Claims (10)

the storage box (39) is arranged on the base (1) and is used for storing the repairing reagent, the storage box (39) is connected with a pumping mechanism arranged on the base (1), the pumping mechanism is further connected with a spray head (11) movably arranged on the base (1), the spray head (11) is connected with a reciprocating driving mechanism arranged on the base (1), and the reciprocating driving mechanism is connected with a rotating shaft of the round roller (2) through a transmission mechanism.

A soil remediation device according to claim 1 wherein the reciprocator is adapted to drive the spray head (11) to reciprocate in the width direction of the base (1) and to rotate the roller (2) via the drive mechanism to cause the roller (2) to perform a scarification action, and wherein the pumping mechanism is adapted to move to pump the remediating agent in the reservoir (39) out through the spray head (11) and onto the soil.

A soil remediation device according to claim 2 wherein the pneumatic lifting mechanism comprises two risers (4) fixed to the mounting frame (3) and hollow in the interior, telescoping plates (5) slidably disposed in the two risers (4) respectively, and air cylinders (9) mounted on the mounting frame (3).

A soil remediation device according to claim 3, wherein the round roller (2) is rotatably mounted between two telescopic plates (5), a transverse plate (10) is fixedly connected between the two telescopic plates (5), the movable end of the air cylinder (9) is fixed with the transverse plate (10), and a second port (401) for the movement of the transverse plate (10) is formed in one side of the vertical plate (4) facing the air cylinder (9);
the reciprocating driving mechanism comprises a traversing assembly arranged on the base (1) and a power assembly connected with the traversing assembly, and the traversing assembly is connected with the pumping mechanism;
the transverse moving assembly comprises two guide rods (12) fixedly arranged on the base (1), two transverse moving plates (13) slidably arranged on the guide rods (12) and two bar-shaped rods (14) fixedly arranged on the upper parts of the transverse moving plates (13), a gap is reserved between the two bar-shaped rods (14), the spray head (11) is arranged on the lower part of the transverse moving plates (13), and a first through hole (102) for the spray head (11) to move is formed in the base (1);
the power assembly comprises a first driving wheel (16) and a second driving wheel (17) which are rotatably arranged on the base (1), and a connecting piece (18) for connecting the first driving wheel (16) and the second driving wheel (17), wherein the connecting piece (18) is in rolling fit with the first driving wheel (16) and the second driving wheel (17);
the connecting piece (18) is provided with a first column body (19), the first column body (19) stretches into a gap between the two bar rods (14) and is in sliding connection with the two bar rods (14), the base (1) is also provided with a driving motor (15), the output end of the driving motor (15) is connected with a rotating shaft of the first driving wheel (16), and the rotating shaft of the second driving wheel (17) is connected with the transmission mechanism;
the transmission mechanism comprises a transmission shaft (6) rotatably arranged on one side of the mounting frame (3) and a sleeve (7) rotatably arranged on the side part of the expansion plate (5) and in sliding sleeve joint with the transmission shaft (6);
wherein, the periphery of the transmission shaft (6) is provided with two strip-shaped bulges (601), and the inner wall of the sleeve (7) is provided with two strip-shaped grooves (701) which are matched with the strip-shaped bulges (601);
the pumping mechanism comprises a unidirectional conduction structure arranged on one side of the storage box (39) facing the mounting frame (3) and a swinging assembly arranged on the base (1), and a push-pull structure is connected between the swinging assembly and the transverse moving plate (13);
the unidirectional conduction structure comprises a box body (20) arranged on one side of the storage box (39) facing the mounting frame (3), a piston plate (23) arranged in the box body (20) in a sealing sliding manner, and a first unidirectional valve (21) and a second unidirectional valve (22) arranged at the bottom of the box body (20);
the first one-way valve (21) is connected with the storage box (39) through a first connecting pipe (2101), the second one-way valve (22) is connected with the spray head (11) through a second connecting pipe (2201), the piston plate (23) is fixedly connected with a driven plate (25) through a connecting rod (24), and a strip-shaped through groove (2501) matched with the swinging assembly is formed in the driven plate (25).

Soil remediation device according to claim 4, characterized in that the drive shaft (6) is connected to the rotational axis of the second drive wheel (17) by means of a second drive belt (40), and the end of the sleeve (7) remote from the mounting frame (3) is connected to the rotational axis of the roller (2) by means of a bevel gear set (8).

The soil remediation device of claim 4 wherein the swinging assembly comprises a shaft (26) rotatably mounted to the base (1), a cross bar (27) fixed to an end of the shaft (26) remote from the base (1), a slider (28) slidably disposed on the cross bar (27), and a second post (2801) fixed to the slider (28), the second post (2801) extending through the bar-shaped channel (2501) and slidably connected to the driven plate (25).

The soil remediation device according to claim 6, wherein a sliding tube (29) is further sleeved on the rotating shaft (26), the sliding tube (29) is connected with an adjusting structure mounted on the base (1), a first push-pull rod (30) is connected between the sliding tube (29) and the sliding block (28), and two ends of the first push-pull rod (30) are respectively connected with the sliding tube (29) and the sliding block (28) in a rotating mode.

A soil remediation device according to claim 7 wherein the base (1) is further provided with a guide rail (101), the push-pull structure comprising a rack plate (31) slidably provided on the guide rail (101), a gear (38) rotatably mounted on the base (1) and engaged with the rack plate (31), and a second push-pull rod (33) connecting the rack plate (31) and the traversing plate (13).

Soil remediation device according to claim 8, wherein the two ends of the second push-pull rod (33) are respectively in rotational connection with the rack plate (31) and the traversing plate (13), and the rotational axis of the gear (38) is connected with the rotational axis (26) via a first transmission belt (32).

A soil remediation device according to claim 7 wherein the adjustment structure comprises a screw (34) rotatably mounted to the base (1), a post (35) secured to the base (1) and a lifter plate (36) provided on the screw (34) and threadedly connected to the screw (34), the post (35) extending through the lifter plate (36) and being slidably connected to the lifter plate (36);
wherein, lifter plate (36) orientation one side of pivot (26) is fixed with rectangular pole (37), the periphery of slip pipe (29) is fixed with two bulge loops (2901), two reserve between bulge loop (2901), rectangular pole (37) stretch into in the space and with two bulge loop (2901) slip laminating.
