Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for rapid dispensing of a blood glucose test strip, and more particularly to a method and an apparatus for rapid dispensing of a blood glucose test strip, and an apparatus for the same.
Background
Because of the change of the life type of modern people and uneven eating habits, a plurality of metabolic diseases are easy to occur in the body over time, and diabetes mellitus which is generated when the blood sugar is too high for a long time is one of the diseases, a blood sugar test piece which can conveniently monitor the blood sugar is born, so that a patient with abnormal blood sugar can know the blood sugar level of the patient at any time.
At present, the blood glucose test strip uses the ferment dispensing device to coat the reaction ferment in the test strip, however, for the high-speed and automatic dispensing mode, how to precisely control the feeding amount of the reaction ferment coated each time is one of the important factors affecting the quality of the blood glucose test strip.
The conventional feeding device is generally provided with an image module, the feeding device is observed through the image module to feed the object to be processed, and the feeding amount is judged according to the feeding image area observed by the image module, so that the proper feeding amount is adjusted. However, the feeding amount is easily affected by factors such as feeding preparation, ambient temperature and humidity, and the feeding amount is inaccurate, and good feeding accuracy cannot be achieved only by adjusting the feeding amount through images. Furthermore, the image module is arranged on the feeding device, the required device has high cost and occupies a large amount of use space; in addition, in the process of monitoring images, the images are shot to be judged and controlled, and complicated image processing and calculation control are needed to achieve accurate image judgment, so that the time required to be consumed is long, the images cannot be judged in real time by continuous cooperation with the production speed, and the proper feeding amount is controlled and adjusted, so that the control error between the control and the actual feeding is caused, and the production efficiency and the production quality are further affected.
In view of the above, a system for compensating for the pressure variation of the liquid level is disclosed for solving the above-mentioned problems, which can be referred to as patent number I658873 of taiwan province (issued to TWI 658873B). The existing liquid level change pressure compensation system comprises: a container, a pressure feeder, a non-contact liquid level sensor and a processor, wherein a containing space of the container contains a liquid; the pressure feeder provides a pressure to the accommodating space to enable the liquid to be output from an outlet of the container; the non-contact liquid level sensor is arranged in the accommodating space and is positioned above the liquid level and is used for detecting the liquid level change of the liquid so as to generate a change signal; the processor has a control module, which controls the pressure feeder according to the variation signal, and the pressure feeder adjusts the pressure to make the output of the liquid consistent. Therefore, the consistent precision of the automatic control liquid output quantity is achieved.
Referring to the dashed curve shown in fig. 6, when the conventional dispensing cylinder performs pushing and dispensing, a non-contact liquid level sensor detects a change signal generated after the liquid level of the liquid changes, and when the pressure supplier is controlled to adjust the pressure according to the change signal by the control module, the overall signal transmission path is longer, so that the reaction time for adjusting the pressure is also longer, and for a high-speed and automatic dispensing mode, it is difficult to recover the air pressure value in normal operation in real time, and the situation of inconsistent quantity of the pushing and dispensing material is affected, so that the problem of uneven product quality occurs.
