Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The place information batch maintenance method of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for batch maintenance of location information according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method may include the steps of:
step 101, inquiring whether the background management system stores the site information which is the same as the site information to be imported or not according to the site information to be imported in each form file;
102, acquiring missing information of the location information to be imported under the condition that the location information which is the same as the location information to be imported is not stored in a background management system and the location information to be imported does not need to be corrected;
step 103, fusing the missing information and the location information to be imported to obtain target location information to be imported;
and 104, importing the target site information to be imported into a background management system.
In step 101, the form file may be an Excel form file, where each piece of location information to be imported in the form file may include a location name, a province to which the location belongs, a city, a county, a street, a detailed address, and the like, and the embodiment is not limited thereto.
For each piece of place information to be imported in the form file, whether the place information which is the same as the place information to be imported exists in a plurality of pieces of place information stored in the background management system or not is inquired, and repeated place information can be inquired in batches quickly.
In one embodiment, step 101 includes: acquiring a plurality of location features of location information to be imported; by comparing the plurality of location features of each location information in the background management system with the plurality of location features of the location information to be imported, it is queried whether the location information identical to the location information to be imported is stored in the background management system.
Illustratively, a plurality of location features such as a location name, a province to which a location belongs, a city, a county, a street, a detailed address, and the like of the location information to be imported are acquired, the plurality of location features of the location information stored in the background management system are compared with the plurality of location features of the location information to be imported, and repeated location information is queried according to whether the comparison of the plurality of location features such as the location name, the province to which the location belongs, the city, the county, the street, the detailed address, and the like of the two is consistent.
In this embodiment, the repeated location information can be queried by comparing a plurality of location features of each location information in the background management system with a plurality of location features of the location information to be imported.
In another embodiment, step 101 includes: acquiring a plurality of location features of location information to be imported; generating a target unique identifier of the location information to be imported based on the plurality of location features; and inquiring whether the background management system stores the site information which is the same as the site information to be imported or not by comparing the unique identifier of each site information in the background management system with the unique identifier of the target.
Illustratively, a plurality of location features such as location names, provinces, cities, counties, streets, detailed addresses and the like of location information to be imported are acquired, and then the location features are processed by a message digest algorithm (e.g., an MD5 algorithm) to obtain a target unique identifier of the location information to be imported. The same place has only one unique identifier, so that whether the place is the same place can be judged by comparing the unique identifiers. And finally, comparing the unique identifier of the location information in the background management system with the target unique identifier of the location information to be imported, and inquiring repeated location information according to whether the comparison of the two unique identifiers is consistent.
In this embodiment, the duplicate location information may be queried by comparing the unique identification of the location information in the background management system with the target unique identification of the location information to be imported.
In step 102, the background management system does not store the same location information as the location information to be imported, that is, none of the location information stored in the background management system matches the location information to be imported.
The location information to be imported does not need to be corrected, namely, the location information to be imported does not have wrong location characteristics, and the accuracy is high.
For example, it may be determined whether the location information to be imported needs correction by checking whether a certain location feature of the location information to be imported matches with other location features. For example: each location feature of the location information to be imported includes: the A city, B county, C street and D detailed address, if the D detailed address does not match with the A city, B county and C street, i.e. the A city, B county and C street does not have the D detailed address, the location information to be imported needs to be corrected.
Assuming that there is no location information completely consistent with the location information to be imported in the location information stored in the background management system and there is no erroneous location feature in the location information to be imported, missing information of the location information to be imported may be acquired through a map application program interface or a third party application program interface. For example: missing information such as longitude and latitude coordinate values of the location information to be imported can be obtained through a map application program interface. Or, if necessary, acquiring other missing information of the location information to be imported through other third party application program interfaces.
In step 103 and step 104, the missing information and the location information to be imported are fused into the target location information to be imported, so that the missing information can be quickly supplemented. And then importing the target site information to be imported into a background management system.
In this embodiment, first, for each piece of location information to be imported in the form file, whether the background management system stores location information of the same location as the location information to be imported is queried, so that repeated location information can be queried in batches quickly; then, under the condition that the background management system does not store the site information which is the same as the site information to be imported and the site information to be imported does not need to be corrected, acquiring the missing information of the site information to be imported, and fusing the missing information and the site information to be imported to obtain the target site information to be imported, so that the missing information can be quickly supplemented in batches; finally, the target site information to be imported is imported into a background management system, so that the site information batch maintenance efficiency can be improved.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises:
step 201, determining the location information to be imported as location information to be corrected when the location information to be imported is not stored in the background management system and the location information to be imported is required to be corrected; at least one erroneous location feature exists among a plurality of location features of the location information to be corrected;
step 202, recording the location information to be corrected into a background management system, and summarizing all the recorded location information to be corrected into a form file to be corrected and exporting the form file by the background management system;
step 203, correcting the form file to be corrected based on the correction operation for the form file to be corrected to obtain a corrected form file;
step 204, inquiring whether the background management system stores the location information which is the same as the corrected location information for each piece of corrected location information in the corrected form file;
step 205, when the background management system does not store the location information identical to the corrected location information, acquiring missing information of the corrected location information;
and 206, fusing the missing information of the corrected place information and the corrected place information, and importing the fused place information into a background management system.
In step 201, if there is no location information that is completely identical to the location information to be imported among the location information stored in the background management system and there is at least one erroneous location feature among the plurality of location features of the location information to be imported, the location information to be imported is determined as the location information to be corrected.
Illustratively, the plurality of location features of the location information to be imported includes: the location name, the province to which the location belongs, the city, the county, the street, the detailed address. If the location information to be imported and the province, city, county, street, detailed address to which the location in the background management system belongs are identical, but the location names are different. Or the provinces, cities, counties and streets to which the places belong are consistent, the names of the places are the same, but the detailed addresses are different. The location information thus determined is the location information to be corrected.
In step 202, for each piece of location information to be corrected, the location information is recorded separately in the background management system. And then the background management system gathers all recorded location information to be corrected into a form file to be corrected and exports the form file.
In step 203, the to-be-corrected form file is corrected in response to the correction operation of the to-be-corrected form file by the data provider, to obtain a corrected form file.
In step 204, for each piece of corrected location information in the corrected form file, whether there is location information at the same location as the corrected location information among the plurality of location information stored in the background management system is queried, and repeated location information can be queried in a rapid batch.
In step 205 and step 206, if there is no location information that is completely identical to the corrected location information among the location information stored in the background management system, the missing information of the corrected location information is acquired, then the missing information of the corrected location information and the corrected location information are fused, and the fused location information is imported into the background management system.
In this embodiment, the batch maintenance efficiency of the location information to be corrected can be improved.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises:
step 301, acquiring missing information of the location information to be imported under the condition that the location information of the same location as the location information to be imported is stored in a background management system;
step 302, the missing information and the location information to be imported are fused, and the fused location information is used for covering the location information of the same location stored in the background management system.
In step 301, if there is location information that is completely identical to the location information to be imported among the location information stored in the background management system, missing information of the location information to be imported is acquired.
In step 302, the missing information and the location information to be imported are fused, so that the missing information can be quickly supplemented. And then using the fused location information to overwrite the location information of the same location stored in the background management system.
In this embodiment, when the duplicate location information is imported, the location information of the same location can be updated quickly.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises:
step 401, screening out place information meeting the screening conditions from a background management system according to the screening conditions;
step 402, exporting the screened place information into a target form file;
step 403, modifying the target form file in batches based on batch modification operation for the target form file;
step 404, importing the target form files after batch modification into a background management system.
In step 401 and step 402, the background management system supports batch exporting of stored location information into Excel files. And before the place information is exported, a screening condition may be determined on the export page according to a user's check operation. And screening out the needed place information from the background management system according to the screening conditions, and exporting the screened place information into a target form file.
In steps 403 and 404, the batch modification operation may modify the out-patient status from the enabled status to the disabled status for the batch, assuming, for example, that the location information is medical resource distribution information. Based on the bulk modification operation for the target form file, the bulk modifies the outpatient state from an enabled state to a disabled state. And then, importing the target form files subjected to batch modification into a background management system to complete batch modification of the target form files.
In this embodiment, the batch modification efficiency of the location information that has been imported into the background management system can be improved.
