Detailed Description
The following description of several preferred embodiments of the present invention will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which:
referring to fig. 1 and 2, the fiber composition with hydrophobic material according to the present invention comprises at least a non-metallic yarn 12 and a water repellent material 14.
The non-metallic yarns 12, such as a polyester fiber, are monofilament yarns of suitable length and weight, and weight no greater than 300 denier.
The nonmetallic yarn 12 may be mixed with a plurality of dyeing powders or color master batches in the drawing process to form monofilament yarns with colors, and the colors of the plurality of dyeing powders or color master batches can be black, purple or green; if the nonmetallic yarn 12 of the polyester (polyester) fiber is not mixed with a plurality of dyeing powders or color master batches during the drawing process, the monofilament yarn is formed to be optically transparent.
The water-repellent material 14 is coated on the outer side of the non-metallic yarn 12 (as shown in fig. 1 and 2) or the non-metallic yarn 12 can be mixed with the water-repellent material 14 (as shown in fig. 3) in the drawing process to form a fiber composition, the fiber composition has a hydrophobic effect, and is also used for achieving the effects of sunlight resistance, high temperature resistance and water washing resistance to improve the service life, wherein water, the perfluoroalkyl ethyl acrylate copolymer (perfluoroalkyl ethyl acrylate copolymer) and dipropylene glycol methyl ether (dipropylene glycol methyl ether) are mixed in the coating process to be soaked by the non-metallic yarn 12, so that the water-repellent agent of the perfluoroalkyl ethyl acrylate copolymer is coated on the outer side of the non-metallic yarn 12, the perfluoroalkyl ethyl acrylate copolymer can be obtained through commercial behavior, and of course, other types of water-repellent agents can be obtained through commercial behavior to also have the effect of water-repellent, and the perfluoroalkyl ethyl acrylate copolymer has a better effect.
Referring to fig. 4, the present invention adopts a plurality of fiber compositions arranged at intervals in the left-right direction and a plurality of fiber compositions arranged at intervals in the up-down direction to form a woven fabric 10 with proper mesh by interweaving in a warp-weft manner, which can achieve the manufacture of the woven fabric 10 with proper mesh by a loom, wherein the mesh of the woven fabric 10 can be 2300-3600 meshes.
The durability of the textile 10 and the mesh of 2300-3600 can effectively prevent the passage of suspended particles, dust or sand grains and the like in the air, but the effect of about 50% of air circulation is maintained, so the textile 10 can effectively prevent and treat the air pollution on leaves, flowers and fruits and the effect of air circulation by being used as an agricultural planting shield, and the textile 10 can effectively prevent and treat the air pollution indoors and maintain the effect of air circulation by being used as a gauze of the construction industry.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the woven mesh fabric 10 further comprises a first coating layer 16, such as an adhesive, the first coating layer 16 is rolled, heated and dried to coat one side of the woven mesh fabric 10 (fig. 4), the corresponding two sides of the woven mesh fabric 10 (fig. 5) or the surfaces of the fiber compositions, so that the woven mesh fabric 10 can be stiff without sagging and maintain the interwoven structure, and the adhesive of the first coating layer 16 can be ethyl acetate for better freedom and water-repellent effect in subsequent use.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the woven fabric 10 with meshes further comprises a second coating layer 18, such as a water repellent agent, the second coating layer 18 is coated on the surface of the first coating layer 16 by rolling, heating and drying, so that the water repellent effect is enhanced, when the woven fabric is applied to a screen mesh without closing a window and in rainy days, rainwater is hardly attached to the screen mesh, and there is no fear that rainwater penetrates into a room, and dust attached to the screen mesh can be easily sprayed with water or carried away by rainwater, wherein the second coating layer 18 has components such as the basic coating layer 14, so that the perfluoroalkyl ethyl acrylate copolymer is coated on the surface of the first coating layer 16.
The woven fabric 10 with meshes disclosed by the invention can be provided with the first coating layer 16 and the second coating layer 18 at different time, and has the effect of water-repellent effect.
