3. The endoscopic examination device as shown in fig. 1 to 13 comprises a detection host 1, wherein a cannula 2 is fixed on one side of the detection host 1, an endoscopic detection head 3 is fixedly connected to the end part of the cannula 2, and a bite block 4 is sleeved on the outer side of the cannula 2;
a sleeve 5 is fixedly inserted into the bite-block 4, and the sleeve 5 is sleeved on the outer side of the cannula 2;
an outer baffle 6 is sleeved on the outer wall of the sleeve 5 in a sliding manner, a pull plate 7 is fixedly sleeved at the end part of the sleeve 5, and a first spring 8 is jointly fixed between the pull plate 7 and the outer baffle 6;
a liquid discharge groove 9 is formed in one side, close to the bite-block 4, of the outer baffle 6, and a sealing pad 10 is fixed at the notch position of the liquid discharge groove 9;
a liquid discharge hole 11 is formed in the side wall of the liquid discharge groove 9, a liquid discharge hose 12 is fixed on the outer wall of the outer baffle plate 6, and a suction mechanism is arranged at one end, far away from the outer baffle plate 6, of the liquid discharge hose 12; during operation, in the process of checking intestinal cancer and other diseases, an endoscope is required to be inserted into the body of a patient from the mouth of the patient to check, during the checking, under the stimulation action of an endoscope pipeline, the patient can feel retching or running water and other phenomena, on one hand, saliva directly flows out to pollute clothes of the patient, on the other hand, excessive saliva is accumulated in the oral cavity and is not discharged in time, symptoms such as breath holding, nausea and the like can be generated, and a doctor is influenced to continue to perform endoscopic checking, the embodiment of the invention can solve the problems, and the specific working mode is that before the endoscopic checking is performed, the tooth pad 4 is pulled to enable the tooth pad 4 to be far away from the outer baffle 6, then the tooth pad 4 is plugged into the mouth of the patient, after the patient bites the tooth pad 4, the outer baffle 6 is loosened, and under the elastic action of the first spring 8, the sealing pad 10 on the outer baffle 6 can be tightly contacted with the facial skin of the patient, so that the outer side of the mouth of the patient is sealed, and the occurrence of saliva flowing out in the process of the patient is avoided;
before the intubation tube 2, a patient is required to loosen the collar buckle and the waistband, lie on the examination bed on the side, in the intubation tube 2 process, saliva of the patient flows to the liquid discharge hole 11 in the liquid discharge groove 9, saliva in the liquid discharge groove 9 can be actively sucked by starting the suction mechanism, the phenomenon that the saliva is accumulated in the oral cavity, so that the patient is suffocated and nausea symptoms are caused, and the condition that the endoscopic examination is required to be stopped is avoided, so that on one hand, the safety of the patient in the intubation tube 2 process is guaranteed, and on the other hand, the normal operation of the endoscopic examination is guaranteed;
during the examination, the endoscope detection head 3 is used for collecting the picture inside the intestinal tract of the patient and displaying the picture on the display screen of the detection host 1, so that a doctor can observe the lesion position in the patient.
As a further embodiment of the invention, the suction mechanism comprises a collecting cylinder 13, a suction pump 14 is fixed on the top surface of the collecting cylinder 13, the water outlet end of the suction pump 14 is fixedly communicated with the inside of the collecting cylinder 13 through a conduit, and the water inlet end of the suction pump 14 is fixedly communicated with a liquid discharge hose 12; during operation, start suction pump 14, suction pump 14 is inside through inside the saliva suction collection cylinder 13 of flowing back hose 12 inside with flowing back groove 9 directly, through quick saliva suction, is favorable to avoiding the long-time accumulation of saliva in the oral cavity inside, leads to the patient to appear the condition emergence of the symptom of holding breath, nausea.
As a further embodiment of the present invention, the inside of the dental pad 4 is provided with a mounting cavity 15, the top surface of the mounting cavity 15 is provided with a through groove 16, the inside of the through groove 16 is vertically inserted with a pressing block 17 in a sliding manner, the side wall of the pressing block 17 is provided with an inclined plane, the bottom surface of the pressing block 17 is provided with an elastic supporting mechanism for elastically supporting the pressing block 17, the bottom surface of the pressing block 17 is fixedly provided with a rack 18, the inside of the mounting cavity 15 is rotationally connected with a rotating pipe 19, the outer wall of the rotating pipe 19 is fixedly sleeved with a gear 20, the gear 20 is meshed with the rack 18, both ends of the rotating pipe 19 penetrate through the mounting cavity 15 and extend out, the rear end of the rotating pipe 19 is fixedly communicated with a suction pipe 21, the front end of the rotating pipe 19 is fixedly communicated with a fixed pipe 22, and the surface of the fixed pipe 22 is provided with an elastic abutting mechanism for abutting and communicating the fixed pipe 22 with a liquid discharging hole 11 when the pressing block 17 moves downwards; when the saliva in the oral cavity is required to be directly sucked by a patient, the patient can actively adjust the front and back positions of upper and lower teethridges, the inclined surface of the pressing block 17 is pushed by teeth, so that the pressing block 17 moves downwards, the rack 18 is driven to move downwards, the gear 20 is driven to rotate by the rack 18, the rotating tube 19 is driven to rotate by the gear 20, and the fixed tube 22 is in butt joint communication with the liquid discharging hole 11 by the elastic butt joint mechanism, so that the sucking mechanism can directly suck the saliva in the oral cavity of the patient by the fixed tube 22, the rotating tube 19 and the sucking tube 21, thereby avoiding the situation that the saliva is difficult to flow to the liquid discharging groove 9 in time and the patient feels uncomfortable;
after the saliva in the oral cavity of the patient is sucked, the teeth of the patient move to be separated from the pressing block 17, the pressing block 17 can move upwards to reset under the pushing action of the elastic supporting mechanism, the fixing tube 22 is separated from the liquid discharging hole 11 again, and the condition that the sucking tube 21 sucks in the mouth for a long time to cause discomfort of the patient is avoided.
As a further embodiment of the present invention, the elastic supporting mechanism comprises a supporting plate 23, the supporting plate 23 is fixed on the inner wall of the installation cavity 15, a gas spring 24 is fixed on the bottom surface of the supporting plate 23, and the movable end of the gas spring 24 penetrates through the supporting plate 23 and then is fixed with the bottom surface of the pressing block 17; when the device works, after saliva in the oral cavity of a patient is sucked, teeth of the patient move to be separated from the pressing block 17, and the pressing block 17 can be pushed to move upwards to reset under the pushing of the elastic force of the gas spring 24, and the pressing block 17 is elastically supported, so that the device is convenient to push downwards next time.
As a further embodiment of the invention, the elastic butt joint mechanism comprises a movable pipe 25 and a first limiting ring 26, wherein the first limiting ring 26 is fixed at the end part of the fixed pipe 22, the movable pipe 25 is sleeved outside the fixed pipe 22, a second limiting ring 27 is fixed on the inner wall of the movable pipe 25, a second spring 28 is jointly fixed between the first limiting ring 26 and the second limiting ring 27, and a sealing air cushion 29 is sleeved on the outer wall of one end of the movable pipe 25 far away from the second limiting ring 27; in operation, since the two ends of the drain groove 9 have cambered surfaces, when the fixed pipe 22 rotates to a position communicated with the drain hole 11, the tightness between the end of the fixed pipe 22 and the inner wall of the drain groove 9 is difficult to ensure, and the embodiment of the invention can solve the problems;
and the lateral length of the liquid discharge hole 11 is larger than the hole at the end of the fixed pipe 22, so that after the distance between the tooth pad 4 and the outer baffle 6 is adjusted and the position of the fixed pipe 22 is changed, the liquid discharge hole 11 can still be in butt joint with the hole on the fixed pipe 22.
As a further embodiment of the present invention, the outer side of the suction pipe 21 is sleeved with an extension pipe 30, a guide pin 31 is fixed on the outer wall of the extension pipe 30, a guide groove 32 is formed on the side wall of the bite-block 4, and the end part of the guide pin 31 is inserted into the guide groove 32; when the suction pipe 21 is longer, the insertion and the extraction of the dental pad 4 are blocked, when the suction pipe 21 is shorter, saliva in the oral cavity of a patient is difficult to suck, the embodiment of the invention can solve the problems, and the specific working mode is that when the saliva in the oral cavity of the patient needs to be sucked, the suction pipe 21 is driven to rotate by the rotating pipe 19, the extending pipe 30 rotates along with the suction pipe 21, the guide pin 31 on the extending pipe 30 slides in the guide groove 32, and the extending pipe 30 gradually extends to one side far away from the rotating pipe 19 in the rotating process under the guide effect of the guide groove 32, so that the integral length of the suction pipe 21 and the extending pipe 30 is increased, and the saliva in the oral cavity of the patient is conveniently sucked;
after the saliva in the oral cavity of the patient is sucked, the rotary tube 19 drives the suction tube 21 and the extension tube 30 to rotate and reset, and under the guiding action of the guide groove 32, the extension tube 30 gradually contracts to one side close to the rotary tube 19 in the rotating process, so that the overall length of the suction tube 21 and the extension tube 30 is reduced, and the influence on the insertion and the extraction of the bite-block 4 due to the overlong overall length is avoided.
As a further embodiment of the present invention, a first guide roller 33 and a second guide roller 34 are vertically arranged inside the sleeve 5, the second guide roller 34 is arranged below the first guide roller 33, the second guide roller 34 is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the sleeve 5, both ends of the rotation shaft of the first guide roller 33 are rotatably connected with a sliding block 35, a sliding groove 36 corresponding to the sliding block 35 is arranged on the inner wall of the sleeve 5, the sliding block 35 is vertically and slidably connected inside the sliding groove 36, and a third spring 37 is commonly fixed between the sliding block 35 and the inner top surface of the sliding groove 36; in operation, in the endoscopic process, as the inner diameter of the inner hole of the sleeve 5 is larger than the outer diameter of the insertion tube 2, the insertion tube 2 swings randomly in the moving process, and the patient is uncomfortable, the embodiment of the invention can solve the problems.
As a further embodiment of the present invention, ratchet wheels 38 are coaxially fixed at both ends of the rotation shaft of the first guide roller 33, connecting frames 39 are fixed on both sliding blocks 35, unidirectional limiting mechanisms are arranged on both connecting frames 39, each unidirectional limiting mechanism comprises a supporting column 40, the supporting column 40 is fixed on the outer wall of the connecting frame 39, a blocking plate 41 is rotatably connected to the surface of the supporting column 40, a torsion spring 42 is sleeved on the supporting column 40, one end of the torsion spring 42 is fixed on the connecting frame 39, the other end of the torsion spring 42 is fixed on the blocking plate 41, a push rod 43 is vertically and slidably connected to the connecting frame 39, the push rod 43 is arranged above the blocking plate 41, a pushing mechanism is arranged above the push rod 43, and during the pressing of the pressing block 17, the pushing mechanism is used for downwards extruding the push rod 43 so that the end of the blocking plate 41 contacts with the ratchet wheels on the ratchet wheels 38; in operation, the embodiment of the present invention solves the above-mentioned problems by causing the sliding of the cannula 2 to the outside of the mouth of the patient during the descent of the pressing block 17 by the teeth of the patient, thereby affecting the endoscopic examination of the doctor, and the specific operation mode is that, during the insertion of the cannula 2, the cannula 2 can drive the first guide roller 33 and the ratchet 38 to rotate under the action of the friction force between the cannula 2 and the first guide roller 33;
when the patient pushes the pressing block 17 to descend through teeth, the pushing mechanism synchronously pushes the pushing rod 43 downwards, the pushing rod 43 pushes the blocking plate 41 downwards, the end part of the blocking plate 41 can be in contact with the ratchet on the ratchet 38, the ratchet 38 is limited in one direction, the ratchet 38 is prevented from rotating reversely through the cooperation of the ratchet 38 and the blocking plate 41, the first guide roller 33 is prevented from rotating reversely, the sliding of the cannula 2 outside the mouth of the patient can be prevented under the action of friction force between the first guide roller 33 and the cannula 2, and the influence on the endoscopic examination of doctors can be avoided.
As a further embodiment of the present invention, the pushing mechanism includes a first pressing plate 44, the top end of the first pressing plate 44 is fixed on the bottom surface of the pressing block 17, the bottom end of the first pressing plate 44 is fixed with a plurality of fourth springs 45, the bottoms of the fourth springs 45 are jointly fixed with a second pressing plate 46, and the second pressing plate 46 is disposed above the pushing rod 43; during operation, when the pressing block 17 moves downwards, the pressing block 17 drives the first pressing plate 44, the fourth spring 45 and the second pressing plate 46 to synchronously move downwards and press the push rod 43 downwards, the blocking plate 41 is pressed downwards through the push rod 43 to carry out unidirectional limiting on the ratchet 38, the pushing function is completed, and when the pressing block 17 just descends, the second pressing plate 46 can be contacted with the push rod 43 in advance and press the push rod 43 downwards, limiting on the ratchet 38 and the cannula 2 is carried out in advance, and the second pressing plate 46 can be pressed gradually under the elastic force of the fourth spring 45 along with gradual downward movement of the pressing block 17, so that the limiting function is completed.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
