferably, the call intensity of the second call mode is not lower than the call intensity of the first call mode. Because the second call mode is relatively complex to implement and has a higher degree of confidence, the second call mode is generally more intense than the first call mode in terms of call strength, which is the number of calls that occur per unit time. The higher-intensity calling mode is beneficial to promoting the emphasis and response of the calling content in the calling information.
The steps are as follows: and acquiring authentication information of the main user, and receiving call correction of the main user on setting information, wherein the setting information comprises first call information.
In the above embodiment, the input of the first call and the completion of the response do not need the authentication of the response, but when the actual identity of the operator is considered to be the main user, the modification and correction of the setting information after the quick authentication (such as face recognition) can be directly realized, for example, the first call information is already input by the operator under some conditions, and if the main user is detected to perform the authentication login, a correction interface for the first call information is displayed, and finally, the corrected first call information of the main user is taken as the response basis.
As shown in fig. 2, as a preferred embodiment of the present application, the determining whether the first call information conforms to the first call mode includes:
step S1111: detecting whether the first call information contains a first call identifier set by a main user, wherein the first call identifier comprises at least one of a set graph and a set character;
the first call information comprises a first call identifier and call content of the time; when the first call identifier contains a setting image and a setting character, the content of the secondary call is allowed by the main user and the probability is related to the main user; the setting image comprises a hand-drawn character image, and the setting character comprises a combination of numbers and/or symbols;
step S1112: when the first call information is included, judging that the first call information accords with a first call mode;
when the call identifier in the first call information is identified to comprise the first call identifier, the first call information is judged to conform to the first call mode, namely, the condition of the first call identifier needs to be met when the first call information responds according to the first call mode.
Step S1113: otherwise, the first call information is judged to be not in accordance with the first call mode. And in the negative condition, the condition is not satisfied.
It can be understood that, as one of the conditions for which the first call information is responded, it is required to satisfy the first call identifier, so that in this condition, the operator is not required to log in the call for the first call information, and it is also laterally verified that the call of the operator is allowed by the main user, so that the response after the quick input of the first call information in some calling situations is realized.
As shown in fig. 3, as a parallel embodiment, the determining whether the first call information conforms to the first call mode includes:
step S1121: detecting whether the first call information contains a second call identifier of a historical call event associated with a main user;
the second call identity comprises a (primary user) predefined identity and the different call identities differ from one another; the identification may be a numerical code, a specific code number of a call event, etc., such as "1913AA", "125 call event", etc.;
step S1122: if not, directly judging that the first call information does not accord with a first call mode;
step S1123: if the first call information is included, carrying out keyword decomposition on the first call information to obtain a call keyword;
the first call information contains keywords, so that the keywords can be obtained by identifying and detecting the keywords; for example, when the call keywords include "X clients" and "disputes", they correspond to dispute handling events related to the X clients in the historical call time;
step S1224: detecting whether the call keywords conform to the description keywords of the historical call event;
that is, the call keywords and the description keywords meet a preset similarity threshold, which indicates that the call keywords describe the historical call events accurately enough;
step S1225: if yes, judging that the first call information accords with a first call mode;
step S1226: otherwise, the first call information is judged to be not in accordance with the first call mode.
From the aspects of identification and description of the historical call event, the familiarity degree of an operator with the historical call event is verified, and it can be understood that only users which are familiar enough with the main user or have close enough relations with the main user are allowed to call through the first call mode, and the mode of verifying the call condition through the historical call event does not need the operator to log in the call, and the side surface verifies that the operator has a certain cognitive level on the call, so that the first call condition is considered to be met.
As shown in fig. 4, as a preferred embodiment of the present application, the determining whether the call event accords with the scenario event between the user and the operator set in the pre-period specifically includes:
step S141: judging whether an operator of the call event is associated with at least one of a set user and a first user;
that is, the operator only needs to associate at least one of the setting users or the setting users; wherein, judging whether the operator associates at least one of the set user and the first user specifically includes:
judging whether the identification information of the operator accords with first identification information of at least one of a set user and a first user; the identification information is used for distinguishing the identity of the user and generally comprises at least one item of gesture information, face information, card reading information (such as card information read by a card reader and used for representing the identity of the user); compliance under such conditions includes: the gesture information and the set gesture meet the corresponding similar threshold, the face information and the set face information meet the corresponding similar threshold, and the card reading information displays that the card reading is correct;
when the identification information of the operator accords with the first identification information of at least one of a setting user and a first user, judging that the operator associates with at least one of the setting user and the first user; when the identification information is compared with the first identification information, the information related to at least one item is compared, and the coincidence can indicate that an operator is associated with at least one of a set user and a first user; the setting user is typically set by the master user;
when the identification information of the operator does not accord with the first identification information of at least one of the setting user and the first user, judging whether the identification information accords with the second identification information associated with the first identification information, wherein a corresponding relation exists between the first identification information and the second identification information;
in some cases, in order to promote compatibility of identification information identification, the second identification information is bound to the first identification information, which includes identification information that an operator binds to at least one of the setting user and the first user, and since the setting user includes the main user, the identity of the operator includes the following: the main user, the user set by the main user, the user bound with the user set by the main user and the user bound with the main user, thereby greatly expanding the diversity of calling operators under the calling condition; it should be noted that when a bound user is involved, it is generally required to verify binding identification information associated with at least two users in a scene event, where the binding identification information includes account information and/or face co-frame information associated in an interaction event, account information and/or face co-frame information associated in a co-located event, account information and/or face co-frame information associated in a reservation event, and associated account information, such as that binding exists between two mobile phone numbers;
if yes, at least one of the operator associated setting user and the first user is judged. And when the identification information is judged to be in accordance with the second identification information, judging that the operator is associated with at least one of the set user and the first user.
The above mentioned operators can be one or more in some cases, of course, the fewer operators are better in some calling conditions, the identities of the operators can be presented in various ways, especially if the identification information does not accord with the first identification information, the success rate of calling is greatly improved by setting the user and the first user, and the second calling information also has extremely strong calling pertinence due to the aid of the auxiliary identification of the second identification information in the scene event in the prepositive period, which generally corresponds to the scene event strictly or is closely related to the scene event.
Step S142: if at least one of the operator association setting user and the first user, judging whether the call content of the call event is associated with the scene event;
judging whether the calling content is associated with the scene event when the conditions are met, wherein the step comprises that when the interaction content accords with at least one of the interaction event, the co-location event and the reservation event, the calling content of the calling event is considered to be associated with the scene event; the related content of the interaction event exists in the call content, such as the sudden disappearance of the main user in the electronic screen; the call content has related content of a co-located event, such as abnormal participation activity of at least one of the first user and the master user; the call content has relevant content of the reservation event, such as failure of the reservation activity or the participant not participating in the reservation activity;
step S143: and if the call content is associated with the scene event, judging that the call event accords with the scene event between the set user and the operator in the preposed period.
It should be understood that, by judging the related conditions of the operator and judging the call content in sequence, the judgment of the latter can be performed only if the former is satisfied, so that the data operand can be saved under the condition that the former is not satisfied; in addition, whether the call event accords with the judgment of the scene event between the set user and the operator in the preposed period does not need additional authorization and additional setting of the main user, and the close association between the call information and the scene event is realized.
As shown in fig. 5, as a preferred embodiment of the present application, the method further includes:
step S20: responding to a shortcut call identification mode set by a main user, wherein the shortcut call identification mode comprises a set character and a set area;
the shortcut call input mode is suitable for a call under an emergency condition or a shortcut call when the shortcut call input terminal is far away from the call input terminal, and when the shortcut call input mode is entered, a main user is required to preset a set character and a set area; setting characters for inputting call related information, and setting areas for selecting areas for limiting shortcut call input;
step S21: detecting activity information of an activity target in a setting area, wherein the activity information comprises an activity direction;
detecting the activity information is equivalent to automatically capturing the activity target and determining the related information of the activity target, and the activity target can be detected by infrared identification sensing information or image information when being detected in a set area, so that the detection of the activity target is not difficult; for activity information, when an activity target is detected in advance, the activity direction of the activity target can be determined by combining the occurrence sequence and the route distribution of a set area (the activity of the activity target is determined to be continuous in a preliminary way in the actual place, but the detailed identity of the activity target is not required to be determined); for example, the moving object is detected at the first time and the second time, the extension route is determined according to the two times, and the moving object is detected again on the extension route, so that the moving direction thereof can be determined as the extension direction;
step S22: when the activity direction faces to a call input end, detecting whether the activity target meets a set character condition or a character association condition;
the judgment condition of the orientation input end is that the call input end is positioned in a preset deviation angle of the activity direction; detecting the character relation of the moving target at the moment after the conditions are met; when the character is identified as the set character directly or the character is provided with the characteristic information of the set character, the character is indicated to meet the set character condition or the character association condition; the characterization information includes a proprietary sensor card of a set character presented by the active target, and in another specific embodiment, the characterization information is identity reference information sent to the call input end by the set character for verifying the active target; wherein the identification of the identity reference information comprises at least one of fingerprint identification, face identification and iris identification; the recognition here is thus actually a deepening of the vague recognition in step S21, and the recognition thereof is not difficult either;
step S23: if yes, sending a shortcut input prompt through the front-end equipment, and receiving second call information input by the movable target through the front-end equipment; the front-end equipment comprises an intelligent terminal or a camera which can call in voice.
After recognizing that the moving object meets the set character condition or the character association condition, when the moving object reaches the set distance threshold value from the front end, the moving object can input second calling information through voice or characters after sending out input prompt, the calling information generally comprises a caller and calling matters, and the second calling information is generally closely related to a main user or the set character.
Step S24: and indicating the front-end equipment to generate the equivalent call information of the main user according to the second call information, and forwarding the equivalent call information of the main user to the call input end through the front-end equipment. The generation of the primary user equivalent call information corresponds to the setting and authorization of the primary user, so that even if the set character is not the primary user, the secondary call information is considered to be provided with the primary user call identifier, and should be treated equally according to the direct call message of the primary user. The call input terminal is used for receiving the input call information.
It should be understood that, through the above embodiment, the requirement of a call under emergency conditions or a quick call when the call is far from the call input end can be satisfied, the quick release of the second call message is facilitated, and the call information of the same level as the primary user can be released quickly without the need of the primary user, so that the actual requirement of the user can be satisfied.
