In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, based on the above-mentioned problems existing in the prior art, there is now provided a palm ultrasound sharing management system, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, comprising:
the palm ultrasonic equipment 1, the palm ultrasonic equipment 1 is integrated with:
the voice acquisition equipment 11 is used for acquiring the use feedback of medical staff;
the power monitoring module 12 is used for detecting the real-time power of the palm ultrasonic equipment;
at least one shared cabinet 2 arranged in a hospital, wherein a main controller 3 and a plurality of storage cabinets 21 for placing the palm ultrasonic equipment 1 are integrated in each shared cabinet 2, a communication interface 4 for connecting the placed palm ultrasonic equipment 1 with the main controller 3 is arranged in each storage cabinet 21, and when the palm ultrasonic equipment 1 is placed in the storage cabinet 21, the use feedback and the real-time electric quantity are sent to the main controller 3 through the communication interface 4;
the overall controller 3 includes:
the device extraction module 31 is configured to score the availability of the corresponding palm ultrasonic device 1 according to the usage feedback, and extract, when an external borrowing request is received, the palm ultrasonic device 1 with the highest availability from all the palm ultrasonic devices 1 currently placed in the shared cabinet 2 according to the availability score and the corresponding real-time electric quantity;
the sharing management module 32 is connected with the device extraction module 31 and is used for controlling and opening the cabinet door of the storage cabinet 21 where the palm ultrasonic device 1 with the highest availability is placed for taking and using.
Specifically, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the shared cabinet 2 may include a plurality of storage cabinets 21 arranged in rows and columns, each storage cabinet 21 may be provided with a fixing column 211 correspondingly, two sides of the fixing column 211 are respectively provided with a communication interface 4 and a charging interface 7, correspondingly, as shown in fig. 3, one side of the handheld ultrasonic device 1 may be provided with a fixing hole 15 corresponding to the fixing column 211 correspondingly, two sides of the fixing hole 15 are respectively provided with a communication port 16 corresponding to the communication interface 4 and a charging port 17 corresponding to the charging interface 7, so that when the handheld ultrasonic device 1 returns to the corresponding storage cabinet 21, the fixing hole 15 and the fixing column 211 are placed in alignment, and at this time, the communication interface 4 and the communication port 16 and the charging interface 7 are just aligned with the charging port 17.
All between each communication interface 4 and the overall controller 3 respectively and between each charging interface 7 and the overall controller 3 are connected through network cables, and the transmission stability among each communication interface 4, each charging interface 7 and the overall controller 3 can be ensured through wired connection of the network cables. After the communication interface 4 is aligned with the communication port 16 and the charging interface 7 is aligned with the charging port 17, the palm ultrasonic device 1 sends the use feedback and the real-time electric quantity to the main controller 3 through the communication interface 4, and meanwhile, the main controller 3 controls the palm ultrasonic device 1 to be charged through the charging interface 7. Further, the charging of the palm ultrasonic device 1 can be stopped by controlling the real-time electric quantity fed back by the palm ultrasonic device 1 when the palm ultrasonic device is fully charged, and a specific circuit is realized as the prior art and is not described herein.
It should be understood that the above arrangement is only one embodiment of the present invention, and is not limited thereto.
Further, the overall controller 3, upon receiving the usage feedback, may score and cache the availability of the palm ultrasound device for use in subsequently extracting the palm ultrasound device 1 with the highest availability. Because the palm ultrasonic device 1 is charged, the actual electric quantity is continuously changed, so as to save energy consumption, in this embodiment, when an external borrowing request is received, the corresponding real-time electric quantity is obtained from each palm ultrasonic device 1 through the communication interface 4, and then the palm ultrasonic device 1 with the highest availability is extracted based on the cached availability score and the corresponding real-time electric quantity, and then the storage cabinet 21 of the palm ultrasonic device 1 is controlled to be opened, so that the medical staff can take the palm ultrasonic device for use.
Preferably, each storage cabinet 21 is correspondingly provided with a cabinet door, the cabinet door is automatically locked when being closed, the shared cabinet 2 is preferably further provided with an identity recognition device 22, the identity recognition device 22 can be a biological recognition device such as face recognition or fingerprint recognition, the identity recognition device 22 can also be a radio frequency recognition device such as a radio frequency card reader, when medical staff needs to borrow the palm ultrasonic equipment 1, the identity card of the medical staff can be recognized through the radio frequency card reader, or the face information or fingerprint information of the medical staff can be recognized through the biological recognition device, so that the medical staff is the medical staff in the hospital, and the borrowing request is generated when the medical staff passes the verification.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the device extraction module 31 comprises:
the usability scoring unit 311 is configured to perform semantic recognition on the usage feedback by using a failure recognition model obtained through training in advance, and process the usage feedback according to a corresponding semantic recognition result to obtain a usability score;
a first extracting unit 312, connected to the availability scoring unit 311, configured to extract, according to the availability score and the corresponding real-time power, that each of the palm ultrasonic devices 1 with the availability score greater than the first threshold and the real-time power greater than the second threshold is added to the set to be used;
the second extraction unit 313 is connected to the first extraction unit 312 for extracting the palm ultrasonic device 1 with the highest availability score from the set to be used as the palm ultrasonic device 1 with the highest availability.
Specifically, in this embodiment, based on 100% of the full power consumption of the handheld ultrasonic device 1, the second threshold is preferably 20% -30%, so that the extracted residual power consumption of the handheld ultrasonic device 1 can complete at least one ultrasonic inspection, and can be customized according to the requirement.
Meanwhile, as the availability score is obtained by performing fault recognition post-processing based on the use feedback of medical staff, which reflects the fault condition of the palm ultrasonic equipment 1, the higher the availability score is, the palm ultrasonic equipment 1 may not have faults or faults which do not affect ultrasonic examination, such as slight damage of a shell, and the like. Based on this, if the availability score is too low, even if the availability score is borrowed as the palm ultrasonic device 1 with high availability, the ultrasonic inspection cannot be performed normally, and there is no meaning of lending, so in this embodiment, the palm ultrasonic device that is not available or may affect the ultrasonic inspection result is filtered first by setting the first threshold, so as to ensure that all the lended palm ultrasonic devices have high availability. Similarly, the first threshold may be customized according to the requirement.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the usability scoring unit 311 includes:
a storage subunit 3111, configured to store a plurality of preset fault types that are generated in advance, where each preset fault type is associated with at least one fault characterization keyword;
the recognition subunit 3112 is connected to the storage subunit 3111, and is configured to input feedback to the fault recognition model for performing semantic recognition, and when the corresponding semantic recognition result includes fault characterization information, match the fault characterization information with each fault characterization keyword to obtain a matched preset fault type;
the scoring subunit 3113 is connected to the identifying subunit 3112, and is configured to input the matched preset fault type into a pre-trained fault type scoring model to obtain a corresponding availability score.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the preset fault type and the fault characterization keyword may be provided by the manufacturer of the palm ultrasonic device 1, and may be understood as a fault scheduling table in the existing product specification. The fault characterization keyword is a description of possible fault manifestations of the palm ultrasonic device 1 when a fault of a preset fault type occurs. Likewise, the medical staff is not a technician, and the use feedback given by the medical staff can only be a description of fault performance, namely fault representation information such as shell breakage, probe looseness, interference of ultrasonic images, operation feeling in the use process and the like, and due to the fact that voice collection is possible, more colloquiization is carried out, and the contained invalid information is relatively more. Therefore, firstly, semantic recognition is needed to be carried out on the feedback based on the fault recognition model, interference information is filtered, fault characterization information in the interference information is extracted, and then the corresponding preset fault type is matched based on the fault characterization information and the fault characterization keywords.
It will be appreciated that the same fault-characterization keyword may be associated with a plurality of preset fault types, in other words, the fault manifestations of the a-component or B-component faults of the palm ultrasound device 1 may be the same. Thus, there may be one or more of the preset fault types matched.
The fault type scoring model takes a preset fault type as input and takes an availability score given by a technician based on the preset fault type or a combination of the preset fault types as output, wherein after the possible preset fault types are obtained through matching, the possible preset fault types are input into the fault type scoring model, and the corresponding availability score can be obtained through processing.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the availability scoring unit 311 further includes a configuration subunit 3114 and a connection identifying subunit 3112, configured to configure the availability score obtained by the last processing as the current availability score when the semantic identification result does not include fault-characterization information.
Specifically, in this embodiment, when no fault occurs in the palm ultrasound device 1, the usage feedback of the medical staff does not include fault characterization information, and at this time, the availability score obtained by the last processing is configured as the current availability score.
Because a piece of palm ultrasonic equipment 1 may start to be stored in the first shared cabinet 2, but when medical staff returns, the medical staff may return to the second shared cabinet 2, in order to obtain the availability score obtained by the last processing, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, each palm ultrasonic equipment 1 has a preset unique equipment number, and the palm ultrasonic equipment 1 sends the feedback and real-time electric quantity to the overall controller 3 after associating the unique equipment number with the use feedback and the real-time electric quantity through the communication interface 4;
the master controller 3 is also connected with the cloud server 5 and is used for binding the availability scores of the palm ultrasonic devices 1 which are not taken and used with the corresponding unique device numbers and sending the unique device numbers to the cloud server 5 for storage;
the availability scoring unit 311 further includes a requesting subunit 3115, which is respectively connected to the identifying subunit 3112 and the configuring subunit 3114, and is configured to request, when the semantic identification result does not include fault-characterization information, the availability score of the corresponding handheld ultrasonic device 1 for the last time from the cloud server 5 according to the unique device number, so as to configure the availability score as the current availability score.
The remote wireless connection is established between each overall controller 3 and the cloud server 5, and more preferably, the overall controller 3 is further configured to match the possible preset fault types obtained by the matching with unique equipment codes of the corresponding palm ultrasonic equipment 1 and send the unique equipment codes to the cloud server 5, so as to assist a technician in performing targeted fault investigation subsequently.
Further, when medical staff needs to borrow the palm ultrasonic equipment 1, whether the biological recognition device or the radio frequency recognition device is adopted, identity verification is carried out on the medical staff, namely, identity information of the borrowed medical staff is obtained, the master controller 3 further binds the identity information of the medical staff associated with the borrowing request with unique equipment codes of the palm ultrasonic equipment 1 after the palm ultrasonic equipment 1 is taken and used, and sends the bound identity information to the cloud server 5, so that a responsible person can be positioned in time if the situation that the palm ultrasonic equipment 1 is not returned for a long time occurs later.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the usability score has a score value ranging from [0,1]; the configuration subunit is further configured to configure the current availability score to 1, i.e. consider that the palm ultrasound device 1 has not failed at all, when the request to the cloud server 5 fails.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the request failure to the cloud server 5 includes:
the availability score fed back by the cloud server 5 is not received within the preset time after the request is sent to the cloud server 5;
or the cloud server 5 feeds back the availability score of the palm ultrasonic device 1 which is not stored;
or the availability score fed back by the cloud server 5 is not within the score value range.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, each shared cabinet 2 has a preset unique cabinet code, and the master controller 3 further includes a unique cabinet code binding after binding the availability score to the unique equipment number and sends the unique cabinet code to the cloud server 5; the cloud server 5 further includes:
a storage module 51 for storing the placement location of the hospital where each unique cabinet code is located;
a marking module 52 for marking the availability status with a corresponding unique device number according to the availability score;
the cloud server 53 is further connected to the medical care terminal 6, and is configured to display, to the medical care terminal 6, a unique cabinet code of the shared cabinet 2 in which each of the available palm ultrasonic devices 1 is located and a placement position of the shared cabinet 2 when receiving a viewing instruction sent by the medical care terminal 6.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the above-described available state may be simply marked as available or unavailable, and specifically, the evaluation may be performed based on the above-described first threshold. Before borrowing the palm ultrasonic device 1, a medical staff can check the available state of the palm ultrasonic device 1 in each shared cabinet 2 through the medical terminal 6, so that the blank running is avoided. The medical terminal 6 includes, but is not limited to, a mobile phone terminal and a computer terminal.
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the palm ultrasonic device 1 is internally integrated with a pose detection device 13, and the pose detection device is used for giving a return prompt through a reminding device 14 connected with the pose detection device 13 when the pose state of the palm ultrasonic device 1 is monitored to be unchanged within a preset period after the palm ultrasonic device 1 is taken and used.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the reminding device 14 may be a voice broadcasting device, and play preset prompts, for example: "detect palm ultrasonic equipment is not used for a long time, please return in time".
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, a charging interface 7 is also arranged in each storage cabinet 21 and is connected with the master controller 3 for charging the palm ultrasonic device 1 placed in the storage cabinet 21.
The foregoing description is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention, and it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that equivalent substitutions and obvious variations may be made using the description and drawings, and are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
