the judging submodule is used for judging whether the construction periods of the progressive bidding projects and the projects to be bidding conflict or not; if the construction period is conflicted, judging whether the resource requirement for completing the project to be bid exists; if the resource requirement for completing the to-be-bidding project does not exist, calculating the first profit and the first winning rate of the bidding project in progress and the second profit and the second winning rate of the to-be-bidding project;

acquiring business information to be decided;
determining a service type of the service information to be decided based on the service information to be decided, wherein the service type comprises the steps of distributing responsible persons for the project to be processed and determining bidding projects;

if yes, extracting data matched with the service type, and taking the extracted data as analysis data;
analyzing the business information to be decided based on the analysis data, and determining decision information of the business information to be decided;
and sending the decision information to a mobile terminal corresponding to the enterprise decision maker.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein when the business type is a job-responsible person for a pending project allocation, the querying the local enterprise database for the presence of data matching the business type comprises:
acquiring an item type corresponding to an engineering item to be processed;
querying the local enterprise database for the presence of a history completion item of the same item type;
if yes, extracting all the history completion items with the same type as the items, and taking the extracted history completion items as comparison items;
calculating the correlation degree of the engineering project to be processed and each comparison project;
and when a comparison item with the correlation degree in a preset range exists, judging that data matched with the business information to be decided exists in the local enterprise database.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the analyzing the to-be-decided business information based on the analysis data, determining decision information of the to-be-decided business information, comprises:
acquiring processing staff corresponding to all comparison items with the correlation degree in a preset range;
querying the local enterprise database for a project completion period for each of the process workers;
acquiring a current processing project of each processing staff and a first completion time of the current project;
acquiring contract information corresponding to the project to be processed, wherein the contract information comprises completion time of the project to be processed;
selecting one of the processing staff as a responsible person of the project to be processed based on the project completion period, the first completion time and the completion time;
and acquiring the information of the responsible person, and taking the information of the responsible person as the decision information.
4. A method according to claim 3, further comprising, after said taking the information of the responsible person as said decision information:
acquiring the processing progress of the engineering project to be processed in real time;

if yes, extracting processing staff capable of assisting the responsible person in completing the project to be processed, and taking the extracted processing staff as assisting staff;
generating an assist policy based on the assist person.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein when the service type is a determined bid item, the querying in a local enterprise database whether there is data matching the service information to be decided comprises:
acquiring to-be-bidding project information, wherein the to-be-bidding project information comprises bidding indexes;
inquiring whether a winning bid item matched with the item information to be bid exists in the local enterprise database;

if the resource requirement for completing the to-be-bid item does not exist, calculating a first profit and a first winning rate of the in-progress bid item and a second profit and a second winning rate of the to-be-bid item;
determining a final bid item based on the first profit, the second profit, the first bid rate, and the second bid rate;
and taking the final bidding project as the decision information.
8. An enterprise data analysis decision system, comprising:
