The cloud server 2 stores the input biological information of a plurality of users, can receive the biological information sent by the blood glucose meter sharing device 3, authenticates the users according to the input biological information and the biological information, and determines the identities of the users. After passing the authentication, an instruction is sent to the blood glucose meter sharing device 3 to perform blood glucose meter sharing. The cloud server 2 can screen the blood glucose meter sharing device 3 according to the information of the blood glucose meter sharing device 3 and the information transmitted by the user terminal, and determine the blood glucose meter sharing device 3 that meets the user's needs.
In this embodiment, the blood glucose meter sharing device 3 may be placed in a hospital, community, pharmacy, or other relevant medical places, so that a diabetic patient can conveniently borrow and return the blood glucose meter. The blood glucose meter sharing device 3 transmits biological information of the user to the cloud server 2, receives an instruction from the cloud server 2, and performs blood glucose meter sharing with the user.
Fig. 2 shows a structure of a blood glucose meter sharing device 3 provided by an embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 2, the blood glucose meter sharing apparatus 3 includes a blood glucose meter storage device 301 and a consumable storage device 302.
The glucose meter storage device 301 is provided with a plurality of storage ports 303, and the storage ports 303 are used for storing and locking the glucose meter. The consumable storage device 302 is provided with a plurality of storage cells 304, and the storage cells 304 are used for storing consumable materials.
In this embodiment, similar to the treasured sharing device charges, the blood glucose meter storage device 301 is provided with a plurality of storage ports 303 for storing blood glucose meters, and the blood glucose meter storage device 301 can pop up the blood glucose meters in the storage ports 303 from the storage ports 303, so that a user can take away the blood glucose meters, and can lock the blood glucose meters inserted into the storage ports 303, so that the blood glucose meters are prevented from being taken away under the condition of abnormal lease.
Consumable storage device 302 is provided with a plurality of storage cells 304, and a set of consumables is disposed in each storage cell 304, and the consumables may include blood glucose test strips and disposable blood lancets. The storage cell 304 may be provided with an electronic lock controlled by a program, and the electronic lock is usually in a locked state, and when the glucometer sharing device 3 provides consumable materials for a user, according to the requirement of the user, the corresponding at least one storage cell 304 in which the consumable materials are stored is opened, so that the user can take out the consumable materials with required quantity. Consumable storage device 302 is provided with temperature regulating device still, adjusts the temperature of storage check 304, makes the temperature of storage check 304 remain at the demand temperature of preserving the consumable all the time, avoids the consumable to produce the inefficacy in the storage process.
As an alternative embodiment, each set of consumables may include a number of blood glucose strips and disposable lancets, e.g., in some embodiments, each set of consumables includes thirty blood glucose strips and thirty disposable lancets.
In this embodiment, the number of consumables in each group is the number of consumables that most patients need to use to monitor blood glucose in a period of time, for example, five days, one week, etc., so that the patient can determine the number of consumables to be used and the number of groups according to the length of the expected blood glucose monitoring period.
As another alternative embodiment, the number of cells 304 is divided into groups; the number of consumables stored in the same group of cells 304 is the same, and the number of consumables stored in different groups of cells 304 is different.
In this embodiment, the number of consumables stored in each set of storage cells 304 is different, for example, ten consumables, twenty consumables and thirty consumables may be used respectively. When the user takes the consumable, at least one storage cell 304 is opened according to the number of consumable required by the user, so that the total number of consumable contained in the opened storage cell 304 is equal to the number of consumable required by the user. For example, when the number of consumable supplies taken by the user is fifty, one cell 304 storing twenty consumable supplies and one cell 304 storing thirty consumable supplies may be opened.
In particular, the storage cells 304 may be grouped according to the locations of the storage cells 304, for example, the storage cells 304 in the same column are divided into a group, so that consumable replenishment is facilitated for the storage cells 304.
Thus, by dividing the storage cells 304 into a plurality of groups with different amounts of consumable materials, a plurality of consumable materials can be combined, so that the user can more freely select the amount of consumable materials to be taken.
Considering that the blood glucose meter is a medical measurement instrument, cross infection needs to be avoided, and the measurement result needs to be ensured to be accurate.
As an alternative embodiment, the glucose meter storage 301 is provided with a sterilization assembly capable of sterilizing the glucose meter stored in the glucose meter storage 301, and the glucose meter storage 301 is further provided with a quality detection assembly capable of detecting the quality of the glucose meter stored in the glucose meter storage 301.
In some embodiments, the glucometer may have an information uploading function, and a user can upload a blood glucose measurement result to the cloud server in real time in a process of using the glucometer, so that the user can directly view the measurement result and related data statistical analysis through the mobile phone APP. Moreover, under the condition of the support platform, the blood glucose measurement result can be pushed to the main doctor of the patient and the HIS (hospital information management system) platform of the hospital, so that the doctor can better track the home blood glucose condition of the patient, and timely adjust the medication and diet for the patient. And a doctor can tailor the blood sugar measurement scheme for the patient according to the actual condition of the patient (blood sugar monitoring is divided into eight time periods, namely early morning, early breakfast, early noon, late lunch, early evening, late afternoon and pre-sleeping), and can conduct on-line inquiry according to blood sugar monitoring data so as to achieve a better treatment effect.
Fig. 3 shows a flow of a blood glucose meter sharing method according to an embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 3, the method includes:
step S101, a cloud server acquires first user position information and consumable quantity information sent by a target user through a user terminal.
In this embodiment, the target user is a user with a blood glucose meter lease requirement. The first location information is user location information provided when the target user sends a glucometer lease requirement to the cloud server, and the user location information can be location information of a user terminal obtained by locating through a GPS (global positioning system) and other locating means or preset location information of the target user. The consumable quantity is the consumable demand when the target user inputs the renting glucometer, and the consumable quantity is automatically input by the target user according to the predicted blood sugar measurement times of the target user.
Step S102, the cloud server determines a first target blood glucose meter sharing device based on the first user position information and the consumable quantity information.
In some embodiments, the cloud server determines the first target glucose meter sharing device by: and the cloud server acquires all the glucometer sharing devices with the distance between the cloud server and the first user position information being smaller than a preset threshold value. And removing blood glucose meter sharing equipment which does not store blood glucose meters or has the stored number of consumable materials smaller than the number of consumable materials in the blood glucose meter sharing equipment, wherein the rest blood glucose meter sharing equipment is the first target blood glucose meter sharing equipment. The preset threshold may be a preset fixed value, or a value input or selected by the target user according to the own requirement, for example, 500 meters, 1 kilometer, 2 kilometers, etc.
Step S103, sending consumable quantity information to the first target blood glucose meter sharing device, and sending device location information of the first target blood glucose meter sharing device to the user terminal. The first target blood glucose meter sharing device receives consumable quantity information sent by the cloud server.
In this embodiment, the first target glucose meter sharing device is a glucose meter sharing device which meets the glucose meter leasing requirement of the target user and is screened by the cloud server, and is convenient for the target user to lease the glucose meter. After the cloud server determines the first target blood glucose meter sharing device, consumable quantity information is sent to the first target blood glucose meter sharing device, and the first target blood glucose meter sharing device pre-locks corresponding consumable according to the consumable quantity information, so that the situation that the blood glucose meter lease cannot be completed due to insufficient consumable quantity after a target user goes to the first target blood glucose meter sharing device is prevented. After the cloud server determines the first target blood glucose meter sharing device, the cloud server also sends the device position information of the first target blood glucose meter sharing device to the user terminal of the target user, so that the target user can determine the device position of the first target blood glucose meter sharing device and go to the device position to carry out blood glucose meter leasing.
In some embodiments, the cloud server also transmits the borrowable time of the first target glucose meter sharing device to the user device of the target user. The glucose meter sharing devices are typically located at medical sites that are not always open throughout the day, and thus, there is a need to provide the target user with the open time of the location of the first target glucose meter sharing device, i.e., the borrowed time of the first target glucose meter sharing device. The target user can determine the time for going to the first target blood glucose meter sharing device according to the borrowable time, and the situation that when the target user arrives at the setting place of the first target blood glucose meter sharing device, the blood glucose meter is not leased because the place is not opened is avoided.
Step S104, the first target blood glucose meter sharing device collects biological information of the user and sends the biological information to the cloud server. And the cloud server receives the biological information acquired by the first target blood glucose meter sharing device, and authenticates the user according to the biological information.
In this embodiment, the blood glucose meter sharing device is provided with a biological information collecting component, such as a camera or a fingerprint collecting part. The first target blood glucose meter sharing device collects biological information, such as a facial image or a fingerprint image, of a user located at a location where the first target blood glucose meter sharing device is located through the biological information collection component, and transmits the biological information to the cloud server. And the cloud server compares the acquired biological information with biological information reserved in the cloud server by the target user, performs authentication, and judges whether the user is the target user.
Thus, by authenticating the user, it is determined whether the user is a target user, and lending of the glucose meter to non-target users is prevented. In addition, since the blood glucose meter rents and pays the fees due to the fee payment, which belongs to the medical category, users can pay the fees through social security such as medical insurance cards, but the social security measures are limited to be used by the users in principle, and the blood glucose meter sharing equipment can not accurately determine the identity of the users and can possibly generate phenomena such as the phenomenon of swiping medical insurance cards, so that whether the users are target users or not and whether the used medical insurance cards belong to the target users or not need to be detected to avoid the phenomena.
Step S105, the cloud server responds to authentication success and sends an authentication success instruction to the first target blood glucose meter sharing device. The first target glucometer sharing device responds to receiving the authentication success instruction, provides glucometers and provides corresponding consumable materials according to consumable material quantity information.
In this embodiment, after the user is determined to be the target user through authentication, the glucometer is provided for the target user, and the corresponding number of consumables is provided for the target user according to the consumable quantity information input by the target user, so that the target user obtains the glucometer and the consumables, and the glucometer lease is completed.
In some embodiments, a blood glucose meter is provided and a corresponding number of consumables is provided according to consumable quantity information, comprising the steps of:
the blood glucose meter storage device releases the lock of any storage port to the stored blood glucose meter.
The consumable storage device opens at least one storage grid according to the consumable quantity information. Wherein the sum of the consumable quantity stored in the at least one storage grid corresponds to consumable quantity information.
In this embodiment, the glucose meter storage device enables the glucose meter to be removed by the user by unlocking the storage port from the glucose meter. After unlocking, the user can be reminded of the blood glucose meter which can be taken away by means of light change or popping up the blood glucose meter. The consumable storage device determines at least one storage grid for storing consumable sum equal according to the consumable quantity information, and opens the determined storage grid, so that a user can take out consumable equal to the consumable quantity information.
In some embodiments, after the first target glucose meter sharing device leases the glucose meter, the lease completion information is sent to the cloud server. The cloud server sends lease information deleting instructions to all the first target blood glucose meter sharing devices, and consumable quantity information of corresponding target users in all the first target blood glucose meter sharing devices is deleted.
After receiving the consumable quantity information, the first target glucometer sharing device performs pre-locking on consumable corresponding to the consumable quantity information in step S102. Therefore, after the blood glucose meter renting is completed, the consumable quantity information corresponding to the target user is deleted, the pre-locking of the consumable is released, and the influence on the subsequent blood glucose meter renting by the user is avoided.
Considering that consumable materials acquired by a user when renting the glucometer can be used up in the process of monitoring blood sugar by the user, the user is influenced to continue monitoring blood sugar. The consumption of consumable materials is needed to be monitored, so that the consumable materials are prevented from being consumed in the blood sugar monitoring process by a user.
As an alternative embodiment, the method further comprises:
the cloud server records the number of blood glucose measurements borrowed to the target user's blood glucose meter.
And the cloud server sends reminding information to the user terminal to remind the target user to supplement consumable materials in response to the fact that the difference value between the blood sugar measurement times and the consumable material quantity information is smaller than the threshold value.
In this embodiment, after each time the blood glucose meter performs blood glucose measurement, not only the measured blood glucose value is sent to the cloud server, but also the number of times of blood glucose measurement after the user rents the blood glucose meter is sent to the cloud server. The cloud server monitors the blood glucose measurement times of the blood glucose meter, and when the blood glucose measurement times are close to the number of consumable materials acquired by the target user, namely, when the difference value between the blood glucose measurement times and the consumable material number information is smaller than a threshold value, the consumable materials of the target user are judged to be about to be used up, and the target user is reminded. The threshold value may be a fixed value, such as 5 or 10, or a percentage value, such as 5%, 10%, 25%, or the like.
Therefore, when the consumable is detected to be nearly used up, the consumable supplementing reminding is carried out on the target user, so that abnormal interruption of blood glucose monitoring caused by consumable exhaustion of the target user in the blood glucose monitoring process is avoided.
Considering that the user may input consumable quantity information which is greatly different from the past monitoring by mistake when inputting consumable quantity information, the current blood glucose monitoring is affected. Reminding the target user according to the historical information, and enabling the target user to determine whether the consumable quantity information is accurate.
As an optional embodiment, after acquiring the first user location information and the consumable quantity information sent by the target user through the user terminal, the method further includes:
and the cloud server acquires historical consumable information of the target user.
And the cloud server transmits first determination information to the user terminal in response to determining that the difference between the historical consumable information and the consumable quantity information is larger than a threshold value, so that a target user determines whether the consumable quantity information is correct.
In this embodiment, the historical consumable information is the number of consumables that the target user used when performing a glucose meter lease in the past. When the difference between the historical consumable information and the consumable quantity information is too large, namely, the difference between the historical consumable information and the consumable quantity information is larger than a threshold value, the consumable quantity information can be considered to have errors, and determination information is sent to a user terminal of a target user, so that the target user determines whether the consumable quantity information is correct, and if so, the consumable quantity information can be modified. The historical consumable information can be the number of consumables acquired during the last glucometer lease, the average value of the number of consumables acquired during the last three glucometer leases or the average value of the number of consumables acquired during all glucometers leases. The threshold value may be a fixed value, such as 20 or 50, or a percentage value, such as 20%, 30%, 50%, or the like.
Therefore, whether the consumable quantity information is likely to have errors or not can be judged through the historical consumable information, and when the errors are judged to be likely to exist, a target user is reminded, so that the possibility of error generation is reduced.
Considering that the time of blood sugar monitoring of a patient is related to the state of the patient, the medical record information of the patient can be used for determining the expected consumable information which is consumed when the patient monitors the blood sugar. When the number of consumable items acquired by the user is smaller than the expected consumable item information, the target user needs to be reminded, and the target user can determine whether the consumable item number information is accurate or not.
As an optional embodiment, after acquiring the user location information and the consumable quantity information sent by the target user through the user terminal, the method further includes:
and the cloud server acquires medical record information of the target user.
And the cloud server determines the expected consumable information of the target user according to the medical record information.
And the cloud server transmits second determination information to the user terminal in response to determining that the expected consumable information is larger than the consumable quantity information, so that the target user determines whether the consumable quantity information is correct.
In this embodiment, the medical record information of the target user may be obtained by uploading by the user or uploading by the attending physician with the consent of the target user. The medical record information comprises the illness state information of the target user and/or the blood glucose monitoring advice of the target user, so that the expected consumable quantity required by the target user for blood glucose monitoring can be determined according to the medical record information of the target user. When the consumable quantity information is smaller than the expected consumable information, the consumable quantity information can be considered to have errors, and determination information is sent to a user terminal of the target user, so that the target user determines whether the consumable quantity information is correct, and if the consumable quantity information is incorrect, the consumable quantity information can be modified.
Considering that the user may use up the consumable during the blood glucose monitoring process, the continuous blood glucose monitoring is affected. It is desirable that the user be able to obtain consumables individually without renting the meter.
As an alternative embodiment, the method further comprises:
and the cloud server acquires second user position information and consumable supplementary information sent by the target user through the user terminal.
The cloud server determines a second target glucose meter sharing device based on the second user location information and the consumable replenishment number information, sends consumable replenishment information to the second target glucose meter sharing device, and sends device location information of the second target glucose meter sharing device to the user terminal. The second target blood glucose meter sharing device receives the consumable supplementary information sent by the cloud server.
The second target blood glucose meter sharing device collects biological information of the user and sends the biological information to the cloud server. And the cloud server receives the biological information acquired by the second target blood glucose meter sharing device, and authenticates the target user according to the biological information.
And the cloud server responds to the authentication success and sends an authentication success instruction to the second target blood glucose meter sharing device. The second target glucometer sharing device responds to the received authentication success instruction, provides glucometers and provides corresponding consumable materials according to consumable material quantity information.
In this embodiment, the method for separately obtaining the consumable is similar to the method for performing the blood glucose meter lease, except that the consumable is separately provided by the second target blood glucose meter sharing device, and the blood glucose meter lease is not performed, which is not described herein.
As an alternative embodiment, the method further comprises:
and the cloud server acquires the third user position information sent by the target user through the user terminal.
The cloud server determines a third target blood glucose meter sharing device based on the third user location information and sends device location information of the third target blood glucose meter sharing device to the user terminal.
And the third target blood glucose meter sharing device collects biological information of the user and sends the biological information to the cloud server. And the cloud server receives the biological information acquired by the third target blood glucose meter sharing device, and authenticates the target user according to the biological information.
And the cloud server responds to the authentication success and sends an authentication success instruction to the third target blood glucose meter sharing device. The third target glucose meter sharing device receives a return glucose meter in response to receiving the authentication success instruction.
In this embodiment, when the target user completes blood glucose monitoring and needs to return the blood glucose meter, the target user sends the third user location information to the cloud server. And the cloud server determines the blood glucose meter sharing device with the idle blood glucose meter storage port and the distance between the blood glucose meter sharing device and the third user position information is smaller than a preset threshold value as a third target blood glucose meter sharing device, and sends the device position information of the third target blood glucose meter sharing device to the user terminal. After the target user goes to the third target blood glucose meter sharing device, the current user is determined to be the target user through collecting biological information for authentication, and the blood glucose meter returned by the target user is received.
Thus, by identifying the target user, the target user is determined to return the rented glucometer, and the glucometer return is completed.
In some embodiments, after the target user authentication is successful, the cloud server calculates the total cost of the glucose meter lease and charges the networking cost through the third target glucose meter sharing device.
As an alternative embodiment, the method further comprises:
the return glucose meter is sterilized by the sterilization assembly.
And carrying out quality detection on the return glucometer through a quality detection component.
And in response to determining that the result of the quality detection of the return glucometer does not meet the use requirement, sending information of the return glucometer to a cloud server.
Thus, by sterilizing the return glucometer, it is ensured that the glucometer will not cause cross infection. And the quality detection is carried out on the return glucometer, so that the measurement accuracy of the glucometer is ensured, and the blood glucose measurement accuracy of the subsequent user is not affected. And, upon determining that the measurement result of the glucose meter is erroneous, information returning the glucose meter, such as the location and/or number of the glucose meter sharing device storing the glucose meter and the number of the storage port, is sent to the cloud server for subsequent maintenance or replacement.
In some embodiments, in order to avoid generating subsequent related disputes, on the premise of obtaining user consent, video acquisition and/or audio acquisition can be performed on the user in the process of borrowing and returning the glucometer, so as to serve as subsequent proof.
