An injection device for local analgesia of a postoperative wound comprises a medicine diversion bin (1) and a medicine injection base (3) sleeved at the bottom of the medicine diversion bin (1); the drug delivery device is characterized in that a plurality of metal drug delivery needles (6) are arranged at the bottom of the drug delivery bin (1), drug delivery grooves (14) communicated with all the metal drug delivery needles (6) are formed in the drug delivery bin (1), and drug delivery openings (8) communicated with the drug delivery grooves (14) are formed in the drug delivery bin (1); a plurality of indwelling needles (7) which are in one-to-one correspondence with the metal drug administration needles (6) are formed at the bottom of the drug injection base (3), and the indwelling needles (7) are sleeved outside the corresponding metal drug administration needles (6); the medicine injection base (3) is also provided with a needle return mechanism (4) for jacking the medicine diversion bin (1) and the metal medicine feeding needle (6); the needle return mechanism (4) comprises push-pull plates (5) arranged on two opposite sides of the drug injection base (3), a limiting frame (31) corresponding to the push-pull plates (5) is formed in the drug injection base (3), the limiting frame (31) is always abutted against two sides of the corresponding push-pull plates (5), and a push-pull space which is convenient for the push-pull plates (5) to stretch is formed between the limiting frame (31) and the end parts of the push-pull plates (5); the push-pull plate (5) comprises a push-pull main body (51) and a driving plate (52) which are connected, the size of the driving plate (52) is smaller than that of the push-pull main body (51), the push-pull main body (51) is arranged in the limiting frame (31), and a limiting hole (32) matched with the driving plate (52) is formed in the side wall of the medicine injection base (3); an obliquely arranged jacking inclined plane (53) is formed at the end part of the push-pull main body (51), and the jacking inclined plane (53) is inclined upwards towards the direction of the driving plate (52); the bottom of the medicine diversion bin (1) is provided with a clamping groove (11) which is matched with the push-pull main body (51), and one side of the clamping groove (11) is provided with a matching inclined plane (12) which is matched with the jacking inclined plane (53).

An injection device for local analgesia in a postoperative wound according to claim 1 is characterized in that the tip of said metal administration needle (6) is positioned below the tip of the remaining needle (7), and after the needle return mechanism (4) lifts the drug diversion cabin (1) and the metal administration needle (6), the tip of the metal administration needle (6) is positioned above the tip of the remaining needle (7).

An injection device for local analgesia in a postoperative wound as claimed in claim 1 characterized in that a plurality of said metal administration needles (6) are located on both sides of the drug diversion chamber (1) in the length direction, and a plurality of said metal administration needles (6) on both sides are arranged in a row, a plurality of remaining needles (7) are located on both sides of the drug injection base (3) in the length direction, and a plurality of remaining needles (7) on both sides are arranged in a row.

The injection device for local analgesia of a postoperative wound according to claim 1 is characterized in that said metal drug administration needle (6) is communicated with the lower surface of a drug shunt groove (14), and a sealing sheet (2) for preventing drug from flowing back is arranged between the drug shunt bin (1) and the drug injection base (3).

The injection device for local analgesia of a postoperative wound according to claim 1, characterized in that a plurality of limiting ribs (33) which are vertically arranged are formed on the inner wall of the drug injection base (3), and a limiting clamping groove (13) which is clamped with the plurality of limiting ribs (33) is formed on the outer wall of the drug diversion bin (1).
