s5: when the driving motor (7) conveys the poster, the driving bevel gear (7022) at the outer side of the second rotating shaft (702) is meshed with the driven bevel gear (181) at the outer side of the rotating rod (18), so that the rotating rod (18) rotates in the n-shaped shell (4), the rotating rod (18) drives the first connecting plate (182) and the second connecting plate (183) to swing when rotating, and then the T-shaped plate (16) slides in the base (1), the T-shaped plate (16) slides and drives the cutter (161) and the positioning block (163) to move towards the cutting plate (17), the positioning block (163) props against the cutting plate (17) first and limits the old poster which is replaced in falling, and the cutter (161) cuts the old poster which is fixed along with the continued movement of the T-shaped plate (16), and the repeated sliding of the T-shaped plate (16) enables the replaced poster to be cut multiple times.
