Each target network product 103 corresponds to each target device 104 one by one. The product monitoring device 101 monitors the running state of each target network product 103 in real time, if the target network product 103 fails, the product monitoring device 101 generates early warning information based on the monitored failure information of the target network product 103 and sends the early warning information to the failure processing device 102, and the failure processing device 102 determines a target device 104 corresponding to the target network product 103 based on the early warning information and a preset corresponding relation and sends the early warning information to the target device 104. S202, determining first target equipment corresponding to a first target network product based on first early warning information and a preset corresponding relation; the preset corresponding relation comprises a corresponding relation between the target network product and the equipment.
The preset corresponding relation may be a relation between a product identifier of each target network product and a device identifier of the target device. The target equipment is computer equipment corresponding to a product responsible person of the target network product. Or, the preset corresponding relationship may be a relationship between each target network product and account information corresponding to a product responsible person of the target network product, where the preset corresponding relationship is stored in the fault processing device.
In this embodiment, if the preset correspondence is a relationship between the product identifier of each target network product and the device identifier of the target device. The device identification of the first target device corresponding to the product identification of the first target network product can be determined from the preset corresponding relation according to the product identification of the first target network product in the first early warning information, and then the first target device is determined. For example, the number of the target network products is 3, namely, a product a, a product B and a product C, wherein the product a corresponds to the target device a, the product B corresponds to the target device B, and the product C corresponds to the target device C. If the first target network product is a, the first target device a corresponding to the first target network product a may be determined according to the product identifier a of the first target network product and the preset corresponding relationship.
S203, first early warning information is sent to first target equipment; the first early warning information is used for notifying a fault corresponding to the fault information to be processed.
The first target device is a device corresponding to a product responsible person of the first target network product, after the first target device is determined, the fault processing device sends first early warning information to the first target device, the first early warning information comprises a product identifier of the first target network product, and after the product responsible person of the first target network product receives the first early warning information through the first target device, the fault processing device can process the fault of the first target network product. The fault processing device may send the first early warning information to the first target device in the form of text information, or the fault processing device may also send the first early warning information to the first target device in the form of audio information.
