In one embodiment, the present application provides a vehicle management system, as shown in FIG. 1, which may include a vehicle information management device 110 and a key management device. The vehicle information management apparatus 110 is a device having an information processing function and an information storage function, and may be, but is not limited to, a single server or a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers.
The vehicle information management device 110 may, when receiving the vehicle use approval request, acquire an approval result corresponding to the vehicle use approval request, and generate vehicle use information according to the vehicle use approval request and the approval result. The approval result is used for indicating whether the vehicle use approval request passes or not. When the first and second key locking members 131 and 133 are closed, the first and second key locking members 131 and 133 may together form a half ring, thereby preventing the vehicle key from being taken out.
The key lock control module may be connected to the vehicle information management device 110 and each of the first key locks 131, respectively. Further, the key lock control module may be communicatively connected to the vehicle information management device 110 and electrically connected to each of the first key locks 131. The recesses are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence with the respective first key locking members 131, i.e. different first key locking members 131 correspond to different recesses, each recess corresponding to only one first key locking member 131.
The key locking control module is further configured to control the first key locking member 131 corresponding to the key access request to move towards the recess direction of the recess when the authority verification passes, so that at least part of the first key locking member 131 is accommodated in the corresponding recess, and further the first key locking member 131 and the second key locking member 133 form an opening. Thus, when the authority verification passes, the first key locking member 131 can be automatically retracted into the cabinet 120, so as to avoid the first key locking member 131 from hooking an object.
In one embodiment, the key lock control module may include a processor and at least one lock movement mechanism. The respective locking element displacement mechanism and the respective first key locking element 131 may be mechanically connected in a one-to-one correspondence, in other words different first key locking elements 131 are mechanically connected to different locking element displacement mechanisms, respectively, and each locking element displacement mechanism is connected to only one first key locking element 131.

2. The vehicle management system according to claim 1, wherein the cabinet body is provided with at least one recess, and each first key locking member is disposed in one-to-one correspondence with each recess;
the key locking control module is used for controlling the first key locking piece corresponding to the key taking request to move towards the concave direction of the concave part when verification passes.
3. The vehicle management system of claim 2, wherein the key lock control module includes a processor and at least one lock movement mechanism, each of the lock movement mechanisms being mechanically coupled to each of the first key locks in a one-to-one correspondence;
the processor is electrically connected with each locking piece moving mechanism and is used for sending an unlocking instruction to the locking piece moving mechanism corresponding to the key taking request when verification passes;
and each locking piece moving mechanism is used for driving the corresponding first key locking piece to move towards the concave direction of the concave part under the condition that an unlocking instruction is received.
4. The vehicle management system of claim 1, wherein the key management device further comprises a display device embedded within the cabinet;
the key locking control module is electrically connected with the display device and is used for controlling the display device to display a key information interface when verification is passed and controlling the display device to display a non-passing reminding interface when verification is not passed.
5. The vehicle management system of claim 1, wherein the key management device further comprises at least one position indicator light, each position indicator light is disposed on the cabinet, and each position indicator light corresponds to each key locking mechanism one-to-one;
and the key locking control module is electrically connected with each position indicator lamp and is used for determining a target key locking mechanism in each key locking mechanism under the condition that a key return request is acquired, controlling the position indicator lamp corresponding to the target key locking mechanism to be in a light-on state and controlling a first key locking piece of the target key locking mechanism to move.
6. The vehicle management system according to claim 5, wherein,
the key locking control module is also used for determining a key returning time according to the key returning request and storing the key returning time and the vehicle use information in a database.
7. The vehicle management system of claim 1, wherein the key management device further comprises a face recognition module and a fingerprint recognition module, both of which are connected to the key lock control module;
the face recognition module is used for collecting face information, determining user identity information according to the collected face information and sending the user identity information to the key locking control module;
the fingerprint identification module is used for collecting fingerprint information, determining user identity information according to the collected fingerprint information and sending the user identity information to the key locking control module;
the key locking control module is used for generating a right verification request according to the user identity information when the user identity information is received, and sending the right verification request to the vehicle information management device so that the vehicle information management device can conduct right verification according to the vehicle use information and return verification results.
8. The vehicle management system according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising a sensor module for being provided on a vehicle;
the sensor module is used for collecting vehicle running information of the vehicle;
the vehicle information management device is connected with the sensor module and is used for acquiring the vehicle operation information and storing the vehicle operation information in a database.
9. The vehicle management system of claim 8, wherein the vehicle management system further comprises an electronic device;
the vehicle information management device is in communication connection with the electronic equipment and is used for sending abnormality reminding information to the electronic equipment when the abnormality of the vehicle is determined according to the vehicle operation information.
10. The vehicle management system of any of claims 1-7, wherein the key management device further comprises an audible and visual alarm module disposed on the chest;
the key locking control module is electrically connected with the audible and visual alarm module and is used for driving the audible and visual alarm module to alarm when any key locking mechanism is detected to move under the condition that the key locking mechanism is not verified or is not verified.
