Radio frequency identification technology (Radio Frequency Identification, RFID): i.e. radio frequency technology. The technology is mainly based on the electromagnetic field principle, realizes the communication between devices through the wireless radio frequency technology, and has the biggest characteristic that the information of the other party can be obtained without contact. The RFID system mainly comprises an electronic tag, a reader and an antenna. The reader transmits radio frequency signals with specific frequency to the surroundings through the antenna, when the electronic tag is in a magnetic field, induced current is generated to enable information in the electronic tag to be transmitted out, and the reader transmits the information to the computer system for processing after receiving the information, so that information acquisition is achieved.
RFID electronic tag: the RFID electronic tag is a carrier of data, the tag can be identified by utilizing an RFID technology, the data stored in the tag can be read, and common RFID tags include bus cards, entrance guard cards, pet collars and the like. The RFID tags for pets are typically collar, ear tag, implanted, pill, etc.
With the improvement of the living standard of people, more and more people raise pets, the demands of people on various pet services are increasing, such as the purchase of pet supplies, the fostering of pets, the photography of pets, the medical treatment of pets, and the like, and various pet service institutions are continuously developing.
When providing relevant services for pets, the pet service mechanism generally needs to go through multiple links such as obtaining basic information of the pets, knowing detailed historical service information, verifying the adoption relationship between a feeder and the pets, and charging relevant service fees. In these links, need the raiser to provide pet basic information, raiser financial account information and the support relationship proof material etc. after the pet service institution completes information collection and confirms the identity of pet through raiser and the information collected, just can pay, whole payment process is comparatively complicated, and efficiency is lower, and customer experience is relatively poor.
Based on the above problems, the application provides a payment method, a device, equipment and a computer storage medium, which can directly acquire first pet information and feeder information by reading a radio frequency identification tag carried by a pet, find a financial account of the feeder according to the feeder information, verify the binding relationship between the financial account and the first pet information by the first pet information and second pet information bound with the financial account, and directly generate order payment information for paying an order by the feeder if the binding relationship exists. As shown in fig. 1, the system architecture of the payment method includes a server 110 and a terminal device 120, where the server 110 and the terminal device 120 are communicatively connected.
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the embodiment of the application provides a payment method, a payment device, a payment equipment and a computer storage medium. The following first describes a payment method provided by an embodiment of the present application.
Fig. 2 is an interactive schematic diagram of an embodiment of a payment method provided by the present application.
As shown in fig. 2, the payment system is based on two execution subjects, a terminal device side and a server side, respectively, and the payment method may include the following steps S201 to S209.
S201: the terminal equipment scans the radio frequency identification tag carried by the pet to obtain first pet information and feeder information of the pet.
In the embodiment of the application, the terminal equipment can scan and identify the radio frequency identification tag carried by the pet through the radio frequency identification equipment, so that the first pet information and the feeder information of the pet in the radio frequency identification tag are obtained.
It is understood that the first pet information and the feeder information of the pet may be written into the radio frequency identification tag carried by the pet by the feeder in advance through the video tag reading and writing device.
The first pet information may include pet basic information such as weight, age, name of the pet, and may further include a support relationship proving material, a history of visit, and history service information of the pet. The breeder information may include breeder name, contact.
As an example, after the pet service organization finishes servicing the pet, a staff member of the pet service organization uses the terminal device to scan the radio frequency identification tag carried by the pet, so that the first pet information and the feeder information of the pet can be obtained without providing information additionally by the feeder, and the operation is simple and quick.
S202: the terminal device transmits the first pet information and the feeder information to the server.
S203: and the server responds to the received first pet information and the feeder information sent by the terminal equipment, and obtains financial account information matched with the feeder information.
It can be understood that the breeder can register the financial account in advance in the service system of the pet service institution and bind the financial account with the information of the pet, and can bind the service system financial account of the breeder with the bank account of the breeder so as to pay the order. The breeder information may include breeder name, contact information, and breeder-related certificate information.
As one possible example, the server searches and acquires financial account information matching the feeder information among a plurality of pre-stored financial account information according to the feeder information.
S204: the server acquires second pet information bound with the financial account information, and verifies whether the binding relationship exists between the pet and the financial account information according to the second pet information and the first pet information.
It can be understood that the financial account information corresponding to the feeder information is pre-bound with the pet information of the feeder so as to record the binding relationship between the pet and the feeder, and the server compares the identified first pet information with the second pet information so as to verify whether the binding relationship exists between the pet and the financial account information.
S205: the server responds to the verification that the binding relationship exists between the pet and the financial account information, and generates payment order information according to the consumption information of the pet.
In the embodiment of the application, the consumption information of the pet may be pre-input to the terminal device by a service person of the pet service mechanism, or may be input to the pet after verifying that the binding relationship exists between the pet and the financial account, which is not particularly limited herein. The consumption information may include the name of the consumption item and may also include a specific consumption amount. The payment order information may be information generated from consumption information of the pet for making payment for the order, and may include, for example, a financial account name to be deducted and a consumption amount.
As one example, in the event that the server verifies that the pet has a binding relationship with the financial account information, payment order information is generated from the consumption information of the pet.
S206: the server transmits the payment order information and the financial account information to the terminal device.
S207: after receiving the financial account information and the payment order information returned by the server, the terminal equipment generates and displays a payment interface according to the financial account information and the payment order information so as to enable the user to pay for the payment order information.
As an example, after receiving the financial account information and the payment order information returned by the server, the terminal device generates and displays a payment interface according to the financial account information and the payment order information, and the payment interface may include the financial account information and the payment order information, so that the user can check and confirm the payment order information, and the user can pay the payment order information directly after confirming the payment.
It should be noted that, under the condition that the binding relationship between the pet and the financial account information is verified, the pet and the financial account information can be bound, so that the user can pay for the order for the pet later.
Therefore, to further improve the payment efficiency and improve the user experience, in some embodiments, after the server provided in step S204 verifies that the binding relationship between the pet and the financial account information does not exist, S208 to S209 may be specifically further included.
S208: and the server sends the financial account information, the first pet information and the payment order information to the terminal equipment in response to verifying that the binding relationship between the pet and the financial account information does not exist.
It can be understood that when the server verifies that the binding relationship between the pet and the financial account information does not exist, a binding request can be provided for the user, and after the user agrees to bind, the pet information and the financial account are bound, so that the user can pay for the subsequent order.
As one example, after the server responds to verifying that the pet does not have a binding relationship with the financial account information, the server transmits the financial account information, the first pet information, and the payment order information to the terminal device.
S209: the terminal equipment receives the financial account information, the first pet information and the payment order information returned by the server, and generates and displays a target interface according to the financial account information, the first pet information and the payment order information, so that a user can complete binding of the first pet information and the financial account information and payment of the payment order information according to operation information on the target interface.
As an example, the terminal device generates and displays a target interface according to the financial account information, the first pet information and the payment order information, and the target interface may include the financial account information, the first pet information and the payment order information, so that a user confirms whether the information is accurate, and after confirming that the information is accurate, the binding of the first pet information and the financial account information is completed according to the operation information on the target interface, and payment is performed on the payment order information.
According to the payment method provided by the embodiment of the application, the pet information and the feeder information are directly obtained by reading the radio frequency identification tag carried by the pet, the financial account of the feeder is searched according to the feeder information, the binding relationship between the financial account and the pet information is verified, and if the binding relationship exists, order payment information for paying an order by the feeder is directly generated. The breeder only needs to store the pet information and the breeder information into the radio frequency identification tag carried by the pet in advance, complicated information is not required to be provided before each order payment, the operation is simple and efficient, and the user experience is improved; in addition, the simple and efficient payment flow also reduces the time cost and labor cost of the pet service mechanism; in addition, under the condition that the financial account and the pet information are not in binding relation, the financial account and the pet information are bound, so that the user can pay orders for the pets more conveniently.
It should be noted that, when the server verifies that the binding relationship between the pet and the financial account information does not exist, the first pet information and the financial account information need to be further bound, if the binding operation can be simplified, the user experience can be further improved, and the time cost of the binding operation of the pet service mechanism can be simplified.
Therefore, in order to further improve the payment efficiency and improve the user experience, another payment method is proposed, referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, after the server verifies that the binding relationship between the pet and the financial account information does not exist, S301-S306 may be specifically included.
S301: and the server sends the financial account information, the first pet information and the payment order information to the terminal equipment in response to verifying that the binding relationship between the pet and the financial account information does not exist.
Step S301 in this embodiment is the same as step S208 in the embodiment of the present application, and for brevity, detailed description will not be given here.
S302: the terminal equipment receives the financial account information, the first pet information and the payment order information returned by the server, and generates and displays a binding interface according to the financial account information, the first pet information and the payment order information.
In an embodiment of the application, the target interface comprises a binding interface and a payment interface.
It should be noted that the binding interface may include financial account information and first pet information, and may further include a confirmation button, where after the user confirms whether the financial account information and the first pet information are accurate, the user clicks the confirmation button, so that the binding operation may be completed.
As an example, the terminal device generates a binding interface according to the financial account information, the first pet information, and the payment order information, and displays a binding interface on a display screen of the terminal device.
S303: and the terminal equipment responds to the confirmation binding input of the user on the binding interface and sends the confirmation binding information to the server.
It can be understood that the user or the pet service mechanism does not need to input an additional binding request through the terminal device, and the binding boundary surface is automatically generated under the condition that the binding relationship between the pet and the financial account is confirmed, so that the user confirms the binding between the financial account information and the first pet information, and the operation is more convenient.
S304: the server configures the first pet information and the financial account information into a binding relationship.
S305: and the server returns the information of finishing the binding relation configuration to the terminal equipment.
It will be appreciated that the confirmation binding information described above is used to indicate that the user agrees to bind the first pet information with the financial account information.
As an example, after receiving the binding confirmation information sent by the server, the server configures the first pet information and the financial account information into a binding relationship, and returns the information for completing the configuration of the binding relationship to the terminal device, so that the terminal device displays the successful binding result, and further informs the user that the binding is successful.
S306: and under the condition that the terminal equipment receives the information of finishing the binding relation configuration returned by the server, generating and displaying a payment interface according to the financial account information and the payment order information, so that a user pays for the payment order information according to the payment interface.
In the embodiment of the application, the payment interface can comprise financial account information and payment order information, and a payment button or a two-dimensional code for payment, wherein the payment button or the two-dimensional code for payment is used for verifying the financial account information and the payment order information displayed on the payment interface, and after verification, the payment of the payment order information is completed by clicking the payment button or scanning the payment two-dimensional code.
According to the payment method provided by the embodiment of the application, under the condition that the binding relationship between the pet and the financial account information does not exist, the binding boundary surface is generated and displayed according to the financial account information, the first pet information and the payment order information, so that after the relationship between the financial account information and the first pet information is confirmed, the user binds the financial account information and the first pet information, the user can pay the payment order of the pet conveniently, and the user or the pet service institution does not need to input an additional binding request through the terminal device, so that the binding operation is more convenient, and the user experience is improved.
It should be noted that, for the payment method proposed in the previous embodiment, the user needs to confirm whether to bind the financial account information and the first pet information through the binding interface, and further needs to pay according to the payment order information of the payment interface, that is, needs to perform two steps of operations. In general, if the user pays for the payment order information, the user agrees to bind the financial account information and the first pet information, that is, if the user pays for the payment order information, the user agrees to bind the financial account information and the first pet information by default.
Therefore, in order to further improve the payment efficiency and improve the user experience, another payment method is proposed, referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, after the server verifies that the binding relationship between the pet and the financial account information does not exist, S401 to S404 may be specifically included.
S401: and the server sends the financial account information, the first pet information and the payment order information to the terminal equipment in response to verifying that the binding relationship between the pet and the financial account information does not exist.
Step S401 in this embodiment is the same as step S208 in the embodiment of the present application, and for brevity, detailed description will not be given here.
S402: and the terminal equipment generates a payment interface according to the financial account information, the first pet information and the payment order information so that the user pays for the payment order information.
In the embodiment of the application, the payment interface may include financial account information, first pet information and payment order information, and displaying the financial account information and the first pet information on the payment interface is equivalent to issuing a request for binding the financial account information and the first pet information to the user.
As an example, the user can confirm whether the financial account information to be bound and the first pet information are accurate through the financial account information and the first pet information displayed on the payment interface, and after confirming that the information is accurate, confirm whether the payment order information is accurate, and if confirming that the payment order information is accurate, pay the payment order information.
S403: and the terminal equipment responds to the payment completion information of the payment order information by the user and sends the payment completion information to the server.
S404: the server configures the first pet information and the financial account information into a binding relationship.
As an example, after the user confirms that the financial account information, the first pet information and the payment order information are accurate, payment for the payment order information is completed, the terminal device sends payment completion information to the server after responding to the payment completion of the payment order information by the user, and the server configures the first pet information and the financial account information into a binding relationship after receiving the payment completion information. That is, the user only needs to pay for the payment order information, and can complete the binding of the first pet information and the financial account information and the payment of the payment order information, so that the operation is more convenient.
According to the payment method provided by the embodiment of the application, the payment interface is generated according to the financial account information, the first pet information and the payment order information through the terminal equipment, and after the user pays for the payment order information, the server configures the first pet information and the financial account information into a binding relationship, so that the confirmation operation of binding the first pet information and the financial account information by the user is omitted, the payment and binding flow are simplified, the operation is more convenient and faster, and the user experience is further improved.
It can be understood that the first pet information and the second pet information both comprise multiple pieces of sub-information, and the sub-information in the first pet information and the sub-information in the second pet information need to be compared one by one, so as to determine whether the binding relationship exists between the pet and the financial account information.
Therefore, in order to further improve the accuracy of verifying whether the binding relationship exists between the pet and the financial account information, another corpus data processing method is provided, and please refer to fig. 5, which is another interaction schematic diagram of an embodiment of a payment method provided by the present application. As shown in fig. 5, the corpus data processing method includes: S501-S508.
S501: the terminal equipment scans the radio frequency identification tag carried by the pet to obtain first pet information and feeder information of the pet.
S502: the terminal device transmits the first pet information and the feeder information to the server.
S503: and the server responds to the received first pet information and the feeder information sent by the terminal equipment, and obtains financial account information matched with the feeder information.
Steps S501 to S503 in this embodiment are the same as steps S201 to S203 in the embodiment of the present application, and for brevity, reference will not be made to the detailed description in the embodiment of the present application.
S504: the server respectively verifies whether the plurality of first sub-information and the corresponding second sub-information are matched.
In the embodiment of the application, the first sub-information and the second sub-information can comprise information such as the name, the age, the height and the like of the pet.
S505: and the server determines that the binding relationship exists between the pet and the financial account information in response to the fact that the plurality of first sub-information is matched with the corresponding second sub-information.
As an example, the server verifies whether the plurality of first sub-information and the respective corresponding second sub-information match, and determines that the binding relationship exists between the pet and the financial account information if it is verified that the plurality of first sub-information and the respective corresponding second sub-information match.
As another example, if it is verified that at least one first sub-information is not matched with the corresponding second sub-information in the plurality of first sub-information and the corresponding second sub-information, it is determined that the binding relationship between the pet and the financial account information does not exist, steps S301 to S306 in the embodiment of the present application may be executed, or steps S401 to S404 in the embodiment of the present application may be executed.
S506: the server responds to the verification that the binding relationship exists between the pet and the financial account information, and generates payment order information according to the consumption information of the pet.
S507: the server transmits the financial account information and the payment order information to the terminal device.
S508: the terminal equipment receives the financial account information and the payment order information returned by the server, and generates and displays a payment interface according to the financial account information and the payment order information so that a user pays for the payment order information.
Steps S506 to S508 in this embodiment are the same as steps S205 to S207 in the embodiment of the present application, and for brevity, reference will not be made to the detailed description in this embodiment of the present application.
According to the payment method provided by the embodiment of the application, whether the binding relationship exists between the pet and the financial account information or not is confirmed by respectively verifying whether the first sub-information of the first pet information is matched with the second sub-information corresponding to the first sub-information through the server, so that the accuracy of verifying whether the binding relationship exists between the pet and the financial account information is further improved.
It should be noted that, generally, the RFID tag carried by the pet is in a collar type or an ear tag type, these tags are easy to fall off, and a situation of a tag wearing error may occur in the process of serving the pet by the pet service organization, so that it is not accurate to check the identity of the pet only through the basic information such as the name and the age in the RFID tag.
Therefore, in order to further improve the accuracy of verifying whether the binding relationship exists between the pet and the financial account information, another corpus data processing method is provided, and please refer to fig. 6, which is another interaction schematic diagram of an embodiment of a payment method provided by the present application. As shown in fig. 6, the corpus data processing method includes: S601-S608.
S601: the terminal equipment scans the radio frequency identification tag carried by the pet to obtain first pet information and feeder information of the pet.
S602: the terminal device transmits the first pet information and the feeder information to the server.
S603: and the server responds to the received first pet information and the feeder information sent by the terminal equipment, and obtains financial account information matched with the feeder information.
Steps S601 to S603 in this embodiment are the same as steps S201 to S203 in the embodiment of the present application, and for brevity, reference will not be made to the detailed description in this embodiment of the present application.
S604: and verifying whether the first biometric information matches the second biometric information.
In the embodiment of the application, the first biological characteristic information and the second biological characteristic information can both comprise pet facial image information and also comprise pet nose vein information.
S605: and determining that the binding relationship exists between the pet and the financial account information in response to the first biometric information being matched with the second biometric information.
As an example, the server compares the first biometric information read from the RFID tag carried by the pet with the second biometric information bound to the financial account, and if the first biometric information matches with the second biometric information, the pet service mechanism can also compare the first biometric information with the pet, so as to determine that the binding relationship exists between the pet and the financial account information.
As another example, if the server verifies that the first biometric information does not match the second biometric information, and determines that the binding relationship between the pet and the financial account information does not exist, steps S301 to S305 in the embodiment of the present application may be performed, or steps S401 to S405 in the embodiment of the present application may be performed.
S606: the server responds to the verification that the binding relationship exists between the pet and the financial account information, and generates payment order information according to the consumption information of the pet.
S607: the server transmits the financial account information and the payment order information to the terminal device.
S608: the terminal equipment receives the financial account information and the payment order information returned by the server, and generates and displays a payment interface according to the financial account information and the payment order information so that a user pays for the payment order information.
Steps S606 to S608 in this embodiment are the same as steps S205 to S207 in the embodiment of the present application, and for brevity, reference will not be made to the detailed description in this embodiment of the present application.
According to the payment method provided by the embodiment of the application, the first biological characteristic information read from the RFID tag carried by the pet is compared with the second biological characteristic information bound with the financial account, and if the first biological characteristic information is matched with the second biological characteristic information, the binding relationship between the pet and the financial account information is determined. The accuracy of verifying whether the binding relationship exists between the pet and the financial account information is further improved through comparison of the biological characteristic information.
It should be noted that, the RFID tag carried by the pet is usually a collar tag or an ear tag, these types of tags are easy to fall off, if a plurality of pets are raised, if the appearance of the pets is similar, the tag is easy to be worn in error, and is not easy to be found. Therefore, even by comparing the first biometric information read in the RFID tag carried by the pet with the second biometric information bound to the financial account, there is a possibility that a verification error occurs.
Therefore, in order to further improve the accuracy of verifying whether the binding relationship exists between the pet and the financial account information, another corpus data processing method is provided, and please refer to fig. 7, which is another interaction schematic diagram of an embodiment of a payment method provided by the present application. As shown in fig. 7, the corpus data processing method includes: S701-S710.
S701: the terminal equipment scans the radio frequency identification tag carried by the pet to obtain first pet information and feeder information of the pet.
S702: the terminal device transmits the first pet information and the feeder information to the server.
S703: and the server responds to the received first pet information and the feeder information sent by the terminal equipment, and obtains financial account information matched with the feeder information.
Steps S701 to S703 in this embodiment are the same as steps S201 to S203 in the embodiment of the present application, and for brevity, reference will not be made to the detailed description in the embodiment of the present application.
S704: the terminal equipment collects facial features of the pets to obtain third biological feature information.
In the embodiment of the application, the first biometric information, the second biometric information and the third biometric information may all include pet facial image information and may also include pet nose line information.
As an example, the terminal device may acquire facial feature information of the pet through the image acquisition device, to obtain third biometric information. The image acquisition device may be a camera.
S705: the terminal device transmits the third biometric information to the server.
S706: the server verifies whether the first biometric information, the second biometric information, and the third biometric information match.
It can be understood that if the pet carries an RFID tag that is not the own pet, the verification result is still wrong even if the first biometric information and the second biometric information can be matched, so that the biometric information of the pet needs to be collected to verify whether the first biometric information, the second biometric information and the third biometric information are matched.
S707: and under the condition that the first biological characteristic information, the second biological characteristic information and the third biological characteristic information are verified to be matched, the server determines that the binding relationship exists between the pet and the financial account information.
As an example, the server verifies whether the first biometric information, the second biometric information and the third biometric information are matched, that is to say, verifies that the first biometric information stored in the RFID tag carried by the pet, the second biometric information bound with the financial account and the third biometric information acquired by the terminal device on the biometric of the pet are matched, and if the matching is successful, determines that the binding relationship exists between the pet and the financial account information.
S708: the server responds to the verification that the binding relationship exists between the pet and the financial account information, and generates payment order information according to the consumption information of the pet.
S709: the server transmits the payment order information and the financial account information to the terminal device.
S710: after receiving the financial account information and the payment order information returned by the server, the terminal equipment generates and displays a payment interface according to the financial account information and the payment order information so as to enable the user to pay for the payment order information.
Steps S708-710 in this embodiment are the same as steps S205-S207 in the embodiment of the present application, and for brevity, reference will not be made to the detailed description in this embodiment of the present application.
