When in use, during detection by the detection box 1, firstly, magnetic suspension can be added into the detection box 1, then the cylinder cover 3 can be opened, hardware to be detected is placed above the tray 5 and covers the cylinder cover 3, at the moment, the magnetic suspension in the vertical cylinder 15 can be extracted through the operation of the submersible pump 12, so that the piston column 19 moves downwards under the action of negative pressure, the elastic piece I14 is compressed until the connecting channel 17 in the piston column 19 is in butt joint with the liquid suction pipe 10, the magnetic suspension in the detection box 1 can be pumped into the connecting channel 17 along the suction pipe 16, the rotating mechanism 20 and the liquid suction pipe 10, then enters the vertical cylinder 15, sequentially flows through the communicating pipe 13, the infusion pipe 11, the flow control mechanism 9 and the liquid guide pipe 8, finally enters the circular pipe 7 and is sprayed out through the spray head 6, and the piston column 19 which moves downwards just can enable the hardware above the tray 5 to be positioned between the magnetic field generators 40, so that the magnetic induction line emitted by the magnetic field generator 40 can directly penetrate through hardware, the magnetic suspension sprayed by the spray head 6 can also act on the surface of the hardware, the magnetic suspension can be controlled to flow out through the spray head 6 at a continuously changing flow rate under the action of the flow control mechanism 9, the surface of the hardware can be fully poured by the magnetic suspension, when the surface of the hardware has defects, the defect part can form a leakage magnetic field, the magnetic suspension can be adsorbed, then under the searchlight action of the searchlight 39, the defect part can be clearly visualized, the external light source can be prevented from irradiating the surface of the hardware in a mode of recording by the camera 4 through the covering cylinder cover 3, so that the observation is clearer, the magnetic suspension in the device can be continuously circulated and repeatedly used, meanwhile, the magnetic suspension in the detection box 1 can be promoted to enter the rotating mechanism 20 through the suction pipe 16 when the suction pipe 10 sucks, the magnetic suspension flowing through the magnetic suspension is used as driving force to drive the tray 5 to rotate, so that the magnetic suspension flowing out of the spray head 6 is uniformly covered on the surface of the hardware, the direction of the hardware is continuously changed, weak magnetic leakage field and poor display caused by nearly parallel magnetic induction lines at the defect of the surface of the hardware are effectively avoided, further, when the detection is finished, the submersible pump 12 stops working, the magnetic suspension cannot be sprayed out of the spray head 6, the tray 5 can be also moved upwards under the reset action of the elastic piece one 14, the hardware after detection is conveniently taken, and the use effect is better.
