the damping block is provided with a long strip groove on two sides, the long strip groove comprises an inclined section, the locking mechanism further comprises a driving rod which is connected with two sides of the adjusting block in a sliding mode, one end of the driving rod is fixed with a driving shaft which stretches into the long strip groove, and the other end of the driving rod is fixed with a first pressing plate;
the driving rod is sleeved with a second spring, and two ends of the second spring are respectively contacted with the first adjusting block and the first pressing plate.

The head acupoint massage apparatus of claim 4 wherein the positioning mechanism further comprises a protective shell fixedly connected to one side of the head circumference, the protective shell being slidably provided with a second pressing plate, one end of the second pressing plate being slidably connected to one end of the driving arm away from the sliding rod.
6. A head acupoint massage device according to claim 5, wherein vibration motors are provided on both sides of the head circumference.

8. The head acupoint massage device of claim 7 wherein the elongated slot further comprises a straight line segment in communication with the inclined segment.
