In recent years, the acceptance, trust and demand of the deposit products of the banks are higher and higher, and the deposit products of the banks have the characteristics of rich types, high selectivity and the like, and the deposit products of the banks become one of the asset value-added channels participated by the masses from the products which can be purchased by a few of the prior people along with the continuous development of the Internet, unlike the prior deposit products of the banks. Thus, the bank may irregularly push various deposit products to the user.
However, after recommending the products to the customers, since many of the products are recommended to the outside in a product combination manner, the financial manager recommends the products to the customers in a plurality of types, and it is difficult to monitor and master the conditions of all recommended products, for example, it is difficult to monitor the saleable conditions of each product in time, and the service personnel are inconvenient to perform the post-tracking maintenance of the products. Therefore, if the recommended product combination is not available, the product can be displayed and purchased for the customer because the product is not put on shelf at the time, but the customer cannot purchase the product, and the customer experience is seriously affected.
In addition, in the related art, the combination of deposit products is often performed by a business person of a bank according to experience to obtain the product combination, however, deposit products in the bank are numerous, the manual combination by the business person takes a lot of time cost and labor cost, and the combination accuracy is not guaranteed, so that the combination efficiency is low. In addition, during the process of selling the deposit products, some deposit products can not be recommended and sold as the product combination because of insufficient current residual amount, so that the product combination containing the deposit products is invalid, and if the service personnel recombine, a great amount of time is further spent, so that the pushing efficiency of the deposit products is greatly reduced.
The application provides a deposit product pushing method, which aims to solve the technical problems in the prior art.
The following describes the technical scheme of the present application and how the technical scheme of the present application solves the above technical problems in detail with specific embodiments. The following embodiments may be combined with each other, and the same or similar concepts or processes may not be described in detail in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, a specific application scenario of the present application may include a banking terminal and a user terminal, where the banking terminal may be communicatively connected to the user terminal.
The banking terminal can send the relevant information of the deposit product to be pushed to the user terminal, and the user terminal can receive and display the relevant information of the deposit product to be pushed through application software corresponding to the banking terminal.
Alternatively, the banking terminal may include, but is not limited to, a computer, a server, etc. The user terminal includes, but is not limited to: smart phones, personal computers, smart wearable devices, projection devices, etc. Optionally, the personal computer includes a tablet computer, a desktop computer, and the like.
Fig. 2 is a diagram illustrating a deposit product pushing method according to an exemplary embodiment, which may be applied to the banking terminal of fig. 1, as shown in fig. 2, and which may include:
110. acquiring a product set; the product set comprises a plurality of initial deposit products, wherein the initial deposit products have current residual credit values; the current remaining credit characterizes credit information that the original deposited product can currently be sold.
For example, the banking terminal may determine all the structural deposit products that it is selling as one product set, determine each structural deposit product in the product set as an initial deposit product, and monitor the current remaining credit value of each initial deposit product by polling, i.e., detect the current remaining credit value of each initial deposit product once every certain time interval, to update the current remaining credit value of each initial deposit product in real time.
120. Calling a first credit value corresponding to an initial deposit product from a preset database; wherein the first credit value characterizes the initial credit value unit of the deposit product.
The preset database stores all first credit values corresponding to the deposit products in advance, wherein the first credit values corresponding to the deposit products may be preset duty ratio in the total credit values of the deposit product plan for sale, or may be credit values set by service personnel in a self-defining manner, which is not limited herein. After the bank terminal obtains the product set, a first credit value corresponding to each initial deposit product in the product set can be called from the preset database. As an example, for example, a plurality of initial deposit products included in a product set are deposit product a, deposit product B, deposit product C, and deposit product D, respectively. The first credit value corresponding to the deposit product A is a0, the first credit value corresponding to the deposit product B is B0, the first credit value corresponding to the deposit product C is C0, and the first credit value corresponding to the deposit product D is D0, which are called from a preset database by the bank terminal.
Optionally, the preset database may be configured locally at the banking terminal, or may be configured in a cloud server that is communicatively connected to the banking terminal, which is not limited herein.
130. If the current residual credit value of the initial deposit product is larger than or equal to the first credit value corresponding to the initial deposit product, the initial deposit product is determined to be the deposit product to be processed.
With the above example, for example, the current remaining amount of deposit product a is a, the current remaining amount of deposit product B is B, the current remaining amount of deposit product C is C, and the current remaining amount of deposit product D is D. The banking terminal may determine a magnitude relationship between the current remaining credit value of each initial deposited product and its corresponding first credit value, e.g., if a > a0 is determined; b < b0; c > c0; d > D0, the deposit product a, the deposit product C, and the deposit product D may be determined as deposit products to be processed.
140. Acquiring characteristic information of deposit products to be processed, and determining the similarity between deposit products to be processed according to the characteristic information of each deposit product to be processed; wherein the characteristic information includes at least one of deposit deadline, total credit value and interest rate information; the total credit value characterizes the total credit of the deposit product to be processed which is planned to be sold.
For example, the preset database of the banking terminal may store related information of each deposit product in advance, and after determining the deposit product to be processed, the banking terminal may directly extract the related information of the deposit product to be processed from the preset database as the characteristic information thereof, wherein the related information may include, but is not limited to: the term of deposit, the total amount of deposit, and the interest rate information, each related information may represent feature information of one dimension, thereby obtaining feature information of a plurality of dimensions of a deposit product to be processed.
After obtaining the characteristic information of each deposit product to be processed, the bank terminal can obtain the similarity between each deposit product to be processed through a preset similarity calculation formula (such as Euclidean distance formula) aiming at the characteristic information of each deposit product to be processed.
Optionally, a pre-trained machine learning model may be preset in the banking terminal, where the machine learning model may be trained according to a pre-marked feature information sample of a plurality of deposit products, and the machine learning model may output a similarity between two deposit products to be processed according to input feature information of the two deposit products to be processed. Therefore, the banking terminal can sequentially input the characteristic information of each of all the deposit products to be processed into the pre-trained machine learning model, and obtain the similarity between each deposit product to be processed, which is output by the machine learning model.
150. Determining at least one product combination from the deposit products to be processed according to the similarity, and pushing the product combination; wherein the product combination comprises a plurality of deposit products to be processed which are mutually related.
In some embodiments, the banking terminal may determine two deposit products having a similarity greater than a similarity threshold as one product combination. For example, if it is determined that the similarity between deposit product a and deposit product C is greater than the similarity threshold, deposit product a and deposit product C may be determined to be one product combination. For another example, if it is determined that the similarity between deposit product a and deposit product B is also greater than the similarity threshold, and the similarity between deposit product C and deposit product B is also greater than the similarity threshold. The deposited product a, the deposited product B, and the deposited product C may be determined as one product combination. Thereby ensuring that deposit products in the product combination have stronger correlation.
It is understood that pushing a product combination may refer to pushing information about each deposited product in the product combination, which may include a product name, a product profile, a product deadline, and so on. Specifically, the bank terminal may send the relevant information of each deposit product in the product combination to the user terminal of the user, and when the user terminal starts the application software corresponding to the bank terminal, the relevant information of each deposit product in the product combination may be displayed.
It can be seen that in this embodiment, the product set is obtained; the product set comprises a plurality of initial deposit products, wherein the initial deposit products have current residual credit values; the current residual credit value characterizes the credit information of the initial deposit product which can be sold currently; calling a first credit value corresponding to an initial deposit product from a preset database; the first credit value characterizes the initial credit value unit of the deposit product; if the current residual credit value of the initial deposit product is larger than or equal to the first credit value corresponding to the initial deposit product, the initial deposit product is determined to be the deposit product to be processed. Acquiring characteristic information of deposit products to be processed, and determining the similarity between deposit products to be processed according to the characteristic information of each deposit product to be processed; wherein the characteristic information includes at least one of deposit deadline, total credit value and interest rate information; the total amount value represents the total amount of the deposit product to be processed which is planned to be sold; determining at least one product combination from the deposit products to be processed according to the similarity, and pushing the product combination; wherein the product combination comprises a plurality of deposit products to be processed which are mutually related. That is, by screening the deposit products with the current residual credit value greater than or equal to the purchase credit value from the product set as the deposit products to be processed, the deposit products to be processed are ensured to be purchased by the user, the situation that the deposit products pushed to the user cannot be purchased due to insufficient current residual credit value is avoided, and the user experience is improved. And determining the similarity between the deposit products to be processed through the characteristic information of each deposit product to be processed, and combining the deposit products to be processed with higher similarity in the deposit products to be processed to obtain at least one product combination, thereby ensuring that the deposit products in each product combination are related, and finally pushing the product combination to a user, so that the user can be prevented from selecting among a plurality of irrelevant deposit products, and the pushing accuracy and efficiency are improved. In addition, the product combination can be adjusted in real time according to the update of deposit products to be processed, so that the accuracy and the instantaneity of pushing the product combination are further ensured, and the user experience is improved.
Fig. 2 is a diagram illustrating a deposit product pushing method according to another exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the method may include:
210. acquiring a product set; the product set comprises a plurality of initial deposit products, wherein the initial deposit products have current residual credit values; the current remaining credit characterizes credit information that the original deposited product can currently be sold.
220. Calling a first credit value corresponding to an initial deposit product from a preset database; wherein the first credit value characterizes the initial credit value unit of the deposit product.
The specific embodiments of steps 210 to 220 may refer to steps 110 to 120, and are not described herein.
In some embodiments, the method may further comprise:
for each initial deposit product, a second credit value corresponding to the initial deposit product is called from a preset database; the second credit is larger than the first credit.
The preset database also stores a second credit value corresponding to each deposit product in all deposit products of the bank. It is understood that the second credit value of the deposit product is greater than the corresponding first credit value and less than the total credit value of the deposit product. The second credit value can be used for balance early warning of the deposit product, and when the current residual credit value of the deposit product is smaller than or equal to the second credit value, the current residual credit value of the deposit product is lower, namely the deposit product cannot be sold. Alternatively, for the same deposit product, its corresponding second credit value may be less than or equal to twice its corresponding first credit value.
If the current residual credit value of the initial deposit product is less than or equal to the second credit value, outputting early warning information, wherein the early warning information is used for reminding a user that the residual credit value of the initial deposit product is about to be insufficient.
For example, the current remaining credit value of the deposit product is a, the second credit value is a1, and if a is detected to be less than or equal to a1, the bank terminal may output the early warning information. The early warning information may be text information, such as "deposit product a will be sold out", image information, or audio information, which is not limited herein.
In this embodiment, when the current remaining credit value of the initial deposit product is less than or equal to the second credit value, the early warning information is output, so that the user can be reminded of the about to sell-out of the product in time, and the purchasing strategy can be formulated conveniently. The user can also be a business person of a bank, and the early warning information can also remind the business person of timely paying attention to deposit products about to be sold out.
230. If the current residual credit value of the initial deposit product is larger than or equal to the first credit value corresponding to the initial deposit product, the initial deposit product is determined to be the deposit product to be processed.
The specific embodiment of step 230 may refer to step 130, and thus will not be described herein.
In some embodiments, the method may further comprise:
if the current residual credit value of the initial deposit product is smaller than or equal to the second credit value, the preset polling frequency corresponding to the initial deposit product is increased, and the updated preset polling frequency is obtained.
If the current remaining credit value of the initial deposit product is greater than or equal to the first credit value corresponding to the initial deposit product, determining the initial deposit product as the deposit product to be processed comprises: and executing the step of determining the initial deposit product as the deposit product to be processed if the current remaining credit value of the initial deposit product is determined to be greater than or equal to the first credit value corresponding to the initial deposit product based on the updated preset polling frequency.
For example, the banking terminal may poll to detect whether the current remaining credit value of the initial deposit product is greater than or equal to the first credit value corresponding to the initial deposit product according to a designated polling frequency, i.e., detect whether the current remaining credit value of the initial deposit product is greater than or equal to the first credit value corresponding to the initial deposit product once every a certain time.
If the bank terminal determines that the current residual credit value of the initial deposit product is smaller than or equal to the second credit value, increasing the preset polling frequency corresponding to the initial deposit product to obtain updated preset polling frequency, and polling to detect whether the current residual credit value of the initial deposit product is larger than or equal to the first credit value corresponding to the initial deposit product based on the updated preset polling frequency, namely, judging the current residual credit value of the initial deposit product for more times in the same time.
Considering that when the current remaining credit value of the initial deposit product is smaller than or equal to the second credit value, the current remaining credit value of the initial deposit product is indicated to be smaller than or equal to the corresponding first credit value of the initial deposit product, in this embodiment, when the current remaining credit value of the initial deposit product is determined to be smaller than or equal to the second credit value, the preset polling frequency corresponding to the initial deposit product is increased, so that the situation that whether the current remaining credit value of the initial deposit product is larger than or equal to the corresponding first credit value of the initial deposit product is delayed due to too low polling frequency can be avoided, and further, the product combination cannot be timely and effectively updated or the initial deposit product is put down, so that the user cannot purchase the deposit product, and the pushing accuracy of the deposit product is improved.
In some embodiments, the banking personnel may manually turn on, pause or turn off the action of the banking terminal to perform the above-described polling detection, and may also manually adjust the polling frequency.
In some embodiments, the method may further comprise:
and if the current remaining credit value of the initial deposit product is smaller than the first credit value corresponding to the initial deposit product, taking the initial deposit product off the shelf.
Along with the above example, for example, the current remaining credit value of the deposit product B is smaller than its corresponding first credit value, the banking terminal may take the deposit product B off-shelf. Alternatively, the banking terminal may stop pushing the deposit product B to the user, alternatively, the banking terminal may delete the deposit product B from all the product combinations currently including the deposit product B, obtain a new product combination, and then push the new product combination.
250. Determining at least one product combination from each deposit product to be processed according to the similarity; wherein the product combination comprises a plurality of deposit products to be processed which are mutually related.
In some embodiments, the specific implementation of step 250 may include:
251. and sequencing each other deposit product to be processed according to the similarity between the deposit product to be processed and each other deposit product to be processed and the sequence from the big similarity to the small similarity, so as to obtain each other deposit product to be processed after sequencing.
Illustratively, for example, the deposited products to be processed include a deposited product a, a deposited product B, a deposited product C, and a deposited product D, taking the deposited product a as an example, assuming that the similarity between the deposited product B and the deposited product a is D1, the similarity between the deposited product C and the deposited product a is D2, and the similarity between the deposited product D and the deposited product a is D3, if D2 > D1 > D3, it may be determined that each of the other deposited products to be processed after being ordered is the deposited product C, the deposited product B, and the deposited product D.
252. For each deposit product to be processed, determining the other deposit products to be processed in the ranking among other deposit products to be processed, wherein the other deposit products to be processed in the ranking N are product combinations corresponding to the deposit products to be processed; wherein N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 1.
With the above example, for example, N is 1, then deposit product C may be determined as the corresponding product combination of deposit product a, i.e., deposit product C and deposit product a may constitute one product combination. For another example, N is 2, then deposit product C and deposit product B may be determined as the corresponding product combinations of deposit product a, i.e., deposit product C, deposit product B, and deposit product a may constitute one product combination. It will be appreciated that by referring to the above-described manner of processing the deposit product a, each deposit product to be processed is traversed, so that a product combination corresponding to each deposit product to be processed can be obtained.
In this embodiment, by sorting each of the other deposit products to be processed according to the order of the similarity between the deposit product to be processed and each of the other deposit products to be processed, the ordered other deposit products are obtained. And determining the other deposit products to be processed in the ranking among the other deposit products to be processed, wherein the other deposit products to be processed in the ranking of the first N are the product combinations corresponding to the deposit products to be processed, so that the product combinations with high relevance to each deposit product to be processed can be determined, and further the pushing accuracy is improved.
In some embodiments, after step 252, it may further include:
253. for each deposited product to be processed, removing other deposited products to be processed, of which the similarity is smaller than or equal to a preset threshold value, from a product combination corresponding to the deposited product to be processed.
Along with the above example, for example, deposit product C and deposit product B are determined as the product combination corresponding to deposit product a, if the preset threshold is d0, d2 > d0 > d1, deposit product B may be deleted from the product combination corresponding to deposit product a.
In consideration of the fact that the similarity between other deposit products in the product combination which may correspond to the deposit product to be processed and the deposit product to be processed is commonly agreed, the correlation between the front other deposit products selected after sorting and the deposit product to be processed may not be large, and therefore, in the embodiment, by removing other deposit products to be processed, of which the similarity is smaller than or equal to the preset threshold value, from the product combination corresponding to the deposit product to be processed for each deposit product to be processed, the correlation between the deposit products in the product combination is ensured to be high, and the pushing accuracy is improved.
In other embodiments, for each deposit product to be processed, according to the similarity between the deposit product to be processed and each other deposit product to be processed, other deposit products to be processed, the similarity between the deposit products to be processed and the deposit products to be processed being greater than a preset threshold, may be determined as the product combination corresponding to the deposit product to be processed.
For example, if the number of deposit products to be processed is greater than the preset number threshold, the deposit products to be processed may be sorted in the order from the greater current remaining credit value to the lesser current remaining credit value, so as to obtain sorted deposit products to be processed, for example, sorted deposit products to be processed are: deposit product a, deposit product D, deposit product B, deposit product C, … deposit product N. Then, a product combination corresponding to each deposit product to be processed can be determined in turn according to the sorting order, for example, from the deposit product A, the deposit product to be processed with the similarity between the deposit products A being greater than a preset threshold value can be determined as the product combination corresponding to the deposit product A, for example, the deposit product C. Then, the deposited products which have completed the combination may be removed from the deposited products to be processed, for example, the deposited product a and the deposited product C are removed, a new set of deposited products to be processed, that is, the deposited product D, the deposited products B, …, the deposited product N, may be obtained, starting from the deposited product D in the new set of deposited products to be processed, the deposited products to be processed having a similarity greater than the preset threshold value between the deposited products D are determined as the product combination corresponding to the deposited product D, and the above steps are repeatedly performed until there is no deposited product to be processed having a similarity greater than the preset threshold value in the new set of deposited products to be processed. By the method of the embodiment, repeated combination of the same deposit products to be processed can be avoided under the condition of the quantity of the deposit products to be processed, so that the combination efficiency is improved.
260. Acquiring user information of a user to be recommended; wherein the user information includes a user portrait and a user location.
Illustratively, a database preset in the banking terminal stores in advance a user portrait of each of the plurality of users. When the bank terminal detects that the user triggers deposit operation in the corresponding bank application program of the user terminal, the user can be determined to be the user to be recommended, the user portrait of the user to be recommended is called from a preset database, and the user terminal of the user to be recommended is simultaneously requested to feed back the user position, so that user information is obtained according to the user portrait and the user position.
270. Determining deposit products to be pushed according to the user information and the characteristic information of the deposit products to be processed in the product combination; and pushing the deposit product to be pushed to the user to be recommended.
Along with the above example, for example, the bank terminal determines, according to the user portrait in the user information, the user's habit deposit duration, and then the feature information (such as deposit duration) in the product combination may be matched with the habit deposit duration to push the deposit product to be processed to the user to be recommended. For another example, the bank terminal determines according to the user position in the user information that the user is overseas, and the bank has a deposit amount limit for the user, so that the feature information (such as the purchase amount) in the product combination matches the deposit amount limit and the deposit product to be processed can be pushed to the user to be recommended.
In this embodiment, user information of a user to be recommended is obtained; the user information comprises a user portrait and a user position, and the deposit product to be pushed is determined according to the user information and the characteristic information of the deposit product to be processed in the product combination; and the deposit products to be pushed are pushed to the users to be recommended, so that the proper deposit products can be pushed to the users in a targeted manner, and the pushing efficiency is further improved.
