Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of special medical formula food, in particular to a formula food for preparing intestinal tracts for digestive endoscopy and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Enteroscopy is an examination method in which a enteroscopy lumen is inserted into a ileocecal region through the anus, and a colonic lesion is observed from the mucosal side. Enteroscopy can meet the examination needs of almost all colon regions. The intestinal tract is cleaned before examination, the intestinal tract is prepared according to the doctor's advice, the intestinal tract cleaning person takes the oral medicine, the patient takes more water after taking the medicine, and finally the discharged stool is clear water or light yellow, and no fecal residue exists, so that the intestinal tract cleaning effect is optimal.
The existing medicines commonly used for intestinal tract preparation include polyethylene glycol (PEG), magnesium sulfate, sodium sulfate and the like, but most of the medicines have adverse reactions such as poor taste, large dosage, easy occurrence of nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension and the like, and have the problem of poor bowel clearing effect, and are easy to reduce compliance of patients and increase medical burden of enteroscopy.
In order to solve the defects of the traditional intestinal tract preparation method, the field needs to develop a medicament with excellent intestinal tract cleaning effect and high patient compliance.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the invention aims to solve the technical problems of unsatisfactory effect, long preparation time, easy generation of adverse reaction and the like of the intestinal tract cleaning method in the prior art, thereby providing the formula food for preparing the intestinal tract for the digestive endoscopy and the preparation method thereof.
The invention provides a formula food for preparing intestinal tracts in a digestive endoscopy, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
3-8 parts of polydextrose;
2-6 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide;
2-6 parts of isomerized lactose liquid;
0.5-5 parts of isomaltooligosaccharide;
0.5-5 parts of inulin;
0.1-1 part of edible salt.
Preferably, the formula further comprises:
72-88 parts of water;
0.02-0.82 parts of flavoring agent.
Preferably, the flavoring agent comprises flavoring essence and sucralose.
Preferably, the formulation is in the form of a liquid formulation.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the formula food for preparing the digestive endoscopy intestinal tract, which comprises the following steps:
1) Uniformly mixing polydextrose, fructo-oligosaccharide, isomerized lactose solution, isomaltooligosaccharide, inulin and edible salt to obtain a mixture A;
2) Heating water to 75-85 ℃, slowly adding the mixture A, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture B;
3) Slowly adding edible essence and sucralose into the mixture B, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture C;
4) Packaging the mixture C in a container, and performing high-pressure damp-heat sterilization to obtain the formula food.
1. The formula food for digestive endoscopy intestinal tract preparation is beneficial to normalizing diet within 24 hours before intestinal tract preparation of an intestinal tract preparation patient, provides satiety, reduces generation of intestinal tract residues, promotes intestinal tract cleaning, shortens intestinal tract preparation time, and has excellent intestinal tract cleaning effect and patient compliance.
2. The preparation method of the formula food for preparing the intestinal tract for the digestive endoscopy provided by the invention is prepared by a simple process, can be applied to clinical use, and has strong practicability.

and 5, packaging the mixture C obtained in the step 4 in a container for high-pressure damp-heat sterilization. The product of the invention can be obtained.
Example 4
And step 1, weighing 5.5% of polydextrose, 4% of fructo-oligosaccharide, 4% of isomerized lactose solution, 4.5% of isomaltooligosaccharide, 3% of inulin, 0.5% of edible salt and 78.5% of water according to the mass percentage, and mixing the weighed polydextrose, fructo-oligosaccharide, the isomerized lactose solution, the isomaltooligosaccharide, the inulin and the edible salt uniformly to obtain a mixture A.
And 2, heating the water weighed in the step 1 to 75-85 ℃.
And 3, slowly adding the mixture A obtained in the step 1 into the hot water obtained in the step 2, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture B.
Step 4, slowly adding the edible essence weighed in the step 1 into the mixture B obtained in the step 3, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture C;
and 5, packaging the mixture C obtained in the step 4 in a container for high-pressure damp-heat sterilization. The product of the invention can be obtained.
The 40 mice were divided into four groups of 10 mice each, each male and female half. After 12 hours of fasting, the control group was perfused with 0.4mL of 5% activated carbon physiological saline, and the experimental group was perfused with 0.2, 0.4, and 0.6mL of 5% activated carbon test solution, respectively (the test solution is the formula obtained in example 4). After 3 hours, cervical dislocation is killed, abdominal cavity is dissected, the alimentary canal is taken out, the distance from the pylorus to the front of the active carbon and the total length of the intestinal tract are measured, and the propulsion rate (the length from the pylorus to the front of the active carbon/the total length of the small intestine) is calculated. The data obtained are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1 Propulsion rates for different groups
As can be seen from Table 1, compared with the normal saline group, the administration amount of the test sample is 0.6mL, the generation of intestinal residues is less, and the degree of intestinal cleaning is highest, which indicates that the higher the administration amount of the formula food obtained by the invention is, the higher the propulsion rate is, the formula food obtained by the invention can effectively reduce the generation of intestinal residues, promote the intestinal cleaning and shorten the preparation time of intestinal tracts.
It is apparent that the above examples are given by way of illustration only and are not limiting of the embodiments. Other variations or modifications of the above teachings will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art. It is not necessary here nor is it exhaustive of all embodiments. While still being apparent from variations or modifications that may be made by those skilled in the art are within the scope of the invention.
