The application relates to the technical field of degradable plastic material production, in particular to a degradable plastic material and a preparation process thereof; the degradable plastic material comprises a plastic block and a plurality of stripe grooves which are arranged on the plastic block in a staggered manner, wherein a round hole is formed in the plastic block, and a plurality of teeth are circumferentially arranged in the round hole; the preparation process for preparing the degradable plastic material comprises the following steps: manufacturing a plastic block from a degradable plastic material raw material through extrusion equipment; step two: cutting stripe grooves on the rubber block in a crossed manner; step three: positioning and clamping the plastic block, and processing a circular hole with teeth by using a preparation device to obtain a plastic material; step four: sorting and packaging the processed plastic materials; can prepare the degradable plastic material with higher degradation speed and higher practicability.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of degradable plastic material production, in particular to a degradable plastic material and a preparation process thereof.
Background
The degradable plastic is a plastic which can meet the use requirements of various properties of products, has unchanged properties in the storage period and can degrade substances harmless to the environment under the natural environment condition after being used. Thus, also known as environmentally degradable plastics; however, degradation of the degradable plastic is affected by many factors, such as limited contact area with sunlight and air, incapability of timely degradation inside, etc., so that the degradation period is long and the degradation degree is limited;
therefore, the object manufactured by the existing degradable plastic is slow in degradation speed after being used, and the manufactured object is single in function and is easy to cause resource waste.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the application provides the degradable plastic material and the preparation process thereof, and the degradable plastic material with higher degradation speed and practicability can be prepared.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows:
a process for preparing a degradable plastic material, the process comprising the steps of:
step one: manufacturing a plastic block from a degradable plastic material raw material through extrusion equipment;
step two: cutting stripe grooves on the rubber block in a crossed manner;
step three: positioning and clamping the plastic block, and processing a circular hole with teeth by using a preparation device to obtain a plastic material;
step four: sorting and packaging the processed plastic materials.
Preferably, the preparation device comprises a flat plate, a cutter tube fixed on the flat plate and used for processing a round hole with teeth, and a pressing plate sliding on the flat plate, wherein a tension spring is connected between the pressing plate and the flat plate.
Preferably, the preparation device further comprises two side plates fixed on the bottom plate and a plurality of plugboards arranged on each side plate, the plugboards on the two side plates are staggered with each other, through holes are formed in the bottom plate, and one end of each plugboard is arc-shaped.
The degradable plastic material prepared by the preparation method of the degradable plastic material comprises a plastic block and a plurality of stripe grooves which are arranged on the plastic block in a staggered manner, wherein round holes are formed in the plastic block, and a plurality of teeth are circumferentially arranged in the round holes.

Detailed Description
One exemplary use that may be made of degradable plastic materials according to the structure and content shown in fig. 2 and 3 is:
the degradable plastic material comprises a plastic block, wherein a plurality of stripe grooves are uniformly and alternately arranged on two sides of the plastic block, a round hole is formed in the middle of the plastic block, and a plurality of teeth are circumferentially arranged in the round hole; the degradable plastic material of the present application can be applied to various fields, for example: the structure of the self-cube can be used as a cushion block to support an object; one end of the rod-shaped object can be inserted into the round hole provided with the plurality of teeth, the degradable plastic material is used for wrapping one end of the rod-shaped object for protection, and meanwhile, the plurality of teeth can be used for enhancing the friction force between the rod-shaped object and the round hole, so that the degradable plastic material is prevented from falling off automatically; the object pressed on the degradable plastic material can be buffered by utilizing the interaction of the plurality of stripe grooves when the plurality of stripe grooves are parallel to the placing plane; the edges of the plate can be inserted into the plurality of stripe grooves for protection, and the side edges of the plate can be supported and protected by the plurality of stripe grooves; the device can also be used for placing tools such as paper, cards and the like on a table top and placing and concentrating the tools in a plurality of stripe grooves;
meanwhile, the structure of the degradable plastic material can lighten the whole quality, so that the degradable plastic material is lighter, and the degradable plastic material is broken into a plurality of sheet residues directly according to the positions of a plurality of stripe grooves after the use is finished, so that the degradation speed of the degradable plastic material in contact with light and air can be increased in a breaking way when the degradable plastic material is abandoned.
The preparation method by which the degradable plastic material can be prepared according to the content shown in fig. 1 is as follows: firstly, extruding a degradable plastic material raw material through extrusion equipment, simultaneously cutting the degradable plastic material raw material into a plurality of plastic blocks by using a cutter, after the plastic blocks are cooled, cutting stripe grooves in a cross manner on the rubber blocks, cleaning waste materials such as burrs, residues and the like generated by slight cutting after cutting, positioning and clamping the plastic blocks on a preparation device, processing circular holes with teeth by using the preparation device to obtain plastic materials, and finally sorting and packaging the processed plastic materials.
One exemplary use procedure from which the cut circular holes may be made according to the structure and content shown in fig. 2-5 is:
the preparation device comprises a flat plate 01, wherein a cutter tube 02 for processing a round hole with teeth is fixedly connected to the flat plate 01, a pressing plate 03 is connected to the flat plate 01 in a sliding manner, and a tension spring is connected between the pressing plate 03 and the flat plate 01; when the plastic block is processed, the plastic block is placed, then the flat plate 01 is held to move the cutter tube 02 to be right above the plastic block, then the cutter tube 02 is pressed downwards, a round hole with teeth is cut in the middle of the plastic block, meanwhile, when the pressing plate 03 is contacted with the plastic block, the part which is not cut off can slide on the flat plate 01 along with the pressing plate 03 when the cutter tube 02 goes deep into the plastic block, at the moment, the tension spring is stretched, when each layer in the plastic block is cut off, the pressing plate 03 can downwards press the cut part under the action of the tension spring, and finally when the cutter tube 02 cuts through the plastic block, the pressing plate 03 pushes out all the cut parts, so that the cut waste is prevented from being clamped inside the cutter tube 02.
One exemplary use that may be made in accordance with the construction and content shown in fig. 2-5 to avoid cutting round holes to skew a plastic block is:

the preparation device also comprises a material slope 19 fixed on the bottom plate 14, and a clamping plate 20 connected on the material slope 19 through a lifting rod and sliding in the through hole 15; the lifting rod drives the clamping plate 20 to lift in the through hole 15 in a normal state, when the push plate 18 pushes the plastic block between the two side plates 13, the clamping plate 20 blocks the plastic block, and at the moment, under the combined action of the clamping plate 20 and the push plate 18, the plastic block is exactly aligned with the two side plates 13, so that the position of the plastic block is ensured, the plastic block is clamped, the automation is realized, and the processing efficiency is improved; after the processing is finished, the lifting and contracting rod drives the clamping plate 20 to descend, when the push plate 18 is pulled out, another plastic block is put in, the push plate 18 can push the other plastic block to move while the push plate 18 is released, the processed plastic block is pushed out backwards from between the two side plates 13 through the newly added plastic block, the pushed plastic block freely slides and falls under the action of the material slope 19, and then the clamping plate 20 is lifted up to block the newly added plastic block just entering between the two side plates 13.
One exemplary use procedure by which automatic cutting may be obtained from the structures and content shown in fig. 2-12 is:
the preparation device further comprises two air cylinders 12 fixed on the two side plates 13, and the flat plate 01 is fixed on the air cylinder rods of the two air cylinders 12; the flat plate 01 can be driven to descend through the two cylinders 12, so that the flat plate 01 does not need to be manually pressed down, automatic cutting is realized, and manpower and material resources are saved.
