In the embodiment of the present disclosure, in the case that the specific bit is the first value, the capability indication information may be used to indicate that the terminal device has the capability of simultaneously performing transceiving using two frequency bands in any one of the second frequency band groups; in case the specific bit is a second value, the capability indication information is used to indicate that the terminal device does not have the capability of using two frequency bands in at least one second frequency band group to transmit and receive simultaneously.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, when a second bit other than the specific bit is a first value, the capability indication information is used to indicate that the terminal device has the capability of simultaneously transmitting and receiving using two frequency bands in the second frequency band group corresponding to the second bit; and when the second bit other than the specific bit is a second value, the capability indication information is used for indicating that the terminal equipment does not have the capability of simultaneously transmitting and receiving by using two frequency bands in the second frequency band group corresponding to the second bit.
Illustratively, the first value is "1" and the second value is "0".
It should be noted that, the values of the first value and the second value may also be other values, which are not particularly limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
Illustratively, the number n of the plurality of frequency bands is 2, and the 2 frequency bands may be frequency band #1 and frequency band #2, and the capability indication information includesThe specific bit may be a first bit, or may also be a second bit, or may also be a third bit, and all second frequency band groups formed by two frequency bands that perform transceiving simultaneously in multiple frequency bands include a first second frequency band group: band #1 transmission&Band #2 is received, a second band group: frequency band #1 reception&Band #2 is transmitted. Wherein, the specific bit except the first one of the three bits, the other two bits correspond to the first second frequency band group and the second frequency band group respectively.
Wherein, when the specific bit is a first value, for example, a "1", the capability indication information is used to indicate that the terminal device has the capability of simultaneously transmitting and receiving by using two frequency bands in any one of the second frequency band groups; in case the specific bit is a second value, for example "2", the capability indication information is used to indicate that the terminal device does not have the capability to use two frequency bands of the at least one second frequency band group for simultaneous transceiving.

The capability indication information includes The specific bit is 1, which indicates that the terminal equipment has the capability of simultaneously receiving and transmitting by using two frequency bands in any second frequency band group; if the bit is 0, it indicates that the terminal device does not have the capability of simultaneously transmitting and receiving using two frequency bands in at least one second frequency band group.
When the terminal device does not have the capability of using two frequency bands in at least one second frequency band group to transmit and receive simultaneously, other bits can be used to specifically indicate which second frequency band group of the transmit and receive frequency bands supports the simultaneous transmission and receive. For the CA frequency band nA and the CA frequency band nB, the first second frequency band group is CA frequency band nA for transmitting (Tx) and CA frequency band nB for receiving (Rx), the second frequency band group is CA frequency band nB Tx and CA frequency band nA Rx, and when a certain bit in the capability indication information is '1', the corresponding second frequency band group supports simultaneous receiving and transmitting capability. When the 2 bits of the capability indication information are 11, the first bit and the second bit of the capability indication information are both a first value, and the capability indication information is used for indicating that the terminal equipment has the capability of receiving and transmitting simultaneously by using two frequency bands in the first frequency band group corresponding to the first bit and the second bit. The terminal device supports transmission using the frequency band #1 while the frequency band #2 is being received, and the terminal device also supports transmission of the frequency band #2 while the frequency band #1 is being received.

When the 2 bits of the capability indication information are "00", the first bit and the second bit of the capability indication information are both the second value, and the capability indication information is used for indicating that the terminal device does not have the capability of receiving and transmitting at the same time by using two frequency bands in the first frequency band group corresponding to the first bit and the second bit. The terminal device does not support transmission using the frequency band #1 while the frequency band #2 is being received, and the terminal device does not support transmission using the frequency band #2 while the frequency band #1 is being received.
It should be noted that the above examples are only illustrative, and not as a specific limitation on the embodiments of the present disclosure, the plurality of frequency bands may also include 3 frequency bands or more than 3 frequency bands, and the like.
In some embodiments, the capability indication information includesA plurality of bits, n is the number of frequency bands of a plurality of frequency bands, and a specific bit corresponds to all second frequency band groups formed by two frequency bands which transmit and receive simultaneously in the plurality of frequency bandsEach bit except the specific bit corresponds to a second frequency band group formed by two frequency bands which are transmitted and received simultaneously, and the two frequency bands which are transmitted and received simultaneously by different second frequency band groups are different.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the capability indication information may indicate, by means of a bit map, whether the terminal device has the capability of transmitting and receiving simultaneously using a plurality of frequency bands.
Wherein the capability indication information may includeThe number of bits, n, is the frequency band number of a plurality of frequency bands, one specific bit corresponds to all second frequency band groups formed by two frequency bands which are simultaneously transmitted and received in a plurality of frequency bands, each bit except the specific bit corresponds to a second frequency band group formed by two frequency bands which are simultaneously transmitted and received respectively, and two frequency bands which are simultaneously transmitted and received in different second frequency band groups are different. The different values of the specific bits can respectively indicate whether the terminal equipment has the capability of simultaneously transmitting and receiving by using two frequency bands in any second frequency band group. The different values of each bit except the specific bit can respectively indicate whether the terminal equipment has the capability of simultaneously transmitting and receiving by using two frequency bands in the second frequency band group corresponding to the bit.
In some embodiments, in the case that the specific bit is the first value, the capability indication information is used to indicate that the terminal device has the capability of using two frequency bands in any one of the second frequency band groups to perform transceiving simultaneously; in case the specific bit is a second value, the capability indication information is used to indicate that the terminal device does not have the capability of using two frequency bands in at least one second frequency band group to transmit and receive simultaneously.
In some embodiments, in a case that a second bit other than the specific bit is a first value, the capability indication information is used to indicate that the terminal device has the capability of receiving and transmitting simultaneously using two frequency bands in the second frequency band group corresponding to the second bit; and when the second bit other than the specific bit is a second value, the capability indication information is used for indicating that the terminal equipment does not have the capability of simultaneously transmitting and receiving by using two frequency bands in the second frequency band group corresponding to the second bit.
Wherein, the specific bit except the first one of the three bits, the other two bits respectively correspond to the first oneA second group of frequency bands and a second group of frequency bands.
Wherein, when the specific bit is a first value, for example, 1, the capability indication information is used for indicating that the terminal equipment has the capability of simultaneously receiving and transmitting by using two frequency bands in any one of the second frequency band groups; in case the specific bit is a second value, e.g. "2", the capability indication information is used to indicate that the terminal device does not have the capability to use both frequency bands of the at least one second frequency band group for simultaneous transceiving.
Wherein, when the second bit other than the specific bit is a first value, for example, a "1", the capability indication information is used to indicate that the terminal device has the capability of simultaneously transmitting and receiving using two frequency bands in the second frequency band group corresponding to the second bit, for example, the second bit corresponds to the first second frequency band group, and when the second bit is a "1", the capability indication information is used to indicate that the terminal device has the capability of simultaneously transmitting and receiving using two frequency bands in the first second frequency band group; when the second bit other than the specific bit is a second value, for example, a "2", the capability indication information is used to indicate that the terminal device does not have the capability of transmitting and receiving simultaneously using two frequency bands in the second frequency band group corresponding to the second bit, for example, the second bit corresponds to the first second frequency band group, and when the second bit is a "0", the capability indication information is used to indicate that the terminal device does not have the capability of transmitting and receiving simultaneously using two frequency bands in the first second frequency band group.
For example, for a plurality of bands of 2 CA bands, assuming that the band combination is CA band nA and CA band nB, where CA band nA and CA band nB are both FDD bands, the terminal device reports capability indication information to the network side device. The capability indication information includes The specific bit is 1, which indicates that the terminal equipment has the capability of simultaneously receiving and transmitting by using two frequency bands in any second frequency band group; if the bit is 0, it indicates that the terminal is setThe device does not have the ability to use both frequency bands in at least one second frequency band group for simultaneous transceiving.
Thus, the signaling format may be designed as follows:
bitmap) = (0, 0), bits total 3 bits, bit 0 indicates whether the band combination supports simultaneous transceiving capability, and the second two bits indicate what combined transceiving band supports simultaneous transceiving. The method comprises the following steps:
Bit 0 (specific bit) in Bitmap indicates "1": all transceiver combinations of ca_na-nB support simultaneous transceivers. Otherwise, indicating 0, and determining whether the combined receiving and transmitting frequency bands support simultaneous receiving and transmitting according to the subsequent bits;
bit 1 in Bitmap indicates "1": support nA Tx & nB Rx simultaneous; otherwise, indicate "0": nA Tx & nB Rx are not supported to be performed simultaneously;
bit 2 in Bitmap indicates a "1": support nB Tx & nA Rx to proceed simultaneously; otherwise, indicate "0": no nB Tx & nA Rx is supported to proceed simultaneously.
Illustratively, the capability indication information includes, for a plurality of bands, N CA bandsA combination of 2 CA frequency bands may also be a subset of n frequency bands. The signaling format of the capability indication information may be designed as follows:
bitmap= (0, …, 0), bits are sharedBit, bit 0 indicates whether the band combination supports simultaneous transceiving capability, followed by +.>The bit indicates which combined transmit and receive bands support simultaneous transmissions. Taking 4band CA as an example, there is a total of +.>The bits are as follows:
bit 0 (specific bit) in Bitmap indicates "1": all transceiver combinations of 4band CA support simultaneous transceivers. Otherwise, indicating "0", the subsequent bit is needed to determine what combined transmit/receive frequency bands support simultaneous transmission.
Bit 1 in Bitmap indicates "1": support nA Tx & nB Rx simultaneous; otherwise, indicate "0": nA Tx & nB Rx are not supported to be performed simultaneously;
bit 2 in Bitmap indicates a "1": support nA Tx & nC Rx simultaneous; otherwise, indicate "0": nA Tx & nC Rx are not supported to be performed simultaneously;
bit 3 in Bitmap indicates a "1": support nA Tx & nD Rx to proceed simultaneously; otherwise, indicate "0": nA Tx & nD Rx are not supported to be performed simultaneously;
bit 4 in Bitmap indicates a "1": support nB Tx & nA Rx to proceed simultaneously; otherwise, indicate "0": no support for nB Tx & nA Rx simultaneous;
bit 5 in Bitmap indicates a "1": support nB Tx & nC Rx to proceed simultaneously; otherwise, indicate "0": no support for nB Tx & nC Rx simultaneous;
bit 6 in Bitmap indicates a "1": support nB Tx & nD Rx to proceed simultaneously; otherwise, indicate "0": no support for nB Tx & nD Rx simultaneous;
bit 7 in Bitmap indicates a "1": support nC Tx & nA Rx to proceed simultaneously; otherwise, indicate "0": no nC Tx & nA Rx is supported to proceed simultaneously;
bit 8 in Bitmap indicates a "1": support nC Tx & nB Rx to proceed simultaneously; otherwise, indicate "0": no nC Tx & nB Rx is supported to be performed simultaneously;
Bit 9 in Bitmap indicates a "1": support nC Tx & nD Rx to be performed simultaneously; otherwise, indicate "0": no simultaneous nC Tx & nD Rx is supported;
bit 10 in Bitmap indicates a "1": support nD Tx & nA Rx to be performed simultaneously; otherwise, indicate "0": no nD Tx & nA Rx is supported to be performed simultaneously;
bit 11 in Bitmap indicates "1": support nD Tx & nB Rx to be performed simultaneously; otherwise, indicate "0": no simultaneous nD Tx & nB Rx is supported;
bit 12 in Bitmap indicates a "1": support nD Tx & nC Rx to be performed simultaneously; otherwise, indicate "0": no simultaneous nD Tx & nC Rx is supported.

In some embodiments, the frequency bands are frequency bands in a CA frequency band combination, and/or frequency bands in a DC frequency band combination.

It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, S51 may be implemented alone or in combination with any one of the other steps in the embodiment of the present disclosure, for example, S41 in combination with the embodiment of the present disclosure, which is not limited thereto.
By implementing the embodiment of the disclosure, the network side device receives capability indication information reported by the terminal device in response to determining that a plurality of frequency bands need to be used for transmitting and receiving simultaneously, wherein the capability indication information is used for indicating whether the terminal device has the capability of transmitting and receiving simultaneously by using the plurality of frequency bands, and the plurality of frequency bands comprise at least one first frequency band for transmitting and at least one second frequency band for receiving. Therefore, the terminal equipment supports reporting of the capability indication information, and the network side equipment can adjust information transceiving of corresponding frequency bands according to whether the terminal equipment has the capability of transceiving simultaneously by using a plurality of frequency bands so as to avoid transceiving interference among the frequency bands.
In the exemplary embodiment, in order to increase transmission bandwidth and improve throughput in LTE and NR, a large number of band combinations, such as carrier aggregation (Carrier Aggregation), dual connection (Dual Connectivity), and the like, including band combinations of two bands and a plurality of bands are introduced. Taking two-Band carrier aggregation ca_na-nB as an example, when Band (Band) nA transmission and Band nB reception cannot be performed simultaneously due to an inter-Band interference problem, the terminal reports the capability to the base station, thereby limiting the Band nA transmission and Band nB reception to be performed simultaneously. However, only the simultaneous transceiving capability of the combination of TDD-TDD (TDD band and TDD band, hereinafter the same) and TDD-FDD (TDD band and FDD band, hereinafter the same) is defined, and the simultaneous transceiving capability of the combination of FDD-FDD (FDD band and FDD band, hereinafter the same) is not defined. Therefore, as the demands of operators for different frequency band combinations are increasing, the introduction of the simultaneous transceiving capability of the FDD-FDD frequency band combination and how to report the capability are the problems to be solved.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the simultaneous transceiving capability is not defined for the FDD-FDD frequency band combination in CA and DC, so that transceiving interference between frequency bands cannot be avoided by partial FDD-FDD frequency band combination.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides a method for reporting the simultaneous receiving and transmitting capability of a terminal device supporting frequency band combination, which comprises CA, DC and the like.
The format of the simultaneous transceiving capability report is as described in the embodiment, and in the embodiment, NR CA will be taken as an example.
Exemplary embodimentsAnd for a plurality of bands which are 2 CA bands, assuming that the bands are combined into a CA band nA and a CA band nB, wherein the CA band nA and the CA band nB are FDD bands, the terminal equipment reports the capability indication information to the network side equipment. The capability indication information includesThe specific bit is 1, which indicates that the terminal equipment has the capability of simultaneously receiving and transmitting by using two frequency bands in any second frequency band group; if the bit is 0, it indicates that the terminal device does not have the capability of simultaneously transmitting and receiving using two frequency bands in at least one second frequency band group.
Thus, the signaling format may be designed as follows:
Bitmap) = (0, 0), bits total 3 bits, bit 0 indicates whether the band combination supports simultaneous transceiving capability, and the second two bits indicate what combined transceiving band supports simultaneous transceiving. The method comprises the following steps:
bit 0 (specific bit) in Bitmap indicates "1": all transceiver combinations of ca_na-nB support simultaneous transceivers. Otherwise, indicating 0, and determining whether the combined receiving and transmitting frequency bands support simultaneous receiving and transmitting according to the subsequent bits;
bit 1 in Bitmap indicates "1": support nA Tx & nB Rx simultaneous; otherwise, indicate "0": nA Tx & nB Rx are not supported to be performed simultaneously;
bit 2 in Bitmap indicates a "1": support nB Tx & nA Rx to proceed simultaneously; otherwise, indicate "0": no nB Tx & nA Rx is supported to proceed simultaneously.
Taking 4band CA as an example, there is a total of +. >The bits are as follows:
bit 0 (specific bit) in Bitmap indicates "1": all transceiver combinations of 4band CA support simultaneous transceivers. Otherwise, indicating "0", the subsequent bit is needed to determine what combined transmit/receive frequency bands support simultaneous transmission.
Bit 1 in Bitmap indicates "1": support nA Tx & nB Rx simultaneous; otherwise, indicate "0": nA Tx & nB Rx are not supported to be performed simultaneously;
bit 2 in Bitmap indicates a "1": support nA Tx & nC Rx simultaneous; otherwise, indicate "0": nA Tx & nC Rx are not supported to be performed simultaneously;
bit 3 in Bitmap indicates a "1": support nA Tx & nD Rx to proceed simultaneously; otherwise, indicate "0": nA Tx & nD Rx are not supported to be performed simultaneously;
bit 4 in Bitmap indicates a "1": support nB Tx & nA Rx to proceed simultaneously; otherwise, indicate "0": no support for nB Tx & nA Rx simultaneous;
bit 5 in Bitmap indicates a "1": support nB Tx & nC Rx to proceed simultaneously; otherwise, indicate "0": no support for nB Tx & nC Rx simultaneous;
bit 6 in Bitmap indicates a "1": support nB Tx & nD Rx to proceed simultaneously; otherwise, indicate "0": no support for nB Tx & nD Rx simultaneous;

bit 8 in Bitmap indicates a "1": support nC Tx & nB Rx to proceed simultaneously; otherwise, indicate "0": no nC Tx & nB Rx is supported to be performed simultaneously;
bit 9 in Bitmap indicates a "1": support nC Tx & nD Rx to be performed simultaneously; otherwise, indicate "0": no simultaneous nC Tx & nD Rx is supported;
bit 10 in Bitmap indicates a "1": support nD Tx & nA Rx to be performed simultaneously; otherwise, indicate "0": no nD Tx & nA Rx is supported to be performed simultaneously;
bit 11 in Bitmap indicates "1": support nD Tx & nB Rx to be performed simultaneously; otherwise, indicate "0": no simultaneous nD Tx & nB Rx is supported;
bit 12 in Bitmap indicates a "1": support nD Tx & nC Rx to be performed simultaneously; otherwise, indicate "0": no simultaneous nD Tx & nC Rx is supported.
