Detailed Description
In order that the application may be readily understood, a more complete description of the application will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. The drawings illustrate preferred embodiments of the application. This application may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs. The terminology used herein in the description of the application is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the application. In the present application, "each" includes one and two or more numbers.
First embodiment
Fig. 1 is an isometric view of a toothbrush head according to a first embodiment. Fig. 2 is a front view of a toothbrush head on a bristle side according to a first embodiment. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the toothbrush head of the present embodiment includes a brush head body 1 and bristles 2, the brush head body 1 includes a first bristle planting portion 11 and a second bristle planting portion 12, the movable degree of freedom of the first bristle planting portion 11 is smaller than that of the second bristle planting portion 12, the distribution area of the second bristle planting portion 12 includes at least two long axis side areas of the brush head body 1, and the bristles 2 are copper-planted Mao Zhiyu in the first bristle planting portion 11 and the second bristle planting portion 12.
The first and second hair-planting portions 11 and 12 each include a hair-planting hole for planting hair and a wall portion surrounding the hair-planting hole, and the first and second hair-planting portions 11 and 12 are each plural. The degree of freedom of movement refers to the degree to which the hair-planting portion can deflect relative to its initial fixed direction.
The first bristle planting parts 11 having a small degree of freedom of movement are disposed at regions other than both side regions of the long axis of the brush head body 1, for example, at the middle and top regions of the brush head body 1, to be in contact with the surfaces of the teeth, thereby effectively cleaning and whitening the teeth. The second bristle planting parts 12 with larger freedom degree are arranged in the areas on two sides of the long axis of the brush head body 1, and the gum parts of teeth can be effectively cleaned by utilizing the movement of the larger freedom degree on the positions of the second bristle planting parts 12, meanwhile, the brush head body 1 has larger bristle planting space in the areas on two sides of the long axis, so that the bristle planting rate of the areas on which the second bristle planting parts 12 are arranged can be ensured, and the cleaning effect on the gum parts is further ensured. Therefore, the overall cleaning effect of the toothbrush can be improved under the condition of copper bristle planting, and the cost and the product performance are both considered.
Referring to fig. 3, the area where the first bristle planting portion 11 and the second bristle planting portion 12 are located is a top area of the brush head body 1, the top area of the brush head body 1 is generally elliptical or circular, and a long axis L of the brush head body 1 is an axis in a length direction of the brush head body 1. The included angle θ between the long axis L of the second bristle planting portion 12 and the long axis L of the brush head body 1 is smaller than or equal to a preset angle. The preset angle is less than or equal to 30 °, preferably 10 °. The second bristle part 12 has a long axis l, which may be a circular arc runway as shown in fig. 3, and may be elliptical, unlike a commonly used circular bristle hole, the shape of the second bristle part 12 adopted in the present application has a certain regularity, and is still suitable for bristle copper, meanwhile, the shape of the second bristle part 12 can increase the proportion of the bristle hole area relative to the wall area, and is adapted to the shape of the brush head body 1 at two sides of the long axis, so as to ensure the effective bristle area of the brush head body 1 at two sides of the long axis, on the basis, when the included angle between the long axis of the second bristle part 12 and the long axis of the brush head body 1 is smaller than or equal to a preset angle, the whole deflection direction of the second bristle part 12 is limited by the long axis direction of the second bristle part 12, and the movement relatively consistent with the tooth brushing action or the vibration of the toothbrush is presented, thereby, the reasonable movement of the bristle implantation rate and the bristle part is considered, and a better cleaning effect is obtained.
It should be noted that fig. 3 only illustrates the included angle θ between the long axis L of one second bristle part 12 and the long axis L of the brush head body 1, and it should be understood that the included angles between the long axes of all the second bristle parts 12 and the long axis of the brush head body 1 may be smaller than or equal to a predetermined angle, or the included angle between the long axes of part of the second bristle parts 12 and the long axis of the brush head body 1 may be smaller than or equal to a predetermined angle. Because the preset angle is smaller than or equal to 30 degrees, the included angle between the long axis of the second bristle planting part 12 and the long axis of the brush head body 1 is expressed as an acute angle.
In the present embodiment, the first bristle part 11 and the second bristle part 12 are independent from each other, so that the degree of freedom of movement of the second bristle part 12 can be improved. The wall parts of the first bristle planting parts 11 are connected into a whole piece, so that the bristle planting rate can be improved, the tooth surfaces can be cleaned in a concentrated manner, and the cleaning effect of the bristles 2 positioned in the middle of the brush head is ensured. The wall parts of the second bristle planting parts 12 are connected into a whole piece, so that the occupied area of the wall parts can be reduced, the effective bristle planting area of the brush head body 1 in the areas on two sides of the long shaft is further ensured, and the cleaning effect of bristles 2 on two sides of the brush head is ensured under the condition that the second bristle planting parts 12 have larger freedom.
In the present embodiment, the cross-sectional area of the implantation holes of the second bristle part 12 is larger than the cross-sectional area of the implantation holes of the first bristle part 11. Wherein, the implantation hole refers to a blind hole part in the implantation hair part. In this way, more bristles 2 can be set in the regions on both sides of the long axis of the brush head body 1, and the bristle setting rate is not significantly affected in the case of copper bristle setting and the provision of the second bristle setting portion 12 of a higher degree of freedom.
In this embodiment, the top of the brush head body 1 is covered with the soft material layer 3, and only a small amount of wall parts of the second bristle part 12 of the first bristle part 11, which are directed toward the free ends of the bristles 2, are exposed from the soft material layer 3. The soft material layer 3 at the top can enhance the experience of the user, and simultaneously the second bristle planting portion 12 has a larger degree of freedom.
The second bristle planting parts 12 are arranged in the areas on two sides of the long axis of the brush head body 1, and the cleaning effect can be improved under the condition of copper bristle planting by utilizing the movement with larger freedom degree of the position of the second bristle planting parts 12 and the larger bristle planting space of the brush head body 1 in the areas, so that the cost and the product performance are both considered.
