the spool guide assembly comprises a plurality of guide sheaves arranged on the first chassis, and the guide sheaves are arranged corresponding to the clamping space positions;
the spool limiting and accommodating mechanism comprises a second underframe, the second underframe comprises a U-shaped bottom plate, a U-shaped lifting plate is arranged on the U-shaped bottom plate, a U-shaped movable plate is arranged on the U-shaped lifting plate, the opening positions of the U-shaped bottom plate, the U-shaped lifting plate and the U-shaped movable plate are correspondingly arranged, a spool limiting assembly is arranged in the opening correspondingly arranged, and an accommodating box is arranged below the spool limiting assembly;

corresponding elastic compression wheels are arranged above the guide sheaves, and a spool is arranged between the guide sheaves and the elastic compression wheels;
an inverted L-shaped mounting plate is arranged on one side of the guide sheaves and on the first underframe, a plurality of mounting holes are formed in the top of the L-shaped mounting plate and correspond to the guide sheaves, and elastic compression wheels are arranged in the mounting holes;
the elastic hold-down wheel is including setting up installation sleeve in the mounting hole, both ends are provided with roof and bottom plate respectively about the installation sleeve, be provided with the montant in the installation sleeve, montant one end is provided with limit baffle, the montant other end passes the installation sleeve sets up the installation plate inboard of falling L shape to be provided with the pinch roller, the pinch roller with be provided with the spring between the bottom plate, the spring sets up the montant is peripheral, limit baffle supports on the roof, limit baffle top is provided with the pull ring.

The wire pipe cutting device according to claim 5, wherein a cutter base is arranged on the first chassis, the cutter is rotatably arranged on the cutter base, an L-shaped supporting plate is arranged on one side of the first chassis, and a fourth electric cylinder is hinged to the top end of the L-shaped supporting plate;
the end part of the electric push rod of the fourth electric cylinder is hinged with the cutter shell;
