Example 1
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for testing operation of a pumped-storage unit according to a first embodiment of the present invention, where the method may be applied to a scenario of testing operation of a pumped-storage unit, where the method may be performed by an operation testing device of a pumped-storage unit, where the operation testing device of a pumped-storage unit may be implemented in hardware and/or software, and where the operation testing device of a pumped-storage unit is configured in an electronic device, such as a server, typically may be configured in a management terminal device of a pumped-storage unit. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
s101, acquiring a working condition test set of a pumped storage unit; the working condition test set comprises a plurality of working condition test items, wherein the working condition test items comprise a power generation working condition, a power generation phase modulation working condition, a water pumping phase modulation working condition and an accident shutdown working condition.
The pumped storage unit consists of a plurality of pumped storage generator motors, and the pumped storage generator motors operate as generators when generating electricity and as motors when pumping water; in the embodiment of the invention, when the operation test is performed on the pumped storage unit, the operation test can be sequentially performed on each pumped storage generator motor in the unit, and the operation test can also be simultaneously performed on each pumped storage generator motor.
The power generation working condition is a process of converting potential energy of water into electric energy by the pumped storage unit based on the rotation action of water on the rotor of the water turbine, and the pumped storage unit is used as a power generation device for external power generation at the moment; the power generation phase modulation working condition is an operation mode that a pumped storage unit machine is operated under the power generation working condition, and the guide vane and the ball valve are closed, and the water level of the runner chamber is pressed below the water turbine by high-pressure air, so that reactive power is output to a power transmission network, and the voltage of a power system is regulated; the pumping working condition refers to an operation mode that a pumping energy storage unit utilizes redundant electric energy of an electric power system to pump downstream water to upstream so as to store the water for standby; the pumping phase modulation working condition is a running mode that a pumping energy storage unit is started in a pumping direction (opposite to a power generation direction) so as to charge and press water into a runner chamber, and then the water turbine is gradually rotated under the action of a dragging device; the accident shutdown working condition refers to the process of smoothly transitioning the operation working condition to the shutdown working condition by gradually closing various functional components when the pumped storage unit encounters various sudden accidents.
S102, acquiring a working condition test sequence corresponding to the working condition test set, and sequentially executing each working condition test item according to the working condition test sequence.
The working condition test items can be independently tested according to the test requirements, namely, each test is only carried out aiming at one working condition, and each working condition test item does not have any association relation, so that the working condition test sequence can be in an arbitrary ordering mode; and the working condition test items can be sequenced according to the test requirements, and the working condition test items are sequentially executed according to the sequencing result, so that the test efficiency is improved.
For example, the pumped storage unit cannot be directly switched to the power generation phasing condition no matter when the pumped storage unit is operated as a power generator after the start operation is performed by the non-start static state or when the pumped storage unit is operated as a motor, the power generation phasing condition needs to be switched to the power generation phasing condition by taking the power generation condition as an operation basis in the power generation condition, and therefore the power generation condition test can be configured before the power generation phasing condition test. The pumping energy storage unit can not be directly switched to the pumping working condition no matter the pumping energy storage unit is used as a motor to execute starting operation or is used as a generator to run to generate power working condition after being not started, the pumping working condition needs to be switched to the pumping working condition in the pumping phase modulation working condition by taking the pumping phase modulation working condition as a running basis, and therefore the pumping phase modulation working condition test can be configured and executed before the pumping working condition test.
The two working condition test items (namely the water pumping working condition and the water pumping phase modulation working condition) in the water pumping direction can be placed before the two working condition test items (namely the power generation working condition and the power generation phase modulation working condition) in the power generation direction according to the test requirements, and can also be placed after the two working condition test items in the power generation direction; the accident shutdown test can be used as a state test under the extreme condition and can be placed after the working condition test item, so that not only the comprehensiveness and the accuracy of a test result can be ensured, but also the normal working condition operation of the pumped storage unit is ensured to be free of errors after the test is finished, the accident shutdown test under the extreme condition is executed, and the safety of the accident shutdown working condition test is improved.
In the operation test of each working condition, the current electronic equipment respectively sends starting or closing signals to each functional component based on a preset test communication sequence and acquires the operation state signals fed back by the starting or closing signals, so that the operation test of all the functional components under the current working condition is finished, and the difference between the operation states of all the functional components and the expected test results reflects the test results of the current working condition test item.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present invention, the obtaining a working condition test sequence corresponding to the working condition test set specifically includes: randomly inserting the accident shutdown working conditions into a first working condition sequence and/or a second working condition sequence, and forming a working condition test sequence by the inserted first working condition sequence and the inserted second working condition sequence; the first working condition sequence before insertion comprises a power generation working condition and a power generation phase modulation working condition which are sequentially executed; the second working condition sequence before insertion comprises a pumping phase modulation working condition and a pumping working condition which are sequentially executed.
Specifically, as described in the above technical solution, the first working condition sequence includes a power generation working condition and a power generation phase modulation working condition that are sequentially executed, and the second working condition sequence includes a pumping phase modulation working condition and a pumping working condition that are sequentially executed, so that when the power generation phase modulation working condition test is executed, the power generation working condition test is ensured to be completed, so that after the power generation working condition is completed by the pump storage unit in a steady operation, the pump storage unit can be stably transited to the power generation phase modulation working condition, and also when the pumping working condition test is executed, the pumping phase modulation working condition test is ensured to be completed, and the pump storage unit is ensured to be transited to the pumping working condition again in a steady operation after the pump storage working condition is executed; meanwhile, the accident shutdown working condition test can be alternated among other working condition tests, so that the randomness of the test is increased, and the test integrity of the pumped storage unit is improved.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present invention, the obtaining a working condition test sequence corresponding to the working condition test set specifically further includes: acquiring a pre-condition set corresponding to each working condition test item respectively; wherein each of the precondition sets includes a plurality of preconditions; judging whether abnormal working condition test items exist in the working condition test items according to the specific gravity coefficients of the preset conditions of the preset condition set compliance; the specific gravity coefficient of the precondition set compliance precondition corresponding to the abnormal working condition test item is smaller than or equal to a matched preset specific gravity threshold; if no abnormal working condition test items exist, acquiring a working condition test sequence according to the test priority of each working condition test item; if the abnormal working condition test items are determined to exist, a third working condition sequence is obtained according to the test priority of each normal working condition test item, and the abnormal working condition test items are configured at the tail end of the third working condition sequence so as to obtain the configured working condition test sequence.
Specifically, before the pumped storage unit operates, whether various auxiliary functional components are started and operate normally needs to be detected, so that the effective operation of the auxiliary functional components can be ensured, and the safe operation of the pumped storage unit can be ensured; for example, when the power generation working condition or the power generation phase modulation working condition is executed, the installation and debugging of the upstream and downstream water level monitoring system are required to be completed, and the water level information reported by the upstream and downstream water level monitoring system accords with a preset water level threshold; the main transformer related to the power generation and power transmission of the pumped storage unit is installed and debugged, and a starting signal reported by the main transformer is obtained; when the pumping working condition or the pumping phase modulation working condition is executed, the air compressing system is required to be started and run normally, and the variable frequency starting device is required to be started and run normally; therefore, according to different working condition test items, different pre-condition sets are obtained, and communication is carried out on the pre-condition sets and the auxiliary function components corresponding to the pre-condition sets respectively so as to obtain the running state information of the auxiliary function components.
The compliance preconditions, that is, the operation state of the auxiliary function system corresponding to the preconditions is normal, and the specific gravity coefficient of the compliance preconditions can be set to be a higher value, for example, 90% or 100%, that is, all preconditions in the preconditions are required to be compliance preconditions, so that the test foundation of the working condition test item is provided; therefore, if the abnormal working condition test item exists, the abnormal working condition test item can be arranged at the end of the test sequence, so that the repair of the pre-condition of the abnormal working condition test item is waited for to be completed while other working condition tests are executed, and the operation test efficiency of the pumped storage unit is improved.
S103, according to the test results of the working condition test items, obtaining the operation test results of the pumped storage unit.
If the functional components corresponding to each working condition test item pass the test, the pumped storage unit is indicated to pass the operation test; if the functional components which do not pass the test exist in the at least one working condition test item, the functional components indicate that the pumped storage unit does not pass the operation test. Particularly, each working condition of the pumped storage unit needs to be communicated with a plurality of associated components, and the functions of part of the associated components are only redundant protection, so that the test result does not substantially influence the normal operation of the pumped storage unit, and therefore, a matched preset duty ratio threshold can be set for each working condition test item respectively.
If the number of functional components meeting the expected standard under one working condition test item is greater than or equal to a preset duty ratio threshold value, the working condition test item is tested, if the number of functional components meeting the expected standard under one working condition test item is less than the preset duty ratio threshold value, the working condition test item is not tested; therefore, if all the working condition test items pass the test, the pumped storage unit can be determined to pass the operation test, and if at least one working condition test item in all the working condition test items fails the test, the pumped storage unit can be determined to fail the operation test.
According to the technical scheme, after the working condition test set of the pumped storage unit is obtained, each working condition test item is sequentially executed according to the working condition test sequence, and then the operation test result of the pumped storage unit is obtained according to the test result of each working condition test item, so that the automatic operation test of the pumped storage unit is realized, the labor cost occupied by the operation test of the pumped storage unit is reduced, the phenomena of missing detection and false detection are avoided, the accuracy of the test result is greatly improved, and the coverage range of the operation test of the pumped storage unit is expanded.

S203, sequentially acquiring a stage test set corresponding to each working condition test item according to the working condition test sequence; wherein the phase test set includes a plurality of phase test items; the phase test items corresponding to the power generation working conditions comprise at least one of a start-up no-load test, an no-load power generation test and a power generation stop test; the phase test items corresponding to the power generation phase modulation working conditions comprise at least one of a power generation phase modulation test, a phase modulation power generation test and a power generation phase modulation shutdown test; the stage test items corresponding to the pumping working conditions comprise at least one of pumping shutdown tests and pumping power generation tests; the phase test items corresponding to the pumping phase modulation working condition comprise at least one of a start-up phase modulation test, a pumping phase modulation shutdown test, a phase modulation pumping test and a pumping phase modulation test; the accident shutdown test includes at least one of a load-shedding shutdown test and a load-dump shutdown test.
Specifically, the start-up no-load test refers to an operation test of switching from an inactive static state to a power generation no-load state when the pumped storage unit is used as a power generator; the power generation idle state refers to a stage that the motor rotating speed of the pumped storage unit reaches the rated rotating speed, but power generation is not outputted externally. The phase modulation power generation test refers to an operation state that the pumped storage unit provides reactive power from outside and does not provide active power, and is switched to an operation state that the pumped storage unit provides reactive power and active power at the same time. The power generation phase modulation shutdown test refers to an operation test that a pumped storage unit provides reactive power from outside and does not provide active power, and is switched to a shutdown state.
The start-up phase modulation test is an operation test for switching from an unactuated static state to a pumping phase modulation state when the pumped storage unit is used as a motor; the pumping phase modulation state refers to an operation state that the pumping energy storage unit obtains reactive power provided by the outside and does not obtain active power provided by the outside. The pumped phase modulation shutdown test refers to an operation test that a pumped storage unit is switched to a shutdown state by acquiring an operation state of reactive power provided by the outside. The phase modulation pumping test refers to an operation test that the pumping energy storage machine is switched from a pumping phase modulation state to obtain active power and reactive power provided by the outside at the same time; the pumped phase modulation test refers to an operation test that the pumped storage unit is switched from simultaneously acquiring active power and reactive power provided by the outside to acquiring only reactive power provided by the outside.

The load shedding is a process of reducing the generated energy to a value suitable for the actual load when the power consumption load of a pumped storage unit suddenly decreases (for example, large-scale electric equipment faults or large-area line faults are power-off) and other emergency conditions of an end user, or a process of suddenly reducing the power consumption load to 0 caused by the fault of a functional component (for example, the sudden tripping of a power-out outlet breaker), and a load shedding shutdown test is performed, namely, whether the pumped storage generator has a step-by-step safe shutdown function in the load shedding process is tested; the load reduction is to run the pumped storage unit by reducing the voltage, so that the load reduction is planned, and the load reduction shutdown test is to test whether the pumped storage generator has a step-by-step safe shutdown function in the load reduction process.
S204, executing each stage test item in sequence according to the stage test set corresponding to the current working condition test item.

Specifically, as described in the above technical solution, the start-up phase modulation test, the phase modulation pumping test, the pumping power generation test, the power generation phase modulation test and the phase modulation shutdown test respectively correspond to the operation test of switching the pumping energy storage unit from the non-started static state to the pumping phase modulation state, switching the pumping phase modulation state to the operation test of simultaneously acquiring the active power and the reactive power provided by the outside, switching the operation state of acquiring the active power and the reactive power provided by the outside to the operation test of providing the active power and the reactive power to the outside, switching the operation test of providing the active power and the reactive power to the outside, and switching the operation state of providing the reactive power to the outside to the shutdown state; obviously, the test mode not only completely covers various running states such as starting up, stopping, power generation working conditions, power generation phase modulation working conditions, water pumping phase modulation working conditions and the like, but also ensures that all test processes are mutually connected, thereby avoiding the existence of redundant tests and greatly improving the test efficiency.

In each stage test item, each test step reflects a functional test of one or more functional components, i.e., the acquisition of an operational status signal of one or more associated components, or the issuance of an operational status control signal to one or more associated components. All the test steps which are sequentially executed in the test step set reflect all the test contents of the test items at the stage together and the specific test flow.
Taking the technical scheme as an example, the testing step set corresponding to the startup no-load test comprises the steps of firstly sending a startup signal to related components such as a governor oil pressure device, a water inlet valve oil station, a high-pressure jacking oil pump and the like; secondly, acquiring starting completion signals fed back by the related components such as the governor oil pressure device, the water inlet valve oil station and the high-pressure jacking oil pump; then auxiliary components such as a reversing knife switch, a speed regulator, a ball valve and the like are set to be in a power generation working mode; and finally, when the motor rotating speed of the pumped storage unit reaches the rated rotating speed and the voltage reaches the rated voltage, determining that the pumped storage unit enters a power generation idle state, and thus completing a start-up idle test under the power generation working condition.
