Description

Antiwind cleaning mechanism and cleaning device
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of cleaning devices, in particular to an anti-winding cleaning mechanism and a cleaning device.
Background
At present, the mite-removing cleaning device generally adopts two cleaning modes of a vibrating block and a rolling brush to beat, so that dust and dirt such as mites are beaten up, and then the dust and dirt are sucked into a dust cup through an air duct suction port in a concentrated mode.
In the related art, for the mite-killing cleaning device using the rolling brush for beating, the rolling brush includes a brush body and beating strips or brush hair mounted on the brush body. When the mite-removing cleaning device works, the brush body rotates around the axis of the brush body under the drive of the motor, and the beating strips or the brush hair on the brush body synchronously rotate, so that the cleaned object is subjected to dirt removal and cleaning.
However, the above-described mite-removal cleaning device using the roll brush beating has the following drawbacks: during the cleaning process, hair in dust is easily entangled on the brush body or bristles (or slapping strips) on the brush body, which reduces the cleaning efficiency of the mite-removing cleaning device, and it is difficult for the user to clean the hair entangled on the roller brush.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, an embodiment of the present application provides an anti-winding cleaning mechanism including a housing 100 and a roller brush 200.
The housing 100 has a mounting cavity 110, and a dust inlet 120 and a dust suction port 130 that are respectively connected to the mounting cavity 110 are also provided on the housing 100.
The roller brush 200 includes a roller body 210 and a cleaning part 220, wherein the roller body 210 is rotatably installed in the installation cavity 110 and is disposed opposite to the dust inlet 120, and the cleaning part 220 is disposed on an outer wall of the roller body 210.
Wherein, the outer wall of the roller body 210 is provided with at least one spiral groove 211 near the cleaning part 220 along the circumferential direction, and the spiral groove 211 extends to the dust suction port 130 along the axial direction of the roller body 210.
The anti-winding cleaning mechanism of the present application may be mounted on a cleaning device such as a dust collector, a sweeping robot, a mite-killing device, etc. for cleaning dust on an object to be cleaned, which may be, but is not limited to, a blanket, a floor, a wall, etc.
It is understood that in the present application, the dust inlet 120 of the housing 100 is a through opening facing the cleaning object. The dust suction port 130 of the housing 100 may be understood as a port of a negative pressure pipe on the cleaning device, and the dust suction port 130 sucks dust into a dust cup on the cleaning device to intensively collect the dust.
The dust inlet 120 may be provided at the bottom of the housing 100, and the dust suction port 130 may be provided on a sidewall of the housing 100, the dust suction port 130 communicating with the dust inlet 120 through the mounting cavity 110.
It should be noted that, in the present application, the roller body 210 may be driven by a rotary driving member such as a motor, or the like, so as to rotate around its own axis within the installation cavity 110. The cleaning portion 220 disposed on the outer wall of the roller 210 may be a soft or elastic structure such as a plastic brush strip or a brush. The cleaning portions 220 are preferably circumferentially distributed along the outer wall of the roller body 210 to secure a cleaning area. The cleaning part 220 can protrude from the dust inlet 120 in the radial direction of the roller body 210 so as to be capable of contacting or beating the surface of the object to be cleaned.
In the present application, the outer wall of the roller body 210 may be provided with one spiral groove 211, or two spiral grooves 211 may be alternately provided in the circumferential direction. The spiral groove 211 extends along one end of the roller body 210 to the other end of the roller body 210, and one end of the spiral groove 211 is disposed opposite to the dust suction port 130. The helix angle of the helical groove 211 is not limited, and for example, the helix angle of the helical groove 211 may be 45 ° to 90 °.
It can be understood that when the anti-winding cleaning mechanism of the present application starts to operate, the roller body 210 rotates around its own axis in the installation cavity 110, and the roller body 210 rotates and drives the cleaning portion 220 thereon to rotate, so that the cleaning portion 220 contacts and beats the surface of the cleaned object, and the dust such as hair and mites on the cleaned object are separated from the cleaned object. In this process, the dust suction port 130 sucks air between the dust inlet 120 and the object to be cleaned simultaneously so that the air flows toward the dust inlet 120, so that dust is introduced into the installation cavity 110 through the dust inlet 120.
Meanwhile, since the roller body 210 is disposed opposite to the dust inlet 120, and since the spiral groove 211 is adjacent to the cleaning part 220, the spiral groove 211 extends to the dust suction port 130 in the axial direction of the roller body 210, when dust enters into the installation cavity 110 from the dust inlet 120, the dust enters into the spiral groove 211 of the outer wall of the roller body 210, and is transferred to the dust suction port 130 in the spiral direction of the spiral groove 211 as the spiral groove 211 rotates, thereby being sucked and removed by the dust suction port 130.
It should be noted that, when there is a hair object which is easy to wind, such as a thin wire, a hair thread, etc., in the dust and dirt entering the installation cavity 110, the spiral shape of the spiral groove 211 can be matched with the shape of the hair object to a certain extent, so that the hair object can enter and be limited in the spiral groove 211, and along with the rotation of the spiral groove 211, the hair object is promoted to move to the dust and dirt suction port 130 along the spiral direction of the spiral groove 211, so that the hair object is separated from and removed from the spiral groove 211 under the suction action of the dust and dirt suction port 130, thus, the probability that the hair object is wound on the outer wall of the roller body 210 or the cleaning part 220 can be effectively reduced, the probability that the whole rolling brush 200 is wound by the hair object to affect the cleaning efficiency is reduced, and the cleaning capability and the cleaning effect of the anti-winding cleaning mechanism on dust and dirt are improved. Meanwhile, the problem that the hair is wound on the rolling brush 200 and is difficult to clean is effectively solved, and the use experience of a user is improved.
It should be noted that, according to the present application, at least one spiral groove 211 close to the cleaning portion 220 is provided on the outer wall of the roller body 210 along the circumferential direction, and the spiral groove 211 extends to the dust suction port 130 along the axial direction of the roller body 210, so that after dust enters the installation cavity 110, the dust can be spirally pushed to the dust suction port 130 by the spiral groove 211, if the dust exists on the roller brush 200, the hair can also be pushed to the dust suction port 130 along the direction of the spiral groove 211 on the roller body 210, so that the hair is separated from the spiral groove 211 under the suction action of the dust suction port 130, and thus, even if the hair is sucked and wound on the roller brush 200, the hair can be effectively removed, further the hair is prevented from being wound and concentrated on a certain portion of the roller brush 200, and the overall dust cleaning capability and the cleaning effect of the anti-winding cleaning mechanism are improved.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 1 and 3, the cleaning part 220 includes a plurality of spiral brush strips 221 disposed along the circumference of the roller body 210, two adjacent spiral brush strips 221 are respectively protruded on opposite sides of the spiral groove 211 along the radial direction of the roller body 210, and the extending track of the spiral brush strips 221 corresponds to the extending track of the spiral groove 211.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3 and 4, two ends of the roller body 210 are respectively provided as a driving end and a free end, and it should be noted that the driving end of the roller body 210 is used to connect with a corresponding rotation driving member, such that the rotation driving member drives the roller body 210 to rotate, and the rotation driving member includes, but is not limited to, a motor, an electric motor, a belt transmission mechanism, a sprocket chain transmission mechanism, and the like.
The free end of the roller body 210 is suspended in the mounting cavity 110 and opposite the dirt suction port 130. The outer wall of the roller body 210 is provided with two spiral blades 214 in the circumferential direction, the spiral blades 214 extend to the free end along the driving end of the roller body 210, the width of the spiral blades 214 extends in the radial direction of the roller body 210, and the spiral groove 211 is defined by the two spiral blades 214.
Correspondingly, the spiral brush strips 221 are provided with two spiral blades 214, and the spiral brush strips 221 can be installed in the middle of the spiral blades 214 in a clamping manner, so that the spiral brush strips 221 can be conveniently disassembled, cleaned and replaced. The extending track of the spiral brush 221 along the axial direction of the roller body 210 is the same as the extending track of the spiral blade 214 along the roller body 210, so that the extending track of the spiral brush 221 corresponds to the extending track of the spiral groove 211. Further, the spiral brush 221 protrudes from the spiral blade 214 in the radial direction of the roller 210.
It should be noted that the spiral brush bar 221 is a structure that is easily deformed due to force, such as a plastic bar or a row of bristles. While the helical blade 214 is a rigid structure, such as a metal blade, that is, the shape of the helical groove 211 is maintained.
When the anti-winding cleaning mechanism of the application starts to work, the spiral groove 211 and the spiral brush strips 221 on two sides of the spiral groove 211 rotate along with each other, the spiral brush strips 221 continuously flap or brush the surface of the cleaned object, and as the spiral brush strips 221 are arranged on the spiral groove 211 in a protruding way along the radial direction of the roller body 210, dust and dirt such as hair and the like swept by the spiral brush strips 221 can flow into the spiral groove 211 under the action of suction force, so as to be pushed to the dust suction port 130 along with the rotation of the spiral groove 211, and sucked and cleaned by the dust suction port 130.
It should be noted that, since the spiral brush 221 is deformed by force during the continuous beating or brushing of the spiral brush 221 on the surface of the object to be cleaned, if the spiral brush 221 is not located on the spiral groove 211, when there is a portion of the hair attached to the spiral brush 221, the hair cannot be accurately conveyed to the dust suction port 130 along with the rotation of the spiral groove 211.
Based on this, according to the present application, by respectively protruding the adjacent two spiral brush strips 221 on the opposite sides of the spiral groove 211 in the radial direction of the roller body 210 and making the extending track of the spiral brush strips 221 correspond to the extending track of the spiral groove 211, the moving track of the spiral brush strips 221 can be made to be substantially identical to the rotating track of the spiral groove 211, even if the spiral brush strips 221 are deformed under force during cleaning of the object to be cleaned and there is a part of hair matters attached thereto, the part of hair matters can be conveyed to the dust suction port 130 along with the rotating track of the spiral groove 211, so that the hair matters attached to the spiral brush strips 221 can be sucked and removed, the probability that the hair matters attach to or wind around the spiral brush strips 221 is further reduced, and the cleaning efficiency is affected by the whole of the rolling brush 200 wound with the hair matters is further improved, thereby further improving the cleaning ability and cleaning effect of the whole anti-winding cleaning mechanism on dust.
Further, in some embodiments of the present application, the spiral brush bar 221 is configured as a glue strip structure or a brush structure.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the spiral brush bar 221 is configured as a plastic bar to beat the surface of the object to be cleaned during cleaning of the object to thereby beat up dust such as mites, dust, and the like. In another embodiment, the spiral brush bar 221 is configured as a brush structure, that is, the spiral brush bar 221 may be understood as a row of bristles extending along the spiral track of the spiral groove 211, and the lengths of the bristles of the row may be uniform or unequal.
For example, the helical brush bar 221 can include a first length of bristles along the roller 210 adjacent the dirty suction opening 130 and a second length of bristles distal from the dirty suction opening 130, the first length of bristles being greater than the second length of bristles. It will be appreciated that the closer to the dust suction port 130, the greater the suction effect on dust, and by virtue of the above arrangement, the smoother the dust can be moved by the helical pushing of the helical groove 211 by virtue of the balance of the brush length on the helical brush bar 221.
Of course, in other embodiments, the spiral brush bar 221 may be configured as a hybrid of a partial strip structure and a partial collection of brush structures.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, in some embodiments of the present application, the rolling brush 200 has two rolling brushes and is symmetrically disposed with respect to the middle of the installation cavity 110, the dust suction port 130 has two rolling brushes and is respectively disposed at two sides of the installation cavity 110, and the roller bodies 210 of the two rolling brushes 200 are suspended in the installation cavity 110 and are connected to the rotation driving member 300 at ends close to each other.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5, 6 and 7, the rotation driving member 300 includes a motor 310, a transmission mechanism 320 and a rotation shaft 400, the rotation shaft 400 is suspended in the installation cavity 110 through a bracket 150, an output end of the motor 310 is connected to a middle portion of the rotation shaft 400 through the transmission mechanism 320 to drive the rotation shaft 400 to rotate, and the transmission mechanism 320 may be a synchronous belt mechanism or a sprocket chain transmission mechanism. The two roller bodies 210 corresponding to the two rolling brushes 200 are respectively connected with two opposite sides of the rotary shaft 400, one end of the two roller bodies 210, which is relatively far away, is a free end suspended in the installation cavity 110, and the two free ends of the two roller bodies 210 are respectively opposite to the two dust suction ports 130.
Thus, referring to fig. 5 and 8, the two rolling brushes 200 are symmetrically distributed with respect to the middle of the installation cavity 110, so that only one rotation driving member 300 can be disposed at the middle of the installation cavity 110, and the rotation of the two rolling brushes 200 is synchronously driven by the same rotation driving member 300, so that one end of the two rolling brushes 200, which are far away from each other, is freely suspended with respect to the installation cavity 110, and one end of the two rolling brushes 200, which are far away from each other, is substantially flush with the inner wall of the installation cavity 110.
In this way, the distribution area of the rolling brushes 200 in the installation cavity 110 is increased, so that the effective cleaning area of the rolling brushes 200 is increased, and the cleaning parts 220 on the two rolling brushes 200 can be adhered to the edge of the installation cavity 110 to clean the cleaned object, so that the cleaning efficiency of the cleaned object is improved.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 8, 9 and 10, the anti-winding cleaning mechanism further includes a rotation shaft 400 provided in the installation cavity 110, an outer wall of the rotation shaft 400 is provided with an outer screw portion 410, the roller body 210 is provided with an inner screw portion 212, the roller body 210 is sleeved on the rotation shaft 400 and is screw-connected with the outer screw portion 410 through the inner screw portion 212, the inner screw portion 212 is opposite to the rotation direction of the screw groove 211, and the rotation direction of the inner screw portion 212 is opposite to the rotation direction of the rotation shaft 400.
Similarly, the rotation shaft 400 is connected to the rotation driving member 300 at the middle thereof, and the roller 210 has two and is respectively screw-coupled to opposite sides of the rotation shaft 400.
It will be appreciated that, since the inner spiral portion 212 of the roller body 210 is opposite to the spiral direction of the spiral groove 211, and the rotation direction of the inner spiral portion 212 is opposite to the rotation direction of the rotation shaft 400, referring to fig. 7 and 9, when the rotation shaft 400 rotates in the counterclockwise direction to drive the spiral groove 211 on the roller body 210 to spirally move in the direction of the dust suction port 130, the inner spiral portion 212 of the roller body 210 is opposite to the spiral direction of the spiral groove 211, i.e., the inner spiral portion 212 of the roller body 210 rotates in the direction close to the rotation shaft 400, thereby being more firmly connected to the rotation shaft 400, thus, the rotation separation from the rotation shaft 400 in the process of spirally cleaning the object to be cleaned by the roller body 210 can be avoided, the overall movement stability of the roller brush 200 is ensured, and the cleaning effect on the object to be cleaned is improved.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring again to fig. 5, the anti-wind cleaning mechanism further includes a locking member 500 provided to the roller body 210 and detachably coupled to the rotation shaft 400 to provide a locking force to the roller body 210 toward the rotation shaft 400 in an axial direction of the roller body 210.
Specifically, retaining member 500 may be, but is not limited to, a retaining screw, a retaining bolt, and a catch piece. When the locking member 500 is a locking screw, the roller body 210 and the rotation shaft 400 are provided with internal threads for being engaged with the locking screw, and the locking screw is disposed on the roller body 210 and simultaneously threadedly coupled with the roller body 210 and the rotation shaft 400, so as to provide a locking force to the roller body 210 toward the rotation shaft 400 along the axial direction of the roller body 210.
In this way, the connection stability of the roller body 210 and the rotating shaft 400 can be further improved, and the situation that the roller body 210 and the rotating shaft 400 are loose due to frequent startup and shutdown of the anti-winding cleaning mechanism is avoided.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 2, the dust inlet 120 includes a plurality of sub-inlets 121 spaced apart along the axial direction of the roller body 210, and each sub-inlet 121 is connected to the dust suction port 130 through the mounting chamber 110.
Specifically, each sub-inlet 121 may be shaped in a rectangular, circular, etc., configuration, and adjacent two sub-inlets 121 may be separated by structural ribs on the housing 100.
By the arrangement, the cleaning part 220 on the rolling brush 200 can relatively and uniformly clean the cleaned objects, dust and dirt at different positions of the cleaned objects enter the installation cavity 110 through the corresponding sub-inlets 121 and are pushed to the dust and dirt suction port 130 by the spiral grooves 211 of the roller body 210, so that the dust and dirt enter the installation cavity 110 together through the dust and dirt inlets 120, and the dust and dirt inlets 120 or the installation cavity 110 are prevented from being blocked, and the overall functionality of the anti-winding cleaning mechanism is improved.

Specifically, the cleaning portion 220 is an elastic brush strip, the bottom of the elastic brush strip is in a T-shaped structure, the T-shaped structure defines a limiting end 222, and the elastic brush strip is in plug-in fit with the dovetail groove 213 on the roller body 210 through the T-shaped structure, so that the cleaning portion 220 is convenient to disassemble, assemble and replace.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 1 and 5, a cover 140 for covering or uncovering the mounting cavity 110 is rotatably provided on the housing 100.
Specifically, the shell cover 140 is rotationally connected to the shell 100 through hinge structures such as hinges and hinges, so that the function of rotating and opening and closing is realized, a user can conveniently rotate and open the shell cover 140 and detach the rolling brush 200, the cleaning difficulty of the shell 100 and the rolling brush 200 is reduced, and the disassembling and cleaning time of the user on the anti-winding cleaning mechanism is saved.
In addition, referring to fig. 11, the present application also provides a cleaning device, which includes the above anti-winding cleaning mechanism and a rotation driving member 300, wherein the rotation driving member 300 is configured to drive the roller body 210 to rotate relative to the mounting cavity 110.
