Abstract
Lighting subassembly and illumination fan relate to electrical apparatus technical field. The invention provides a lighting assembly which comprises a lamp and is characterized in that the lamp comprises a cover-shaped lamp with a plurality of ventilation holes, and the cover-shaped lamp comprises a plurality of grid bars and a plurality of annular lamps or strip lamps distributed around an axis. The lighting component has attractive appearance, has the protection or covering function of a cover, has good heat dissipation performance, and has the characteristics of simple structure and easy assembly. The invention also provides an illumination fan with the illumination assembly.

Technical Field

Background
Lighting appliances and lighting fans are commonly used household appliances, and the aesthetics and luminous efficiency of the lighting appliances are important aspects of users. The strip lamp may comprise a straight strip lamp, a curved strip lamp, a twisted strip lamp, or other shapes.
The lighting component of the invention has the advantages of attractive appearance, protecting or covering function of the cover, favorable heat radiation performance improvement by the plurality of ventilation holes, simple structure, easy assembly or production and the like due to the cover-shaped lamp with the plurality of ventilation holes.
In order to achieve the second object of the present invention, a second aspect of the present invention provides an illumination fan, which comprises an impeller, a driving motor for driving the impeller to rotate and operate, and an illumination assembly positioned in front of the impeller, wherein the illumination assembly is the illumination assembly according to the first aspect of the present invention.
Preferably, the illumination fan further comprises an air guide grating between the impeller and the illumination assembly and a synchronous motor for driving the air guide grating to work in a rotating mode. Because the illumination fan comprises the illumination assembly according to the first aspect of the invention, the illumination fan has attractive appearance, and the illumination assembly can be used as the air outlet cover of the fan part, the impeller is prevented from being touched by a user to influence safety, meanwhile, the illumination assembly is directly blown by wind formed by the impeller, the heat dissipation performance of the illumination assembly is obviously improved, and in addition, the illumination fan has a simple structure, and the reliability and the production efficiency of the illumination fan are improved.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows a lighting assembly according to a first embodiment of the invention. As can be seen in fig. 1, the lighting assembly 20 is a hood-shaped luminaire with a plurality of ventilation holes 10, comprising a circular lamp 24 at the axis X, two circular lamps 21, 22 distributed around the axis X, wherein the circular lamp 22 is located inside the circular lamp 21 and the circular lamp 24 is located inside the circular lamp 22.
As can also be seen from fig. 1, the hood-shaped luminaire further comprises a plurality of radially distributed bars 11, wherein a plurality of radially distributed bars 11 fixedly connect the ring-shaped lamp 21 with the ring-shaped lamp 22 and a plurality of radially distributed bars fixedly connect the ring-shaped lamp 22 with the ring-shaped lamp 24.
In the present embodiment, the annular lamps 21, 22 and the circular lamp 24 are LED lamps, and the outer shells of the annular lamps 21, 22 and the circular lamp 24 are organic glass shells, in which LED elements are arranged; the grid bars 11 are all made of acrylic material.
As can be easily seen from fig. 1, the lighting assembly is in the shape of a cover, like the air outlet cover of a fan, has an attractive appearance, has a protecting or covering function like a cover, has good heat dissipation effects of the circular lamps 21 and 22 and the circular lamp 24 due to the plurality of ventilation holes 10, and is simple in structure and beneficial to assembly or production.
Fig. 2 shows a lighting assembly according to a second embodiment of the invention. As can be seen from fig. 2, the lighting assembly 20 of the present embodiment is also a hood-shaped lamp having a plurality of ventilation holes 10, which includes a circular rim 27, a circular lamp 24 located at an axis X of the center of the circular rim 27, and 6 strip-shaped lamps 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36 distributed around the circular lamp 24, one ends of which are all connected to the circular lamp 24, and the other ends of which are all connected to the circular rim 27.
As can also be seen from fig. 2, the hood-shaped luminaire further comprises a plurality of bars 11 distributed radially and a plurality of bars 26 distributed circumferentially; one end of each of the plurality of radially distributed grid bars 11 is connected with the circular lamp 24, and the other end of each of the plurality of radially distributed grid bars 11 is connected with the circular frame 27; the circumferentially distributed bars 26 are connected to the radially distributed bars 11 or to the bar-shaped lamps 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36.
It is also easy to see from fig. 2 that the lighting assembly is also in the shape of a hood, like the outlet hood of a fan, has an attractive appearance, has a protecting or covering function like a hood, and has a simple structure because of the many vent holes 10, the six strip-shaped lamps and the round lamps 24 have good heat dissipation effect.
Fig. 3 shows a lighting assembly according to a third embodiment of the invention. As can be seen from fig. 3, the lighting assembly 20 of the present embodiment is also a hood-shaped lamp having a plurality of ventilation holes 10, which includes a circular rim 27, a circular plate 28 at the center, 6 bar-shaped lamps 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36 and 12 bars, wherein one ends of the 6 bar-shaped lamps and 12 bars are fixed to the circular plate 28 and the other ends of the 6 bar-shaped lamps and 12 bars are fixed to the circular rim 27.
As can be seen in fig. 3, the 6 bar lamps and 12 bars are radially distributed around the circular plate 28 to have an attractive profile. The lighting component is also in a cover shape, has attractive appearance, has the protection or covering function like a cover, has good heat dissipation effect of six strip lamps due to a plurality of ventilation holes 10, and has simpler structure.
Fig. 4 to 7 show an illumination fan according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. As can be seen from fig. 4 to 7, the illumination fan 100 comprises an air intake cover 17, a side frame 37, an impeller 13 with blades 14, and a drive motor 15 for driving the impeller 13 to rotate, wherein the drive motor 15 is fixed on a support frame 29.
In this embodiment, the illumination fan 100 further includes a guide grating 30 located in front of the impeller 13 and an illumination assembly 20 located in front of the guide grating 30, the illumination assembly 20 is fixedly connected to the synchronous motor 16, and the illumination assembly 20 is rotatably connected to the guide grating 30 through a rotation shaft of the synchronous motor 16.
In this embodiment, the air guide grille 30 includes a circular frame 38, a circular base plate 25 with a shaft mounting hole 19 at the center of the circular frame 38, and a plurality of air guide strips 18 distributed parallel to each other, and the air guide grille 30 can be driven by the synchronous motor 16 to rotate to change the output direction of the air flow formed by the impeller 13.
In this embodiment, the illumination fan 100 comprises a cover-shaped lamp having a plurality of ventilation holes 10, the cover-shaped lamp comprises a housing 12 having a cavity at the center, three ring-shaped lamps 21, 22, 23 and a plurality of bars 11 distributed radially, the ring-shaped lamp 22 is located inside the ring-shaped lamp 21, the ring-shaped lamp 23 is located inside the ring-shaped lamp 22, the ring-shaped lamp 23 is adjacent to the housing 12, the synchronous motor 16 is fixed in the cavity of the housing 12, the ring-shaped lamp 21 is fixed with a side frame 37 by glue, grooves (not shown in the figure) are provided on the bars 11, and part of cables for power supply are provided in the grooves.
As can be easily seen from fig. 4, the illumination fan 100 of the present embodiment has an attractive appearance, and the combination of the illumination assembly 20 and the air guide grating 30 not only plays a role in illumination, but also plays a role in air guide. The illumination fan is suitable for hanging.
While there has been shown and described what are at present considered to be the preferred embodiments of the invention, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made herein without departing from the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A lighting assembly comprising a lamp, wherein the lamp comprises a hood-shaped lamp having a plurality of vents, the hood-shaped lamp comprising a plurality of grills and a plurality of annular or strip-shaped lamps distributed about an axis.
2. The lighting assembly of claim 1 wherein the plurality of annular lamps are a plurality of annular lamps of unequal radii, the plurality of annular lamps being sequentially disposed about the axis from inside to outside, the grid comprising radially distributed grid bars, wherein at least a portion of the radially distributed grid bars are connected to the annular lamps.
3. The lighting assembly of claim 1 wherein the grid comprises circumferentially distributed grid bars, wherein at least a portion of the circumferentially distributed grid bars are connected to a bar lamp.
4. The lighting assembly of claim 1 wherein the bars comprise radially and circumferentially distributed bars, wherein at least a portion of the circumferentially distributed bars are connected to the bar-shaped lamps and the radially distributed bars.
5. The lighting assembly of claim 1 wherein the ring or bar light comprises a plexiglass housing and an LED element located within the plexiglass housing.
6. The lighting assembly of claim 1 wherein the hood-shaped light fixture further comprises a cable for supplying power, wherein at least a portion of the grid has a recess, and wherein the cable is at least partially disposed in the recess.
7. The lighting assembly of claim 1 wherein the hood-shaped light fixture comprises at least 5 bar-shaped lights radially distributed about an axis.
8. The lighting assembly of claim 1 wherein the hood-shaped light fixture further comprises a circular light at the axis.
9. A lighting fan comprising an impeller, a driving motor for driving the impeller to rotate and a lighting assembly positioned in front of the impeller, wherein the lighting assembly is as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. The illumination fan of claim 9, further comprising a wind-guiding grille between the impeller and the illumination assembly and a synchronous motor for driving the wind-guiding grille in rotation.
