Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
Unless otherwise specifically indicated, the various raw materials, reagents, instruments, equipment and the like used in the present application are commercially available or may be prepared by existing methods.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a multi-angle free-switching type handheld component, including:
the handle body 1 is symmetrically and outwards formed with a continuously expanded smooth curved block 2 along the axis direction so as to realize that the handle body 1 is arranged in a narrow upper part and a wide lower part, the tail end of the smooth curved block 2 is provided with a curved surface 3 so as to form symmetrical first gripping surfaces 5 on two sides of the handle body 1 in cooperation with the smooth curved block 2, one side of the handle body 1 opposite to the smooth curved block 2 is provided with a plane so as to form a second gripping surface 6, a first groove 7 is arranged in the first gripping surface 5, a first upper groove 71 and a first lower groove 72 are arranged in the first groove 7, the top of the smooth curved block 2 between the symmetrical two first gripping surfaces 5 is provided with a convex curved surface 41, a flat surface 42 and a bearing plane 43, the bearing plane 43 is positioned at the contact position of the convex curved surface 41 and the flat surface 42, the convex curved surface 41 and the flat surface 3 are smoothly transited, and the flat surface 42 is arranged above the convex curved surface 41;
the connection between the first upper groove 71 and the first lower groove 72 is set as a dividing line 8;
the first lower groove 72 is designed to be deep and shallow.
In some alternative embodiments, the first upper groove 71 is designed to be shallow and deep up and down, so that the first upper groove 71 and the first lower groove 72 at the dividing line 8 are disposed at an obtuse angle therebetween.
In the embodiment of the application, the contact area between the thumb and the middle finger and the handle main body 1 during vertical three-finger clamping can be increased by dividing the first groove 7 into the first upper groove 71 and the first lower groove 72, and the contact angle is limited to ensure that the clamping angle of the thumb and the index finger accords with the ergonomics, so that the smoothness and the comfort degree of the vertical clamping can be ensured, and meanwhile, the accommodating space of the index finger and the first knuckle finger of the thumb can be provided during the transverse clamping process.
By controlling the grooving depth between the first upper groove 71 and the first lower groove 72, respectively, the boundary line 8 at the contact point between the first upper groove 71 and the first lower groove 72 can be the deepest point of the two, and an obtuse angle groove is formed at the boundary line 8, and the obtuse angle groove can accommodate and abut against the fingers of the thumb and the middle finger in the vertical three-finger clamping stage (when the index finger is positioned on one side of the second gripping surface 6), so that the thumb and the middle finger are prevented from sliding back and forth in the direction of the cutter head in the shaving action, and the use stability of the gesture is improved; or in the other transverse clamping (other fingers are on the side of the smooth curved block, the thumb is on the side of the second gripping surface), when the index finger is positioned on the bearing plane 43, after bending the index finger, the finger belly of the first knuckle can be attached to the obtuse angle groove, at the moment, the middle finger is bent, the finger head of the middle finger is abutted against the first lower groove 72 and is close to the edge of the first gripping surface 5 (the side of the convex plane 11 hereinafter), the first knuckle of the middle finger is placed in the first lower groove 72, the second knuckle of the middle finger is abutted against the convex curved surface 41, the integral contact surface of the finger and the handle main body 1 is increased, and the vertical clamping posture close to the gripping is formed, so that the stability in use is improved.
Meanwhile, due to the upper-deep-lower shallow design, the width of the upper end of the convex curved surface 41 is smaller than that of the lower end, so that the thumb can be conveniently and transversely clamped (the thumb is on one side of the smooth curved block and other fingers are on one side of the second gripping surface), the friction force is small when the thumb can be placed at the position where the upper half part of the convex curved surface 41 is narrower, the thumb can be matched with the index finger and the middle finger which are positioned on the second gripping surface 6, the whole handle can be flexibly rotated, and the unused clamping posture can be rapidly switched; when the thumb is placed in the wider position of the lower half of the convex curved surface 41, there is enough supporting surface to stabilize the lateral holding posture at this time.
Meanwhile, due to the design of the narrow upper part and the wide lower part of the handle main body 1, the tail part of the handle main body is heavier and bigger than the tail part of a traditional cylindrical handle, the tail weight of the handle main body 1 can be increased compared with that of a traditional shaver, when the handle main body is used, the vicinity of the bearing plane 43 is used as a lever fulcrum, and the lower half part of the second gripping surface 6 is used for applying force downwards, so that the shaver head surface positioned at the upper half part of the second gripping surface 6 can be inclined forwards more easily so as to be close to the face to be shaved, and the clamping modes in various directions can be matched, thereby improving the usability of the handle main body 1; meanwhile, due to the design of the narrow upper part and the wide lower part, when the shaver is used for downward force shaving in various clamping postures, the same clamping force is used, and the sliding risk is reduced compared with the traditional cylindrical handle.
Because the cutter head face is located on the side of the second gripping face 6, simultaneously due to the design of the handle main body 1 that the upper part is narrow and the lower part is wide, the second gripping face 6 is matched with a sufficient plane width at the handheld position, compared with the traditional cylindrical handle main body, the cutter head face direction can be continuously perceived without the sense of sight only through the touch of fingers to the handle (under the condition that eyes are not always opened due to inconvenience such as shaving when the face is cleaned by facial cleanser or in a shower), the cutter head is always located at a correct shaving angle, and the risk of transverse left-right rotation sliding is effectively reduced, so that the risk of scratching skin due to the deflection of the cutter edge in the shaving process can be avoided.
In some alternative embodiments, the first upper groove 71 is disposed with a narrower upper portion and a narrower lower portion, and the first lower groove 72 is disposed with a wider upper portion and a narrower lower portion, so that the width of the upper end of the convex curved surface 41 is smaller than the width of the lower end of the convex curved surface 41 and the convex flat surface 11 is formed in the first gripping surface 5.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first upper groove 71 with a narrow upper part and a wide lower part is introduced, so that on one hand, the aesthetic appearance of the handle body 1 can be improved by arranging the first upper groove 71 with a narrow upper part and a wide lower part, and on the other hand, the concave surfaces of the first upper groove 71 and the first lower groove 72 can be utilized to balance the cross-sectional areas of all positions, so that the rigidity of all parts of the whole handle body 1 can be balanced.
The width distribution condition of the first lower groove 72 is further thinned, the clamping in the transverse clamping stage is convenient to stabilize by matching with the bearing plane 43 and the convex curved surface 41, meanwhile, the design of the upper width and the lower width of the first lower groove 72 can enable the first clamping surface 5 to be close to the lower half part of the second clamping surface 6 to form a convex plane 11 with enough width, so that in one transverse clamping stage (the thumb is on one side of the smooth curved block and the other fingers are on one side of the second clamping surface), when the first knuckle of the thumb is placed on the convex curved surface 41 or in the bearing plane 43, the first knuckle and the third knuckle of the thumb can clamp the left convex plane 11 and the right convex plane 11 through bending the middle knuckle, simultaneously, the belly of the second knuckle of the middle finger can be abutted in the third groove 10, and the forefinger can be placed in the second groove 9 of the second clamping surface 6 or the area above the second groove 9 to be evolved into another stable vertical clamping posture.
In some alternative embodiments, a second groove 9 and a third groove 10 are provided in the second gripping surface 6, the second groove 9 is disposed above the third groove 10, and the area of the second groove 9 is greater than or equal to the area of the third groove 10.
In some alternative embodiments, the left and right sides of the end of the third groove 10 are provided with symmetrical arc-shaped protrusions 12.
In some alternative embodiments, the bottom of the third groove 10 is provided with a concave arc-shaped end surface 14, and the concave arc-shaped end surface 14 is disposed between the two arc-shaped protrusions 12.
In some alternative embodiments, the left and right side edges of the second groove 9 are provided with symmetrical receiving grooves 13.
In the embodiment of the application, the areas of the second groove 9 and the third groove 10 are controlled, and the length of the first knuckle of the index finger is generally larger than that of the second knuckle of the index finger, so that the first knuckle of the index finger can be more closely placed on the second gripping surface 6 in the vertical gripping stage by increasing the area of the second groove 9, the contact area of the first knuckle of the index finger and the handle main body 1 is increased, and the stability of the handle in the vertical gripping is improved.
Through set up second recess 9 and third recess 10 respectively in second gripping face 6, can be under the mode of vertical three-finger centre gripping second recess 9 and third recess 10 can be respectively perfect laminating index finger first section and the finger tripe of second section, set up arc lug 12 in the terminal both sides of third recess 10 simultaneously, utilize arc lug 12 to fix the second knuckle of index finger, thereby can regard as anti-skidding fixed part, can effectually improve the anti-skidding nature of handheld part in the index finger left and right sides direction when vertical centre gripping, and be in the anti-skidding nature of the finger decurrent direction of third recess 10 position when horizontal centre gripping, and then improve the stability of different handheld modes.
In addition, the accommodating groove 13 is arranged, so that the first joint is clamped in the accommodating groove 13 when the index finger is transversely placed in the second groove 14 in the transverse clamping stage, and the skid resistance is realized; or the thumb is placed in the first lower groove 72, and the middle finger is bent to the second gripping surface, so that the first knuckle is attached in the third groove 15, the joint of the first knuckle and the second knuckle can be placed in the accommodating groove 13 by bending the index finger, at this time, the index finger is tilted, or the index finger is straightened, the second knuckle of the index finger leans against the convex curved surface 41, at this time, the first finger of the index finger stretches into the first upper groove 71, so that another vertical clamping mode of the handheld component can be realized.
In addition, the arc-shaped protruding block 12 is positioned at the tail end of the second gripping surface 6, so that a certain positioning function is further provided, and the risk that the hand is out of the hand of the shaver due to the fact that the hand passes over the arc-shaped protruding block 12 to grip the handle is avoided.
Through setting up indent arc terminal surface 14 in third recess 10, can improve the height of arc lug 12 relatively through indent arc terminal surface 14 on the one hand to can improve the fixed antiskid effect of arc lug 12 to the knuckle of forefinger, on the other hand this indent arc terminal surface 14 can make third recess 10 and forefinger second knuckle laminating more, thereby further improve the stability and the use travelling comfort of handheld part at vertical centre gripping.
In some alternative embodiments, the height of the side of the convex curved surface 41 near the bearing plane 43 is lower than the height of the side of the convex curved surface 41 near the curved surface 3.
In the embodiment of the application, the height change of the convex curved surface 41 is controlled, so that the height of the convex curved surface 41 is outwards expanded to form a convex smooth strip-shaped end surface, the convex curved surface 41 can disperse the clamping force of part of thumb or other fingers and provide the friction force opposite to the finger sliding force in the transverse clamping stage, so that the clamping stability of the handheld component is improved, and meanwhile, the designs of different heights of the convex curved surface 41 are matched with the designs of different widths of the convex curved surface 41, so that the resistance of the finger moving from the lower end area to the upper end area of the convex curved surface 41 is smaller when the finger is in the transverse clamping, and the handheld component can be replaced in different clamping modes after the finger moves to the upper end area of the convex curved surface 41.
In some alternative embodiments, the bearing plane 43 and the flat surface 42 are at an obtuse angle.
In the embodiment of the application, the angle relation between the straight surfaces 42 of the bearing planes 43 is controlled, so that the bearing planes 43 can form an upward inclined plane, on one hand, the bearing planes 43 are used as a blocking object, when fingers are placed on the straight surfaces 42, the anti-slip function towards the tail direction of the handle is provided, on the other hand, the contact area of the bearing planes 43 is increased to a certain extent, the placement of forefingers or thumbs in the transverse clamping stage is facilitated, and therefore, the stability of the handheld part is improved through the abutting of the forefingers or thumbs with the bearing planes 43, and meanwhile, the inclined planes can realize the rapid conversion of the clamping mode.
In summary, by introducing the second groove 9 and the third groove 10 in the second gripping surface 6, in a manner of lateral gripping (other fingers on the smooth curved block 2 side, thumb on the second gripping surface 6 side), the thumb can be placed laterally in the second groove 9, the first knuckle of the index finger can be placed on the bearing plane 43 or the flat surface 42, and the first knuckle of the middle finger can be placed on the convex curved surface 41, so that the stability of the gripping manner can be improved; or the thumb is placed in the first lower groove 72, and the middle finger is bent to the second gripping surface, so that the first knuckle is attached in the third groove 10, the joint of the first knuckle and the second knuckle can be abutted against one side of the accommodating groove 13 of the second groove 9 by bending the index finger, and the index finger is lifted, or the index finger is straightened, the second knuckle of the index finger leans against the convex curved surface 41, and at the moment, the first finger of the index finger stretches into the first upper groove 71, thereby realizing stable gripping in another three-finger vertical gripping mode, and realizing flexible and changeable use posture; in another mode of transverse clamping (the thumb is on the side of the smooth curved block 2, and the other fingers are on the side of the second gripping surface 6), four-finger or three-finger or two-finger clamping can be flexibly adopted on the side of the second gripping surface 6: the index finger can be placed in the upper half of the second gripping surface 6, the middle finger and the ring finger can be placed in the second groove 9, and the little finger can be placed in the third groove 10; alternatively, the index finger may be placed in the upper half of the second gripping surface 6, the middle finger in the second recess 9 and the ring finger in the third recess 10; alternatively, the index finger may be placed in the second recess 9 and the middle finger placed in the third recess 10. In this transverse clamping mode, when the first knuckle of the thumb is placed on the convex curved surface 41 or in the bearing plane 43, the first knuckle and the third knuckle or the second knuckle and the finger root can be clamped on the left and right convex plane 11 by bending the middle finger, at this time, the second knuckle or the belly of the third knuckle of the middle finger can be abutted in the third groove 10, the first knuckle of the index finger can be placed in the second groove 9 of the second gripping surface 6 or in the area above the second groove 9, or the first knuckle of the index finger can be bent to extend into the first lower groove 72, and in the above clamping mode, the thumb is placed on the top of the convex curved surface 41 and the surface of the bearing plane 43, so that different clamping modes of the handheld component can be realized.
