Description

Breathable core and breathable paper diaper
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of sanitary products, in particular to a breathable core body and a breathable paper diaper comprising the breathable core body.
Background
The paper diaper comprises wearing articles such as a diaper, a pull-up diaper, a diaper, and the like, and is a wearing article which is directly contacted with the skin of a human body. The diaper can form a relatively airtight space with human skin during wearing, namely, a thin air layer is formed between the human skin and the diaper, which is called a microclimate of the diaper, and the diaper with poor air permeability can give a wearer a feeling of stuffiness and wetness, and even cause skin diseases.
The paper diaper absorbs the excrement of the user through the core body to protect the personal hygiene of the user, the absorption core body of the existing paper diaper is generally formed by high molecular water-absorbing resin densely packed on a waterproof bottom layer, and the problem of poor air permeability exists. Firstly, under the dry condition of unabsorbed urine, the porosity of the core body can be reduced due to the fact that a large amount of high molecular water-absorbing resin or wood pulp distributed in the absorption core body of the paper diaper reduces the air permeability of the paper diaper, in addition, the aperture of a waterproof bottom layer in the multilayer composite structure of the paper diaper is smaller, and the air permeability still has a large lifting space. Secondly, under the condition that urine is absorbed by the diaper, the problem of poor air permeability is further worsened, firstly, the liquid absorption expansion of the macromolecule absorbent resin in the core body is absorbed, the porosity of the core body is further reduced, the air permeability is greatly reduced, even if gaps or holes are reserved among the macromolecules to serve as air permeable channels of the core body, the size of the channels can be compressed after the liquid absorption expansion of the macromolecule absorbent resin, in addition, the hydrophilic fiber material of the waterproof bottom layer can be swelled after the absorption of moisture, the porosity is further reduced, and the air permeability of the diaper is reduced; in addition, the wet core will contact the wearer's skin after swelling, which makes the microclimate of the diaper wet. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a core or a diaper which can create a dry breathable microclimate.
Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, an object of the present application is to provide a breathable core and a breathable diaper, in which the skin of a wearer tends to contact a first hydrophobic portion before the absorbent portion is imbibed and swelled to jack up a first fibrous layer, and the skin of the wearer tends to contact a second hydrophobic portion after the absorbent portion is imbibed and swelled to jack up the first fibrous layer, thereby creating a dry and breathable microclimate, and having the advantage of dry and breathable properties.
A breathable core body comprises a first fiber layer, a first carrier layer, a second fiber layer and a plurality of absorption parts which are sequentially arranged; the first carrier layer comprises a plurality of first protruding portions and a plurality of first concave portions, the plurality of first protruding portions and the plurality of first concave portions are arranged at intervals, the plurality of first protruding portions and the second fiber layer enclose a plurality of first ventilation spaces respectively, the plurality of first concave portions and the first fiber layer enclose a plurality of first accommodating spaces respectively, and the absorption portions are arranged in the first accommodating spaces respectively; the first fiber layer comprises a plurality of first hydrophobic parts, a plurality of second hydrophobic parts and a plurality of first hydrophilic parts, and each first hydrophobic part forms an air permeable channel with each first bulge part, each first air permeable space and each second fiber layer; each second water drain part is positioned at a position corresponding to each first accommodating space; each first hydrophilic part is positioned at a position corresponding to each first accommodating space.
According to the breathable core, the first hydrophobic part and the first bulge part are corresponding in position, so that the first hydrophobic part, the first bulge part, the first breathable space and the second fiber layer form a breathable channel of the core, and the core has good breathability; in addition, when the absorption part in the first accommodating space absorbs liquid and expands until the first fiber layer is jacked up, the skin of a wearer tends to be in contact with the first hydrophobic part, and the first hydrophobic part has hydrophobicity, so that a dry and breathable microclimate can be created; when the absorption part in the first accommodating space absorbs liquid and expands to jack up the first fiber layer, the absorption part jacks up the second hydrophobic part due to the fact that the second hydrophobic part corresponds to the first concave part, so that the skin of a wearer tends to be in contact with the second hydrophobic part with the hydrophobic property, and a dry and breathable microclimate is created.

Further, the position of each second protruding portion corresponds to the position of each first protruding portion, and the position of each second recessed portion corresponds to the position of each first recessed portion. The position of the second bulge part corresponds to the position of the first bulge part, so that the air duct for ventilation of the core body is more concentrated, and the ventilation efficiency is improved; the position of the second concave part corresponds to the position of the first concave part, and the absorption efficiency is improved.

In the present application, each layer of material forming the air-permeable core is an air-permeable material.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, the breathable core includes a first fiber layer 1, a first carrier layer 2, a second fiber layer 3, and a plurality of absorption portions 4, which are sequentially arranged; the first carrier layer 2 comprises a plurality of first protruding portions 21 and a plurality of first concave portions 22, the plurality of first protruding portions 21 and the plurality of first concave portions 22 are arranged at intervals, the plurality of first protruding portions 21 respectively enclose a plurality of first ventilation spaces 023 with the second fiber layer 3, the plurality of first concave portions 22 respectively enclose a plurality of first accommodating spaces 021 with the first fiber layer 1, the first fiber layer 1 comprises a plurality of first hydrophobic portions 11, a plurality of second hydrophobic portions 12 and a plurality of first hydrophilic portions 13, and each first hydrophobic portion 11 respectively forms ventilation channels with each first protruding portion 21, each first ventilation space 023 and each second fiber layer 3; each second water drain portion 12 is located at a position corresponding to each first accommodating space 021; each of the first hydrophilic parts 13 is located at a position corresponding to each of the first receiving spaces 021, and each of the first and second hydrophobic parts 11 and 12 has hydrophobicity.
In a preferred embodiment, the position of each first water-repellent section 11 corresponds to the position of the tip of each first convex section 21; the positions of the second water-repellent parts 12 correspond to the positions corresponding to the bottom ends of the first concave parts 22, respectively; each of the first hydrophilic portions 13 is located at a position corresponding to the plurality of first concave portions 22, respectively.
The first hydrophilic portion 13 is located at the upper end of the first concave portion 22, and urine is preferentially absorbed into the first accommodating space 021 and absorbed by the absorbing portion 4; the first hydrophobic portion 11 corresponds to the first protruding portion 21 in position, the first hydrophobic portion 11, the first protruding portion 21, the first ventilation space 023 and the second fiber layer 3 form a first ventilation channel of the core body of this embodiment, and ventilation property of the core body is improved, and since the carrier layer itself has a certain structural stability, when the absorption portion 4 presses the first concave portion due to liquid absorption expansion, deformation degree of the first protruding portion is small, so that the degree of shrinkage of the first ventilation channel is low, the first ventilation channel can stably exist in the core body for a long time, and the core body can have a certain ventilation property in the whole service period.
In this embodiment, the first fibrous layer 1, the first carrier layer 2 and the second fibrous layer 3 are bonded by means of a hot melt adhesive.
In this embodiment, the whole first fiber layer 1 is made of a hydrophilic material, and hydrophobic treatment is performed on the corresponding position of the first fiber layer 1 to form a first hydrophobic portion 11 and a second hydrophobic portion 12, so that the first hydrophobic portion 11 and the second hydrophobic portion 12 have hydrophobic properties, and the hydrophobic finishing can be achieved by adopting a manner of coating a hydrophobic coating; the first hydrophilic portion 13 is not treated, and urine flows to the first fibrous layer 1 more tends to penetrate downward at the first hydrophilic portion 13;
in the present embodiment, the first carrier layer 2 is made of a hydrophilic material and has elasticity and support, on the basis of which the first convex portion 21 and the first concave portion 22 of the first carrier layer 2 can maintain their shapes well and can recover the shapes after being pressed to secure the stability of the ventilation effect.
In this embodiment, the second fibrous layer 3 is made of a hydrophilic material.
In the present embodiment, the absorbent portion 4 employs a high molecular water absorbent resin SAP, and specifically, sodium polyacrylate may be employed. In the state where the absorbent portion 4 is not liquid-absorbent, the thickness of the absorbent portion 4 is much smaller than the height of the first projecting portion 21, and therefore, when the liquid-absorbent degree of the absorbent portion 4 is not high (the height of the absorbent portion 4 is not higher than the height of the first projecting portion 21), the skin of the wearer tends to come into contact with the first hydrophobic portion 11.
The process of urine absorption by the breathable core of this embodiment is:
after the urine flows to the first fiber layer 1, the urine contacts the first hydrophilic portion 13, the first hydrophobic portion 11 and the second hydrophobic portion 12 at the same time, because the first hydrophobic portion 11 and the second hydrophobic portion 12 have hydrophobic properties, and the first hydrophilic portion 13 has hydrophilic properties, the urine on the first fiber layer 1 directly permeates down along the first hydrophilic portion 13 into the first accommodating space 021 and is absorbed by the absorbing portion 4 in the first accommodating space 021, and the urine on the first hydrophobic portion 11 and the second hydrophobic portion 12 flows to the first hydrophilic portion 13 and permeates into the first accommodating space 021, so that the first hydrophobic portion 11 and the second hydrophobic portion 12 both keep dry and comfortable, and the first hydrophilic portion 13 provides a permeation channel for the urine from the first fiber layer 1 to the first carrier layer 2.
On this basis, the skin of the wearer tends to contact the first hydrophobic portion 11 before the absorbent portion 4 absorbs urine and swells to jack up the first fibrous layer, and the surface of the first hydrophobic portion 11 remains dry due to its hydrophobicity, so that the wearer has a dry wearing experience when the height of the absorbent portion 4 after absorbing urine is lower than the height of the first convex portion 21; when urine permeates into the first concave part 22 through the first hydrophilic part 13, the first hydrophilic part 13 is in a wet state, and the weight of the first hydrophilic part 13 relative to the hydrophobic part of the first fiber layer 1 is larger, so that the first hydrophilic part 13 tends to collapse downwards, on one hand, the first hydrophilic part 13 which collapses downwards and the first hydrophobic part 11 supported by the first bulge part 21 form a certain height difference to form a tiny second ventilation channel, a dry and breathable microclimate can be created, the wearing experience of a wearer is optimized, and on the other hand, a downward slope is formed relative to the downward collapsed first hydrophilic part 2 and the uncollapsed hydrophobic part on the first fiber layer 1, a diversion effect is formed on downward leakage of the urine, and the downward leakage of the urine can be quickened;
on this basis, when the absorption portion 4 absorbs liquid and swells to jack up the first fiber layer 1 after absorbing urine, the absorption portion 4 jacks up the second hydrophobic portion 12 due to the position of the second hydrophobic portion 12 corresponding to the position of the first concave portion 22, so that the skin of the wearer tends to contact with the second hydrophobic portion 12, and the surface of the second hydrophobic portion 12 remains dry due to the hydrophobic property, so that the wearer has a dry wearing experience when the height of the absorption portion 4 after absorbing urine is higher than the height of the first convex portion 21; at this time, the second hydrophobic portion 12 and the first hydrophobic portion 11 have a height difference, so that on one hand, a tiny third ventilation channel can be formed, a dry ventilation microclimate is created, the wearing experience of a wearer is optimized, on the other hand, the second hydrophobic portion 12 which is like an upper bulge and the first hydrophilic portion which is downwards collapsed form a downward slope, a diversion effect is formed on downward leakage of urine, and downward leakage of urine can be quickened.
It should be noted that, during the use, due to the stability of the structure of the first carrier layer 2, the first ventilation channel formed by the first hydrophobic portion 11 and the first protruding portion 21 will continuously exist stably, so that the core continuously has good ventilation performance; on the basis, when the height of the absorption part 4 after absorbing urine is lower than that of the first bulge part 21, the first ventilation channel is communicated with the second ventilation channel, the drying ventilation of the microclimate is further ensured under the synergistic effect of the first ventilation channel and the second ventilation channel, and likewise, when the height of the absorption part 4 after absorbing urine is higher than that of the first bulge part 21, the first ventilation channel is communicated with the third ventilation channel, and the drying ventilation of the microclimate is further ensured under the synergistic effect of the first ventilation channel and the third ventilation channel.
According to the breathable core, under the combined action of the first breathable channel, the second breathable channel and the third breathable channel, the core body has dry and breathable microclimate when the absorption part absorbs moisture and is unsaturated and saturated, and the breathable core body has the advantages of being good in breathability and stable in breathability.
The embodiment also provides a breathable paper diaper, which comprises the breathable core, the surface layer and the bottom layer, wherein the surface layer, the breathable core and the bottom layer are sequentially arranged; the surface layer is made of a fiber material with low moisture regain, such as polypropylene fiber (PP), so that on one hand, urine can be ensured to normally permeate into the core body, and on the other hand, the moisture absorption and swelling of the surface layer can be reduced, and the permeation effect can be ensured; the bottom layer is made of hydrophobic non-woven fabrics or other hydrophobic textile materials, and the porosity of the bottom layer is far higher than that of the waterproof membrane, so that the air permeability is greatly improved.
In other embodiments, care should be taken that the total area of the first hydrophobic portion 11 and the second hydrophobic portion 12 accounts for 40% -60% of the total area of the first fiber layer 1. If the ratio of the total area of the first hydrophobic portion 11 and the second hydrophobic portion 12 to the total area of the first fibrous layer 1 is less than 40%, after the absorbent portion 4 absorbs liquid and swells, part of the first hydrophilic portion 13 still contacts with the skin of the wearer, resulting in a moist feeling, and the air permeability of the first hydrophobic portion 11 is insufficient; if the total area of the first water-repellent part 11 and the second water-repellent part 12 occupies more than 60% of the total area of the first fiber layer 1, the area for urine to permeate is too small, which affects the downward permeation speed of urine.
In other embodiments, it should be noted that when the moisture absorption degree of the absorbing portion 4 reaches 40% -60%, the height of the absorbing portion 4 is the same as the height of the first protruding portion 21. If the moisture absorption degree of the absorption portion 4 reaches 60%, the height of the absorption portion 4 is lower than the height of the first protruding portion 21, the height reached by the absorption portion 4 after moisture absorption, saturation and expansion is too small, the height of the absorption portion 4 lifting the second hydrophobic portion 12 is too low, and the created dry and breathable microclimate effect is poor; if the moisture absorption degree of the absorbent portion 4 is less than 40%, the height of the absorbent portion 4 is higher than the height of the first protruding portion 21, and the height reached after the absorbent portion 4 is saturated and swelled by moisture absorption is too large, which may cause stress on the skin of the wearer and affect the wearing experience.
In other embodiments, care should be taken that the total area of the first undercut 22 is 30% -40% of the total area of the first carrier layer 2. The total area of the first concave portion 22 occupies less than 30% of the total area of the first carrier layer 2, so that the absorption capacity of the core cannot be ensured, and the total area of the first concave portion 22 occupies more than 40% of the total area of the first carrier layer 2, so that the air permeability of the core is poor.
In other embodiments, care should be taken that the total area of the first protrusions 21 is 50% -60% of the total area of the first carrier layer 2. The air permeability of the core is poor if the total area of the first protrusions 21 is less than 50% of the total area of the first carrier layer 2, and the absorption capacity of the core is poor if the total area of the first protrusions 21 is more than 60% of the total area of the first carrier layer 2.

The ventilation core of the present embodiment, in which the first ventilation channel of the ventilation core of the present embodiment is formed by the first hydrophobic part 11, the first protruding part 21, and the third hydrophobic part 31, further improves the ventilation property of the core relative to the ventilation channel of embodiment 1.
In a preferred embodiment, the position of each third hydrophobic portion 31 corresponds to the position corresponding to the tip of each first protruding portion 21.
Example 3

The color developing layer 5 of the present embodiment is fixed on the second fiber layer 3. The color-developing layer 5 may be formed of a material coated with a urine color-developing agent or may be formed of a coating layer formed of the urine color-developing agent itself; when urine permeates into the color-developing layer 5, the color-developing agent and the urine undergo a color-changing reaction, wherein the color-changing reaction is a reaction that the color difference before and after the reaction is large and the color difference can be obviously perceived by naked eyes of a human body. The color-developing layer 5 can assist the user in judging the condition of urine diffusion and penetration. Specifically, considering that normal urine is generally weak acidic, an acid-base indicator can be used as a urine color developing agent, and the expected technical effect of the color developing layer 5 is achieved by utilizing the characteristic that urine generates corresponding color change when meeting the acid-base indicator.
Example 4

The total area of the second concave portion 62 occupies less than 30% of the total area of the second carrier layer 6, so that the absorption capacity of the core cannot be ensured, and the total area of the second concave portion 62 occupies more than 40% of the total area of the second carrier layer 6, so that the air permeability of the core is poor.
In other embodiments, care should be taken that the total area of the second protrusions 61 is 50% -60% of the total area of the second carrier layer 6. The air permeability of the core is poor if the total area of the second protrusions 61 is less than 50% of the total area of the second carrier layer 6, and the absorption capacity of the core is poor if the total area of the second protrusions 61 is more than 60% of the total area of the second carrier layer 6.
