The half-wave rectification circuit 47 includes: the input end of the rectifying diode D1 is connected with the fuse F1, the output end of the rectifying diode D1 is connected with one end of the capacitor C1, and the other end of the capacitor C1 is connected with the ground wire GND.

The voice circuit 49 includes a voice chip U2 and a speaker 25 (i.e., P3 in the figure), two pins of the speaker P3 are respectively connected to the PWM1 and PWM2 pins of the voice chip U2, the VDD pin of the voice chip U2 is connected to the +5v dc power supply, the GND pin is grounded, and a filter capacitor C4 is connected between the VDD pin and the GND pin of the voice chip U2.
The capacitor C1 is an electrolytic capacitor, the capacitor C2 is a patch capacitor, the model of the U1 chip is TT119, the model of the voice broadcasting chip U2 is NY3M016AE8, and the voice integrated storable chip can store 16 seconds or an expanded programmable control chip. The electric energy meter is in sliding connection with the clamping head 20 and the connector metal connector 7. The four connector metal connectors 7 and the wiring holes of the electric energy meter are on the same axis, the compression screw of the electric energy meter is connected with the mounting bottom hole 21 of the electric energy meter on the sliding plate 1 through the mounting hole of the electric energy meter, and the connector metal connectors 7 are compressed through the compression screw of the electric energy meter, so that the installation of the electric energy meter is realized. The main control mode is that when the electric energy meter is moved away from the meter seat, the normally closed power supply is turned on Guan Huiwei, and meanwhile, the voltage-stabilizing power supply works to supply power to the LED and the voice broadcasting chip, the LED is lightened normally, and the voice broadcasting is used as operation warning once or continuously in the meter moving away process.
