Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made more apparent and fully hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which some, but not all embodiments of the application are shown. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, a method for switching a merchant transaction channel according to an embodiment includes:
step S101, acquiring a user order service request;
step S102, according to the order service request, a recording form corresponding to the use time of the commercial tenant for recording the standby transaction channel is obtained from a preset database;
step S103, determining the last time the commercial tenant uses a standby transaction channel to conduct transaction according to the record form; determining the period of time when the merchant needs to use the standby transaction channel to conduct transaction next time according to the time when the merchant uses the standby transaction channel to conduct transaction last time;
step S104, determining the ordering time according to the ordering service request, comparing the ordering time with the period of the transaction carried out by the merchant in the next time when the standby transaction channel is needed, and switching the default transaction channel of the merchant into the preset standby transaction channel when the ordering time is determined to be in the period.
And step 105, processing order transaction of the user through the standby transaction channel, and adding a standby transaction channel use record in the record form.
For step S101, in a preferred embodiment, after the user makes an order, an order service request of the user is obtained, where the order service request of the user includes: the method comprises the steps of identifying merchant information and ordering time;
in an alternative embodiment, before the recording form for recording the usage time of the standby transaction channel is acquired from the preset database according to the order service request, the method further includes:
judging whether the corresponding merchant has a special transaction channel, and processing the order transaction of the user through the special transaction channel when the corresponding merchant has the special transaction channel; wherein the special transaction channel comprises: a transaction channel capable of providing the ability to delay checkout.
Specifically, after the user makes an order, firstly judging whether a special transaction channel is available, for the special transaction channel, for example, under the condition that other channels cannot provide the same capability due to the specificity of the special transaction channel, such as the capability of providing delayed checkout, etc., directly paying, and whether a standby transaction channel needs to be used is not needed to be considered; if there is no substantial difference between the particular transaction channel and each transaction channel, the particular transaction channel may not be considered; the determination of whether or not there is a particular transaction channel is set in consideration of certain capabilities that only individual payment channels can provide.
For step S102, in a preferred embodiment, the corresponding merchant is determined according to the merchant information in the order service request; after the corresponding merchant is determined, a recording form corresponding to the use time of the standby transaction channel is obtained from a preset database.
For step S103, in a preferred embodiment, according to the record form, finding the transaction time of the merchant for performing the transaction using the standby transaction channel last time from the record form, and then deducing the time period of the merchant for performing the transaction using the standby transaction channel next time according to the transaction time of the merchant for performing the transaction using the standby transaction channel last time;
there are a variety of transaction channels, including: remittance, jindong/blue little prescription, happy brush, little and the like; if the transaction channel is used as the standby transaction channel, the standby transaction channel is used again at least in half a year from the last use of the standby transaction channel, so that the transaction can be kept by using the transaction as the standby transaction channel, the method for keeping the account number can also be called as 'number keeping', and the action is to actively help the merchant to switch the payment channel by the system according to specific conditions under the authorization of the merchant, so that the payment safety of the merchant is ensured. In combination with the above, if the collection is used as the backup transaction channel, the period of the next transaction (i.e. the period of the number keeping need) using the backup transaction channel may be set to any period of time within one year from the last number keeping time.
For other transaction channel regulations, merchant numbers will be closed when transactions are not performed every year, and different transaction channels may have different restrictions on the time; the time period for which the merchant needs to use the standby transaction channel to conduct the transaction next time can be determined according to the time for which the standby transaction channel is used for conducting the transaction last time and the sealing rules of the standby transaction channel.
Illustratively, the last payment time (number keeping time) of the standby account number can be obtained through the record form, for example, for a certain channel, only half a year is needed to have a transaction, and the number keeping channel can be added only under the condition that 5 months have no transaction. It is assumed in practice that the merchant will have at least one payment in the next month and this payment is used to complete the number keeping action.
In a preferred embodiment, the payment frequency of the merchant is obtained; determining a period of time when the merchant needs to use the standby transaction channel to conduct transaction next time according to the time when the merchant uses the standby transaction channel to conduct transaction last time and the payment frequency of the merchant; wherein the payment frequency is inversely related to the duration of the time period.
Illustratively, in the number keeping process, the number keeping time can be set according to the payment frequency of the merchant, for example, the merchant with a higher payment frequency can carry out the number keeping later. Also, for example, a period of 6 months without trade being channel blocked, for a merchant with a higher trade frequency, the time of the number keeping can be dragged to the last three days, and for a merchant with a lower trade frequency, a merchant with a trade time only a few days can be set in the last month or the last two weeks. That is, the higher the payment frequency of the merchant, the shorter the time of the number keeping (the next time period when the spare transaction channel needs to be used for carrying out the transaction), that is, the negative correlation between the payment frequency of the merchant and the duration of the time period. In this way, it is possible to reduce the channel being disabled by the merchant because no transactions have occurred during the switching period.
In another alternative embodiment, the record form in the merchant redis is queried to determine if the merchant has a need for a support number.
For step S104, in a preferred embodiment, the time of the user ordering service request, that is, the user ordering time, is obtained according to the user ordering service request, and the user ordering time is compared with the time period of the transaction using the standby transaction channel determined previously, if the user ordering time of the user is in the time period of the transaction using the standby transaction channel, it is indicated that the transaction using the standby transaction channel is required, that is, the account number of the standby transaction channel needs to be "number-maintained", at this time, the default transaction channel can be switched to the standby transaction channel, and then the standby transaction channel is used to process the order transaction of the user.
In a preferred embodiment, when it is determined that the time of the order is not within the period, the user's order transaction is processed through a default transaction channel preset by the merchant.
Specifically, if the user ordering time of the user is not in the period of the next transaction using the standby transaction channel, then the time of "number keeping" for the standby transaction channel is not yet reached, and only the default transaction channel is needed to be used for processing the order transaction of the user.
For step S105, in a preferred embodiment, after switching the default trading channel to the alternate trading channel, the user' S order trade is processed through the alternate trading channel, and then the usage record of the alternate trading channel is added to the record form for recording the usage time of the alternate trading channel.
In a preferred embodiment, before switching the default transaction channel of the merchant to a preset standby transaction channel, acquiring a transaction record table for recording whether the standby transaction channel is successful in processing the order transaction from a preset database; acquiring a processing record of the standby transaction channel when the order is processed last time according to the transaction record table; when the processing record of the last order processing is determined to be a failure record, processing the order transaction of the user through a default transaction channel preset by the merchant; and executing the subsequent steps when the processing record at the last processing order is determined to be a successful record.
Specifically, after the time period of requiring the number keeping is determined to be reached by the order time, whether the last standby transaction channel has a transaction failure record needs to be further confirmed, if the last standby transaction channel has the failure record, the fact that the number keeping attempt has failed before means that the default transaction channel is not necessary to be switched to the standby transaction channel, and the default transaction channel is directly used for carrying out the transaction. There are many reasons for the failure of the number keeping, on the one hand, that the channel is winded, and on the other hand, that the merchant releases the account number or the real name authentication, and if in this case, the number keeping action is still performed, the payment failure may be caused.
If the failure record does not exist, which means that the standby transaction channel is used successfully, the account number of the standby transaction channel can still be used, and the default transaction channel can be switched into the standby transaction channel by the routing equipment preset in the merchant, and then the standby transaction channel is used for transaction.
In an alternative embodiment, in the case of more orders, after the default trading channel is switched to the standby trading channel, the orders that need to be processed by the standby trading channel are marked as number-keeping orders, and after the orders are determined to be completed, records or identifications of the standby trading channel trade are inserted into the orders. Executing the subsequent business operation of the order, and ending the transaction of the order after the business operation is completed; it should be noted that, the business operation herein refers to a subsequent shipping or service operation after the order is placed; for example: the payment is for purchase, the control device is then executed to deliver to the customer, or the responsive page pops up for the next operation, etc.; the application is not limited to a specific service.
In a preferred embodiment, before adding the backup transaction channel use record in the record form, determining whether the order transaction of the backup transaction channel processing user is successful, and when determining that the order transaction of the backup transaction channel processing user is successful, performing a payment callback, and adding the order transaction success record of the backup transaction channel in the transaction record form; and when the standby transaction channel is determined to be unsuccessful in processing the order transaction of the user, adding an order transaction failure record of the standby transaction channel in the transaction record list.
Specifically, after switching to the standby transaction channel and performing transaction (order processing) by using the standby transaction channel, it is further required to determine whether the processing by using the standby transaction channel is successful, and after determining that the processing by using the standby transaction channel is successful, a payment callback can be directly performed, and then an order transaction success record of the standby transaction channel is added in the transaction record table.
In contrast, when it is determined that the standby transaction channel does not successfully process the order, that is, when the order transaction fails, an order transaction failure record of the standby transaction channel needs to be added in the transaction record table, and then the current order transaction is ended.
In an alternative embodiment, it should be noted that the payment failure of the standby transaction channel may also be a random event, and in general, when the number of continuous payment failures is set to 3 as required, it is determined that the order transaction of the standby transaction channel fails, and the number of continuous payment failures is not specifically limited.
In a preferred embodiment, determining a placement reminding time in a period of time according to the period of time when the merchant needs to conduct a transaction using an alternative transaction channel next time; and when the merchant does not have new order transactions in the period and the time reaches the order reminding time, sending out order reminding for the merchant.
Specifically, under special conditions, if the merchant does not have a trade order in the period of the next trade using the spare trade channel, the account is blocked because the spare trade channel of the merchant is not used in time. In order to avoid the phenomenon, the application sets a reminding time in the time period when determining that the merchant needs to use the standby transaction channel to conduct the transaction next time, when the reminding time is reached, if the merchant does not use the standby transaction channel in the time period, the routing equipment sends out a reminding to the merchant, the reminding mode can be short message, public number push or telephone reminding, and the like, and the reminding mode is not limited in particular. After the merchant receives the prompt, corresponding work can be done according to actual needs.
In an alternative embodiment, the merchant may set in advance, and on the last day the standby transaction channel is blocked, a protection measure may be automatically initiated by the relevant service platform connected to the gateway device; the protection measures comprise: and the gateway equipment is used for paying the spare transaction channel of the merchant with low credit so as to ensure that the spare transaction channel can be normally used, for example, 0.01 yuan is paid for the spare transaction channel of the merchant.
Illustratively, in another alternative embodiment, two concepts are included, namely direct channel and indirect channel, direct channel meaning direct subscription with WeChat/Payment device, and direct money from the consumer to the merchant via WeChat/Payment device. The indirect channel means that an intermediate third party or bank is also provided between the merchant and the WeChat/payroll, and money is passed from the consumer through the payroll/WeChat to the third party or bank, which pays the merchant. The rate of the interconnecting channel will be relatively low. Merchants typically choose interconnecting channels. That is, although the user directly scans the code to conduct the transaction using the WeChat/Payment device, the transaction is actually settled through the above 4 listed channels before being finally given to the merchant. Thus, there may be a problem with the primary account number and the secondary account number. The primary account number and the secondary account number are not particularly limited herein.
On the basis of the method item embodiments, the application correspondingly provides the device item embodiments.
