Abstract
本发明公开了智能视功能康复评估及辅具适配系统,包括视功能分类识别及评估模块、大数据分析智能辅具适配辅助决策模块、ICF框架模块、视障康复周期模块和ICF视障智能语义关联类目量表康复评价分析模块。本发明建立国内较大视力障碍者助视器适配数据库和生存质量调查数据库,建立视障人群的计算机视觉辅具适配模型,实现实时对视障人群的辅具适配方案智能化规划跟踪,提供个性化的康复适配方案,并构建ICF视障诊治康复新模式和构建视障远程康复智能分析系统,在远程会诊平台上,增加了多人手机在线视频会诊,机器视觉技术获取姿态、辅具使用位姿及眼球追踪等智能分析功能应用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗技术领域,具体为智能视功能康复评估及辅具适配系统。
背景技术
本系统作为国家重点研发项目《智能化视听功能障碍评估与辅具关键技术研究》(2018YFC2002602)课题研究成果,建设了国内最大视障助视器适配数据库和生存质量调查数据库,利用基于attention的CNN(ConvolutionalNeuralNetwork)模型对视障人群的视力、视野、对比敏感度、色觉等视功能综合数据进行建模分析来预测视力障碍现实场景,最终建立对视力障碍的智能评估方案;通过机器学习算法对视力辅具适配方案进行预测及利用低视力生存质量生成《国际残疾功能健康分类标准》(ICF)的评估算法,实现在ICF框架下视力障碍的自动分类识别技术;同时加入眼科远程诊断业务系统,涵盖了自动视功能评估检测及辅具适配、视觉康复训练系统管理、远程视频诊断、示教、病历研讨等一整条视力辅具适配及视觉康复服务。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供智能视功能康复评估及辅具适配系统,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:智能视功能康复评估及辅具适配系统,包括视功能分类识别及评估模块、大数据分析智能辅具适配辅助决策模块、ICF框架模块、视障康复周期模块和ICF视障智能语义关联类目量表康复评价分析模块,所述ICF框架模块包括环境因素模块、个人因素模块、眼解剖结构/功能单元、活动单元、参与单元和眼病单元,且功能性视力评估模块的输出端与ICF视障智能语义关联类目量表康复评价分析模块的输入端连接,同时,ICF视障智能语义关联类目量表康复评价分析模块的输出端与视障康复训练模块的输入端连接,所述视障康复周期模块包括病情评估单元、康复效果评价单元、实施康复干预单元和制定康复计划单元,且眼解剖结构/功能单元的输出端还与视功能分类识别及评估模块的输入端连接,所述视功能分类识别及评估模块的输出端与大数据分析智能辅具适配辅助决策模块的输入端连接,且大数据分析智能辅具适配辅助决策模块的输出端与视力辅具适配模块的输入端连接。
优选的,所述活动单元与眼解剖结构/功能单元和参与单元之间双向连接,且活动单元和参与单元的输入端还与功能性视力评估模块的输入端连接。
优选的,所述病情评估单元的输入端与视障康复训练模块和康复效果评价单元的输出端连接,且康复效果评价单元的输入端与实施康复干预单元的输出端连接。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明具有以下创新点:一、智能化:智能化视听功能障碍及辅具适配方案的实施是依据ICF的理念和框架,研究视听功能障碍的多源特征信息提取和筛选方法,构建基于attention的CNN神经网络模型,以及相关的机器学习算法分析和认知计算方法,建立了基于ICF的视听功能障碍的智能评估方案和个性化辅具适配及康复训练方案的核心技术,大大提高了视听功能障碍评估的准确率和辅具适配的效率;二、信息化:功能康复评估与辅具适配还以新一代信息技术、网络技术、远程服务技术为支撑,利用家庭和社区网络平台精准辅具适配服务,具备了数字化、多媒化、互动性与应用效果自动反馈等以人为本的全新服务特点,从而可以对接实现视听功能障碍评估、辅具适配与康复训练方案等智能一体化远程服务,为残疾人、失能和半失能老年人提供更加便捷、高效的服务;三、精准化:可以对接辅具服务大数据分析处理共享平台,实现广覆盖多维度、专业、精准辅具服务体系应用示范并开展应用示范成本-效益分析研究,大大提升精准项目成果在全国的推广性和普及性。

使用时,组建立国内较大视力障碍者助视器适配数据库和生存质量调查数据库,目前收集2000多例完整带有视力残疾信息的病史、视功能、辅具适配的完整数据,追溯年限最长达到10年,该数据库研究基于ICF框架的、涵盖身体功能、身体结构、活动和参与、环境因素多个维度的视功能障碍信息的特征提取与优化技术,建立线上线下相结合视觉功能障碍评估体系,建立视障人群的计算机视觉辅具适配模型,即基于视力障碍模型基础上结合机器学习,运用大数据分析技术分析视功能障碍,并结合视觉认知计算,将视觉效果转换为个性化参数弥补的视力辅具适配方案,实现实时对视障人群的辅具适配方案智能化规划跟踪,提供个性化的康复适配方案,构建ICF视障诊治康复新模式:在国际杂志上率先报道ICF-CY在视障康复中的病例应用报告,对视障儿童提供助视器和康复指导,以改善与患者认知功能相关的身体结构和功能、活动限制和环境因素,结果表明,在ICF指导下,在父母、朋友和卫生专业人员的帮助下,患者的认知功能、学习能力和社交能力都有了明显的改善,心理状况也得到了改善,正在建立ICF数字化平台,即基于ICF框架的、涵盖身体功能、身体结构、活动和参与多个维度的视功能障碍信息的特征提取与优化技术,与世界卫生组织国际家族分类研究中心合作,推进《国际功能残疾健康分类标准》(ICF)研究应用,开启ICD-11中新增功能评估(WHODAS2.0)在视障残疾人的应用,通过建立训练数据库和深度学习算法研究,得到国家卫健委、国家医保局的重视,未来希望在病案首页增加功能分类编码,让更多的残疾人通过医保获益,构建视障远程康复智能分析系统:通过ICF视障康复辅助技术评估系统即Foreye3.0,将用于线上线下相结合视觉功能障碍评估体系,以期望在更大范围内进行应用,参与编写中国残疾人康复协会行业标准,构建康复工作人员、基层管理端、残联主管部门端、总平台后台(国家重点研发)管理端多层次多权限的智能视力辅具适配及康复指导管理平台,特别是在智能扫描录入视障残疾人数据,残疾自助评定系统,支持电脑验光仪、眼底相机等串口数据传输读取等方面进行了整合提升,同时,在远程会诊平台上,增加了多人手机在线视频会诊,机器视觉技术获取姿态、辅具使用位姿及眼球追踪等智能分析功能应用。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.智能视功能康复评估及辅具适配系统,包括视功能分类识别及评估模块、大数据分析智能辅具适配辅助决策模块、ICF框架模块、视障康复周期模块和ICF视障智能语义关联类目量表康复评价分析模块,其特征在于:所述ICF框架模块包括环境因素模块、个人因素模块、眼解剖结构/功能单元、活动单元、参与单元和眼病单元,且功能性视力评估模块的输出端与ICF视障智能语义关联类目量表康复评价分析模块的输入端连接,同时,ICF视障智能语义关联类目量表康复评价分析模块的输出端与视障康复训练模块的输入端连接,所述视障康复周期模块包括病情评估单元、康复效果评价单元、实施康复干预单元和制定康复计划单元,且眼解剖结构/功能单元的输出端还与视功能分类识别及评估模块的输入端连接,所述视功能分类识别及评估模块的输出端与大数据分析智能辅具适配辅助决策模块的输入端连接,且大数据分析智能辅具适配辅助决策模块的输出端与视力辅具适配模块的输入端连接。
