s3, when the thickness of the packaging bag is low, the supporting frame (5) is driven to incline downwards through the adjusting mechanism (6), so that the supporting frame (5) drives the conveying mechanism (7) to be in contact with the material packaging bag, and otherwise, the inclination angle of the supporting frame (5) is adjusted upwards;
s4, starting a conveying mechanism (7), enabling the conveying mechanism (7) to be in contact with the material packaging bag, hooking the material packaging bag, and driving the material packaging bag to move towards the discharging groove;
s5, enabling the material packaging bag to be in contact with a cutting mechanism, cutting the lower part of the material packaging bag by the cutting mechanism, enabling materials in the material packaging bag to fall into a discharging groove, fall into a mixing barrel (1) and be mixed and stirred by the mixing barrel (1);
s6, continuously conveying the empty material packaging bags by a conveying mechanism (7), and when the empty material packaging bags are moved to the bag discharging mechanism (9), jacking the empty material packaging bags by the bag discharging mechanism (9) and falling the empty material packaging bags on a collecting plate (10), so that the empty material packaging bags are moved out of a discharging frame (2);
s7, sequentially placing the proportioned material packaging bags into a discharging hopper (3), and repeating the steps S4-S6 to finish the material feeding operation, so that various materials in the material packaging bags can fall into a mixing barrel (1) to be mixed and stirred.
