After the network domain finishes upgrading, the state of the power internet of things management platform can be automatically reported to the power internet of things management platform, whether the network domain is ready or not can be clearly known through the state of the network domain, and when the upgraded network domain meets the requirement, the power internet of things management platform is confirmed to finish upgrading.
