Description

Cross-border payroll processing method and device based on alliance chain
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of blockchain technology and financial science and technology, in particular to a cross-border payroll processing method and device based on a alliance chain.
Background
This section is intended to provide a background or context to the embodiments of the invention that are recited in the claims. The description herein is not admitted to be prior art by inclusion in this section.
In the cross-border transaction scenario, cross-border funds need to be audited by domestic banks to be creditable. Specifically, after receiving the cross-border remittance message, the domestic bank accounts in a mode of waiting to be cleared in the ground, then informs the payee to pay, and after the payee checks the personal information and explains the use, the bank can pay for account by paying. However, it is generally difficult for the country-departure workers to make a timely return to the country for authentication and payment due to the foreign locations. In addition, if the annual money transfer amount exceeds a certain amount (e.g., $ 5 ten thousand), the relevant material party, such as the fund source certificate, needs to be provided for payment. The process is repeated for each cross-border remittance, which causes the problems of difficult account checking and repeated material submission and reduces the account checking time.
When an overseas company of an enterprise pays to an employee, the employee's domestic account is usually paid directly without using a proxy payroll (if the employee's domestic account is directly paid, the employee's national authentication is required to pay the payment), and the payment is usually sent to an employee's overseas account. However, after receiving compensation, the staff overseas account needs to be returned to the own domestic account by oneself, and the staff is required to return to the fund by oneself in the process of checking in funds, which faces the problems of tedious fund providing source proof, difficult checking in, low checking in timeliness and the like in the cross-border transaction scene.
In view of the foregoing, there is a need for a solution that overcomes the above-mentioned drawbacks and improves the cross-border payroll approach.

According to the embodiment of the invention, a cross-border payroll processing method and device based on a alliance chain are provided, and the method and device relate to the field of block chain technology and financial science and technology.
The principles and spirit of the present invention are explained in detail below with reference to several representative embodiments thereof.
FIG. 1 is a flow chart of a cross-border payroll processing method based on a federation chain according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
Step S101, creating a cross-border payroll alliance chain, wherein nodes on the cross-border payroll alliance chain at least comprise a first bank, a first bank supervision organization, a second bank and a second bank supervision organization;
step S102, issuing payroll service contracts commonly formulated by a first bank and a second bank in the cross-border payroll alliance chain; the payroll service contract is signed by a first bank, a first bank supervision organization, a second bank and a second bank supervision organization and then takes effect;
step S103, according to the payroll service contract, the payroll service which is collected by the first bank to the second bank is opened for the first customer, and the data corresponding to the payroll service is uploaded to the cross-border payroll alliance chain;
step S104, when the first customer initiates a payroll instruction, verifying the data of the payroll instruction through the data on the cross-border payroll alliance chain, and under the condition that verification is passed, generating a payroll message by the first bank according to the payroll business contract and sending the payroll message to the second bank;
step S105, the second bank verifies the payroll message, after the payroll message passes the verification, the transaction confirmation information is packed and uploaded to the cross-border payroll alliance chain, and the payroll amount is updated; and the first bank synchronously updates the payroll payment amount according to the transaction confirmation information.
In the actual application scene, the cross-border payroll processing method based on the alliance chain has the working principle that: creating a cross-border payroll alliance chain, wherein the nodes on the cross-border payroll alliance chain at least comprise a first bank, a first bank supervision organization, a second bank and a second bank supervision organization; issuing payroll service contracts commonly formulated by a first bank and a second bank in the cross-border payroll alliance chain; wherein the payroll service contract is signed by all corresponding nodes and then validated; according to the payroll service contract, the payroll service which is collected by the first bank to the second bank is opened for the first customer, and the data corresponding to the payroll service is uploaded to the cross-border payroll alliance chain; when the first customer initiates a payroll instruction, verifying the data of the payroll instruction through the data on the cross-border payroll alliance chain, and under the condition that verification is passed, generating a payroll message by the first bank according to the payroll business contract and sending the payroll message to the second bank; verifying the payroll message by the second bank, packing and uploading transaction confirmation information to the cross-border payroll alliance chain after the payroll message passes verification, and updating the payroll posting amount; the first bank synchronously updates the payoff amount according to the transaction confirmation information, and the payoff checking method and the payoff checking system improve the payoff checking flow by using mechanisms such as a blockchain (alliance chain) and a meta contract, realize quick payoff of payoff, control the payoff amount by using a virtual amount, and facilitate supervision and report and risk control. The whole scheme can overcome the problems that identity identification is difficult, fund source auditing is difficult, proving materials are required to be repeatedly submitted and other pain points exist in salary exchange, so that when an enterprise passes through a foreign company to pay for staff, the staff can quickly receive the salary in domestic accounts, the efficiency of salary exchange is effectively improved (the timeliness of cross-border salary exchange is improved), the experience of clients (enterprises and staff) is improved, and powerful technical support is provided for cross-border salary exchange.
In order to more clearly explain the above cross-border payroll processing method based on the alliance chain, a detailed description will be given below in connection with each step.
In step S101, a cross-border payroll chain is created, where the nodes on the cross-border payroll chain include at least a first bank, a first bank supervisor, a second bank, and a second bank supervisor.
The first bank is an overseas bank, the first bank supervision mechanism is a bank supervision mechanism corresponding to the overseas bank, the second bank is an internal bank, and the second bank supervision mechanism is a bank supervision mechanism corresponding to the internal bank.
The first bank and the second bank are only the corresponding relations between the bank and the bank supervision authorities, and in the description technical scheme and the specific embodiment, the first bank is used as the bank when the client initiates the cross-border payroll overseas, and the second bank is the internal bank corresponding to the account when the staff receives the payroll. The first bank (overseas bank) and the second bank (internal bank) are just a relative concept, and in fact, due to the supervision modes of different country regions, the supervision modes of both parties need to be satisfied when the cross-border payroll is performed. For example, a overseas company of a middle-sponsor company sends a wage to a chinese employee overseas, and then reminds money to a domestic bank M (in-home) account of the chinese employee through singapore bank I (in-home), where a supervision mode of two countries needs to be considered, and data auditing requirements of both parties need to be met, so that the wage can be completed. At this time, the bank I is the issuing party (party initiating the payroll instruction) and is the first bank (overseas); m bank is the party of the posting and is the second bank (the endocervice).
In an embodiment, a meta contract is deployed on the cross-border payroll alliance chain, the meta contract is used for generating payroll business contracts formulated by a first bank and a second bank together, a union set is taken for a data name during deployment of the meta contract, a stricter party is selected for a data content auditing mode, and a smaller party is selected for an access account limit parameter.
In step S102, a payroll contract made by the first bank and the second bank together is issued in the cross-border payroll alliance chain.
Referring to FIG. 2, a detailed flow chart of issuing contracts in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention is shown. As shown in fig. 2, the specific method is as follows:
step S1021, a request for inviting a second bank to jointly formulate a payroll service contract is initiated by the first bank, wherein the request comprises a data name of a fund outbound requirement of the first bank, a data content auditing mode and the maximum limit of the application;
step S1022, after the second bank receives the broadcast request, if the request is refused, the flow is terminated; if agreeing, attaching the data name of the fund posting requirement of the second bank, the data content auditing mode, the maximum born limit and the agreed payroll Wen Duanyu to the request of the first bank;
Step S1023, calling the element contract, generating a payroll service contract, and broadcasting in the cross-border payroll alliance chain; the payroll service contract is signed by the first bank, the first bank supervision organization, the second bank and the second bank supervision organization and then takes effect.
Since the mechanism of the alliance chain is only specific to the members of a specific group (such as a bank) and a limited third party (a regulatory agency), a plurality of preselected nodes are designated as billing people in the mechanism, the generation of each block is commonly determined by all preselected nodes, other access nodes can participate in the transaction, but no accounting process is performed, and other third parties can perform limited inquiry through an open interface of the block chain. The alliance chain is provided with an access mechanism and a meta contract, so that the transaction performance can be improved more easily, and problems caused by participants with irregular participation are avoided. In an exemplary scenario of the present invention, the federation chain has mainly two uses: 1. each party makes contracts on each condition requirement of cross-border payroll posting; 2, the credit line is managed through the virtual credit (virtual coin) of the alliance chain, so that the report and the risk control are conveniently regulated.
The alliance chain is used as a node by an overseas bank, an in-house bank, an overseas supervision organization and an in-house supervision organization. The meta-contracts are deployed on the chain and used for generating payroll business contracts, the meta-contracts are based on judicious principles, the union of data requirements of all parties is obtained, the stricter party is obtained for data content auditing standards, and the smaller party is obtained for the credit class. Before the business occurs, the nodes jointly formulate payroll intelligent contracts.
In one embodiment, the contract formulation process is as follows:
the bank I (overseas line) initiates a request for inviting the bank M (overseas line) to jointly make a contract, wherein the request comprises the data name of the national fund outbound requirement of the bank I, the verification requirement of each item of content of the data and the maximum limit standard of the application (10% of total wages in the previous year).
After receiving the broadcast request, the bank M terminates the flow if the request is refused; if agreeing, attaching a data name required by the fund posting of the administrative department of the bank M and a verification requirement of each content of the data to the request information of the bank I, attaching a contracted payroll Wen Duanyu to call the meta contract;
the meta-contract is broadcast on the chain after generating the payroll service contract according to various contents, and the payroll service contract is validated after signature confirmation by a bank I node, a country supervision node where the bank I is located, a bank M node and a country supervision node where the bank M is located.
In step S103, according to the payroll service contract, a payroll service collected from the first bank to the second bank is opened for the first customer, and the data corresponding to the payroll service is uploaded to the cross-border payroll alliance chain.
Referring to fig. 3, a schematic flow chart of a specific embodiment of the present invention for opening a payroll service is shown. As shown in fig. 3, the specific method is as follows:
Step S1031, according to a second bank input by a first customer through a first bank node, invoking payroll service contracts of the first bank and the second bank for showing;
step S1032, receiving the data image uploaded by the first customer, the payment account number of the first bank paid by the enterprise and the collection account number of the second bank of the employee;
step S1033, identifying the data image according to the data content auditing mode of the payroll service contract;
step S1034, if the identification is failed, prompting the first customer of failed reason and notifying the customer to upload the data image again;
step S1035, if the identification passes, encrypting each employee data, generating a hash for the receipt and payment account pair, and broadcasting information on the cross-border payroll alliance chain; and transferring virtual balance of the corresponding amount to the address of each receiving and paying account number pair according to the account deposit amount, and confirming and then validating and storing by the first bank and the second bank.
After the payroll service contract is validated, the bank needs to open payroll service according to the service requirement. Taking the example of opening a payroll service from a bank I to a bank M for a customer of the bank I, the specific opening flow is as follows:
and receiving a payback (bank M) input by a client through a bank I node, and calling payback contracts of the bank I and the bank M to display.
Acquiring various data images uploaded by clients (according to contract requirements), and an enterprise account payment account and an employee domestic collection account;
identifying according to various requirements of the payroll service contracts, if the identification is not passed, prompting the customer of the failed reason and requesting the customer to upload the data again;
if the identification is passed, encrypting the information of each employee, generating hash for the receipt and payment account pair, and broadcasting information on a chain (relevant nodes store after receiving the information, and each node can retrieve and decrypt the corresponding information according to the respective authority); and simultaneously generating a credit and transferring the address of each account pair to a virtual credit (namely, a virtual coin for controlling the credit) of the corresponding credit, and confirming the transaction by the bank I and the bank M to take effect and store.
In step S104, when the first customer initiates a payroll instruction, the payroll instruction is verified by the data on the cross-border payroll alliance chain, and when the verification passes, a payroll message is generated by the first bank according to the payroll service contract and sent to the second bank.
Referring to fig. 4, a detailed flow chart of the billing process according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. As shown in fig. 4, the specific method is as follows:
Step S1041, verifying whether the pay-receive account pair exists on the cross-border payroll alliance chain;
step S1042, if not, refusing the transaction;
step S1043, if yes, further verifying whether the payroll amount is smaller than the virtual balance of the account pair;
step S1044, refusing the transaction if the transaction is greater than the step S;
step S1045, if the message is smaller than the preset message specification item, calling a bank account deducting interface to complete account deduction, writing the paid phrase into the message specification item according to the paid message phrase agreed in the paid service contract, and calling a report interface to complete report;
step S1046, publishing a credit update message on the cross-border payroll chain, where the credit update message is a virtual balance transfer message, and the virtual balance transfer message includes: transfer address, transfer exit address, transfer amount and transfer information; the transfer address is the address of the account number pair, the transfer address is the address of the receiving line, the transfer amount is the payroll amount, and the transfer information comprises the address hash value corresponding to employee data and the payroll message number of payroll.
After the payroll service is opened, the enterprise can issue payroll instructions through the foreign exchange and process according to the account-out flow. Specifically, after the enterprise uploads the payroll instruction file, the processing flow is as follows:
Verifying whether the pay-and-receive account pair exists on the chain, if not, rejecting the transaction; if so, verifying whether the payroll amount is smaller than the virtual balance of the account number pair, and if so, rejecting the transaction; if the number is smaller than the preset value, the next step is carried out;
calling a bank core account deduction interface to complete account deduction, writing payroll phrases in the message designated items according to payroll message phrases agreed in contracts, and then calling a messaging interface to complete messaging;
transmitting credit update information, i.e., virtual balance transfer information, on the chain: the transfer address is the address of the account number pair, the transfer address is the address of the receiving bank, the transfer amount is the payroll amount, and the transfer information comprises the address hash value corresponding to the image data of the payroll staff and the number of the transfer message of the payroll (the transfer information can be written into the block for packing and storing after being confirmed by the receiving bank).
In step S105, the second bank verifies the payroll message, packages and uploads the transaction confirmation information to the cross-border payroll alliance chain after the payroll message passes the verification, and updates the payroll line.
Referring to fig. 5, a schematic flow chart of an accounting entry process according to an embodiment of the invention is shown. As shown in fig. 5, the specific method is as follows:
S1051, periodically scanning the latest received message in a bank message system, automatically checking the message content according to the payroll phrase agreed in the payroll service contract, and identifying the message containing the payroll phrase as a payroll message;
s1052, verifying whether account accounts are received on the cross-border payroll alliance chain for transferring the corresponding amount of the address according to the pay account, payroll amount and message number in the payroll message;
s1053, refusing transfer if the verification is not passed, and not automatically checking in the message;
s1054, if the verification is passed, calling a bank receipt and report and account entry interface to complete account entry, confirming the transaction on the cross-border payroll alliance chain, and packaging transaction information into a block for storage; and the first bank synchronously updates the payroll payment amount according to the transaction information in the block.
In one embodiment, after receiving the remittance message, the internal environment proceeds corresponding settlement processing to the staff, and the specific flow is as follows:
the latest received message in the bank message system is scanned regularly, the content of the message is automatically checked according to the payroll phrases agreed in the contract, and if the message contains the corresponding payroll phrases, the message is identified as payroll service;
According to the receipt and payment account number, payroll amount and message number in the message, verifying whether the account number transfers the amount corresponding to the address or not, if the account number does not pass the verification, rejecting the virtual coin transfer transaction, and not automatically checking the message; if the result is passed, the next step is carried out;
and calling a bank receipt and report accounting interface to finish accounting, confirming the transfer transaction on a chain, and packaging transaction information and entering a block for storage.
In a specific embodiment, the invention can also check the account entering information, monitor and report and control the risk so as to ensure accurate information, facilitate the supervision of the information by the supervision party and effectively control the risk existing in the payroll.
Referring to fig. 6, a flow chart of reconciliation report according to an embodiment of the invention is shown. As shown in fig. 6, the specific method is as follows:
s601, determining the virtual balance fluctuation amount of a bank according to the transaction information on the cross-border payroll alliance chain, and inquiring the transfer details of the bank;
s602, calling a bank message system according to the message number in each transaction in the transfer detail, inquiring and summarizing the amount of each message, comparing the summarized result with the virtual balance fluctuation amount of the bank, and outputting a comparison result;
s603, according to the address hash value corresponding to the payee data image in each transaction in the transfer detail, the corresponding data image on the cross-border payroll alliance chain is called, and the data image is decrypted according to the node authority;
S604, generating a reconciliation report according to the transfer details, the comparison result and the corresponding data image of each transaction.
It should be noted that although the operations of the method of the present invention are described in a particular order in the above embodiments and the accompanying drawings, this does not require or imply that the operations must be performed in the particular order or that all of the illustrated operations be performed in order to achieve desirable results. Additionally or alternatively, certain steps may be omitted, multiple steps combined into one step to perform, and/or one step decomposed into multiple steps to perform.
The payroll processing method based on the alliance chain of the present invention is described below with reference to a specific embodiment.
Taking the equipment manufacturing (singapore) company as an example, the following is abbreviated: enterprise H. Enterprise H wants to issue payroll to its national employee P by the cross border rennet payroll function of singapore bank I, directly to employee P's domestic bank M's account.
The bank completes contract deployment:
bank I needs to initiate a request to invite bank M to make a contract, and after bank M agrees, an issuing business contract is generated for bank I and bank M by closing the appointment.
The business contracts are signed and agreed by the bank I, the bank M, the Singapore supervision and the China supervision and administration to be effectively deployed.
The enterprise opens a service:
the enterprise H can check contract requirements through an enterprise internet banking system of the bank I, and upload related information of the enterprise H and the staff P, a payment account number of the enterprise H, a collection account number of the staff P and the like of the contract requirements. After verification, the enterprise H and staff P information is stored in the chain, and the staff P payoff amount calculated according to the information and the contracts is transferred into virtual coins with corresponding amount for account number-to-address formed by the accounts of the enterprise H and the staff P.
The enterprise submits instructions:
enterprise H submits and sends the wage instruction through bank I's online banking system, online banking calls out the account module and verifies whether the payroll amount is less than or equal to the balance of the virtual coin, if yes, reject, if yes, deduct account and add payroll phrase to finish sending in the message.
Finishing accounting in China:
when the payroll message is scanned, the bank M checks whether the virtual coin transfer information of the corresponding amount is listened on the chain, and if so, the receipt and report interface is automatically called to finish the account entry and confirm the virtual coin transfer transaction.
And after confirmation of the transfer transaction, packaging and entering a block for storage, and finishing updating the corresponding amount of staff P.
Checking and supervising account entering information, reporting and risk control:
