The hot pressing composite device 2 is arranged behind the current collector unreeling device 1, the hot pressing composite device 2 comprises a hot pressing rack 21, a pair of hot pressing composite pair rollers 22 which are transversely attached to each other are arranged on the hot pressing rack 1, a hot pressing composite area is formed in a pair roller attaching area of the hot pressing composite pair rollers 22, a preheating bellows 28 is arranged right above the hot pressing composite area on the hot pressing rack 21, a second leading-in roller 27 is arranged right above the preheating bellows 28, a first humidifying roller 24 and a second humidifying roller 26 are arranged on one side of the second leading-in roller 27 side by side from top to bottom, a sprayer 25 is arranged between the first humidifying roller 24 and the second humidifying roller 26 and right opposite to the front face of a conveyed current collector, a first leading-in roller 23 is arranged above the first humidifying roller 24, and a composite leading-out roller 29 is arranged right below the hot pressing composite area.
During actual operation, the current collector enters the hot-pressing composite device 2 through the first guide-in roller 23, the unreeled current collector firstly humidifies the back surface of the current collector through the first humidifying roller 24, then carries out front spray humidification through the sprayer 25, then carries out secondary humidification on the back surface of the current collector through the second humidifying roller 26, so that the conductive adhesive layers on the upper surface and the lower surface of the current collector are humidified and softened, and then is conveyed into the preheating bellows 28 for preheating, so that the conductive adhesive layers on the upper surface and the lower surface of the current collector are further softened, and the viscosity of the conductive adhesive layers is activated in advance before contacting with an electrode film.
According to the invention, through the structural design of the hot-pressing compounding device 2, the first humidifying roller 24, the second humidifying roller 26 and the sprayer 25 are arranged to respectively humidify the front surface and the back surface of the current collector, so that the conductive adhesive layers on the upper surface and the lower surface of the current collector are humidified and softened, then through the arrangement of the preheating bellows 28, the humidified current collector is preheated through the preheating bellows 28, so that the conductive adhesive layers on the upper surface and the lower surface of the current collector are further softened, the viscosity of the conductive adhesive layers is activated in advance before the current collector contacts with an electrode film, and finally the current collector and the electrode film are subjected to double-sided hot-pressing compounding in a hot-pressing compounding region of the hot-pressing compounding pair roller 22, so that a compact current collector compound is formed, and the compounding strength between the current collector and the electrode film is greatly improved.
And two electrode film unreeling devices 3 which are arranged on the hot press frame 21 and symmetrically distributed relative to the hot press compounding device 2, wherein the electrode film unreeling devices 3 are used for smoothly unreeling and conveying the electrode film to the hot press compounding pair roller 22 to be hot press compounded with a current collector. The electrode film unreeling device 3 comprises an electrode film unreeling roller 31, an electrode film unreeling first guide roller 33 is mounted on one side of the electrode film unreeling roller 31, an electrode film unreeling deviation correcting roller 34, an electrode film unreeling tension adjusting roller 35, a fifth guide roller 36 and a sixth guide roller 39 are sequentially mounted on the rear of the electrode film unreeling first guide roller 33 along the electrode film unreeling direction, the electrode film unreeling tension adjusting roller 35 is mounted on an electrode film unreeling tension adjusting swing arm 37, an electrode film unreeling tension adjusting cylinder 38 is mounted on a hot-pressing frame 21 and connected with one end of the electrode film unreeling tension adjusting swing arm 37, the sixth guide roller 39 is located above the hot-pressing compound counter roller 22, and the electrode film unreeling second guide roller 32 is mounted between the sixth guide roller 39 and the hot-pressing compound counter roller 22. In actual operation, the electrode film roll is placed on the electrode film unreeling roller 31, unreels at a constant speed through the electrode film unreeling roller 31, and after deviation correction and tension adjustment of the electrode film unreeling deviation correcting roller 34 and the electrode film unreeling tension adjusting roller 35, the electrode film roll stably enters the hot-press compounding pair roller 22 to be hot-press compounded with a current collector.
And the winding device 4 is arranged at the rear side of the hot-pressing compounding device 2, and the winding device 4 is used for winding the finished product subjected to hot-pressing compounding. The winding device 4 comprises a winding frame 41, and a winding lead-in roller 42, a seventh guide roller 43, a winding tension adjusting roller 44, an eighth guide roller 45, a ninth guide roller 46, a tenth guide roller 48, a winding lead-out roller 49 and a winding roller 410 are sequentially arranged on the winding frame 41 along the winding direction. In actual operation, the current collector composite after hot-pressing and compounding is stably wound by the winding roller 410 after passing through the winding inlet roller 42, the seventh guide roller 43, the winding tension adjusting roller 44, the eighth guide roller 45, the ninth guide roller 46, the tenth guide roller 48 and the winding outlet roller 49 in sequence. A winding tension detector 47 is arranged between the ninth guide roller 46 and the tenth guide roller 48, and winding tension can be monitored on line in real time through the winding tension detector 47, so that winding speed can be controlled better, and winding quality can be improved.
The invention adopts the independent unreeling and double-sided hot-pressing compounding process of the electrode film, improves the compounding efficiency and quality of the current collector and the electrode film, and can soften the adhesive layer on the surface of the current collector and improve the compounding strength between the current collector and the electrode film by wetting and preheating the front and aspects of the current collector before hot-pressing compounding. In actual operation, the coiled current collector is placed in the current collector uncoiling device 1, and steadily uncoiled and conveyed backwards through the current collector uncoiling device 1, the current collector enters the hot-pressing compound device 2 through the first lead-in roller 23, the uncoiled current collector firstly wets the back surface of the current collector through the first humidifying roller 24, then carries out front-surface spray humidification through the sprayer 25, then carries out secondary humidification on the back surface of the current collector through the second humidifying roller 26, so that the conductive adhesive layers on the upper surface and the lower surface of the current collector are humidified and softened, then is conveyed into the preheating bellows 28 for preheating, so that the conductive adhesive layers on the upper surface and the lower surface of the current collector are further softened, the viscosity of the conductive adhesive layers is activated in advance before contacting with the electrode films, meanwhile, the two electrode film uncoiling devices 3 which are installed on the hot-pressing compound counter roller 21 and symmetrically distributed with respect to the hot-pressing compound counter roller 22 are coiled, the electrode films which need to be compounded are coiled, the hot-pressing compound counter roller 22 and the humidified current collector is compounded in the hot-pressing compound region, the hot-pressing compound counter roller 22 is carried out of the compact current collector, and then the compact current collector composite is led out through the hot-pressing compound counter roller 29, and finally the finished product is coiled through the hot-pressing compound roller 4, and the current collector 4 is obtained.
Peel strength test
Test instrument: wenzhou three and measuring instruments limited SBL-90 peel force test machine.
The testing method comprises the following steps: the adhesive tape is peeled off, 3-5 layers outside the adhesive tape are cut off, the adhesive tape is uniformly peeled off, the adhesive tape is adhered to one end of a tested pole piece, the included angle between the adhesive tape and the pole piece is larger than 30 degrees, a polyester film with the length of about 200mm and the width of 40mm is placed below the other end of the pole piece, then a sample is rolled back and forth for 3 times at the speed of about 120mm/s under the dead weight by using a wheel of a rolling device, the free end of the sample is folded through 180 degrees, the adhesive surface is peeled off by about 10mm, the pole piece is clamped on a lower clamp, and the free end of the sample is clamped on an upper clamp. The stripping surface is kept consistent with the tester force line. The tester continuously peeled at a falling rate of 300.+ -.10 mm/min. The effective peel adhesion length was about 100mm and there were automated technical means to give peel strength and peel force data.
The above test experiments were each averaged after 5 times. The experimental results of comparative example 1 (the product obtained by directly compounding the current collector and the electrode film in the hot-press compounding zone of the hot-press compounding counter roller without humidification and preheating treatment) of the current collector composite finished product prepared in example 1 of the present invention are shown in table 1:

From the test results, it can be seen that the peeling strength between the electrode film and the current collector is 0.13N/m, and the peeling strength between the electrode film and the current collector is 0.19N/m, which is improved by 38%. The experimental results can clearly show that the electrode film and the current collector are correspondingly humidified and preheated between the hot-pressing compounding, and the compounding strength between the current collector and the electrode film can be greatly improved.
The foregoing is a preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the present invention should not be limited to the embodiment and the disclosure of the drawings, so that the equivalents and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the disclosure.

Claims (6)

1. A current collector composite device for dry electrode production, comprising:
the current collector unreeling device is used for smoothly unreeling and conveying the reeled current collector backwards;
the hot-pressing compound device comprises a hot-pressing rack, a pair of hot-pressing compound paired rollers which are transversely attached to each other are arranged on the hot-pressing rack, a hot-pressing compound area is formed in a paired roller attaching area of the hot-pressing compound paired rollers, a preheating bellows is arranged right above the hot-pressing compound area on the hot-pressing rack, a second import roller is arranged right above the preheating bellows, a first humidifying roller and a second humidifying roller are arranged on one side of the second import roller side by side up and down, a sprayer is arranged between the first humidifying roller and the second humidifying roller and is right opposite to the front face of a conveyed current collector, the first import roller is arranged above the first humidifying roller, and a compound export roller is arranged right below the hot-pressing compound area;
the electrode film unreeling devices are arranged on the hot-pressing machine frame and symmetrically distributed relative to the hot-pressing compounding device, and are used for smoothly unreeling and conveying the electrode film to the hot-pressing compounding pair roller to be thermally and hydraulically compounded with the current collector;
and the winding device is arranged at the rear side of the hot-pressing compounding device and is used for winding the finished product subjected to hot-pressing compounding.

The collector composite device for dry electrode production according to claim 1, wherein the collector unwinding device comprises an unwinding frame, a collector unwinding roller is mounted on the unwinding frame, a collector unwinding first guide roller is mounted at the rear of the collector unwinding roller, an unwinding tension detector is mounted at the rear of the collector unwinding first guide roller, a first guide roller and a second guide roller are mounted at the rear of the unwinding tension detector, a collector unwinding tension adjusting swing roller is mounted at the rear of the second guide roller, a collector unwinding tension adjusting swing roller is mounted on a collector unwinding tension adjusting swing arm, a collector unwinding tension adjusting cylinder is mounted on the unwinding frame and connected with the collector unwinding tension adjusting swing arm, a third guide roller is mounted at the rear of the collector unwinding tension adjusting swing roller, a unwinding compression roller is mounted at the rear of the third guide roller, a unwinding compression roller is mounted at one side of the unwinding roller, a compression roller is mounted on the unwinding compression roller, a fourth guide roller is mounted at the rear of the unwinding roller, and is connected with the fourth guide roller, and a unwinding compression roller is mounted at the rear of the fourth guide roller.

The current collector composite device for dry electrode production according to claim 2, wherein a current collector unreeling deviation rectifying device is installed between the unreeling roller and the fourth guide roller, the current collector unreeling deviation rectifying device comprises a current collector unreeling deviation rectifying roller, the current collector unreeling deviation rectifying roller is installed between the unreeling roller and the fourth guide roller, the current collector unreeling deviation rectifying roller is installed on a deviation rectifying swing arm, and a deviation rectifying cylinder is installed on an unreeling rack and connected with the deviation rectifying swing arm.

The current collector composite device for dry electrode production according to claim 1, wherein the electrode film unreeling device comprises an electrode film unreeling roller, a first electrode film unreeling guide roller is installed on one side of the electrode film unreeling roller, an electrode film unreeling deviation correcting roller, an electrode film unreeling tension adjusting roller, a fifth guide roller and a sixth guide roller are sequentially installed at the rear of the first electrode film unreeling guide roller along the electrode film unreeling direction, the electrode film unreeling tension adjusting roller is installed on an electrode film unreeling tension adjusting swing arm, the electrode film unreeling tension adjusting cylinder is installed on a hot-pressing frame and connected with one end of the electrode film unreeling tension adjusting swing arm, and the sixth guide roller is located above the hot-pressing composite counter roller.

The current collector composite device for dry electrode production according to claim 1, wherein the winding device comprises a winding frame, and a winding lead-in roller, a seventh guide roller, a winding tension adjusting roller, an eighth guide roller, a ninth guide roller, a tenth guide roller, a winding lead-out roller and a winding roller are sequentially installed on the winding frame along a winding direction.
