The invention provides a mobile power supply with a flowmeter for low-power-consumption protection, which comprises a lithium battery module, a charging management unit, a voltage transformation module and a power calculation module, wherein the lithium battery module is connected with the charging management unit; the protocol distribution module distributes a charging protocol according to the type of the electronic equipment accessed by the output end; the power distribution module is used for determining a charging power range; the sensing module is connected with each power calculation module and is used for registering signals of the power calculation modules; the reset module is used for zeroing the power consumption statistics and the electric quantity statistics; the system also comprises a central processing unit, which executes the call to each module; and the display module is used for acquiring and displaying the power consumption statistics and the electric quantity statistics. The invention can intuitively display the power distributed among the ports correspondingly connected with the lithium battery and display the charging information and the power consumption information of each port.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of mobile power supplies, and particularly relates to a mobile power supply with a power meter and low power consumption protection function.
Background
The mobile power supply is a portable charger integrating power supply and charging functions, and can charge mobile digital devices such as mobile phones and the like anytime and anywhere or supply power in a standby mode. Because the voltage of a lithium battery is usually between 2.7 and 4.2V, the electric quantity is reduced along with the voltage. The voltage of 2.7-4.2V can not directly charge other digital products, because the voltage of the lithium battery of the digital products is 2.7-4.2V and the voltages with the same potential can not be charged, the mobile power supply can output electric energy outwards, and a boosting system is needed
However, the voltage of the lithium battery with the voltage of 2.7-4.2V is boosted to 5V with certain loss, the prior art adopts a resistance-capacitance detection mode, and in use, the capacity error of the battery is very large, and the voltage and the current of charge and discharge cannot be intuitively seen, so that the electric quantity indication displayed by an LED lamp or digitally displayed brings great inconvenience to a user. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Example 1
The invention provides a mobile power supply circuit with a flowmeter low-power-consumption protection function, which is shown in fig. 1 and comprises a lithium battery module, a charging management power supply and a transformation module.
In this embodiment, the lithium battery module is formed by combining a plurality of lithium batteries with the same capacity or different capacities, the charging management unit realizes the charging management of the lithium batteries, and the voltage transformation module performs boosting treatment on the voltage discharged by the lithium battery module so as to realize the charging of the electronic equipment.
The lithium battery module that a plurality of lithium batteries of combination constitute has a common energy supply end and two first output ends and the second output end of connecting this energy supply end, and in this embodiment, the one end that lithium battery module connects vary voltage module is the energy supply end.

As a further preferable mode of this embodiment, the system further includes an electricity quantity IC connected to the lithium battery module for monitoring the real-time capacitance of the lithium battery module, and it should be noted that the electricity quantity monitored by the electricity quantity meter is different from the electricity quantity monitored by the electricity quantity IC, and the electricity quantity meter monitors the sum of electricity consumption corresponding to the output terminal or the line connected thereto, so that the reading of the electricity quantity meter connected to the power supply terminal is not the same as the reading of the electricity quantity IC.
As a further preferable mode of the embodiment, the lithium battery module further comprises a protocol distribution module and a power distribution module, according to the electronic equipment model accessed by the output end, a charging protocol supported by the electronic equipment is read through a serial bus, the supported protocol is selected to charge the electronic equipment, then the charging power range of the electronic equipment is determined from the protocol through the power distribution module, when the power consumption level of the electronic equipment is reduced, the charging protocol of the electronic equipment is adjusted, the charging power range of the electronic equipment is adjusted, so that the pressure of the voltage transformation module is reduced, and the protection of the lithium battery module is realized.
The embodiment also comprises a sensing module, wherein the sensing module is connected with each power calculation module and is used for registering electric quantity and power consumption signals sampled by each power calculation module, sending the received signals from the power calculation modules to an analog front end for processing, and then converting the signals into digital signals through a digital-to-analog converter; the control logic circuit controls the automatic sampling time interval of the power calculation module according to the preset value, and meanwhile, the digital signals output by the digital-to-analog converter are stored in the register after being averaged.
And the reset module is used for zeroing the power consumption statistics and the electric quantity statistics, and is connected with each power calculation module of the embodiment and comprises a bridge matching resistor and a reset terminal capacitor. It should be noted that, the reset terminal capacitor of the reset module in this embodiment has two modes, i.e. manual triggering and cpu triggering.
When the power calculation module is triggered manually, namely, a reset button is arranged on the reset module, after the reset button is reset, namely, after the reset terminal capacitance connected with each power calculation module is discharged, the power calculation module is reset, an electric pulse is sent to the sensing module, the sensing module records the time stamp of the electric pulse, the electric signal between the time stamps is reserved in a register, the periodic record of electric quantity statistics and power consumption statistics is realized, the central processing unit triggers the reset terminal capacitance connected with each power calculation module selectively without integral triggering, and meanwhile, after any reset terminal capacitance is triggered, the sensing module records the time stamp data and records the power calculation module corresponding to the triggered reset terminal capacitance.
The central processing unit of the embodiment is powered by the lithium battery module, is connected to the power calculation module, the sensing module and the reset module in the embodiment, executes the call to each module, and can call the stage power consumption data and the electric quantity data.
As a further preferable mode of the present embodiment, the present invention further includes an interface module including at least an interface controller and a communication module; the interface controller is suitable for controlling signals in the register to be transmitted through any port of the communication module; the port comprises a wired communication port and a wireless communication port which are connected with the power distribution module, the wireless communication port is connected to the signal transmitter, the wired communication port is integrated in the serial bus, and when the connected electronic equipment is electronic equipment with basic operation programs such as a mobile phone or a smart watch, real-time power consumption data and staged power consumption data can be synchronously uploaded into the electronic equipment.
The system also comprises a display module, wherein the display module is used for acquiring and displaying the power consumption statistics and the electric quantity statistics, and can realize the display of the staged data after the central processing unit executes the call to the register.
