Abstract

Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of mobile communications technologies, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, a computer device, a storage medium, and a computer program product for controlling a media stream service quality policy.
Background
With the development of multi-sense immersive services such as holographic communication and sensory interconnection, contents transmitted on a network are not limited to characters, graphics, videos and the like, and various novel media streams appear, so that a policy management method needs to be formulated to manage the media streams.
In the related art, a matched policy management method is formulated according to the type of the media stream, and the policy management method is stored in a policy management unit, so that the service quality policy of the media stream can be directly obtained from the policy management unit. However, in case the network node is busy, it may result in failure of the media stream quality of service policy acquisition.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the foregoing, it is desirable to provide a media stream quality of service policy control method, apparatus, computer device, storage medium and computer program product.
In a first aspect, the present application provides a data updating method for a high-precision map.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises:
receiving a strategy request of the service quality of the media stream sent by a gateway, wherein the strategy request comprises a strategy identifier, a media type and media content parameters of the service quality determined by the gateway according to the media type contained in the media stream, and the strategy identifier corresponds to a preset initial strategy scheme of the service quality of the media stream;
generating a query request of the media processing node according to the policy request, and querying the resource state of the media processing node based on the query request;

The media stream service quality strategy control method at least comprises the following beneficial effects:

The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the application.
The user information (including but not limited to user equipment information, user personal information, etc.) and the data (including but not limited to data for analysis, stored data, presented data, etc.) related to the present application are information and data authorized by the user or sufficiently authorized by each party.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides a media stream service quality policy control method, which can be applied to an application environment as shown in fig. 1. Wherein the terminal 102 communicates with the server 104 via a network. The data storage system may store data that the server 104 needs to process. The data storage system may be integrated on the server 104 or may be located on a cloud or other network server. The terminal 102 may be, but not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, internet of things devices, and portable wearable devices, where the internet of things devices may be smart speakers, smart televisions, smart air conditioners, smart vehicle devices, and the like. The portable wearable device may be a smart watch, smart bracelet, headset, or the like. The server 104 may be implemented as a stand-alone server or as a server cluster of multiple servers.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a method for controlling a policy of service quality of a media stream is provided, and the method is applied to the server 104 in fig. 1 for illustration, and includes the following steps:
step S202, a strategy request of media stream service quality sent by a gateway is received, wherein the strategy request comprises a strategy identifier of the service quality, a media type and media content parameters determined by the gateway according to the media type contained in the media stream, and the strategy identifier corresponds to a preset initial strategy scheme of the media stream service quality.
The media stream is a streaming technology, so that streaming media can be played on a network, and may include various types of audio streams, video streams, touch streams, kinesthesia streams, and the like. The transmission bandwidth, transmission delay and jitter rate required by different media streams are different, and the required service quality is also different, so that the strategy request of the corresponding media stream service quality can be formulated according to the type of the media stream, and the transmission quality is improved.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a media stream service quality policy control method in an embodiment, which may include a media gateway, a dynamic policy engine, and a network awareness engine. The application end or some intermediate processing node sends the media stream to the media gateway, and the media gateway can confirm the policy request of the service quality of the media stream according to the type of the media stream, wherein the policy request can include the policy identifier of the service quality, the media type and the media content parameters. Wherein the policy identification is determined based on the media stream, e.g. the policy identification is a multi-bit binary value, wherein a value of 1 on a bit represents a specified media stream, e.g. 0001 is an audio stream, 0011 is an audio stream + video stream, 0100 is a haptic stream. The media types may include audio streams, video streams, haptic streams, kinesthetic streams, and the like. The media content parameters may include the size of the media stream, the code rate, etc.
The media stream may have an initial policy scheme for the quality of service of the media stream that is preset, where one policy identifier may correspond to one initial policy scheme.
Step S204, generating a query request of the media processing node according to the policy request, and querying the resource state of the media processing node based on the query request.
The dynamic policy engine may generate a query request for the media processing node for querying a resource state of the media processing node according to the policy request. When multiple media streams are transmitted simultaneously, the service quality of the media streams may be affected due to occupation of the nodes, and the resource status of the media processing nodes needs to be queried. The resource status of a node may include node in use, node available, node busy, node offline, etc. The dynamic policy engine supports distributed deployment and can have multiple query interfaces with the network awareness engine.
Step S206, obtaining a corresponding initial quality strategy scheme based on the strategy identification, and updating the initial quality strategy scheme according to the inquired resource state, media type and media content parameters of the media processing node to obtain an adjusted strategy scheme.
After receiving the query request, the network awareness engine can perform refreshing operation on all nodes connected with the network awareness engine to obtain the latest resource state information of the nodes, and the network awareness engine can send the latest resource state information to the dynamic policy engine, wherein the resource state information can comprise a resource duty ratio, a node address and the like, and can query the resource duty ratio of the nodes through the node address and specify the target node according to whether the nodes are busy or not.
According to the strategy identification in the strategy request, the initial strategy scheme of the preset media stream service quality is obtained, and the inquired resource state, media type and media content parameters of the media processing node are updated to the initial quality strategy scheme, so that the adjusted strategy scheme can be obtained.
Step S208, responding to the strategy request, and returning the strategy identification corresponding to the strategy scheme after adjustment to the gateway so as to instruct the gateway to send the media stream to a target media processing node for processing according to the strategy scheme after dynamic adjustment.
The policy identifier corresponds to the policy scheme, the adjusted policy scheme comprises a policy identifier, a node address, a service quality parameter and the like, the policy identifier can be returned to the gateway, the gateway can acquire the latest node address according to the policy identifier, and the media stream is sent to the target media processing node for processing.
In the above method for controlling the service quality policy of media stream, the policy identifier may be determined according to the media type of the media stream, the resource status of the media processing node may be queried, the policy scheme for the service quality may be dynamically adjusted according to the resource status of the media processing node, and the media gateway may send the media stream to the target media processing node for processing according to the dynamically adjusted policy scheme. And dynamically adjusting the node information according to the node inquiry, and dynamically controlling the strategy of the service quality of the media stream.

In one embodiment, the updating the initial quality policy scheme according to the queried resource status, media type, and media content parameters of the media processing node to obtain an adjusted policy scheme includes:
comparing the resource status, media type, media content parameters of the media processing node with the content in the initial quality policy scheme;
and adjusting and/or selecting contents in the initial quality strategy scheme according to the comparison result, wherein the adjustment and the selection at least meet the service requirement of the service quality of the media stream.
In one embodiment, before acquiring the corresponding initial quality policy scheme based on the policy identification, the apparatus further comprises:
if the initial quality scheme corresponding to the strategy identifier is not inquired and obtained, a new adjusted strategy scheme is generated according to the resource state, the media type and the media content parameters of the media processing node, and the new adjusted strategy scheme is associated and corresponding to the strategy identifier.
The specific manner in which the various modules perform the operations in the apparatus of the above embodiments have been described in detail in connection with the embodiments of the method, and will not be described in detail herein.
The above-mentioned respective modules in the policy control device for quality of service of media streams may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and combinations thereof. The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 7. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, computer programs, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The database of the computer device is for storing the media stream. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program when executed by a processor implements a media stream quality of service policy control method.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and the internal structure thereof may be as shown in fig. 8. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a communication interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless mode can be realized through WIFI, a mobile cellular network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program when executed by a processor implements a media stream quality of service policy control method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, can also be keys, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, and can also be an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structures shown in fig. 7 and 8 are merely block diagrams of portions of structures related to the disclosed aspects and do not constitute a limitation of the computer device on which the disclosed aspects may be applied, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, implements the method of any of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
In one embodiment, a computer program product is provided, comprising a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the method described in any of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, database, or other medium used in embodiments provided by the present disclosure may include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory, among others. The nonvolatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical Memory, high density embedded nonvolatile Memory, resistive random access Memory (ReRAM), magnetic random access Memory (Magnetoresistive Random Access Memory, MRAM), ferroelectric Memory (Ferroelectric Random Access Memory, FRAM), phase change Memory (Phase Change Memory, PCM), graphene Memory, and the like. Volatile memory can include random access memory (Random Access Memory, RAM) or external cache memory, and the like. By way of illustration, and not limitation, RAM can be in the form of a variety of forms, such as static random access memory (Static Random Access Memory, SRAM) or dynamic random access memory (Dynamic Random Access Memory, DRAM), and the like. The databases referred to in the various embodiments provided by the present disclosure may include at least one of a relational database and a non-relational database. The non-relational database may include, but is not limited to, a blockchain-based distributed database, and the like. The processors involved in the embodiments provided by the present disclosure may be general-purpose processors, central processing units, graphics processors, digital signal processors, programmable logic, quantum computing-based data processing logic, etc., without limitation thereto.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

Claims (17)

1. A method for controlling a quality of service policy of a media stream, the method comprising:
receiving a strategy request of the service quality of the media stream sent by a gateway, wherein the strategy request comprises a strategy identifier, a media type and media content parameters of the service quality determined by the gateway according to the media type contained in the media stream, and the strategy identifier corresponds to a preset initial strategy scheme of the service quality of the media stream;
generating a query request of the media processing node according to the policy request, and querying the resource state of the media processing node based on the query request;
acquiring a corresponding initial quality policy scheme based on the policy identifier, and updating the initial quality policy scheme according to the queried resource state, media type and media content parameters of the media processing node to obtain an adjusted policy scheme;
and responding to the strategy request, and returning the strategy identifier corresponding to the strategy scheme after adjustment to the gateway so as to instruct the gateway to send the media stream to a target media processing node for processing according to the strategy scheme after dynamic adjustment.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the adjusted policy scheme includes an address of a target media processing node that processes the media stream corresponding to the policy request and a quality of service control parameter, wherein the returning the adjusted policy scheme to the gateway instructs the gateway to send the media stream to the target media processing node for processing according to the adjusted policy scheme, comprising:
transmitting the media stream to a target media processing node for processing according to the address of the target media processing node;
and sending the strategy identifier to the target media processing node to instruct the target media processing node to call the service quality control parameter in the adjusted strategy scheme corresponding to the strategy identifier to process the media stream.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein querying the resource status of the media processing node based on the query request comprises:
refreshing the resource state of the media processing node, and acquiring the resource state of the media processing node after refreshing.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the policy identification in the policy request comprises a policy identification determined by the gateway based on the media type contained in the media stream and/or whether there is sensitive data of a specified type in the media stream;
and when the media stream is determined to contain the media type of the specified type and/or sensitive data of the specified type exists in the media stream, the received strategy identification is the specific strategy identification determined by the gateway.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein prior to generating a query request for a media processing node based on the policy request, the method further comprises:
judging whether the strategy identifier is a specific strategy identifier of a specified type or not;
if yes, generating a query request of the media processing node according to the policy request.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein updating the initial quality policy scheme based on the queried resource state, media type, media content parameters of the media processing node, to obtain an adjusted policy scheme, comprises:
comparing the resource status, media type, media content parameters of the media processing node with the content in the initial quality policy scheme;
and adjusting and/or selecting contents in the initial quality strategy scheme according to the comparison result, wherein the adjustment and the selection at least meet the service requirement of the service quality of the media stream.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to obtaining the corresponding initial quality policy scheme based on the policy identification, the method further comprises:
if the initial quality scheme corresponding to the strategy identifier is not inquired and obtained, a new adjusted strategy scheme is generated according to the resource state, the media type and the media content parameters of the media processing node, and the new adjusted strategy scheme is associated and corresponding to the strategy identifier.
8. A media stream quality of service policy control device, the device comprising:
the system comprises a receiving module, a sending module and a receiving module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving a strategy request of the media stream service quality sent by a gateway, the strategy request comprises a strategy identifier of the service quality, a media type and a media content parameter which are determined by the gateway according to the media type contained in the media stream, and the strategy identifier corresponds to a preset initial strategy scheme of the media stream service quality;
the query module is used for generating a query request of the media processing node according to the policy request and querying the resource state of the media processing node based on the query request;
the updating module is used for acquiring a corresponding initial quality strategy scheme based on the strategy identifier, and updating the initial quality strategy scheme according to the inquired resource state, the media type and the media content parameters of the media processing node to obtain an adjusted strategy scheme;
and the sending module is used for responding to the strategy request, returning the strategy identifier corresponding to the strategy scheme after adjustment to the gateway so as to instruct the gateway to send the media stream to a target media processing node for processing according to the strategy scheme after dynamic adjustment.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the adjusted policy scheme includes an address of a target media processing node that processes the media stream corresponding to the policy request and a quality of service control parameter, wherein the returning the adjusted policy scheme to the gateway instructs the gateway to send the media stream to the target media processing node for processing according to the adjusted policy scheme, comprising:
transmitting the media stream to a target media processing node for processing according to the address of the target media processing node;
and sending the strategy identifier to the target media processing node to instruct the target media processing node to call the service quality control parameter in the adjusted strategy scheme corresponding to the strategy identifier to process the media stream.
10. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein querying the resource status of the media processing node based on the query request comprises:
refreshing the resource state of the media processing node, and acquiring the resource state of the media processing node after refreshing.
11. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the policy identification in the policy request comprises a policy identification determined by the gateway based on a media type contained in the media stream and/or whether there is a specified type of sensitive data in the media stream;
and when the media stream is determined to contain the media type of the specified type and/or sensitive data of the specified type exists in the media stream, the received strategy identification is the specific strategy identification determined by the gateway.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein prior to generating a query request for a media processing node based on the policy request, the apparatus further comprises:
the judging module is used for judging whether the strategy identifier is a specific strategy identifier of a specified type;
if yes, generating a query request of the media processing node according to the policy request.
13. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the updating the initial quality policy scheme based on the queried resource state, media type, media content parameters of the media processing node to obtain an adjusted policy scheme comprises:
comparing the resource status, media type, media content parameters of the media processing node with the content in the initial quality policy scheme;
and adjusting and/or selecting contents in the initial quality strategy scheme according to the comparison result, wherein the adjustment and the selection at least meet the service requirement of the service quality of the media stream.
14. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein prior to obtaining the corresponding initial quality policy scheme based on the policy identification, the apparatus further comprises:
if the initial quality scheme corresponding to the strategy identifier is not inquired and obtained, a new adjusted strategy scheme is generated according to the resource state, the media type and the media content parameters of the media processing node, and the new adjusted strategy scheme is associated and corresponding to the strategy identifier.
15. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7 when the computer program is executed.
16. A computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
17. A computer program product comprising a computer program, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
