Description

Content data distribution method and device, storage medium and electronic equipment
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of computers, and in particular, to a method and apparatus for distributing content data, a storage medium, and an electronic device.
Background
With the continuous development of audio and video technologies, internet live broadcast has become a part of people's daily production and life, and application providers provide transmission services for cloud service providers with better performance through selecting the cloud service providers, so that the business experience of users is improved. For example, in an audio/video live broadcast service, if a user can experience a live broadcast service with less blocking and lower time delay, the online time length of the user is higher, so that the probability of converting into service benefits is higher.
The existing CDN manufacturer selection scheme mainly adjusts the flow distribution share of the next stage in a round-robin or regional demarcation mode based on the total score of each manufacturer in the past period, and key indexes affecting user experience in each user group cannot be fully reflected; moreover, for the user group with generally better service experience, the method of round robin and region demarcation is difficult to realize balance of performance benefit and traffic overhead.
Therefore, the related art cannot accurately optimize the limited factors of the user group with poor service experience, so that the long tail effect of the service as a whole is more prominent, and when the CDN manufacturer is selected for the user group with always better service performance, the balance of the performance gain and the flow cost cannot be fully considered, so that the real user experience is not considered in the selection mode of the content distribution platform in the related art, and the technical problem that the distribution efficiency of the content data is difficult to guarantee is caused.
In view of the above problems, no effective solution has been proposed at present.

alternatively, in this embodiment, the plurality of user groups may include, but are not limited to, user groups generated by dividing according to an area, province, region, operator, access mode, etc. where the user terminal is located, each user group is associated with a plurality of content distribution platforms, and the content distribution method provided by the present application selects a suitable content distribution platform to distribute content data.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the above-described individual users refer to individual users in each user group, and the above-described user index data may be understood as index data for evaluating a business experience with respect to one piece of content data, for example, scoring.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating an alternative method for distributing content data according to an embodiment of the present application, where, as shown in fig. 3, when a suitable cloud service provider (CDN vendor) is selected, a "multi-provider policy" is adopted, that is, a corresponding proportion of traffic is allocated according to the quality of service experience of the client under each cloud service provider; for example, 50% of audio and video live broadcast traffic is distributed to cloud service providers with optimal performance; distributing 1/3 of audio and video live broadcast flow for cloud service providers with 'suboptimal' performance; distributing 1/6 of audio and video live traffic to a cloud service provider with a third performance ranking, and in order to evaluate the performance of the CDN manufacturer, an application provider often calculates and obtains a final Score (named score_CDN_i) of each CDN manufacturer according to a plurality of client indexes; the client indexes (corresponding to the user index data) comprise a first frame length, an end-to-end delay, a streaming success rate, a blocking duration, a number of times and the like.
It should be noted that, the user index data may be determined through a service experience message pkt_qoe sent by a user, where the pkt_qoe includes QoE data related to the user in a process of experiencing content data, and pkt_qoe refers to quality experience of a network data packet, and may be measured by various indexes, such as time delay, packet loss rate, packet jitter, and the like. The indexes can help to evaluate the performance of the network and the experience of the user, namely, the indexes of parameters such as the first frame time delay, the streaming success rate, the end-to-end time delay, the audio and video clamping duration, the times and the like are used for scoring the experience process of the primary content data.
Alternatively, in this embodiment, the content delivery platform may be understood as various CDN vendors, which refer to companies or organizations that provide Content Delivery Network (CDN) services. CDNs are a technology that improves web site performance and availability by caching and delivering content across multiple servers worldwide. CDN vendors typically provide infrastructure and technology to help customers speed up delivery of their websites, applications, video, and other online content.
Illustratively, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of another alternative method for distributing content data according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4, the user index data is essentially related to a propagation flow of content data once, that is, the execution subject is an application provider, and the user index data is respectively related to a sending subject (user terminal) and a receiving subject (CDN provider) of content data once, so that the user index data can also be used to evaluate content distribution capability of a content distribution platform in the propagation flow of content data once.
It should be noted that, the foregoing content data delivery capability is directly related to resource overhead, and taking the content delivery platform as an example of a CDN vendor, it may be understood that the CDN vendor needs to input a large amount of resources, such as servers, storage, bandwidth, etc., to provide an efficient, fast, and stable content delivery service. As an application provider, a considerable amount of virtual resources need to be transferred to the CDN vendor to implement the use of the CDN vendor to deliver content data to the user terminal, and as the content data delivery capability is enhanced, the CDN vendor needs to input more resources to support the capability, so as to ensure that the user can obtain a good experience. Therefore, when designing and operating CDN services, it is necessary to trade off the relationship between resource overhead and content data delivery capability to achieve optimal cost performance.
In an exemplary embodiment, the user index data is used to evaluate the user's business experience on the content data, and the user's experience is very important in the content distribution process. Only if the experience of the user on the content data is good, the stable and sustainable development of the content distribution platform can be ensured. By receiving user index data sent by each user in the plurality of user groups, the user's business experience of the content data can be evaluated. In practical applications, there are often multiple user groups sending index data to the content distribution platform at the same time. Such index data may come from different regions, different network environments, different devices, etc. The method comprises the steps of receiving index data sent by each user in a plurality of user groups, processing and analyzing the data to determine the resource cost of each content distribution platform and the content data distribution capacity thereof in the content distribution process, and comparing and analyzing the resource cost and the content distribution capacity of different content distribution platforms to select a proper content distribution platform for each user group so as to improve the service experience of the user on the content data.
S204, dividing the plurality of user groups into a first user group and a second user group according to the user index data, wherein the service experience of the first user group is better than that of the second user group;
optionally, in this embodiment, the service experience includes, but is not limited to, an average value of user index data of each user in a group. The service experience of the first user group is better than that of the second user group, which can be understood as that one or more of average delay, average packet loss rate and average packet jitter of the first user group are better than those of the second user group.
Experience of different user groups is accurately known, and different strategies are adopted for the different user groups, so that overall service benefit is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, the method and the system can be used for improving user experience of a client and reducing cost of an application provider, and the application provider periodically detects an overall service experience index of each user group and a service experience index of each cloud service provider in the user group, so that for the user group with better service experience, a cloud service provider capable of considering service price and service benefit is selected to provide service for the user group; for a user group with poor service experience, screening out key limited indexes influencing the service experience, and selecting a cloud service provider capable of obviously optimizing the limited indexes to provide services for the user group. By formulating differentiated cloud service selection strategies aiming at the levels of different user group service experiences, namely selecting a cloud service provider which gives consideration to service price and service income to the user group with better performance all the time, selecting a cloud service provider which can remarkably improve limited indexes to the user group with poorer performance all the time, the problem that differentiated optimization cannot be executed aiming at different service experience groups in the existing network traffic scheduling process is solved, the integral optimization of service experience in an audio and video live broadcast scene is enhanced, and the income of an application service provider is improved.
S206, determining a first content distribution platform and a second content distribution platform from a plurality of content distribution platforms according to user index data, wherein the first content distribution platform comprises a content distribution platform with cost performance parameters meeting preset cost performance conditions, the value of the cost performance parameters is positively correlated with content data distribution capacity and negatively correlated with resource expense, the second content distribution platform comprises a content distribution platform with platform index data meeting preset index conditions, the platform index data is used for evaluating the content distribution capacity of the content distribution platform relative to target parameters, and the target parameters represent user parameters with influence degrees on service experience of users in the second user group meeting preset influence conditions;
optionally, in this embodiment, the first content distribution platform may be understood as a platform with the most suitable cost performance parameter for the first user group, and since the service experience of the first user group is better, selecting a content distribution platform with a slightly weaker content distribution capability has less influence on the service experience of the user in the first user group, however, selecting a content distribution platform with a slightly weaker content distribution capability may effectively reduce the cost of using the content distribution platform, so that the benefit of the application provider can be improved.
It should be noted that, the cost performance parameter may be understood as a cost performance score representing a cost performance value of each content distribution platform relative to the first user group, and the preset cost performance condition may be understood as a cost performance condition associated with the first user group, that is, for the first user group, a cost performance parameter of each content distribution platform is calculated, and a content platform whose cost performance parameter satisfies the preset cost performance condition is selected as the first content distribution platform.
The value of the cost performance parameter is positively correlated with the content data distribution capability, and is negatively correlated with the resource cost, which can be understood as that the higher the content data distribution capability of the content distribution platform is, the lower the resource cost is, the higher the value of the cost performance parameter is.
In one exemplary embodiment, analysis is performed on user index data to determine a first content distribution platform from among a plurality of content distribution platforms and solve the related technical problem. The cost performance parameter refers to a cost performance value of the content distribution platform, wherein the cost performance value is positively related to content data distribution capacity and negatively related to resource expense.
Specifically, the user index data is analyzed, and the first content distribution platform meeting the preset condition is screened out according to the cost performance parameters. For example, an optimal cost performance platform is determined by comparing the cost performance parameter values of different platforms.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the above-mentioned second content distribution platform may be understood as a platform that is most adapted to a part of parameters of the second user group, and because the service experience of the second user group is overall poor, a main reason that causes the service experience of the second user group to be poor is determined first, where the main reason is used to indicate a specific target parameter, that is, because the target parameter is poor, and thus causes the service experience of the second user group to be overall poor, and at this time, a content distribution platform that is optimal for the content distribution capability of the target parameter is selected, so as to purposefully improve the service experience of the user in the second user group.
It should be noted that, the above-mentioned platform index data is used for evaluating the content distribution capability of the content distribution platform about the target parameter, where the target parameter represents the user parameter whose influence degree on the service experience of the user in the second user group meets the preset influence condition. Screening out a second content distribution platform meeting preset conditions through the platform index data. For example, by comparing distribution capabilities of different content distribution platforms with respect to target parameters, a content distribution platform satisfying a preset index condition is selected.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the platform index data includes, but is not limited to, index data indicating that the content delivery platform is specific to a parameter, for example, a certain CDN vendor serves 100 users, and the first frame delay of the 100 users is higher than that of other CDN vendors serving the 100 users, where the CDN vendor is the content delivery platform whose platform index data meets the preset index condition.
It should be noted that the target parameter may be understood as one or more parameters for determining the above user index data, that is, may be a first frame delay, a streaming success rate, an end-to-end delay, an audio/video clip duration and number of times, and the like.
Of course, when the target parameter includes a plurality of target parameters, the target parameters may be weighted based on preset weights to determine a content distribution platform in which the indexes more satisfy preset index conditions among the content distribution platforms.
The above-mentioned influence degree may be understood as the influence degree of the target parameter on the user index data, for example, the target parameter is a parameter of the second user group with the worst rank among the user groups.
In an exemplary embodiment, the application provider locates in the second user group the key QoE metrics (corresponding to the aforementioned target parameters) affecting its traffic experience, and the specific locating method is as follows:
S1, respectively counting ranking conditions of QoE indexes (namely sub_score_1, sub_score_2, sub_score_3, sub_score_4 and sub_score_5) of a second user group in all user groups;
s2, if a certain sub_score_i is named after c% in all user groups, the QoE is considered as a limited index (QoE_limited) of service experience of a second user group; wherein c defaults to 10;
s3, the application provider screens out CDN manufacturers capable of remarkably improving the QoE_limited index from all CDN manufacturers, and selects the CDN manufacturers for the second user group:
s3-1, the application provider respectively counts the scores of QoE (quality of experience) such as the instant frame time delay, the streaming success rate, the end-to-end time delay, the audio and video cartoon duration and times of each CDN manufacturer in the past period, namely sub_score_1, sub_score_2, sub_score_3, sub_score_4 and sub_score_5;
s3-2, the application provider selects a CDN manufacturer with the highest sub_score_i score from the CDN manufacturers, wherein the sub_score_i corresponds to the QoE_limited index; for example, if qoe_limited of the second user group is audio/video clip long, the CDN vendor with the highest sub_score_4 score is selected to provide audio/video live broadcast service for the second user group.
S208, configuring the first user group to distribute content data through the first content distribution platform, and configuring the second user group to distribute content data through the second content distribution platform.
Alternatively, in this embodiment, the configuration process may include, but is not limited to, dividing the user groups according to different service experience levels, and selecting an appropriate content distribution platform according to the divided user groups.
As shown in fig. 4, the application provider may send the CDN vendor selected for the user group with different service experience levels to the DNS system, and after receiving the domain name query message sent by the user in the group, the DNS system locates, according to the message carrying pkt_mark, information of the CDN vendor selected by the application provider, and replies the information to the user terminal, so as to facilitate content data distribution to the user terminal through the CDN vendor selected by the application provider.
In an exemplary embodiment, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of yet another alternative method of distributing content data according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, including, but not limited to, the steps of:
s502, the application provider detects the service performance of each user group and CDN manufacturer;
S504, dividing the service experience level of the user group and the internal user;
s506, judging whether the user group is a user group with better experience;
s508, if the judgment result in the step S506 is negative, judging whether the user group is a user group with poor experience;
s510, selecting CDN manufacturers with better performance and executing step S516 under the condition that the judgment result of the step S508 is yes;
s512, if the judgment result in the step S508 is negative, selecting CDN manufacturers according to the service performance experience according to the proportion, and executing a step S516;
s514, if the judgment result in the step S506 is yes, the CDN manufacturer is selected at the same time of service cost, and the step S516 is executed;
s516, CDN manufacturer selects result to send down to DNS system;
s518, the DNS system replies the selected CDN manufacturer according to the Pkt_mark in the message.
By the embodiment, the user index data sent by each user in a plurality of user groups is received, wherein the user index data is used for evaluating the service experience of one user for one piece of content data, one piece of content data is distributed to one user by one content distribution platform in a plurality of content distribution platforms, the content data distribution capacity of each content distribution platform is positively correlated with resource expense, the plurality of user groups are divided into a first user group and a second user group according to the user index data, the service experience of the first user group is better than the service experience of the second user group, the first content distribution platform and the second content distribution platform are determined from the plurality of content distribution platforms according to the user index data, the first content distribution platform comprises a content distribution platform with the cost performance parameters meeting the preset cost performance condition, the value of the cost performance parameter is positively correlated with the content data distribution capability and negatively correlated with the resource expense, the second content distribution platform comprises a content distribution platform with platform index data meeting preset index conditions, the platform index data are used for evaluating the content distribution capability of the content distribution platform relative to target parameters, the target parameters represent user parameters with the influence degree of the service experience of users in the second user group meeting the preset influence conditions, the first user group is configured to distribute the content data through the first content distribution platform, the second user group is configured to distribute the content data through the second content distribution platform, and the user groups are classified into at least two types with good service experience and poor service experience through analysis of the user index data. On the basis, the first content distribution platform and the second content distribution platform are determined by screening and evaluating cost performance parameters and platform index data of a plurality of content distribution platforms. Finally, the user group with excellent service experience is configured to distribute content data through the first content distribution platform, and the user group with poor service experience is configured to distribute content data through the second content distribution platform, so that the purposes of optimizing content distribution strategies and improving user experience according to requirements of different user groups are achieved, the technical effects of improving content data distribution efficiency and optimizing user experience on the content data are achieved, and further the technical problem that different content distribution platforms cannot be set for different user groups in a targeted manner, and the content data distribution efficiency is low is solved.
As an alternative, dividing the plurality of user groups into the first user group and the second user group according to the user index data includes: determining a plurality of group index data corresponding to each user group in a plurality of user groups according to the user index data, wherein the group index data represents the average value of the user index data of each user in the corresponding user group; and arranging the plurality of group index data in a descending order to obtain a first user group and a second user group, wherein the first user group comprises A user groups with the group index data being ranked at the front, the second user group comprises B user groups with the group index data being ranked at the rear, the sum of the number of the groups of the first user group and the number of the groups of the second user group is not more than the total number of the groups of the plurality of user groups, and A, B is a natural number.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the group indicator data is used to evaluate the overall service experience of the corresponding user group, where the group indicator data is generally determined by an average value of the user indicator data of each user in the group.
In an exemplary embodiment, when a user group has a user of a preset type, a corresponding weight may be configured for the user of the preset type, and the group index data of the user group may be determined as a weighted average value of the users. For example, when a user group has a user with a member function opened, a larger weight is configured for the user group, so that the user experience of the user group is more referred to, and a more reasonable content distribution platform is configured for the user group corresponding to the user group.
It should be noted that fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of another alternative content data distribution method according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 6, including but not limited to a user group P and a user group Q, when calculated using an average value, the weight of each user in the user group P is equal to 0.25, and at this time, the group index data of the user group P is P 1 、P 2 、P 3 、P 4 When calculated using a weighted average, corresponds to a different weight for each user in the group Q of users, where Q 1 、Q 2 、Q 3 Are all 0.1, Q 4 At this time, the group index data of the user group Q is Q0.7 1 、Q 2 、Q 3 、Q 4 Is a weighted average of (c).
It should be noted that, the corresponding group index data is obtained by grouping users according to different indexes and then averaging the user index data in each user group. Through analysis of the group index data, business experience of different user groups can be better understood, and therefore support is provided for enterprises to formulate more accurate strategies.
Through the above embodiment, in practical application, the sorting by using the group index data is a very effective user analysis method, and through deep analysis of the group index data of different user groups, a suitable content data distribution platform can be better configured for the user groups, so that the market competitiveness and profitability are improved.
As an alternative, the method further includes:
determining a third user group according to the first user group and the second user group under the condition that the sum of the group number of the first user group and the group number of the second user group is smaller than the total group number of the plurality of user groups, wherein the third user group is other user groups except the first user group and the second user group in the plurality of user groups;
acquiring a plurality of distribution index data corresponding to the plurality of content distribution platforms one by one, wherein the distribution index data are used for evaluating the content data distribution capacity of the corresponding content distribution platform;
determining a third content distribution platform according to the plurality of distribution index data, wherein the third content distribution platform is a content distribution platform with the distribution index data meeting preset distribution index conditions;
the third group of users is configured to distribute content data via the third content distribution platform.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the third user group may be understood as other user groups except the first user group with better experience and the second user group with worse experience, and at this time, it may be understood that for the third user group, the cost performance is not needed to be considered, but the content distribution platform with optimal performance is selected to provide content data for the third user group, so as to achieve optimal service experience.
The distribution index data is used for evaluating the content data distribution capability of the corresponding content distribution platform, the distribution index data can be an overall performance evaluation parameter of the content distribution platform or some key performance evaluation parameters of the content distribution platform, and the third content distribution platform can be determined from a plurality of content distribution platforms through the distribution index data.
For example, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of yet another alternative method for distributing content data, as shown in fig. 7, in which sorting group index data is a common analysis method, taking A, B as an example, where a plurality of group index data are arranged in descending order, a user group P with better service experience and a user group Q with worse service experience can be quickly found. In this process, two parameters need to be determined: a first user group (including the first 1 user group P in the order of the group index data) and a second user group (including the last 1 user group Q in the order of the group index data), and a third user group I and a third user group J.
As an alternative, the method further includes: dividing the third user group into a plurality of user subgroups according to a predetermined dividing ratio, wherein the plurality of user subgroups comprise a first user subgroup, a second user subgroup and a third user subgroup, the number of the first user subgroup is greater than that of the second user subgroup, and the number of the second user subgroup is greater than that of the third user subgroup; determining a third content distribution platform with a first distribution index data rank, a third content distribution platform with a second distribution index data rank and a third content distribution platform with a third distribution index data rank according to the plurality of distribution index data; configuring the first subgroup of users to distribute content data through a third content distribution platform that distributes index data rank first; configuring the second subgroup of users to distribute the content data through a third content distribution platform that distributes the index data rank second; the third subgroup of users is configured to distribute the content data via a third content distribution platform that distributes the index data ranked third.
Alternatively, in this embodiment, the third content distribution platform may include a plurality of content distribution platforms, by arranging the distribution index data in descending order to determine three third content distribution platforms of which the distribution index data is ranked first, second, and third, and configure users in most of the third user groups to distribute data through the content distribution platform of which the distribution index data is optimal, configure users in a small portion of the third user groups to distribute data through the content distribution platform of which the distribution index data is suboptimal, and configure users in a smaller portion of the third user groups to distribute data through the content distribution platform of which the distribution index data is suboptimal.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram illustrating a further alternative method for distributing content data according to an embodiment of the present application, where, as shown in fig. 8, the number of users of the first user subgroup is greater than the number of users of the second user subgroup, and the number of users of the second user subgroup is greater than the number of users of the third user subgroup. The number of users of the first user subgroup, the second user subgroup and the third user subgroup may be preset, or may be calculated in real time according to a predetermined weight value.
In an exemplary embodiment, taking the example that the content delivery platform is a CDN vendor, the application provider selects the CDN vendor for the remaining user groups (excluding the remaining user groups of the first user group and the second user group) according to the overall score (corresponding to the foregoing delivery index data) of the CDN vendor, specifically as follows:
s1, selecting most (such as m1%, corresponding to the first user subgroup) of the rest user groups (corresponding to the third user group) to provide audio and video live broadcast service for CDN manufacturers with the highest score_CDN_i;
s2, selecting a small number (such as m2 percent, corresponding to the second user subgroup) of the rest user groups to provide audio and video live broadcast service for CDN manufacturers with second high score_CDN_i;
s3, selecting a small number (such as m3 percent, corresponding to the third user subgroup) of the rest user groups to provide audio and video live broadcast service for CDN manufacturers with third high score_CDN_i;
s4, in the application, m1> m2> m3;
as an alternative, the method further includes: acquiring a plurality of user parameter sets sent by each user in a target user group, wherein different user parameters in each user parameter set are commonly used for determining user index parameters of corresponding users, and the plurality of user groups comprise the target user group; determining a plurality of service experience levels according to a plurality of user parameter sets, wherein each service experience level is used for indicating the service experience of a corresponding user relative to a target user group; and configuring the target user to distribute the content data through the first content distribution platform or the second content distribution platform according to the target service experience level, wherein the service experience levels comprise target service experience levels, and the target service experience levels correspond to the target user.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the above user parameter set may be understood as a user parameter set formed by user parameters such as a first frame delay, a streaming success rate, an end-to-end delay, an audio/video clip duration and a number of times.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the service experience level is used to indicate the service experience level of the user in the user group where the user is located in a case of corresponding to the user.
For example, the application provider may calculate the scores of the individual QoE metrics for each user, namely sub_score_1, sub_score_2, sub_score_3, sub_score_4 and sub_score_5, and calculate the total Score score_usr; judging the service experience Performance (Performance) of the user terminal according to the ranking of the calculated total score_usr in the user group, wherein the user terminal belongs to a user with better Performance when performance=0 corresponding to the service experience level; when performance=1, the user terminal belongs to a user with moderate Performance; when performance=2, the user terminal belongs to a user with poor Performance, fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of another alternative method for distributing content data according to an embodiment of the present application, where, as shown in fig. 9, user 1 and user 2 belong to a user with better Performance, user 3 to user 7 belong to a user with general Performance, and user 8 and user 9 belong to a user with poor Performance.
As an alternative, determining a plurality of service experience levels according to a plurality of user parameter sets includes: determining a plurality of user index data corresponding to each user one by one according to a plurality of user parameter sets; and determining a plurality of service experience levels according to the ordering positions of the user index data in the plurality of user index data, wherein the plurality of service experience levels comprise a first level, a second level and a third level, the first level represents that the user index data associated with the corresponding user is positioned in the first N pieces of the user index data, the second level represents that the user index data of the corresponding user is positioned in the last M pieces of the user index data, the third level represents that the corresponding user is other users except the corresponding users of the first level and the second level in the target user group, the sum of the number of the users of the first level and the number of the users of the second level is smaller than the total number of the users of the target user group, and N, M is a natural number.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the first level includes, but is not limited to, the user with performance=0, the second level includes, but is not limited to, the user with performance=1, and the third level includes, but is not limited to, the user with performance=2.
As an alternative, configuring the target user to distribute the content data through the first content distribution platform or the second content distribution platform according to the target service experience level includes:
under the condition that the target service experience level is the first level, configuring a target user to distribute content data through a first content distribution platform;
and in the case that the target service experience level is the second level, configuring the target user to distribute the content data through the second content distribution platform.
Optionally, in this embodiment, when the target user is the first level, it may be understood that the service experience of the user is better, a first content distribution platform with higher cost performance is configured for the target user to complete the distribution of the content data, and when the target user is the second level, it may be understood that the service experience of the user is worse, a second content distribution platform with higher performance is configured for the target user to complete the distribution of the content data.
As an alternative, the method further includes: determining a sequencing index set according to a target user parameter set corresponding to a target user and a plurality of user parameter sets under the condition that the target service experience level is a third level, wherein each sequencing index in the sequencing index set is used for representing the sequencing position of each user parameter in the target user parameter set in the plurality of user parameter sets; determining target user parameters meeting preset sorting conditions according to the sorting index set, and determining a fourth content distribution platform based on the target user parameters, wherein the fourth content distribution platform comprises a content distribution platform meeting preset distribution capability conditions after sorting the distribution capability of the target user parameters; the target user is configured to distribute the content data via the fourth content distribution platform.
Optionally, in this embodiment, each ranking indicator in the above-mentioned ranking indicator set is used to indicate a ranking position of one user parameter in the target user parameter set in the plurality of user parameter sets for ranking the user parameter. The content distribution platform satisfying the preset distribution capability condition may include, but is not limited to, any one of Top N content distribution platforms after the distribution capability ordering about the target user parameter, or may be an optimal one. The above preset ordering condition may be understood as the latter c% or the last one, etc.
Illustratively, fig. 10 is a schematic diagram of yet another alternative method of distributing content data, according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 10, including, but not limited to, the steps of:
s1, counting the sorting positions of all user parameters (namely, parameter 1, parameter 2, parameter 3 and parameter 4, corresponding to the user parameter set) of all users in the user group respectively;
s2, if a certain user parameter is ranked as 90% in all users in the user group, the user is considered as a target user parameter of a target user;
s3, screening a content distribution platform capable of remarkably improving the target user parameters according to the target user parameters:
S3-1, respectively counting the scores of each content distribution platform on the target user parameters in the past period;
s3-2, selecting a fourth content distribution platform with the strongest distribution capacity corresponding to the target user parameter from the content distribution platforms, for example, if the target user parameter of the target user is audio/video clip duration, selecting CDN manufacturer with the highest audio/video clip duration score to provide service for the target user.
As an alternative, the method further includes:
in the case that the second user group comprises a target user group and the service experience level of the target user is a first level, configuring the target user to distribute content data through the first content distribution platform;
in the case that the first user group includes a target user group and the service experience level of the target user is the second level, the target user is configured to distribute the content data through the second content distribution platform.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the second user group includes a target user group, and the service experience level of the target user is a first level, which may be understood as a user with a better service experience in the user group with a worse service experience, and the first user group includes a target user group, and the service experience level of the target user is a second level, which may be understood as a user with a worse service experience in the user group with a better service experience.
As an alternative, the method further includes: determining a third user group according to the first user group and the second user group under the condition that the sum of the group number of the first user group and the group number of the second user group is smaller than the total group number, wherein the third user group is other user groups except the first user group and the second user group in the plurality of user groups; in the case that the third user group comprises a target user group and the service experience level of the target user is the first level, configuring the target user to distribute content data through the first content distribution platform; in case the third user group comprises a target user group and the business experience level of the target user is the second level, the target user is configured to distribute the content data through the second content distribution platform.
As an alternative, configuring the first user group to distribute content data through the first content distribution platform and configuring the second user group to distribute content data through the second content distribution platform includes: acquiring group service experience grade identifiers of a first user group and a second user group, wherein the group service experience grade identifiers are determined by user index data; and sending the first positioning information corresponding to the first content distribution platform to a domain name system associated with the first user group according to the group service experience grade identification, and sending the second positioning information corresponding to the second content distribution platform to a domain name system associated with the second user group, wherein the domain name system is used for responding to the content data request message sent by the terminal equipment and forwarding the content data corresponding to the first content distribution platform or the second content distribution platform to the terminal equipment.
The application is further illustrated by the following examples:
the application provides a service selection method oriented to audio and video live broadcast service experience, which can be used for improving user experience of a client and reducing cost of an application provider, and belongs to the field of computer network scheduling and transmission. Wherein the method comprises the following steps: the application provider periodically detects the overall service experience index of each user group and the service experience index of each cloud service provider in the user group; for a user group with better business experience, selecting a cloud service provider capable of considering service price and business income to provide services for the user group; for a user group with poor service experience, screening out key limited indexes influencing the service experience, and selecting a cloud service provider capable of obviously optimizing the limited indexes to provide services for the user group. Compared with the existing cloud service selection method using round robin or regional demarcation, the method can formulate differentiated cloud service selection strategies aiming at the levels of different user group service experiences, namely, cloud service providers which are always good in performance and give consideration to service prices and service benefits are selected for user groups, and cloud service providers which are always poor in performance and can obviously improve limited indexes are selected for user groups; the method and the system are beneficial to solving the problem that the differentiated optimization cannot be executed aiming at different service experience groups in the existing network traffic scheduling process, enhancing the overall optimization of service experience in an audio and video live broadcast scene and improving the benefits of application service providers.
In summary, taking an audio and video live broadcast service as an example:
if CDN vendor selection is performed based on index weighted score, the limited factors of the user group with poor service experience cannot be optimized accurately, so that the long tail effect of the whole service is more prominent.
For example, the CDN manufacturer 1 can provide the audio/video live broadcast service with the highest total score, but cannot provide the optimal service in terms of video click duration and times, and the service experience of the clients in the user group 1 is mainly limited by live click. If CDN vendor 1 is selected for all (or most) users of user group 1 again, the traffic of that group is still not greatly improved.
If a CDN vendor is selected for a user group that has always better performance of the service, the balance of performance gain and traffic cost is not fully considered.
For example, the service experience of the user groups n and m is always better, and no matter which CDN vendor is selected, the QoE of the client may be not very different, and if the CDN vendor is selected according to the weighted scoring manner, the service cost may be greatly increased.
To solve the above problems, the present application optimizes CDN vendor selection from the following aspects:
(1) Enabling an application provider to deeply analyze the service experience capacity of the user group, and mining key limited indexes of the user group with poor performance and the user group with good performance;
(2) Enabling an application provider to deeply analyze the advantages of each CDN manufacturer and mining the key benefits of different CDN manufacturers facing different user groups;
(3) CDN manufacturer selection considering service cost is executed for the user group with better service experience, and CDN manufacturer with limited index can be obviously improved for the user group with worse service experience;
(4) Aiming at users with poor experience in a user group with good service experience, the long tail effect of the audio and video live broadcast service experience is further optimized by independently configuring CDNs which obviously improve the limited indexes of the users. The service selection method for different service experience levels can give consideration to service benefits and service costs of application providers, and can realize larger client service experience improvement with smaller expenditure.
The application aims to solve the problem that CDN manufacturer selection combining service benefit and service cost cannot be executed aiming at different levels of service experience in the existing audio and video live broadcast service, and provides a CDN manufacturer selection method for different service experiences. In the application, the application provider periodically analyzes the user group with better service performance and the user group with worse service performance, and further digs the key limited index of the user group with worse performance; selecting CDN manufacturers with lower service cost aiming at user groups with better service performance; selecting CDN manufacturers capable of obviously improving limited indexes of the user groups with poor service performance; further, for the user group with non-poor service experience, the users with the service scores of the whole user group significantly reduced are screened out, and CDN manufacturers capable of significantly improving the limited indexes of the users are configured for the users.
The application provider periodically evaluates the traffic performance of each user group and marks the better performing (e.g., the first 20%) as the better performing user group (i.e., user group 1), the worse performing (e.g., the last 20%) as the worse performing user group (i.e., user group 3), and the remaining user groups as the medium performing user groups (i.e., user group 2); positioning key indexes (such as video cartoon duration) affecting service performance in a user group 3 with poor performance, searching CDN manufacturers (such as CDN manufacturer 1) capable of providing significantly improved video cartoon duration among the 3 CDN manufacturers, and selecting CDN manufacturer 1 for most users in the user group 3 to provide audio and video live broadcast service; providing audio and video live broadcast service for CDN manufacturer 3 with lower service price selected by most users in user group 1 with better performance all the time; in addition, users with better, middle and worse performances are positioned in the three user groups, CDN manufacturers 2 with better performance are selected for the users with worse performances in the user group 1, CDN manufacturers 2 and 3 are selected for the users with better performances in the user group 2 (CDN manufacturers 1 are selected for the rest users), and CDN manufacturers 2 are selected for the users with better performances in the user group 3 to provide live broadcast service. In order to effectively evaluate the performance of each user group, the application takes the statistics data of three continuous periods as a reference when marking the service performance of the user group, if a certain user group performs better in all three continuous statistics periods, the user group is marked as a user group 1, and if a certain user group performs worse in all three continuous statistics periods, the user group is marked as a user group 3.
In the application, in order to quickly locate the user group identifier to which a certain user belongs and the performance advantages and limitations of the user group, when the user exits from the live audio/video broadcast, the information carrying the user experience is sent to an application provider, and the application provider feeds back the user group identifier, the performance advantages and limitations to the user for the next live audio/video broadcast of the user.
In the application, the server can be an independent physical server, a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers, and can also be a cloud server for providing cloud services, cloud databases, cloud computing, cloud functions, cloud storage, network services, cloud communication, middleware services, domain name services, security services, CDNs, basic cloud computing services such as big data and artificial intelligent platforms and the like. The terminal may be, but is not limited to, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer, a smart speaker, a smart watch, etc. The terminal and the server may be directly or indirectly connected through wired or wireless communication, and the present application is not limited herein.
In the present application, cloud technology (Cloud technology) refers to a hosting technology that unifies serial resources such as hardware, software, network, etc. in a wide area network or a local area network, so as to implement calculation, storage, processing, and sharing of data. Cloud technology (Cloud technology) is based on the general terms of network technology, information technology, integration technology, management platform technology, application technology and the like applied by Cloud computing business models, and can form a resource pool, so that the Cloud computing business model is flexible and convenient as required. Cloud computing technology will become an important support. Background services of technical networking systems require a large amount of computing, storage resources, such as video websites, picture-like websites, and more portals. Along with the high development and application of the internet industry, each article possibly has an own identification mark in the future, the identification mark needs to be transmitted to a background system for logic processing, data with different levels can be processed separately, and various industry data needs strong system rear shield support and can be realized only through cloud computing.
The application provides a method for improving user service experience, reducing cost overhead of an application provider as much as possible, being beneficial to optimizing 'long tail effect' of user experience in audio and video live broadcast service and increasing service benefit of the application provider by considering service benefit and service cost and executing fine-grained CDN manufacturer selection for audio and video live broadcast users in different user groups.
The application is realized by the following technical scheme:
s1, when a user terminal exits an audio and video live broadcast service, a service experience message Pkt_QoE is sent to an application provider, and the application provider feeds back an identification message Pkt_mark after receiving the message, specifically as follows:
s1-1, a service experience message Pkt_QoE contains relevant QoE data of the user in the live broadcast watching process, namely, first frame time delay, streaming success rate, end-to-end time delay, audio and video cartoon duration, times and the like;
s1-2, the application provider calculates the scores of the QoE indexes of the user according to the information, namely, sub_score_1, sub_score_2, sub_score_3, sub_score_4 and sub_score_5, and calculates a total score_usr through a formula (1);
s1-3, the application provider calculates a user group i (region division) to which the user terminal belongs according to the source IP address of the Pkt_QoE message;
S1-4, the application provider judges the service experience Performance (Performance) of the user terminal according to the ranking of the calculated total score_usr in the user group i, and when performance=0, the user terminal belongs to a user with better Performance; when performance=1, the user terminal belongs to a user with moderate Performance; when performance=2, the user terminal belongs to a user with poor Performance;
s1-5, if the service experience of the user is poor (performance=1), the application provider locates the index ranked by the 5 QoE indexes (i.e. the limited index), and the specific method is as follows:
s1-5-1, ranking Sub_score_1 in Sub_score_1 of all users in the user group i to which the user belongs, and obtaining Sub_score_1 final ranking distribution Sub_rank_1, wherein if Sub_rank_1=90%, the first frame delay of the user is 10% after ranking in the user group;
s1-5-2, ranking the rest sub_score_2, sub_score_3, sub_score_4 and sub_score_5, and obtaining respective final ranking distributions sub_rank_2, sub_rank_3, sub_rank_4 and sub_rank_5;
s1-5-3, sequencing Sub_rank_1, sub_rank_2, sub_rank_3, sub_rank_4 and Sub_rank_5 from large to small to obtain the largest two, wherein the largest two are respectively represented by Sub_rank_i and Sub_rank_j;
S1-6, the user group i, the Performance, the two limited indexes Sub_rank_i and Sub_rank_j and other identifiers are carried in a Pkt_mark message sent to the user terminal by the application provider, so that the Pkt_mark can be represented by a formula (1):
Pkt_mark = {i, Performance, Sub_rank_i, Sub_rank_j} (1)
s2, the application provider periodically counts the service performance of each user group and marks the user groups as better, medium and worse user groups based on the service performance, and the method is as follows:
s2-1, in the application, the user groups are divided according to the country, province, region, operator, access mode and the like where the user terminal is located;
s2-2, in the present application, the performance of the service (score_ug_i) of the user group i is calculated according to the average value (or 50, 80 quantile values, etc.) of the service experiences of all the user terminals in the group, as shown in the formula (2):
Score_ug_i = avg(Score_usr_1, Score_usr_2, ……, Score_usr_n) (2)
wherein score_usr_1, score_usr_2, … …, score_usr_n represent the business experiences of users 1, 2, …, n in user group i, respectively, and avg () function represents taking the average;
s2-3, in the application, the criteria for the application provider to determine whether the user group i is a better, medium and worse user group are:
S2-3-1, if score_ug_i enters a percent a in score_ug ranks of all user groups, the user groups with better service performance are obtained;
s2-3-2, if the score_ug_i enters b% after the score_ug rank of all the user groups, the user groups with poor service performance are obtained;
s2-3-3, removing the user groups with better performance and worse performance, wherein the rest user groups are user groups with medium performance;
s2-3-4, in the present application, 0< a, b <50, by default, a=b=20;
s2-4, in the application, if the user group i is a better user group and a worse user group in N continuous periods, marking the user group as a user group with better service performance and worse service performance (UG_best and UG_worst respectively);
s2-4-1, in the present application, the duration of each cycle is configured by an administrator and may be 10 minutes, 1 hour, 6 hours, 1 day, etc.;
s2-4-2, wherein the default value of N is 3;
s3, selecting a CDN manufacturer with higher cost performance for UG_best by an application provider, wherein the decision process is realized through the following steps:
s3-1, the application provider counts service charges cost_ CDN _i of UG_best of different CDN manufacturers;
S3-2, calculating the maximum value cost_ CDN _max of cost_ CDN _i of all CDN manufacturers;
s3-3, calculating a Value of 'cost performance' value_balance_i of each CDN vendor i when providing live service for UG_best, as shown in a formula (3):
Value_balance_i = Score_ug * Cost_cdn_max / Cost_cdn_i (3)
s3-4, selecting CDN manufacturers with higher Value of value_balance_i for UG_best by the application provider;
s4, the application provider locates key QoE indexes affecting service experience of the application provider in the user group UG_word, and the specific locating method is as follows:
s4-1, respectively counting ranking conditions of various QoE indexes (namely sub_score_1, sub_score_2, sub_score_3, sub_score_4 and sub_score_5) of UG_word in all user groups;
s4-2, if a certain sub_score_i is named after c% in all user groups, the QoE is considered as a limited index of UG_word service experience (marked as QoE_limited); wherein c defaults to 10;
s5, the application provider screens CDN manufacturers capable of remarkably improving the QoE_limited index from all CDN manufacturers, and selects the CDN manufacturers for UG_word:
s5-1, the application provider respectively counts the scores on QoEs of the instant frame time delay, the streaming success rate, the end-to-end time delay, the audio and video cartoon duration, the times and the like of each CDN manufacturer in the past period, namely sub_score_1, sub_score_2, sub_score_3, sub_score_4 and sub_score_5;
S5-2, the application provider selects a CDN manufacturer with the highest sub_score_i score from the CDN manufacturers, wherein the sub_score_i corresponds to the QoE_limited index; for example, if qoe_limited of ug_word is longer than the audio/video clip, the CDN manufacturer with the highest sub_score_4 score is selected to provide the audio/video live service for ug_word;
s6, the application provider selects the CDN manufacturer according to the overall score of the CDN manufacturer for the rest user groups (UG_best and UG_word are removed), and the method is specifically as follows:
s6-1, selecting CDN manufacturers with the highest score_CDN_i from most (such as m 1%) of the flows in the rest user groups to provide audio and video live broadcast services for the CDN manufacturers;
s6-2, selecting a small number (such as m 2%) of flow in the rest user groups to provide audio and video live broadcast service for CDN manufacturers with second highest score_CDN_i;
s6-3, selecting a small number (such as m 3%) of flow in the rest user groups to provide audio and video live broadcast service for CDN manufacturers with third high score_CDN_i;
in the present application, m1> m2> m3;
s7, in the application, the application provider can continue to divide three types of users with better, medium and worse service experience for each type of user group, and adopts different CDN manufacturer selection methods for each type of user in the user group, and the method is as follows:
S7-1, selecting CDN manufacturers with better performance for users with poorer service experience in a user group with 'always better';
s7-2, selecting a CDN manufacturer with low price for a user with better service experience in a user group with 'always poor', wherein the selection standard refers to the rule in the step S3;
s7-3, CDN manufacturers with better performance are provided for users with poorer service experience in the rest user groups;
s8, the application provider sends the user groups with different service experience grades and CDN manufacturers selected by the user to a DNS system, and after receiving a domain name query message sent by the user, the DNS system locates CDN manufacturer information selected by the application provider according to the message carrying the Pkt_mark, and replies the information to the user terminal.
The application focuses on a method for deciding CDN manufacturer selection by an application provider, wherein the embodiment of the selection method is that the application provider periodically sends an update message (namely the following steps (S5) - (S7)) to a DNS system, and the message comprises CDN manufacturer selection results aiming at different user groups, experience quality and limited factors.
The example of the technical protection point in the CDN selection scene is as follows:
S1, when a user terminal watches live audio and video, firstly, a domain name query message is sent to a DNS system, wherein the message carries information (namely, content in Pkt_mark) which is fed back from an application provider and can identify a user group, experience quality, limited factors and the like of the user terminal;
s2, after receiving the query message, the DNS system queries CDN manufacturer information according to the carried information and feeds the information back to the user terminal;
s3, the user terminal sends a flow request message to the CDN manufacturer;
s4, after receiving the request message from the user terminal, the CDN manufacturer feeds back a flow message to the user terminal;
s5, when the user terminal exits from the live broadcast of the audio and video, sending a service experience information message Pkt_QoE during the live broadcast to an application provider;
s6, the application provider sends the information of the user group, experience quality, limited factors and the like to which the user terminal belongs to the user terminal through a message Pkt_mark;
s7, the application provider periodically monitors information such as service experience quality of different user groups and users, and sends the latest CDN manufacturer selection result to the DNS system, wherein the step S7 can also realize periodic update by directly sending the selected CDN manufacturer to the corresponding user terminal by the application provider, and FIG. 11 is a schematic diagram of yet another alternative content data distribution method according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in FIG. 11.
