When the height of the upper hot pressing assembly 22 is adjusted, firstly, the height is roughly adjusted through the movement of the electric telescopic rod 241, and then, the position of the threaded column 243 is moved through rotating the annular clamping cover 242, so that the spring compression condition inside the annular clamping cover 242 is changed, the lower hot pressing assembly 22 is further adjusted to be moved to an accurate position, the fact that the packing bag can be passed through between the upper hot pressing wheel 222 and the lower hot pressing wheel 222 which are opposite to each other is ensured, and the packing bag and the hot compress paste inside the packing bag can be extruded through the upper guide wheel 223 and the lower guide wheel 223 which are opposite to each other with proper pressure is ensured.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the straightening assembly 25 includes an L-shaped frame 251 disposed at an upper end of the electric slider, wherein the number of the L-shaped frames 251 is two, a sweeping roller 252 is disposed between the two L-shaped frames 251 in a co-rotation manner, and bristles are uniformly disposed on an outer wall of the sweeping roller 252; a motor fixedly connected with the end part of the sweeping roller 252 is arranged on any L-shaped frame 251; the sweeping roller 252 is vertically arranged with the connecting column 221.
In the process of sealing the packaging bag, the position of the L-shaped frame 251 is firstly adjusted through the electric sliding block, so that bristles on the outer wall of the sweeping roller 252 are contacted with the upper surface of the packaging bag, then the motor synchronously drives the sweeping roller 252 to rotate, and the sweeping rollers 252 on two sides are opposite in rotation direction, so that wrinkles generated at the upper end of the packaging bag are straightened conveniently, and the surface of the packaging bag after heat sealing is kept flat.

Claims (7)
1. A hot compress making and pressing bag sealing device, comprising: a workbench (1) and a heat-sealing pressing mechanism (2); the method is characterized in that: the middle part of workstation (1) be provided with rectangle logical groove, and be located the inside in rectangle logical groove and be provided with heat-seal pressing mechanism (2), and the mesa of workstation (1) evenly is provided with the conveyer trough, and the conveyer trough is located the left and right sides symmetry setting of heat-seal pressing mechanism (2), conveyer belt (11) are provided with to the conveyer trough inside, and the surface of conveyer belt (11) evenly is provided with the draw-in groove that increases the frictional force with the hot compress is pasted, the inside air flue (12) that sets up of workstation (1) mesa between the adjacent conveyer trough of same side, and the inside intercommunication of air flue (12) is provided with a plurality of gas pocket (13) with the mesa outside intercommunication of workstation (1), and the gas pocket (13) air guide direction of same one side is opposite on the mesa of workstation (1). A material guiding component (14) for guiding hot compress to be packaged and pressed is arranged on a table top at one side of the workbench (1);
the heat-sealing pressing mechanism (2) comprises vertical plates (21) which are symmetrically distributed in the rectangular through grooves in the front-back direction, a U-shaped through groove is formed in the upper end of each vertical plate (21), an upper hot-pressing assembly (22) and a lower hot-pressing assembly (22) are jointly arranged between the two vertical plates (21), a group of hot-pressing assemblies (22) located below are rotatably arranged between the two vertical plates (21) through bearings, and a group of hot-pressing assemblies (22) located above are slidably arranged in the U-shaped through grooves of the two vertical plates (21); the upper end of the vertical plate (21) is fixedly provided with an inverted U-shaped clamping cover (23) through a bolt, an adjusting component (24) is arranged in the inverted U-shaped clamping cover (23), and the lower end of the adjusting component (24) is rotationally connected with a group of hot pressing components (22) positioned above through a bearing; a group of hot pressing assemblies (22) positioned above are controlled to move up and down in the U-shaped through groove by the movement of the adjusting assemblies (24); the side wall of the vertical plate (21) is also provided with a straightening component (25) for trimming the hot compress packaging bag through an electric sliding block.
2. The hot compress bag sealing device according to claim 1, wherein the material guiding assembly (14) comprises an installation seat (141) arranged at the lower end of the table top of the workbench (1), a rotating rod (142) is jointly arranged between the two installation seats (141) in a penetrating way through a bearing, worm teeth with opposite directions are respectively arranged at two ends of the rotating rod (142), and a rubber sleeve (143) is arranged on the outer wall of the rotating rod (142) between the two installation seats (141); a U-shaped pull rod (144) is arranged between the two mounting seats (141) in a sliding manner, a rubber friction block (145) is arranged at one end of the U-shaped pull rod (144) positioned in the mounting seats (141), a spring which enables the rubber friction block (145) to be attached to the outer wall of the rotating rod (142) is sleeved on the outer wall of the U-shaped pull rod (144) positioned in the mounting seats (141), two shaft rods (146) are symmetrically arranged on the table top of the workbench (1) at the same side of the rotating rod (142) in a rotating manner, two ends of the shaft rods (146) penetrate through the table top of the workbench (1), and worm gears (147) meshed with worm teeth at the end parts of the rotating rod (142) are arranged at the end parts of the shaft rods (146) positioned at the lower end parts of the table top of the workbench (1); a sliding groove is formed in the outer wall of a shaft rod (146) positioned at the upper end of the table top of the workbench (1), an arc-shaped guide rod (148) is arranged in the sliding groove in a sliding manner, and a spring with one end connected to the lower side of the arc-shaped guide rod (148) and the other end connected to the inner wall of the sliding groove is arranged in the sliding groove; the upper end of the shaft lever (146) is provided with an adjusting bolt (149) with the lower end abutting against the upper end face of the arc-shaped guide rod (148) in a threaded connection mode.

The hot compress bag sealing device for manufacturing according to claim 1, wherein the hot press assembly (22) comprises a connecting column (221), semicircular grooves are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the connecting column (221), hot pressing wheels (222) are fixedly arranged on the outer walls of the circumferences of the two ends of the connecting column (221), guide wheels (223) are rotatably arranged on the outer walls of the circumferences of the middle part of the connecting column (221), and the two ends of the connecting column (221) are arranged in bearings correspondingly provided with the semicircular grooves through pin shafts; the end part of any one end of the connecting column (221) is coaxially and fixedly provided with a belt wheel (224).

The hot compress manufacturing pressing and bag sealing device according to claim 1, wherein the adjusting component (24) comprises an electric telescopic rod (241) fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the inverted U-shaped clamping cover (23), an annular clamping cover (242) is sleeved on the outer wall of the end part of the telescopic section of the electric telescopic rod (241) in a sliding mode, a threaded column (243) is connected to the lower end of the annular clamping cover (242) in a threaded mode, a spring with one end abutting against the end part of the telescopic section of the electric telescopic rod (241) and the other end abutting against the upper end of the threaded column (243) is arranged in the annular clamping cover (242), a base (244) is fixedly connected to the lower end of the threaded column (243), and the base (244) is arranged in the U-shaped through groove in a sliding mode.

The hot compress bag sealing device according to claim 4, wherein the straightening component (25) comprises L-shaped frames (251) arranged at the upper end of the electric sliding block, the number of the L-shaped frames (251) is two, a sweeping roller (252) is arranged between the two L-shaped frames (251) in a co-rotation mode, and bristles are uniformly arranged on the outer wall of the sweeping roller (252); a motor fixedly connected with the end part of the sweeping roller (252) is arranged on any L-shaped frame (251); the sweeping roller (252) is vertically arranged with the connecting column (221).
6. The hot compress bag sealing device according to claim 4, wherein the guide wheels (223) on the connecting columns (221) in the upper hot pressing assembly (22) are of two semi-ring structures and are arranged in a clamping manner.
7. A hot compress bag sealer according to claim 3, characterized in that the guide wheels (223) and the hot wheels (222) on the connecting posts (221) in the lower hot press assembly (22) are tangential to the upper end of the table top of the table (1).
