Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the application.
Specific implementations of the application are described in detail below in connection with specific embodiments.
The data sharing collaboration in the present application may be performed based on various data sharing scenarios, such as equipment manufacturing data, auto parts data, new energy data, and electronic product data.
The data sharing collaboration method and the system thereof solve the technical problems in the background technology.
As shown in fig. 1, a main flow chart of a data sharing collaboration method according to an embodiment of the present application is provided, where the data sharing collaboration method includes:
step S10: acquiring a data sharing request, and judging whether the current task processing state exists or not; the data sharing request can be a timing data request preset by the user himself before, or can be a request from other clients or terminals of the system; considering the period of the shared data request, the operational state of the interface (of the terminal) which is currently being used by the user may be in a task processing state;
step S11: if yes, analyzing the data request type in the data sharing request; when the task processing state is not in, the display can be performed according to the normal sharing step;
step S12: judging whether the data corresponding to the data request type is in a set data area or not according to the analysis result, wherein the set data area comprises at least one data to be shared; when resolving a data sharing request, it is generally necessary to resolve whether the data sharing request is a normal data request, and the data sharing request should not respond to a malicious data request and can be sterilized; for normal data requests, specific contents such as pictures, texts or audios or videos and the like requested by the normal data requests can be judged, and whether the specific contents are in a set data area or not is judged; the data to be shared can be accurate to a specific data, such as a picture, a video, an audio and the like;
step S13: if the data corresponding to the data request type is judged to be in the set data area, detecting whether the current interface operation of the task processing state meets the triggering condition of data sharing in the set data area; the data of the set data area should be processed in advance or in advance, and the data of the set data area can be classified according to at least one of corresponding names, data types, capacity sizes and the like; placing the classified data in a set data area; therefore, the conflict with the current interface operation of the task processing state can be avoided, and the data base of the current interface operation of the task processing state is not in the set data area; when not in the set data area, an abnormal data request may be recognized.
Step S14: and if the current interface operation of the task processing state meets the triggering condition of data sharing in the setting data area, executing sharing operation of corresponding data in the setting data area. When the current interface operation meets the triggering condition of data sharing in the set data area, corresponding sharing operation can be executed, namely, if some operation in the current interface operation in the task processing state is detected, sharing of data corresponding to the current interface operation can be directly executed, for example, when the current interface operation in the task processing state is text copy operation, sharing operation of some image data is executed. In practice, such data sharing may be understood as a shared collaboration of a third party and a user.
When the embodiment is applied, whether the current task processing state is judged by acquiring a data sharing request; if yes, analyzing the data request type in the data sharing request; judging whether the data corresponding to the data request type is in a set data area or not according to the analysis result, wherein the set data area comprises at least one data to be shared; if the data corresponding to the data request type is judged to be in the set data area, detecting whether the current interface operation of the task processing state meets the triggering condition of data sharing in the set data area; if the current interface operation in the task processing state meets the triggering condition of data sharing in the setting data area, the sharing operation of corresponding data in the setting data area is executed, and the setting sharing area is set, so that the data sharing operation can be indirectly executed based on the corresponding relation between the current interface operation in the task processing state and the shared data, no additional operation is needed to execute the data sharing, the normal operation of the current interface is not influenced, and the normal cooperative operation of the corresponding data sharing is ensured.
As a preferred embodiment of the present application, the method further comprises:
step S20: generating a data sharing record according to the sharing operation;
step S21: and executing the display operation of the data sharing record according to the preset.
It is understood that the shared record needs to be checked during sharing, and whether the shared record is displayed or not can be determined according to actual requirements, which is fully described in the following embodiments.
As shown in fig. 2, as a preferred embodiment of the present application, the limiting operation for performing the data sharing record according to the preset includes:
step S211: if the current interface is still in the task processing state, detecting whether the current interface in the task processing state meets the display condition of the data sharing record;
step S212: if yes, displaying the data sharing record in a preset display mode, wherein the preset display mode comprises voice broadcasting;
step S213: if not, displaying the data sharing record according to the user operation in the set period of time when the current task processing is finished.
It can be appreciated that this embodiment provides a method for executing a limitation operation on a data sharing record according to a preset, by which, in combination with a current task processing state, a period of display of the data sharing record can be selected, that is, whether the data sharing record is operated in the current task processing or is shared after the task is ended, so that actual demands of users are fully considered.
As shown in fig. 3, as a preferred embodiment of the present application, the detecting whether the current interface of the task processing status meets the display condition of the data sharing record specifically includes:
step S2111: detecting whether the current interface continuous operation rate of task processing is reduced by a preset amplitude in the same ratio, wherein the current interface continuous operation rate comprises the knocking operation times in a first limiting duration and/or the page turning length in a second limiting duration;
it should be understood that if the continuous operation rate of the current interface decreases by a preset magnitude in the same ratio, the concentration of the continuous operation of the current interface decreases, or the necessity decreases, and at this time, the current interface meets the preliminary display basis of the data sharing record.
Step S2112: if yes, detecting whether the current interface is operated by only one person in a first preset range;
step S2113: if the operation is only performed by a single person within the first preset range, judging that the current interface meets the display condition of the data sharing record, otherwise, judging that the current interface does not meet the display condition of the data sharing record. Determining that the current interface satisfies the display condition of the data sharing record indicates that such display is desirable to minimize the operational impact on the current interface of task processing. When not operated by a single person, it may be determined whether viewing is allowed for the collaborator, and if not, the data sharing record should not be displayed.
Further, the detecting whether the current interface is operated by only one person within the first preset range specifically includes:
step S21121: judging whether other movable targets exist in a first preset range according to detection information reported by first detection equipment, wherein when the continuous operation rate of a current interface of task processing starts to decline, a first detection instruction is generated, and the first detection instruction is issued to the first detection equipment so as to instruct the first detection equipment to periodically report the detection information. And when judging that other movable targets do not exist in the first preset range, judging that the current interface meets the display condition of the data sharing record. Otherwise, the judgment is not satisfied. The first detection equipment can detect through an infrared recognition principle, when a moving target exists in a first preset range, a corresponding infrared image can be monitored, and the target recognition and detection can provide category judgment and coordinate positioning for potential targets in the image; the method can also utilize the sound wave obstacle recognition principle, when a movable target exists in a first preset range, reflected emitted sound waves can be monitored in advance, because the sound waves are reflected when encountering an obstacle, and the speed of the sound waves is known, the measured distance can be calculated only by knowing the time difference from the emission to the reception, and the actual distance of the obstacle (the movable target) can be calculated by combining the distance between the emitter and the receiver; video recognition may also be utilized to detect whether other moving objects are present within the view angle range of the video device. The improvement point of the embodiment mainly lies in the generation time of the first detection instruction and the starting of the action of the first detection equipment, so as to ensure that whether other people exist or not is timely identified.
In the application of the embodiment, in combination with the previous embodiment, the present embodiment provides a method for detecting whether the first preset range of the current interface is only operated by a single person, which is generally performed by a first detection device that is additionally arranged, and the first detection instruction is generated when the continuous operation rate of the current interface starts to decrease, because otherwise, the condition of data sharing is not provided, so that in the first preset range, no other moving object interferes or sees the task operation of the current interface and the display of the data sharing record.
As shown in fig. 4, as a preferred embodiment of the present application, the detecting whether the current interface operation of the task processing status meets the triggering condition of data sharing in the setting data area specifically includes:
step S131: identifying a data request type corresponding to at least one data sharing request in a set data area, and marking the data request type as a first data type; the first data type may include at least one specified data type, such as a specified file, a class of photographs, etc., and need not define a single minimum data amount of 1; the data type may define at least one data to be shared or represent a minimum unit of the data to be shared in the set data area;
step S132: acquiring a first shared instruction corresponding to the first data type;
step S133: judging whether the first sharing instruction meets a preset operation sharing matching relation or not, wherein the operation sharing matching relation comprises a corresponding relation between each sharing instruction and at least one preset task operation; in the preset operation sharing matching relationship, there is a corresponding relationship between each sharing instruction and at least one preset task operation, that is, there is a corresponding relationship between one sharing instruction and at least one preset task operation, when there is minimum, there may be one-to-one, one-to-many, or even one-to-many, specifically, the sharing instruction and the at least one preset task operation may be selected according to actual needs, that is, all the at least one preset task operation may generate an instruction, and one instruction may share at least one kind of data; therefore, the effectiveness of the operation of the preset task is ensured, the effectiveness of the operation of the current interface is ensured, and the degree of freedom of the task operation is not interfered or is less interfered when the task processing state is carried out. For example, the interface marking operation, the text copying operation, the interface screen capturing operation and the like can trigger the generation of a first sharing instruction corresponding to the first data type;
step S134: if yes, and when the first operation exists on the current interface in the task processing state, judging that the current interface operation in the task processing state meets the triggering condition of the first data sharing in the setting data area, wherein the preset task operation comprises the first operation. When the preset operation sharing matching relation is not met, the corresponding data is indicated to be realized not by the operation of the current interface but through other channels, for example, the data is independently carried out after the operation of the current interface is finished.
It can be understood that, in this embodiment, a method for sharing a certain type of data based on a current interface operation of a task processing state is provided, which may be performed on interfaces of other task processing states (as far as possible) without affecting processing of other tasks, and for the first operation, the first operation is mainly performed on task processing of the current interface, but actually triggers a condition that a certain type of first data is shared, so that it is not necessary to simultaneously perform sharing operation of a certain type of data in exiting the current task processing state.
As shown in fig. 5, as a preferred embodiment of the present application, the method further includes:
step S30: when the current interface operation of the task processing state is judged to meet the triggering condition of data sharing in the set data area, detecting whether a second operation exists on the current interface of the task processing state in a first duration, wherein the preset task operation further comprises the second operation;
step S31: if yes, judging that the current interface operation of the task processing state meets the triggering condition of second data sharing in the setting data area, wherein the first operation and the second operation combination correspond to a second sharing instruction, and the second sharing instruction is matched with the second data.
In the embodiment, when the method is applied, the method for sharing the data with the higher sharing level is provided, and considering that the sharing of the data with the higher sharing level should be cautious, for example, for some important data, by combining the method with the operation of the current interface, that is, after the first operation, if the second operation is detected within the first duration, the second sharing instruction is triggered, and at the moment, the second data is shared, so that the method for effectively sharing the data with the higher sharing level under the operation of the current interface is satisfied, and the second data can be prevented from being shared under the fault operation.
As shown in fig. 6, as a preferred embodiment of the present application, the method further includes:
step S40: when the current interface operation of the task processing state is judged to meet the triggering condition of data sharing in the set data area, detecting whether a third operation exists on the current interface of the task processing state in a second duration, wherein the preset task operation does not comprise the third operation;
step S41: if yes, judging that the current interface operation of the task processing state does not meet the triggering condition of the corresponding data sharing in the set data area, and executing the pause action of the corresponding data sharing. Further, the third operation includes a fourth operation capable of suspending the sharing action with respect to the currently latest executed data sharing process, and a fifth operation capable of executing the suspending sharing action with respect to all the previous data sharing processes. For example, when the third operation of the current interface is the operation of returning to the N-level task processing state interface in the second duration, executing the suspension sharing action on the current latest data sharing process; when the third operation of the front interface in the second duration is the operation of returning to the N+1-level task processing state interface, executing the pause sharing action on the current latest data sharing process again, namely, suspending an executed data sharing process when continuously returning to one level in the second duration, wherein N is a positive integer; when the continuous return level is greater than 1 in the second duration, all executed data sharing processes are suspended; if the data are to be re-opened for sharing, the data are operated according to the opening method, and when the data are not shared in the follow-up process, the corresponding sharing mode is exited; when the third operation does not exist in the current interface of the task processing state in the second duration, the operation can be performed according to normal steps without executing the pause action for the corresponding data sharing.
It should be understood that, for the foregoing sharing of the first data and the switching of the type of the first data, the present embodiment provides a method capable of preventing some operations (such as the necessary operation or the error operation of the current interface) from causing the data to be shared, starting timing after detecting that the current interface operation meets the triggering condition of setting the data sharing in the data area, and suspending the sharing operation process of the corresponding data when detecting that the third operation exists in the current interface in the task processing state within the second duration. Thereby, the conflict relation between the necessary operation of the current task processing interface and the data which is not wanted to be shared can be solved.
As another preferred embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 7, in another aspect, a data sharing collaboration system, the system includes:
the sharing request and judging module 100 is configured to obtain a data sharing request, and judge whether the data sharing request is currently in a task processing state;
