The application aims to overcome at least one defect of the prior art, provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating anorectal diseases and application thereof, can effectively treat the anorectal diseases, is suitable for various diseases, and is convenient to use.
The application adopts the technical scheme that the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating anorectal diseases is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-45 parts of hydroxymethyl cellulose sodium, 40-45 parts of glucose powder, 5-10 parts of borneol and 5-10 parts of radix angelicae.
In one or more embodiments of the present application, the Chinese medicinal composition can effectively treat anorectal diseases, and can be applied to various symptoms to achieve corresponding therapeutic effects. In one or more embodiments of the application, the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose: has good absorption capacity, can play a role in diminishing inflammation and astringing, and is suitable for redness, itching, pimple and the like of skin; glucose powder: the traditional Chinese medicine composition has strong hygroscopicity, has the effects of detumescence and pain relief, and can play a role in accelerating ulcer healing when being externally used for chronic ulcer wounds; borneol: has effects of inducing resuscitation, dispelling pathogenic fire, removing nebula, improving eyesight, relieving swelling and pain, and can be used for treating vomiting at middle-jiao, unconsciousness due to pyrexia, convulsion, phlegm, deafness due to qi obstruction, sore throat, otitis media, carbuncle, swelling, hemorrhoid, nebula, enterobiasis, etc.; radix angelicae: has effects of dispelling pathogenic wind and dampness, promoting blood circulation, expelling pus, promoting granulation, and relieving pain, and can be used for treating headache, toothache, nasosinusitis, intestinal wind, anal fistula, leucorrhea with red and white discharge, carbuncle, skin ulcer, and skin pruritus.
The traditional medicine considers that common diseases of anus and rectum such as hemorrhoids, anal fissure, perianal abscess, perianal eczema and the like, the main causes of pain, edema and pruritus are caused by improper diet of patients, damp-heat generation caused by damaging spleen and stomach and the like, and the damp and heat accumulation is caused by downward pouring into anus large intestine, so that qi and blood channels are blocked, blood stasis and heat are mutually combined, or the damp and heat accumulation and pathogenic factors are mutually combined, the pain of anus edema, the discomfort of anus weighing and swelling, difficult healing of ulcer seepage, perianal eczema and the like are caused, and the pathogenesis is damp-heat generation, qi stagnation and blood stasis, pain caused by obstruction and the damp-heat accumulation causes skin flush, itching and erosion exudation. The three are matched to remove the necrotic tissue and promote tissue regeneration; (3) dehumidification and itching relief: the sodium hydroxymethyl cellulose has the effects of diminishing inflammation, astringing and relieving itching, can reduce skin problems, and has the effects of dispelling wind and dampness and simultaneously removing dampness and relieving itching. The traditional Chinese medicine composition disclosed by the application has multiple curative effects, is suitable for various anorectal diseases and is stable in curative effect and convenient to administer.
Based on the formula components provided by the application, the excellent detumescence and antipruritic effects can be realized by only matching borneol, angelica dahurica with sodium hydroxymethyl cellulose and glucose powder, the treatment of perianal eczema, pruritus ani, edema of operation mouth and other diseases is realized, and the detumescence and antipruritic effects are obvious. Further, the traditional Chinese medicine preparation is in the form of powder, suppository, spray, agent, ointment or lotion. Still another object of the present application is to provide an anorectal disease treatment system, comprising a drug application module for applying the above-mentioned traditional Chinese medicine composition or the above-mentioned traditional Chinese medicine preparation, wherein the amount of the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the single drug application amount of the drug application module is 2g-5 g.
Further, a timed reminder device is included for reminding the application of the medicament.

Example 5
A Chinese medicinal suppository for treating anorectal common diseases is provided: weighing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 43 parts of sodium hydroxymethyl cellulose, 43 parts of glucose powder, 7 parts of borneol and 7 parts of radix angelicae; pulverizing, sieving, mixing, adding conventional adjuvants, mixing, and making into suppository.
Test example 1
