The welding device for processing automobile parts is characterized by comprising a main body (1); the welding device comprises a main body (1) and a welding device body, wherein the main body (1) is arranged above a processing table through bolts, mounting supports (105) are arranged on the side edges of the main body (1), moving parts (107) are slidably connected to the bottoms of the mounting supports (105), the moving parts (107) are of Z-shaped plate structures, the moving parts (107) are made of metal materials, the cross sections of the moving parts (107) are of T-shaped structures, contact pieces (108) are fixed to the top ends of the moving parts (107), the contact pieces (108) are made of flexible rubber materials, scraping grooves which are uniformly arranged are formed in the top ends of the contact pieces (108), the top ends of the scraping grooves are of rectangular structures, and the bottoms of the scraping grooves are of arc structures; the front end of the main body (1) is provided with a transducer (102); the bottom of the transducer (102) is connected with an amplitude modulator (103), the amplitude modulator (103) is connected with the controller (101) through a circuit, a welding head (104) is fixed at the bottom of the amplitude modulator (103), the bottom of the welding head (104) is of a cylindrical structure, a pushing plate is fixed at the outer part of the welding head (104), and two sides of the pushing plate are of arc structures; the bottom piece (2), bottom piece (2) is rectangular structure, bottom piece (2) is metal material, bottom piece (2) is in the bottom of main part (1), side and bracing piece fixed connection of bottom piece (2), inside intermediate position of bottom piece (2) is equipped with hole (204), hole (204) are T-shaped shaft structure, ejector pin (206) have been inserted to the inside of hole (204), ejector pin (206) are T-shaped shaft structure, ejector pin (206) are metal material, the bottom of ejector pin (206) is equipped with the T groove, the side of T groove is wedge structure; auxiliary part (3), auxiliary part (3) are T shape structure, and auxiliary part (3) are metal material, and auxiliary part (3) are equipped with two altogether, and two auxiliary part (3) are in the bottom of main part (1), and two auxiliary part (3) are installed in the top of bottom (2), and the top of every auxiliary part (3) is fixed with a locating lever (304), and locating lever (304) concatenation has contact plate (306), and contact plate (306) are rectangle frame structure, and contact plate (306) are flexible plastics material.

A welding apparatus for machining automobile parts as defined in claim 1, wherein: the device is characterized in that a supporting rod is fixed at the bottom of the main body (1), a controller (101) is installed on the side edge of the main body (1), a setting component is connected to the controller (101), an electric push rod is installed in the main body (1), the electric push rod is connected with the controller (101) through a circuit, and a transducer (102) is connected with the controller (101) through a circuit.

A welding apparatus for use in the manufacture of automotive parts as defined in claim 2, wherein: the bottom of installation support piece (105) is rectangular frame structure, presses switch (106) are installed to the side of installation support piece (105), presses switch (106) to be connected with controller (101) through the circuit, and the inside bottom of installation support piece (105) is equipped with the T-shaped groove, and moving part (107) have been inserted to the inside in T-shaped groove.

A welding apparatus for machining automobile parts as defined in claim 4, wherein: the front end of the bottom piece (2) is provided with an adjusting piece (203) through a rotating shaft, the adjusting piece (203) is of a T-shaped shaft structure, threads are arranged on the outer portion of the adjusting piece (203), a bottom groove (205) is formed in the bottom of the bottom piece (2), and the inner portion of the bottom groove (205) is communicated with the inner portion of the inner hole (204).

A welding apparatus for machining automobile parts as defined in claim 5, wherein: the inner of the bottom groove (205) is inserted with a pushing piece (207), the front end of the pushing piece (207) is of a wedge-shaped structure, the pushing piece (207) is made of metal, the front end of the pushing piece (207) is fixedly provided with a pull rod (208), the pull rod (208) is of an L-shaped structure, the front end of the pull rod (208) is provided with a threaded hole, the adjusting piece (203) is inserted into the threaded hole, and the connecting positions of the pushing piece (207) and the pull rod (208) are located in the T-shaped groove of the ejector rod (206).

A welding apparatus for machining automobile parts as defined in claim 7, wherein: the locating rods (304) are of T-shaped structures, the locating rods (304) are made of metal materials, the locating rods (304) and the auxiliary pieces (3) are embedded into the sliding grooves (201), slots (305) which are uniformly arranged are formed in the top ends of the locating rods (304), and the slots (305) are of rectangular structures.

A welding apparatus for machining automobile parts as defined in claim 8, wherein: the bottom both sides of contact board (306) are fixed with locating plate (307) of even range respectively, and locating plate (307) are rectangular structure, and locating plate (307) are flexible plastics material, and the outside of every locating plate (307) is fixed with a fixed block (308), and fixed block (308) are wedge structure, and fixed block (308) are flexible rubber material, and fixed block (308) and locating plate (307) correspond with the position of slot (305), and fixed block (308) and locating plate (307) insert in the inside of slot (305).
