Since the priorities are differently classified, all the supplemental archive types have different archive requirements, step S302 is performed to generate a supplemental schedule in which the archive priorities are ordered from high to low according to the supplemental archive types and the preset archive requirements, for example, the supplemental archive types are arranged as the constituent of the supplemental schedule according to the importance levels or the time requirements, and step S303 is performed to assign the supplemental schedule to the corresponding archive personnel according to the supplemental archive types for the corresponding supplemental archive operation.
According to the archive scheme forming method provided by the embodiment, the supplement schedule which is ordered from high to low according to the archive priority is generated according to the supplement archive type and the preset archive requirement and is distributed to the corresponding archive personnel, so that when the archive information does not contain the information required for archive, the corresponding archive personnel can process the archive information corresponding to the supplement archive type according to the supplement schedule which is ordered from high to low according to the archive priority, and the adaptability of the archive scheme forming method is improved.
In one implementation of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, step S204, that is, if there is information required for archiving, obtaining supplemental archiving information corresponding to the supplemental archiving type according to the information required for archiving includes:
s401, if the information required for archiving exists, judging whether archive information corresponding to the information required for archiving is private information or not;
s402, if the private information is obtained, obtaining a corresponding operation level;
s403, judging whether the current user has a permission level corresponding to the operation level;
s404, if the authority level corresponding to the operation level is not provided, taking the file information corresponding to the private information as a private file;
s405, acquiring supplementary archiving information corresponding to the supplementary archiving type according to the information required by archiving based on decryption feedback corresponding to the private archive;
S406, if the authority level corresponding to the operation level is provided, acquiring the supplementary archiving information corresponding to the supplementary archiving type according to the information required by archiving.
Since the archive required information may exist in the archive information corresponding to other archive types, and different archive types or different archive information may belong to private information, and the acquiring or reading of the archive information has a certain operation level, if the archive required information exists, it is necessary to first execute the step S401 to determine whether the archive information corresponding to the archive required information is private information, and select to execute the step S402 or other steps according to the determination result.
If the private information indicates that the private information cannot be directly acquired or read, the operation level corresponding to the acquisition in step S402 is executed, and step S403 is executed to determine whether the current user has a permission level corresponding to the operation level, and the subsequent execution of step S404 or step S406 is selected according to the determination result. The current user refers to an operation user performing the current archive scheme forming method, and each operation user has a respective authority level. If the information is not private, the supplementary archiving information corresponding to the supplementary archiving type is directly obtained according to the information required by archiving.
If the authority level corresponding to the operation level is not available, which indicates that the authority level of the current user is lower than the operation level of the private information, the step S404 is executed to take the file information corresponding to the private information as the private file, and attempt to obtain the decryption feedback corresponding to the private file. The decryption feedback is a decryption mode obtained by the current user according to the private file or a decryption content obtained according to the private file.
If the corresponding decryption feedback is obtained, step S405 is executed to obtain the supplemental archive information corresponding to the supplemental archive type according to the archive required information based on the decryption feedback corresponding to the private archive. If the obtained decryption feedback is a decryption mode, decrypting the private file according to the decryption mode; if the obtained decryption feedback is the decryption content, the decryption content is directly applied without decryption operation. If the corresponding decryption feedback is not obtained, the private file is set to be decrypted and audited, and an operator waiting for the subsequent operation of going to the corresponding authority level is waited for decryption, or other operations are executed, such as saving in a to-be-decrypted audit list and the like.
If the operation level corresponding to the operation level is provided, which indicates that the current user' S authority level is higher than or equal to the operation level of the private information, the step S406 is executed to acquire the supplemental archive information corresponding to the supplemental archive type according to the archive required information.
According to the archive scheme forming method provided by the embodiment, when archive information corresponding to archive required information is private information, whether decryption feedback is required to be based on whether the current user has an authority level corresponding to an operation level is selected, and finally supplementary archive information corresponding to a supplementary archive type is obtained according to archive required information, so that a specific processing mode of the private information can be clarified, and the security of the archive scheme forming method in the authority level is improved.
In one implementation manner of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, before the step S101 of obtaining the archive information corresponding to the archive to be archived, the method further includes:
s501, acquiring an initial file and judging the file storage type of the initial file;
s502, if the file storage type is paper type, acquiring an electronic conversion mode corresponding to the initial file;
s503, generating an electronic file of the initial file according to an electronic conversion mode;
s504, if the file storage type is an electronic type, judging whether the initial file meets the electronic filing requirement;
s505, if the electronic archiving requirement is not met, acquiring an archiving and repairing mode corresponding to the initial archive;
s506, repairing the initial file according to an archiving and repairing mode to form an electronic file meeting the electronic archiving requirement;
S507, if the electronic archiving requirement is met, acquiring an electronic archive corresponding to the initial archive;
s508, generating a file to be archived according to the electronic file and the user type.
The initial file in step S501 refers to an unprocessed original file of a document unit, and the file save type is an original save type of the original files, including a paper type and an electronic type, and the subsequent step S502 or step S504 is selected according to different file save types.
If the file storage type is paper type, which indicates that the paper type needs to be converted into the electronic type required for archiving the file, and different electronic conversion modes and conversion requirements exist for different types of the paper type file, the electronic conversion mode corresponding to the initial file is acquired in step S502, and the electronic file of the initial file is generated according to the electronic conversion mode in step S503.
In practical application, the paper type files influence the importance degree according to different types, for example, common files can be directly converted into electronic files through an electronic scanning mode, and in some cases, files related to finance are relatively more important, so that the files are converted into the electronic files through scanning, and certain security means such as encryption or authority limit are required to be set for the electronic files formed through conversion.
Even if the paper type files of the same type have different preservation states due to different preservation forces and preservation times, some paper type files with longer preservation times or insufficient preservation forces need to be subjected to additional processing during electronic scanning, for example, the paper type files are redrawn after the confirmation information of the desalted handwriting is confirmed, or missing contents or pages are supplemented. The specific operations or transformations described above are not described in detail herein.
If the file save type is electronic, it is indicated that the processing methods such as paper type scanning are not needed, but it is still necessary to determine that the file save type can be directly used as an electronic file, then the step S504 is executed to determine whether the initial file meets the electronic archiving requirement, and the subsequent step S505 or step S507 is selected according to the determination result.
If the electronic archive requirement is not satisfied, the electronic archive cannot be directly used as the electronic archive, the archive repairing method corresponding to the obtained initial archive in step S505 is executed, and step S506 is executed to repair the initial archive according to the archive repairing method, thereby forming the electronic archive meeting the electronic archive requirement.
The archiving and repairing modes are corresponding repairing modes preset for electronic type files of different types or different states, for example, files related to finance are relatively more important, and the repairing modes of the corresponding electronic type files are encryption or authority setting; for example, some electronic type files lack time stamps or other information, and the lack information needs to be confirmed and supplemented; for example, if some electronic files have insufficient pixels, it is necessary to enhance pixels by using image enhancement technology to improve the definition of the electronic files.
If the electronic filing requirement is satisfied, the description can be directly used as the electronic file, and the electronic file corresponding to the initial file is obtained in step S507. Finally, the electronic archive obtained in step S506 and/or step S507 is generated in step S508 together with the user type to be archived.
According to the archive scheme forming method provided by the embodiment, the electronic archive is generated for the paper type according to the archive storage type which is the paper type or the electronic type, and the electronic archive is restored and generated for the electronic type which does not meet the electronic archive requirement according to the corresponding archive restoration mode, so that the archive to be archived can be generated no matter what initial archive is of the archive storage type, and the applicability of the archive scheme forming method is improved.
In one implementation manner of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, step S505 includes, if the electronic archiving requirement is not satisfied, obtaining an archiving repair method corresponding to the initial archive:
s601, if the electronic archiving requirement is not met, acquiring a reason type which does not meet the electronic archiving requirement;
s602, if the reason type is a single type, acquiring an archiving and repairing mode corresponding to the initial file according to the reason type;
S603, if the reason type is not a single type, acquiring repair feasibility of each reason type;
s604, acquiring an archiving and repairing mode corresponding to the initial file according to the repairing feasibility and the reason type.
In practice, there may be more than one reason for not meeting the electronic filing requirement, and when multiple reasons occur, it is necessary to determine a corresponding repair method according to specific various reasons, so that the obtaining in step S601 is performed to obtain the reason type that does not meet the electronic filing requirement, and it is determined whether the reason type is a single type, and the subsequent execution step S602 or S603 is selected according to the determination result.
If the reason type is single, the archive repair mode corresponding to the initial archive is obtained according to the reason type in step S602, i.e. the archive repair mode can be directly determined according to the single reason. The archiving and repairing method is a repairing method which is preset and correspondingly set according to various reason types, for example, the reason type is a picture pixel problem, and the corresponding archiving and repairing method is an enhancement pixel.
If the reason type is not a single type, the step S603 is executed to obtain the repair feasibility of each reason type, and the step S604 is executed to obtain the archive repair mode corresponding to the initial archive according to the repair feasibility and the reason type. The repair possibility refers to the possibility of repairing a part of the initial file corresponding to each reason type by using an archiving repair mode of each reason type.
In step S604, when determining the archive restoration method of the initial archive, a preset number of archive restoration methods with high possibility may be selected according to the level of each restoration possibility, or archive restoration methods greater than the preset number may be selected according to the possibility threshold.
According to the archive scheme forming method provided by the embodiment, for the initial archive which does not meet the electronic archive requirement, a single archive restoration mode is selected to be directly obtained according to whether the reason type is single or not, or the corresponding archive restoration mode is selected according to the restoration feasibility, so that the required archive restoration mode is determined according to different types and different numbers of reason types, and the flexibility of the archive scheme forming method is improved.
In one implementation manner of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, step S506 includes, according to the repair feasibility and the reason type, obtaining an archive repair mode corresponding to the initial archive:
s701, judging whether each repair feasibility exceeds a preset repair threshold corresponding to the reason type;
s702, if the restoration modes exceed the preset restoration threshold, acquiring restoration modes corresponding to all the reason types as corresponding archiving restoration modes;
S703, if at least one of the file types does not exceed the preset restoration threshold, generating a perfection requirement of the initial file according to the corresponding reason type.
When there are multiple cause types in actual application, each cause type corresponds to a preset repair threshold, in order to confirm whether the repair feasibility of each cause type can meet the repair requirement, step S701 needs to be executed first, that is, whether each repair feasibility exceeds the preset repair threshold corresponding to the cause type is judged, and then step S702 or step S703 is executed according to the judgment result.
It should be noted that, the preset repair threshold is a corresponding threshold set according to different cause types, for example, the cause type is a picture pixel problem, and the corresponding preset repair threshold is the number of pixels in the unit image, and the number of pixels smaller than the preset repair threshold may enhance pixels and still not reach the electronic archiving requirement; for another example, if the reason type is that there is a partial incomplete picture, the corresponding preset repair threshold is the number of pictures that reach the corresponding matching degree or association degree with the incomplete picture, and if the number of pictures is smaller than the number of pictures, the incomplete picture may not be restored according to the association algorithm.
If the repair modes exceed the preset repair threshold, it is indicated that each cause type can be effectively repaired according to the corresponding repair mode, and the repair mode corresponding to each cause type is obtained in step S702 and used as the corresponding archiving repair mode; if at least one of the files does not exceed the preset restoration threshold, generating a perfection requirement of the initial file according to the corresponding reason type, sending the perfection requirement to corresponding operators, restoring the other files which exceed the preset restoration threshold still according to the corresponding archiving restoration mode, and forming the initial file after the corresponding partial initial file is completed.
According to the archive scheme forming method provided by the embodiment, by comparing each repair feasibility with the corresponding preset repair threshold value, and generating the perfection requirement of the initial archive according to the corresponding reason type when part of the initial archive which does not exceed the preset repair threshold value is generated, the part of the initial archive which exceeds the preset repair threshold value is repaired still according to the corresponding archive repair mode, so that different repair schemes are generated according to the specific repair feasibility, and the operability of generating the initial archive is improved.
In one implementation manner of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, step S502, that is, if the file storage type is a paper type, includes the steps of:
s801, if the file storage type is paper type, acquiring the file type of the initial file;
s802, acquiring a corresponding archive level according to the archive type;
s803, judging whether the current user has a permission level corresponding to the archiving level;
s804, if the authority level corresponding to the archiving level is provided, acquiring an electronic conversion mode corresponding to the initial archive according to the archiving level;
s805, if the authority level corresponding to the archiving level is not provided, taking the initial archive as a checking archive;
S806, acquiring an electronic conversion mode corresponding to the initial file according to the checking feedback corresponding to the checking file.
Before the paper file is converted into the electronic file, the archive level of the corresponding archive type needs to be confirmed, and different archive levels correspond to different authority levels and different archive levels, so that step S801 needs to be executed, that is, if the archive storage type is the paper type, the archive type of the initial archive is obtained, and the corresponding archive level is obtained according to the archive type after step S802. At this time, it is required to determine whether the current user has a corresponding permission level, and then execute step S803 to determine whether the current user has a permission level corresponding to the archive level, and select to execute step S804 or step S805 according to the determination result.
If the authority level corresponding to the archive level is provided, directly executing the electronic conversion mode corresponding to the initial archive according to the archive level in step S804; if the authority level corresponding to the archive level is not available, the initial archive is used as a verification archive in step S805, and step S806 is performed to obtain an electronic conversion mode corresponding to the initial archive according to the verification feedback corresponding to the verification archive.
The above-mentioned verification feedback refers to a verification result or a verification process of the verification file, and the verification result is whether the verification file allows the archiving operation with the current authority level, and the verification process may be changed to the archiving operation by the user having the authority level corresponding to the archiving level, or the archiving level corresponding to the verification file may be temporarily reduced, and the specific processing manner will not be described in detail herein.
According to the archive scheme forming method provided by the embodiment, for the initial archive with the archive storage type being paper type, the archive level corresponding to the archive type is compared with the authority level of the current user, and the electronic conversion mode specifically corresponding to the archive level is selected according to the comparison result, so that the correspondence between the archive level of the initial archive and the electronic conversion mode is realized, and the control degree of the archive scheme forming method on the authority of the initial archive is improved.
In a second aspect, the present application provides a system for forming an archive scheme, as shown in fig. 9, including:
the first acquisition module 1 is used for acquiring file information corresponding to a file to be archived;
the second obtaining module 2 is used for obtaining corresponding preset archiving requirements and archiving dividing rules according to the user types in the archive information;
The third obtaining module 3 is used for analyzing the preset filing requirement and obtaining the key filing type and the common filing type;
a first judging module 4, configured to judge whether the archive type in the archive information lacks a key archive type;
the fourth obtaining module 5 is used for obtaining the matching quantity of the archive type and the common archive type if the key archive type is not lacking;
a second judging module 6, configured to judge whether the number of matches is greater than a preset number of matches;
the first generation module 7 is used for generating an archive stage scheme of an archive to be archived according to an archive dividing rule and archive information if the matching number is larger than the preset matching number;
the second generating module 8 is configured to, if the key archive type is absent, use the absent key archive type as a type to be supplemented, and generate supplemental information including the type to be supplemented;
a third judging module 9, configured to judge whether a supplemental file corresponding to the supplemental information is obtained in a preset period;
and if yes, the first supplementing module 10 is configured to supplement the supplemental file into the file to be archived, so that the second judging module 6 judges again whether the matching number is greater than the preset matching number.
It should be noted that, the data transmission relationship or the logic connection relationship between the above functional modules may be determined according to the corresponding steps in the corresponding archive scheme forming method, which will not be described here again. The data transmission relationship or logical connection relationship of the respective functional modules shown in fig. 9 is only used for understanding as an archive scheme forming system, and is not particularly limited.
According to the archive scheme forming system provided by the embodiment, according to the key archive type and the common archive type in the preset archive requirement corresponding to the user type in the archive information, whether the supplemental archive is to be combined or not and whether the supplemental archive is acquired in a preset period are judged according to the matching condition of the archive type in the archive information, the key archive type and the common archive type, and then an archive stage scheme of the archive to be archived is generated according to archive dividing rules, the archive information and whether the supplemental archive is to be combined or not is selected. Therefore, the method and the system have the advantages that the specific division is carried out according to the responsibility personnel and the time stage corresponding to the key filing type and the common filing type, the forming efficiency of the filing scheme can be effectively improved, and the effects of improving the forming efficiency of the filing scheme and reducing the labor cost are achieved.
Furthermore, in the archive scheme forming system provided in this embodiment, other functional modules may be set as required, or the functional modules may be divided into a plurality of functional units, so as to achieve a technical effect corresponding to the archive scheme forming method described above.
In a third aspect, the present application provides a computer readable storage medium, where computer instructions are stored, and when the computer instructions are loaded and executed by a processor, the above-mentioned archive scheme forming method is adopted, and technical effects corresponding to the above-mentioned archive scheme forming method can be achieved.

1. A method for forming an archive scheme, comprising the steps of:
acquiring file information corresponding to files to be archived;
acquiring corresponding preset archiving requirements and archiving dividing rules according to the user types in the archive information;
analyzing the preset archiving requirement, and acquiring key archiving types and common archiving types;
judging whether the file type in the file information lacks the key file type;
if the key archive type is not absent, acquiring the matching quantity of the archive type and the common archive type;
judging whether the matching quantity is larger than or equal to a preset matching quantity or not;
if the matching number is greater than or equal to the preset matching number, generating an archive stage scheme of the archive to be archived according to the archive dividing rule and the archive information;
if the key archive type is absent, the absent key archive type is used as a type to be supplemented, and supplementary information containing the type to be supplemented is generated;
judging whether a supplementary file corresponding to the supplementary information is acquired in a preset period;
if yes, the supplementary files are supplemented into the files to be archived, and a step of judging whether the matching number is larger than or equal to the preset matching number is returned.
2. The archive scheme forming method of claim 1, further comprising, after the determining whether the number of matches is greater than or equal to a preset number of matches:
if the matching number is smaller than the preset matching number, acquiring an archive type which is not matched in the common archive types as a supplementary archive type;
acquiring corresponding information required for archiving according to the preset archiving requirement and the supplementary archiving type;
judging whether the archive information contains information required for archiving;
if the needed information for archiving exists, acquiring the supplementary archiving information corresponding to the supplementary archiving type according to the needed information for archiving;
forming a supplemental archive according to the supplemental archive information and the supplemental archive type;
and generating the archive stage scheme of the archive to be archived according to the archive dividing rule, the supplementary archive and the archive information.
3. The archive scheme forming method of claim 2, further comprising, after the determining whether the archive required information exists in the archive information:
if the information required by the archiving does not exist, acquiring the archiving priority of the supplementary archiving type;
Generating a supplementary schedule which is ordered from high to low according to the filing priority according to the supplementary filing type and the preset filing requirement;
and distributing the supplementary schedule to corresponding archivers according to the supplementary archiving type.
4. The archive scheme forming method of claim 2, wherein the acquiring the supplemental archive information corresponding to the supplemental archive type based on the archive required information if the archive required information exists comprises:
if the archive required information exists, judging whether the archive information corresponding to the archive required information is private information or not;
if the private information is the private information, acquiring a corresponding operation level;
judging whether the current user has a permission level corresponding to the operation level;
if the authority level corresponding to the operation level is not provided, taking the archive information corresponding to the private information as a private archive;
acquiring the supplementary archiving information corresponding to the supplementary archiving type according to the archiving required information based on decryption feedback corresponding to the private archive;
and if the permission level corresponding to the operation level is provided, acquiring the supplementary archiving information corresponding to the supplementary archiving type according to the archiving required information.
5. The archive scheme forming method of claim 1, further comprising, before the acquiring archive information corresponding to the archive to be archived:
acquiring an initial file and judging the file storage type of the initial file;
if the file storage type is paper type, acquiring an electronic conversion mode corresponding to the initial file;
generating an electronic file of the initial file according to the electronic conversion mode;
if the file storage type is an electronic type, judging whether the initial file meets the electronic filing requirement;
if the electronic archiving requirement is not met, acquiring an archiving and repairing mode corresponding to the initial archive;
repairing the initial file according to the archiving and repairing mode to form the electronic file meeting the electronic archiving requirement;
if the electronic filing requirement is met, acquiring the electronic file corresponding to the initial file;
and generating the file to be archived according to the electronic file and the user type.
6. The archive scheme forming method of claim 5, wherein if the electronic archive requirement is not satisfied, obtaining an archive repair mode corresponding to the initial archive includes:
If the electronic archiving requirement is not met, acquiring a reason type which does not meet the electronic archiving requirement;
if the reason type is a single type, acquiring the archiving and repairing mode corresponding to the initial file according to the reason type;
if the reason type is not a single type, acquiring the repair feasibility of each reason type;
and acquiring the archiving and repairing mode corresponding to the initial file according to the repairing feasibility and the reason type.
7. The archive scheme forming method of claim 6, wherein the obtaining the archive repair mode corresponding to the initial archive according to the repair feasibility and the reason type includes:
judging whether each repair feasibility exceeds a preset repair threshold corresponding to the reason type;
if the restoration modes exceed the preset restoration threshold values, acquiring restoration modes corresponding to the reason types as the corresponding archiving restoration modes;
if at least one of the initial files does not exceed the preset restoration threshold, generating a perfection requirement of the initial file according to the corresponding reason type.
8. The archive scheme forming method of claim 5, wherein if the archive storage type is a paper type, obtaining the electronic conversion mode corresponding to the initial archive comprises:
If the file storage type is paper type, acquiring the file type of the initial file;
acquiring a corresponding archive level according to the archive type;
judging whether the current user has a permission level corresponding to the archiving level;
if the authority level corresponding to the archiving level is provided, acquiring the electronic conversion mode corresponding to the initial archive according to the archiving level;
if the authority level corresponding to the archiving level is not provided, the initial archive is used as a checking archive;
and obtaining the electronic conversion mode corresponding to the initial file according to the checking feedback corresponding to the checking file.
9. An archive scheme forming system comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring file information corresponding to files to be archived;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring corresponding preset archiving requirements and archiving dividing rules according to the user type in the archive information;
the third acquisition module is used for analyzing the preset archiving requirement and acquiring the key archiving type and the common archiving type;
the first judging module is used for judging whether the file type in the file information lacks the key filing type;
The fourth acquisition module is used for acquiring the matching quantity of the archive type and the common archive type if the key archive type is not lacking;
the second judging module is used for judging whether the matching quantity is larger than or equal to a preset matching quantity or not;
the first generation module is used for generating an archive stage scheme of the archive to be archived according to the archive dividing rule and the archive information if the matching quantity is greater than or equal to the preset matching quantity;
the second generation module is used for taking the absent key archive type as a type to be supplemented and generating supplemental information containing the type to be supplemented if the key archive type is absent;
the third judging module is used for judging whether the supplementary files corresponding to the supplementary information are acquired in a preset period;
and the first supplementing module is used for supplementing the supplementing files into the files to be archived if the matching number is greater than or equal to the preset matching number, so that the second judging module judges whether the matching number is greater than or equal to the preset matching number again.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the archive scheme forming method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
