Referring to fig. 1, the spray head 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention may be applied to a water outlet device such as a faucet, and the spray head 1000 includes a housing 700, a key 600 and a cover 400, the key 600 is disposed on the housing 700, the cover 400 is disposed at a lower end of the housing 700, and the housing 700 plays a role in protecting and improving aesthetic appearance. Water enters from the upper end of the spray head 1000 and finally water can be discharged from the cover 400. The cover 400 is provided with a first water outlet 426, a second water outlet 440, a third water outlet 511 and a fourth water outlet 439.
Referring to fig. 2, the control button 600 can switch the spray head 1000 to different water outlet states. For example, a first outlet 426 is used to outlet shower water 740, a second outlet 440 is used to outlet package water 720, a third outlet 511 is used to outlet bubble water 730, and a fourth outlet 439 is used to outlet impingement water 710. The sprinkler head 1000 has three water outlet states: first state: the package water 720 and the impact water 710 are discharged simultaneously as shown in fig. 5; second state: the bubble water 730 alone, as shown in fig. 15; third state: the shower water 740 is separately discharged as shown in fig. 16.
If the user does not press the key 600, that is, the spray head 1000 is in a default water outlet state, for example, a second state, at which the spray head 1000 is out of the bubble water 730; when the user presses the upper end of the key 600 for a long time, the spray head 1000 is switched to a first state, and simultaneously wraps up water 720 and impact water 710; when the user presses the lower end of the button 600 for a long time, the spray head 1000 is switched to a third state, and the shower water 740 is discharged alone. After releasing the hand, the spray head 1000 automatically switches back to the second state. It will be appreciated that with this arrangement, the default state of the sprinkler head 1000 is bubble water 730, which reduces waste of water resources. Assuming that the default state is the first state, since the water-discharging force of the packing water 720 and the impact water 710 is large, when the water-discharging end of the spray head 1000 faces to the outside of the counter basin, water is easily sprayed out of the counter basin when the faucet is opened, and water resources are easily wasted when the water is not closed for a long time. Therefore, the default state of the head 1000 is set to the second state, and the user experience can be improved.
In order to allow the spray head 1000 to discharge the packing water 720 and the impact water 710 at the same time, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the spray head 1000 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a water diversion body 100, a diversion sheet 200, a rectification sheet 300, and a cover 400. Referring to fig. 5, the water diversion main body 100 is provided with a first waterway 110, and the first waterway 110 is provided with a first water outlet 111. The splitter 200 is formed with a splitter cavity 210, a first water inlet 220, and a flow stabilizing hole 230, and the splitter cavity 210 communicates with the first water outlet 111, the first water inlet 220, and the flow stabilizing hole 230. Thus, water enters from the first waterway 110, enters the diversion cavity 210 through the first water outlet 111, and then enters the first water inlet 220 and the steady flow hole 230 from the diversion cavity 210 respectively.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the rectifying sheet 300 is formed with a flow stabilizing cavity 310 communicating with the flow stabilizing hole 230, and a plurality of rectifying ribs 311 and a plurality of flow stabilizing holes 312 are provided at the sidewall of the flow stabilizing cavity 310, and the plurality of rectifying ribs 311 and the plurality of flow stabilizing holes 312 are disposed at intervals along the circumferential edge of the flow stabilizing cavity 310. In the radial direction of the steady flow cavity 310, the rectifying rib 311 is closer to the center of the steady flow cavity 310 than the rectifying hole 312. The rectifying sheet 300 is further provided with a second water inlet 320, and the second water inlet 320 communicates with the first water inlet 220. From the first water inlet 220, water enters the second water inlet 320, eventually forming a first water stream, which may be impingement water 710.
It should be noted that the side wall of the steady flow chamber 310 includes a peripheral wall and a bottom wall of the steady flow chamber 310. For example, the rectifying ribs 311 may be disposed at a bottom wall of the steady flow cavity 310, and the rectifying holes 312 are disposed at a peripheral wall of the steady flow cavity 310; or the rectifying ribs 311 and the rectifying holes 312 are arranged on the bottom wall of the steady flow cavity 310, and a proper scheme is selected according to actual conditions.
Referring to fig. 7, the cover 400 is provided with a second waterway 410, an inlet end of the second waterway 410 is disposed around the plurality of rectifying holes 312, and the second waterway 410 communicates with the plurality of rectifying holes 312. The water outlet end of the second waterway 410 is annular and configured to spray a second water flow, and the second water flow may be the wrapping water 720, and the wrapping water 720 wraps the impact water 710.
It can be appreciated that, by adopting the above scheme, the spray head 1000 is provided with the water diversion main body 100, the diversion sheet 200, the rectifying sheet 300 and the cover 400, and water enters the diversion cavity 210 through the first water outlet 111 and flows into the first water inlet 220 and the steady flow hole 230 respectively. The water passing through the first water inlet hole 220 may enter the second water inlet hole 320 of the rectifying sheet 300, thereby forming the impact water 710 having a large impact force. The water passing through the steady flow hole 230 enters the steady flow cavity 310, the water passes through the rectifying ribs 311 and then enters the second waterway 410 from the rectifying holes 312, the water in the steady flow cavity 310 is guided by the plurality of rectifying ribs 311, the vortex ring of the water is reduced, the water is changed into a more regular state from a disordered state, and meanwhile, the flow velocity of the water is slowed down, so that the water enters the second waterway 410 through the rectifying holes 312 and then is connected into a ring shape, and the wrapping water 720 wrapping the impact water 710 is formed. When a user needs to wash the basin and the tableware, the impact water 710 mainly plays a role in washing, and the wrapping water 720 can block water splash generated by the impact water 710, so that the splash and splash condition is effectively reduced, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the through-flow cross-sectional area of the water inlet end of the first water inlet hole 220 is S1, and the through-flow cross-sectional area of the water inlet end of the steady flow hole 230 is S2, which satisfies the following conditions: S1/S2 is less than or equal to 1/5 and less than or equal to 1/2. It will be appreciated that, referring to fig. 6, since the first water inlet 220 and the steady flow hole 230 are both located in the diversion chamber 210, the water flow will rush in the diversion chamber 210. How the through-flow cross sections of the first water inlet holes 220 and the steady flow holes 230 are arranged determines the water outlet effect of the impinging water 710 and the coating water 720. The ratio S1/S2 of the through-flow cross-sectional area of the water inlet end of the first water inlet 220 to the through-flow cross-sectional area of the water inlet end of the steady flow hole 230 to S2 is not in a proportional relationship with the water outlet effect of the impinging water 710 and the coating water 720, i.e., the through-flow cross-section of the water inlet end of the first water inlet 220 is reduced by a certain ratio, and the flow velocity of the impinging water 710 is not correspondingly reduced by the ratio; the flow cross section of the water inlet end of the stabilizing hole 230 is increased by a certain proportion, the flow rate of the wrapping water 720 is not correspondingly increased by the proportion, and the water type is not changed in a proportional relationship. Because the water flowing out of the steady flow hole 230 also needs to pass through the steady flow cavity 310, and then forms annular water outlet through the action of the second waterway 410; therefore, the water output of the steady flow hole 230 is different from the water output flow rate of the wrapping water 720 and the water output of the first water inlet 220, which are nonlinear, and the water output pressure of the steady flow hole 230 are affected. In summary, the design of the opening of the steady flow hole 230 and the opening of the first water inlet 220 cannot be directly obtained by a limited number of experiments. In practical design, through CAE fluid analysis, the specific structure of the spray head 1000 and the practical use requirements of the product, such as but not limited to flushing time, water type, impact force, cleaning energy efficiency, use scene and the like, are combined, and S1/S2 is analyzed and designed to meet the requirement of 1/5 to 1/2. For example, under the conditions of a water pressure of 1.0KG and a flow of 10L, the impact water 710 has a better flushing effect at a flow rate of 3.75m/s by adopting the design; the coating water 720 has better flushing and splashing preventing effects at the flow rate of 2.5 m/s.
When S1/S2 is smaller than 1/5, the opening of the steady flow hole 230 is larger, so that most of water is easily sucked away, the flow rate of the impact water 710 is smaller than 3.75m/S, namely the impact force is weaker, and some stubborn dirt is difficult to clean. When S1/S2 is greater than 1/2, the openings of the steady flow holes 230 are smaller, and most of water enters the second water inlet holes 320 through the first water inlet holes 220, so that the flow speed of the impact water 710 is greater than 3.75m/S, the internal and external air pressure difference of the wrapping water 720 is increased, the maximum diameter of the wrapping water 720 is reduced, and even the wrapping water is directly mixed with the impact water 710 to form a large water flow, so that water splash is caused, and the user experience is poor. Therefore, the through-flow cross sections of the first water inlet 220 and the steady flow hole 230 are reasonably designed, which is beneficial to meeting the flow velocity requirements of the impact water 710 and the wrapping water 720, so as to improve the use experience of users.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, in the embodiment of the present invention, the cover body 400 includes a face cover 420 and an inner core 430, the face cover 420 is provided with a first central hole 421, the inner core 430 is installed in the first central hole 421, and an inner wall of the first central hole 421 and an outer wall of the inner core 430 form a second waterway 410. By adopting the mode of the face cover 420 and the inner core 430, the valve core is convenient to manufacture and assemble, the installation efficiency is improved, the structural design is reasonable, and the reliability is high.
Referring to fig. 7, in the embodiment of the present invention, the water inlet end of the first central hole 421 is an arc-shaped hole section having an inner diameter gradually decreasing in a direction away from the rectifying hole 312. It will be appreciated that the arcuate bore sections are capable of turning the water in the rectifying bore 312 from a horizontal force from a small vortex ring to a lateral force, facilitating the transition of water from a turbulent to a laminar state.
Referring to fig. 8, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first center hole 421 includes a first arc-shaped section 422, a transition section 423, and a second arc-shaped section 424 connected in sequence, wherein the inner diameter of the first arc-shaped section 422 is gradually reduced, the inner diameter of the transition section 423 may be maintained, or may be gradually increased or gradually reduced, and the inner diameter of the second arc-shaped section 424 is gradually increased. The outer wall of the inner core 430 is provided with a step surface 431, and the step surface 431 is located on the second arc-shaped section 424, that is, the step surface 431 is located near the second arc-shaped section 424, so that the second waterway 410 forms the bending structure 411. It will be appreciated that the region between the first arcuate segment 422 and the outer wall of the inner core 430 is the rectification cavity 427, and that the inner diameter of the first arcuate segment 422 gradually decreases, for example, the first arcuate segment 422 is a circular arc segment having a radius R. When R is more than or equal to 2mm, the water in the rectifying hole 312 is changed from the horizontal force of the small vortex ring to the lateral force, so that the water is changed from the turbulent state to the laminar state. After the water passes through the transition section 423 and then passes through the bending structure 411, the bending structure 411 can play a role in slowing down the water flow speed, so that each pressure point of the water becomes more balanced.
With continued reference to FIG. 8, in the embodiment of the present invention, the inner diameter of the transition section 423 is kept constant, the gap between the transition section 423 and the outer wall of the inner core 430 is f, the first central hole 421 further includes a water outlet section 412 connected to the second arc section 424, and the gap between the inner wall of the water outlet section 412 and the outer wall of the inner core 430 is g, so that f is greater than or equal to g. Therefore, in the second waterway 410, the through-flow section at the water outlet section 412 is smaller than the through-flow section at the transition section 423, so that the wrapping water 720 has a certain impact force, the forming length of the wrapping water 720 is increased, the impact force is balanced, and the cleaning efficiency is better while the anti-splashing effect is ensured.
In the embodiment of the invention, the area between the inner wall of the water outlet section 412 and the outer wall of the inner core 430 is the diversion cavity 413, and the area ratio between the through-flow section S3 of the diversion cavity 413 and the through-flow sections S4 of all the diversion holes 312 is 3/4, so that the flow velocity of the wrapping water 720 is stabilized at about 2.5m/S, which is beneficial to flushing and reducing the splashing of the impact water 710.
Referring to fig. 6, in an embodiment of the present invention, the flow stabilizing hole 230 may have a circular shape to facilitate the installation of the flow stabilizing piece 231. Due to the fact that the water pressure fluctuates, the water pressure in the spray head 1000 is easy to be neglected, and water outlet is unstable. Since the packing water 720 needs to pack the impact water 710, the packing water 720 is difficult to be connected in a ring shape when the water pressure is unstable, resulting in splash of the impact water 710. Therefore, the steady flow plate 231 is arranged in the steady flow hole 230, so that the floating of the water pressure is reduced, and the water flow is stable. It should be noted that, besides the installation of the flow stabilizing plate 231 in the flow stabilizing hole 230, a flow limiting plate or a filter screen plate may be installed, where the flow limiting plate is used to reduce the flow of the water, and the filter screen plate plays a role in filtering, so that the water outlet of the wrapped water is clearer and transparent, and a proper scheme is specifically selected according to the actual situation. It should be noted that, the stabilizing hole 230 may be circular, or may be an elongated arc as shown in fig. 9, or may be square, or the like, and a suitable shape may be selected according to practical situations.
Referring to fig. 10, in the embodiment of the present invention, at least one rectifying hole 312 is provided between every two adjacent rectifying ribs 311. For example, a rectifying hole 312 is provided between every two adjacent rectifying ribs 311. It can be appreciated that when water enters the steady flow cavity 310, the flow direction of the water is more disordered, and the rectifying ribs 311 play a role in guiding the water flow direction, so that the water is changed from a disordered and disordered state to a more regular state. Therefore, a rectifying hole 312 is disposed between every two adjacent rectifying ribs 311, so that water flows are uniformly distributed, and then flow into the rectifying cavity 427 from the rectifying hole 312. It should be noted that, assuming that the rectifying ribs 311 are not provided, the water is not sufficiently dispersed or decelerated, the wrapping water 720 is difficult to form a ring, that is, the wrapping water 720 cannot effectively wrap the impact water 710, which easily causes splash. Wherein, evenly set up between a plurality of rectification muscle 311 and a plurality of rectification hole 312, the homogeneity when can further improve the water inflow.
With continued reference to fig. 10, in the embodiment of the present invention, from a top view of the rectifying fin 300, a ratio of a through-flow cross-sectional area of the rectifying hole 312, an area of an upper end surface of the rectifying rib 311, and an area between two adjacent rectifying ribs 311 is about 1:1:1. For example, the through-flow cross-sectional area of the rectifying hole 312, the area of the upper end surface of the rectifying rib 311, and the area between adjacent rectifying ribs 311 are all equal. The vortex of water can be changed from disorder to regular arrangement, the vortex ring is reduced, and meanwhile, the flow loss is reduced, so that water can smoothly enter the rectification cavity 427. The distance between two adjacent rectifying ribs 311 is gradually increased along the water flow direction so as to guide the water to flow to the rectifying holes 312. Meanwhile, the cross section of the rectifying hole 312, the upper end surface of the rectifying rib 311 and the area between two adjacent rectifying ribs 311 are all trapezoidal. Fu Geshui is advantageous in reducing the swirl ring and facilitating the water to become ordered from a chaotic and disordered state.
In the embodiment of the present invention, water enters from the first waterway 110, sequentially passes through the diversion cavity 210, the steady flow cavity 310, the rectification cavity 427 and the diversion cavity 413, and finally the water is discharged to form the wrapping water 720. Referring to fig. 11, the flow direction of water in the diversion chamber 210 is relatively disordered. After entering the steady flow cavity 310, referring to fig. 12, the vortex of water changes from a disordered state to regular arrangement under the guidance of the rectifying ribs 311 and the rectifying holes 312, and the vortex ring is obviously reduced. After the water enters the rectifying chamber 427, referring to fig. 13, the first arc segment 422 can eliminate the vortex ring, and the water changes from a turbulent state to a laminar state. After the water enters the diversion cavity 413, referring to fig. 14, the water continues to maintain a laminar flow state in the diversion cavity 413, and after the water passes through the bending structure 411, the flow velocity of the water in the diversion cavity 413 is reduced, so that the coating water 720 can better coat the impact water 710.
Referring to fig. 21, in the embodiment of the present invention, fig. 21 is a schematic diagram showing the measurement of the pressure and flow rate of the water outlet end of each chamber in different embodiments under the conditions that the water pressure of the wrapping water 720 is 1.0kg and the flow rate is 10L. First embodiment: the circle symbols represent embodiments of the showerhead 1000 having a constant flow chamber 310, a rectifying chamber 427, and a flow directing chamber 413; second embodiment: the triangle symbol represents an embodiment without a rectifying cavity 427; third embodiment: the blocks represent embodiments of the non-stationary flow chamber 310. It should be noted that, the dashed lines in fig. 21 merely connect points together for the sake of understanding, and cannot be understood as an indication that the water flow velocity in each chamber varies with the water pressure.
In the first embodiment, water sequentially passes through the steady flow cavity 310, the rectifying cavity 427 and the diversion cavity 413, finally water is discharged from the diversion cavity 413 to form the wrapped water 720, and as can be seen from fig. 21, the water flow speed in the diversion cavity 413 is basically unchanged and is kept at 2.5m/s, so that the water-saving type air-conditioning device has a better flushing effect, the wrapped water 720 is transparent in shape, long in travel, better in splashing prevention effect and has a certain impact force. In the second embodiment, the final water outlet speed is about 3.125m/s, the water flow speed is too high, the shape of the wrapping water 720 is not round enough, and the water flow speed is high, so that bubbles and whitening are easy to generate. In the third embodiment, since there is no flow stabilizing chamber 310, a flow limiting manner is required in the rectifying layer, but the water flow speed in the flow guiding chamber 413 is easily reduced to about 1.25m/s, the flow speed is low, the travel of the wrapping water 720 is short, and the splashing prevention and cleaning effects are poor.
Referring to fig. 7, in the embodiment of the present invention, inner core 430 includes sleeve 432 and locking cap 433, one end of sleeve 432 is fixedly connected to commutator 300, for example, integrally formed with commutator 300, or locking cap 433 is fixedly connected to the other end of sleeve 432 by screw connection. The upper end surface of the protrusion 438 is a molding surface 434, and the water flowing through the second waterway 410 forms the encapsulation water 720 after passing through the molding surface 434, so that the encapsulation water 720 takes a water drop shape as shown in fig. 5. The inner diameter of the wrapping water 720 is changed from small to large along the flow direction of the wrapping water 720, and is formed due to viscosity of the water, air pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the wrapping water 720, and the like.
Referring to fig. 17, in the embodiment of the present invention, the molding surface 434 is an outwardly convex arc surface or an outwardly inclined surface. Assuming that the molding surface 434 is concave, the water film surrounding the water 720 is easily broken and discontinuous, and the splash preventing effect is poor. Therefore, the forming surface 434 is an outwards convex cambered surface or an outwards inclined surface, and the formed water film for wrapping the water 720 is continuous and has good splashing prevention effect. In the production stage, the shape of the wrapping water 720 can be changed by changing the arc surface size of the forming surface 434, so as to meet the use requirements under different conditions.

The water in the third waterway 121 is discharged from the third water outlet 511 to form a third water flow, and the third water flow may be bubble water 730, that is, the third water flow is mixed with a large amount of bubbles, and the third water flow may be directly discharged without other treatment.
Referring to fig. 3 and 15, in an embodiment of the present invention, locking cap 433 and sleeve 432 may be coupled in a threaded connection. For example, the inner side of the locking cap 433 is provided with an internal thread, and the outer side of the sleeve 432 is provided with an external thread, and the internal thread is connected with the external thread. And the junction of sleeve 432 and locking cap 433 still is equipped with sealing member 436 to avoid the water in the third water route 121 to enter into in the second water route 410, therefore inner core 430's structural design is reasonable, and the leakproofness is good, is difficult for the series flow.
