Background
Knee joint injury includes knee joint injury caused by degeneration, aging, rheumatism, rheumatoid disease, gouty and the like, and the injury can be treated by traditional Chinese medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine therapies for knee joint injury include: massage, acupuncture and moxibustion. Deng Suling et al (Deng Suling, niu Xiwei, han Sheng, et al, application of the Sun's "tendon relaxing and junction releasing" idea in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis [ J ]. J. Of orthopedics, 2022 (003): 030.), han Xiaofei et al (Han Xiaofei, ma Yunfeng, zheng, deng Suling, teach experience in treating knee osteoarthritis [ J ]. Chinese medical osteogenesis, 2020,32 (4): 3.doi: cnki: sun: zyzg.0.2020-04-020.) studied "five seven-point" methods for treating knee joint related disorders. Wherein the five parts comprise the upper patella capsule, the lateral collateral ligament of the knee joint, the medial collateral ligament, the lower part of the patella ligament and 5 parts of the popliteal fossa, and in the process of kneading and massaging the five 5 parts, seven acupoints of the top acupoint, the inner knee eye, the outer knee eye, the yin ling spring, the yang ling spring, the middle-part of the principal and the yang are cooperated with the point kneading or acupuncture of the finger. The knee joint is comprehensively searched, the tendons on the upper part, the lower part, the left part, the right part, the front part and the back part are loosened to slow down the tendons, restore the balance of the joint, dredge the channels and collaterals to relieve abrasion, and smooth the tendons to improve functions.

The rotating member 422 can abut the first flexible hollow member 61. When the joint straightens, the telescopic member 4 contracts, at which time the telescopic member 4 can squeeze the first flexible hollow member 61 so that the fluid in the first flexible hollow member 61 flows to the second flexible hollow member 62, see fig. 6; when the joint is bent, the telescopic member 4 is unfolded, the telescopic member 4 does not press the first flexible hollow member 61, and the bending of the joint presses the second flexible hollow member 62, so that the fluid in the second flexible hollow member 62 flows to the first flexible hollow member 61, see fig. 5. Then the first flexible hollow part 61 and the second flexible hollow part 62 wrap the joint all the time along with the flexion and extension of the joint, and the treatment part 5 is always contacted with or close to the joint, so that the treatment is convenient. And the flexible nature of the first flexible hollow part 61 and the second flexible hollow part 62 can provide flexible support for the joint and improve the comfort of the joint. The fluid in the first flexible hollow part 61 and the second flexible hollow part 62 also has a buffer effect, so that the impact of external collision on the joint is reduced, and the effect of protecting the joint is achieved.
Illustratively, the telescoping member 4 is connected to the first flexible hollow member 61 such that the telescoping member 4 can be extended to pull the first flexible hollow member 61 apart when the telescoping member 4 is deployed to facilitate fluid flow within the second flexible hollow member 62 to the first flexible hollow member 61.
The first flexible hollow member 61 and the second flexible hollow member 62 are elastic capsules filled with air, water or liquid medicine and other fluids, the elastic capsules are provided with a feed inlet, and the feed inlet is provided with a sealing cover. The sealing cover is opened, the feed inlet is exposed, fluid can be injected into the elastic bag body, the sealing cover is covered, and the feed inlet is not leaked. The engagement member 63 is a hanging clasp, a sun clasp, a mountain climbing clasp, or other detachably connected member. The channel 64 has a narrow portion and a wide portion, for example, the channel 64 is a gourd-shaped channel or a dumbbell-shaped channel, so that fluid in the elastic bag body cannot move freely easily, and can flow only under the action of a large external force, for example, when a human body actively bends and stretches the joint, the fluid flows, and the stability of the device is better.
Illustratively, the connecting member 3 is a flexible rod, flexible plate, flexible strip or flexible structure, with the connecting member 3 being adapted to change as the flexion and extension of the joint changes. For example, fig. 1 shows the shape of the connecting member 3 matching the angle of the knee joint when the leg is straightened, and fig. 2 shows the shape of the connecting member 3 matching the angle of the knee joint when the leg is bent.
For example, referring to fig. 8-9, the telescoping member 4 includes at least two movable members 41, the movable members 41 being curved rods, curved bars, etc. or approximately curved shaped structures to match approximately cylindrical limbs. The telescopic member 4 further comprises a rotation mechanism 42, wherein one rotation mechanism 42 is arranged between every two adjacent movable members 41, and the rotation mechanism 42 can be deformed in a rotation manner so as to adjust the distance between the two adjacent movable members 41.
Illustratively, the movable member 41 is an arc-shaped rod, two ends of the movable member 41 are respectively rotatably connected to the connecting member 3 at the same side thereof through a rotation shaft, and the movable member 41 is used to surround the outer side of the knee joint, where "outer side" refers to the convex side of the knee joint when bending. The surrounding form gives people less sense of compression, is not depressed by the mood of the patient, is lighter after being worn, and is convenient for human body activities.
Illustratively, the rotary mechanism 42 includes at least one set of rotary rods 421 and one rotary member 422, with two rotary rods 421 included in one set of rotary rods 421. The rotating rods 421 of the group are rotatably connected to the rotating member 422, and the rotating rods 421 of the group are distributed at both sides of the rotating member 422. Illustratively, the rotating member 422 is a rotating shaft or hinge, such as when the number of rotating rods 421 is two, the rotating connection between the two rotating rods 421 is achieved by the rotating shaft or hinge. The turning bar 421 or the turning member 422 is fixedly connected or detachably connected to the first flexible hollow member 61, such as by a velcro.
For example, the connection of the rotating member 422 to the wrapping member 6 is shown in FIGS. 10-12. The rotating member 422 also has a function of limiting the rotation angle of the rotating mechanism 42 and preventing the rotation rod 421 from turning upward. The rotating parts 422 include guiding parts 4221 equal in number to the rotating rods 421, and the guiding parts 4221 are fixedly connected with the rotating rods 421 in a one-to-one correspondence. The rotating member 422 further includes a connection block 4222, the connection block 4222 being flexible or resilient, each guide member 4221 being distributed around the axis of the connection block 4222 and the guide member 4221 being fixed to the connection block 4222. When the rotary rod 421 rotates relative to the rotary member 422, the guide member 4221 is displaced, but the distance the guide member 4221 can move is limited by the limitation of the connection block 4222, so that the requirement of fluid flow in the first flexible hollow member 61 and the second flexible hollow member 62 is met, and the rotary rod 421 cannot excessively rotate. Fig. 10-12 show two sets of turning bars 421, where the turning bars 421 in each set of turning bars 421 are arranged in a V-shape, and the turning members 422 limit the movable range of each set of turning bars 421 to be always in a V-shape.
It should be noted that the guide member 4221 has a cubic shape, and the elastic arrangement of the connection block 4222 is also required to satisfy the above-mentioned working principle. Multiple tests may be performed to select the appropriate degree of elasticity for the connection block 4222.
It should be noted that, the connection relationships of the components not specifically mentioned in the present invention are all default to the prior art, and the connection relationships of the structures are not described in detail because they do not relate to the invention points and are common applications of the prior art.
