The pressing element 24 comprises a pressing block 31 arranged on the shell 1, a rotating lug 32 arranged on the pressing block 31, a first supporting shaft 33 arranged in the shell 1, a transmission bar 34 arranged on the pressing block 31 and a ratchet piece 35 arranged on the transmission bar 34, wherein the rotating lug 32 is sleeved on the first supporting shaft 33, and the ratchet piece 35 is meshed with the second gear 30.
Specifically, the casing 1 is provided with a pressing opening, and the pressing block 31 is movably disposed in the pressing opening. The first support shaft 33 is fixedly connected in the shell 1, the rotating lug 32 is fixedly connected with the pressing block 31, the rotating lug 32 is sleeved on the first support shaft 33, a torsion spring is arranged between the rotating lug 32 and the first support shaft 33, the pressing block 31 is pressed down, and the pressing block 31 rotates around the first support shaft 33; the transmission strip 34 is fixedly connected to the edge of the pressing block 31, an elastic ratchet piece 35 is fixedly connected to the edge of the transmission strip 34, the elastic ratchet piece 35 is meshed with the second gear 30, when the pressing block 31 is pressed down, the ratchet piece 35 drives the second gear 30 to rotate, and when the pressing block 31 is sprung, no transmission exists between the ratchet piece 35 and the second gear 30.
In the use process, the pressing block 31 is pressed down, the pressing block 31 drives the ratchet piece 35 to move rightwards, the ratchet piece 35 drives the second gear 30 to rotate, the second gear 30 drives the first gear 28 to rotate, the first gear 28 drives the coaxial worm 27 to rotate, the worm 27 is meshed with the tooth groove 25, the adjusting knob 9 is driven to rotate, and the lens 5 is driven to rotate, so that inspection fields of view in different directions are obtained; releasing the pressing block 31, and enabling the pressing block 31 to spring upwards, wherein the elastic ratchet piece 35 is pressed down by the second gear 30 in the process of moving leftwards, and no transmission occurs between the elastic ratchet piece and the second gear 30; the lens 5 rotates a certain angle when the pressing block 31 is pressed down once, so that the angle of the lens 5 is adjusted while the hysteroscope is held by one hand.
The rest of the structure is the same as that of embodiment 1.
Example 3: referring to fig. 1 to 10, a third embodiment of the present invention is different from the second embodiment in that:
the pressing block 31 is hollow, an adjusting unit 36 is arranged in the pressing block 31, and the adjusting unit 36 is used for adjusting the pressing distance of the pressing block 31 so as to adjust the rotation angle of the lens 5 during single pressing;
the adjusting unit 36 includes a second support shaft 37 disposed in the pressing block 31, a rotating disc 38 disposed on the second support shaft 37, an eccentric groove 39 disposed on the rotating disc 38, a limit lever 40 disposed on the housing 1, and an arc-shaped lever 41 disposed at an end of the limit lever 40, and when the pressing block 31 is pressed down, the eccentric groove 39 is attached to the arc-shaped lever 41.
Specifically, the second supporting shaft 37 is fixed in the cavity of the pressing block 31, the rotating disc 38 is rotatably arranged on the second supporting shaft 37, an opening is formed in the pressing block 31, and 1/3 circular arc of the rotating disc 38 is arranged outside the cavity of the pressing block 31 through the opening, so that the rotating disc 38 can slide outside the pressing block 31; the edge of the rotating disc 38 is provided with an eccentric groove 39, and the section of the groove is an eccentric circle rotating around the second supporting shaft 37; one end of the limiting rod 40 is fixedly connected with the shell 1, the other end of the limiting rod is fixedly connected with the arc-shaped rod 41, and when the pressing block 31 is pressed down, the bottom of the eccentric groove 39 abuts against the arc-shaped rod 41 to limit the movement of the pressing block 31.
During the use, the part of the sliding rotating disc 38 outside the pressing block 31 makes the eccentric groove 39 rotate around the second supporting rod, the pressing block 31 is pressed downwards, the pressing block 31 rotates around the second supporting shaft 37, the bottom of the eccentric groove 39 is propped against the arc-shaped rod 41, when the eccentric groove 39 rotates to different positions, the pressing stroke of the pressing block 31 is different, the rotation angle of the lens 5 is further different, and the sliding rotating disc 38 plays a role in adjusting the rotation angle of the lens 5 of the single pressing block 31.
The rest of the structure is the same as that of embodiment 2.
Example 4: referring to fig. 2, a disposable uterine cavity endoscope catheter according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention is provided, the device comprises a catheter body 42, the catheter body 42 comprises a male plug 19, the male plug 19 and the female plug 18 are matched, a water outlet catheter 20 is arranged on the male plug 19, and a water suction catheter 21 is arranged on the male plug 19, the water outlet catheter 20 is communicated with the second water outlet cavity 17, and the water suction catheter 21 is communicated with the second water suction cavity 16.
In the use process, the plug male connector 19 is connected with the plug female connector 18, the water outlet conduit 20 is connected with the water outlet pump, the water suction conduit 21 is connected with the water suction pump, and the discharge of the cleaning liquid and the recovery of the waste liquid are realized by controlling the switch of the water outlet pump and the water suction pump; the disposable uterine cavity endoscope catheter is replaced after being used.
Example 5: referring to fig. 1-10, for a fifth embodiment of the present invention, a method of using a visual intrauterine endoscope assembly is provided, comprising the steps of:
s1: the lens rod 4 sequentially passes through the lens sheath 3, the sealing ring 8, the cylindrical block 7 and the adjusting knob 9, so that the limiting protrusion 10 is clamped in the limiting groove 11, the adjusting knob 9 is rotated, the adjusting knob 9 drives the lens rod 4 to rotate, the lens rod 4 drives the lens 5 to rotate, and the lens 5 rotates at any angle, so that the visual range is greatly increased, and the accuracy of hysteroscopy is improved;
s3: pressing down the pressing block 31, the pressing block 31 drives the ratchet piece 35 to move right, the ratchet piece 35 drives the second gear 30 to rotate, the second gear 30 drives the first gear 28 to rotate, the first gear 28 drives the coaxial worm 27 to rotate, the worm 27 is meshed with the tooth groove 25, the adjusting knob 9 is driven to rotate, and the lens 5 is driven to rotate, so that inspection fields of view in different directions are obtained; releasing the pressing block 31, and enabling the pressing block 31 to spring upwards, wherein the elastic ratchet piece 35 is pressed down by the second gear 30 in the process of moving leftwards, and no transmission occurs between the elastic ratchet piece and the second gear 30; the lens 5 rotates a certain angle when the pressing block 31 is pressed down once, so that the angle of the lens 5 is adjusted while the hysteroscope is held by one hand;
s4: the sliding rotating disc 38 rotates the eccentric groove 39 around the second supporting rod at the outer part of the pressing block 31, presses down the pressing block 31, rotates the pressing block 31 around the second supporting shaft 37, and when the bottom of the eccentric groove 39 is propped against the arc-shaped rod 41 and the eccentric groove 39 rotates to different positions, the pressing stroke of the pressing block 31 is different, so that the rotation angle of the lens 5 is different, and the sliding rotating disc 38 plays a role in adjusting the rotation angle of the lens 5 of the pressing block 31 when the single pressing is performed.

Claims (2)

the lens sheath (3) is provided with a flushing unit (12), and the flushing unit (12) is used for cleaning the lens (5) and the uterine cavity, so that the surgical field of vision is clear;
the flushing unit (12) comprises a first water outlet cavity (13) arranged on the mirror sheath (3), a first water suction cavity (14) arranged on the mirror sheath (3), a connecting pipe (15) arranged on the shell (1), wherein the connecting pipe (15) is connected with the mirror sheath (3), a second water suction cavity (16) arranged in the connecting pipe (15), a second water outlet cavity (17) arranged in the connecting pipe (15), the first water outlet cavity (13) is communicated with the second water outlet cavity (17), the first water suction cavity (14) is communicated with the second water suction cavity (16), a plugging female connector (18) arranged at the end part of the connecting pipe (15) and a catheter body (42) arranged on the plugging female connector;
a pressing unit (22) is arranged in the shell (1), and the pressing unit (22) is used for conveniently rotating the lens (5);
the pressing unit (22) comprises a transmission element (23) arranged in the shell (1) and a pressing element (24) arranged on the shell (1), and the pressing element (24) is connected with the adjusting knob (9) through the transmission element (23);
the transmission element (23) comprises a tooth slot (25) arranged on the adjusting knob (9), a first rotating shaft (26) arranged in the shell (1), a worm (27) arranged on the first rotating shaft (26), a first gear (28) arranged on the first rotating shaft (26), a second rotating shaft (29) arranged in the shell (1) and a second gear (30) arranged on the second rotating shaft (29), wherein the second gear (30) is a one-way gear, and the second gear (30) is meshed with the first gear (28);
the pressing element (24) comprises a pressing block (31) arranged on the shell (1), a rotating lug (32) arranged on the pressing block (31), a first supporting shaft (33) arranged in the shell (1), a transmission bar (34) sleeved on the first supporting shaft (33) and arranged on the pressing block (31), and a ratchet piece (35) arranged on the transmission bar (34), wherein the ratchet piece (35) is meshed with the second gear (30);
the pressing block (31) is hollow, an adjusting unit (36) is arranged in the pressing block (31), and the adjusting unit (36) is used for adjusting the pressing distance of the pressing block (31) so as to adjust the rotation angle of the lens (5) during single pressing;
the adjusting unit (36) comprises a second supporting shaft (37) arranged in the pressing block (31), a rotating disc (38) arranged on the second supporting shaft (37), an eccentric groove (39) arranged on the rotating disc (38), a limiting rod (40) arranged on the shell (1), and an arc-shaped rod (41) arranged at the end part of the limiting rod (40), and when the pressing block (31) is pressed down, the eccentric groove (39) is attached to the arc-shaped rod (41).
