Abstract
The application discloses a combined liner, which comprises a box paperboard and a buffer liner, wherein the box paperboard is of a square structure, a box bottom plate and box vertical faces positioned on four sides of the box bottom plate are formed on the box paperboard of the square structure, four small lugs connected with two adjacent box vertical faces are separated through four cutting lines, and the box paperboard is bonded with the adjacent box vertical faces through the four small lugs to form a box; the buffer pad is arranged in the box body and is adhered to the box body. Meanwhile, the application also comprises a manufacturing method of the combined liner, and the combined liner has the functions of buffering, shockproof, bearing, positioning and fixing packaged objects, and also has the functions of friction resistance, packing resistance and snagging resistance; the manufacturing method of the combined liner is processed by adopting an automatic positioning, automatic glue spraying and automatic or semiautomatic bonding and fixing forming method, and the processing efficiency is high.

Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of packaging, in particular to a combined liner and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
At present, the liner and the box body are generally manufactured separately, and then the liner manufactured separately is directly installed in the box body, so that the functions of cushioning packaging protection and containing of products are realized, but the liner is easy to fall off from the box body in the moving transportation or installation process, and the liner and the box body are not fixed, so that the liner is easy to collide with each other in the transportation process to damage the products.

The application aims to provide a combined liner and a manufacturing method thereof, which are used for solving the problems that the liner and a box body are manufactured separately and are not fixedly positioned in the prior art, so that the liner is easy to fall off from the box body and the liner collide with each other to cause product damage.

D. pressure is applied to the vertical faces of the box bodies, so that the box bodies are tightly adhered with the buffer gaskets in the box bodies.
As a further improvement, the automatic glue spraying position for the box paperboard is as follows: when the box body paperboards are enclosed into a box body, the box body and the buffer gasket are overlapped.

Examples
Referring to fig. 1-6, a combined liner comprises a box paperboard 2 and a buffer liner 1 arranged in a box formed by encircling the box paperboard, wherein the box paperboard 2 is of a square structure, a box bottom plate and four box vertical surfaces 2-1, 2-2, 2-3 and 2-4 which are positioned on the four sides of the box bottom plate are formed on the box paperboard of the square structure, and four small lugs 2-5 connected with the left box vertical surface and the right box vertical surface or four small lugs connected with the front box vertical surface and the rear box vertical surface are separated through four cutting lines, and are bonded with the adjacent box vertical surfaces to encircle the box paperboard into a box.
Further, the case cardboard 2 is internally provided with local reinforcing adhesive tapes 2-6 arranged in parallel with the width direction of the case cardboard, and the cushion pad and the case cardboard 2 are fixed by the local reinforcing adhesive tapes.
The buffer gasket is adhered to the vertical surfaces of at least three adjacent boxes, if two buffer gaskets are arranged, the buffer gaskets can be respectively arranged at two ends in the boxes, and if one buffer gasket is arranged, the whole box can be occupied.

C. folding the vertical face of the box body without the small lugs, and bonding the vertical face of the box body without the small lugs with the small lugs and the buffer gaskets so as to enclose the box body paperboard into a box body and bond the box body paperboard with the buffer gaskets in the box body;
D. pressure is applied to the vertical faces of the box bodies, so that the box bodies are tightly adhered with the buffer gaskets in the box bodies.
In this embodiment, the cardboard standing edge and the liner are bonded together by pressing with a roller.
Further, when the box body paperboard is enclosed into a box body, automatic glue spraying is carried out at the position which coincides with the buffer pad;
preferably, automatic glue spraying is performed on the box paperboard through an automatic program-controlled glue spraying device arranged on a production line, and automatic glue spraying is realized through setting glue spraying quantity, width, time and position through software.
In this embodiment, the pressure is applied to each of the box vertical faces of the box, by the pressing bar arranged on the assembly line and perpendicular to the working plane, after the box board is folded to a desired angle, two opposite box vertical faces of the four formed box vertical faces are adhered to the built-in buffer pad by the force of the pressing bar, and the adhesion formation of the combined pad is completed.

4. A combination pad as defined in claim 2, wherein said four tabs are connected to respective ends of the front and rear box elevations.
5. A combination liner as claimed in claim 1, wherein the box board is provided with a local reinforcing tape adhered to the cushioning liner.
6. A combination liner as set forth in claim 5 wherein said localized reinforcing strips are disposed parallel to the width of the box board.
7. A modular pad as claimed in claim 1 wherein the cushioning pad is bonded to at least three adjacent box facades.
8. A method of making a composite pad according to any one of claims 1-7, comprising the steps of:
A. automatically spraying glue on the box paperboard, and placing the buffer gasket at the joint of the box bottom plate of the box paperboard and the vertical surface of the box;
B. folding a box elevation provided with small lugs on the box paperboard along the joint of the box bottom plate and the box elevation, and bending the small lugs to a buffer gasket in the box elevation without the small lugs;
C. folding the vertical face of the box body without the small lugs, and bonding the vertical face of the box body without the small lugs with the small lugs and the buffer gaskets so as to enclose the box body paperboard into a box body and bond the box body paperboard with the buffer gaskets in the box body;
D. pressure is applied to the vertical faces of the box bodies, so that the box bodies are tightly adhered with the buffer gaskets in the box bodies.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the automatic glue spraying position for the cardboard of the box is: when the box body paperboards are enclosed into a box body, the box body and the buffer gasket are overlapped.
10. The method for manufacturing a combined liner according to claim 8, wherein pressure is applied to each of the box vertical faces of the box body, so that the box body is tightly adhered to the buffer liner in the box body, the box body paperboard is folded to a required angle through a pressurizing stop lever arranged on a production line, and after the box body paperboard is folded to a required angle, two opposite box vertical faces in the four formed box vertical faces are adhered to the buffer liner in the box body by the force of the pressurizing stop lever relatively pressurizing, and meanwhile, the adhering and forming of the combined liner are completed.
